Not meet what I expected

Hotel staff are friendly but the hotel is a little bit old and the in-room maintenance not up to a 5-star standard.

Overprice for poor service

There is only one thing worst than a cheap hotel with poor quality staff ... a expensive hotel with poor quality staff. I spend over 185 days per year traveling and I don't remember staying in an hotel of this range of price with worst staff aptitude. The lack of empathy and enthusiasm to attend and leave customers satisfy is just remarkable. I will definitely recommend to find for alternatives before spending time and money on this property.

A great stay, in an ideal location

The hotel is in very good condition. While the lobby was quite active with people coming, going, waiting, etc., my room was quiet and comfortable. It actually felt like a 5 star experience.

I stayed for two nights for a break from a family visit. Hotel is relatively new but despite that my modern room was beginning to look battered. The shower pod leaked and smelt and lights under the console were hanging low. I used the pool/sauna and was charged sbout £25 which I thought outrageous given the cost of the room. Generally very expensive for Changwon.

Pleasan stay for business

The hotel is located next to the Mall and exhibition center. Very convinience to go around to get the foods and drinks. The hotel facilities is new, clean and spacious. Although the fixed bench sitting is not very comfotable, the overall room is big enough for the business purpose.

Best Location in Changwon

For a place like Changwon, Pullman Ambassador Changwon is the best place to stay. The Hotel is conveniently located beside the Exhibition Centre and a Shopping Mall. The rooms are clean and comfy , the only thing I didn't like during my 6 day stay is that the breakfast menu is same everyday. I hope they can make some alternatives in the future.

I stayed 17 days and they've changed my room three times. I had to extend my stay for two days and they charged my 50$ more than Expedia rate and told me you have two change your room twice . Their rooms are hot during night.

Disappointing experience in Pullman hotel

Good hotel with nice, clean rooms and amenities. I have been here several times before.

However, the disappointment this time is that i was charged almost the daily rate as early check in price (i arrived at 9:30am) since i booked this through hotels.com. This is NOT acceptable to me as a frequent visitor to this hotel and hence consider this of NO business value to the company.

Heard the Pullman was the nicest hotel in town and it looked nice in photos. The staff was wonderful, but the bathroom was well below my standard for a 4 star hotel. The set up made absolutely no sense. Open concept into the room and a shower curtain for privacy from the toilet??? I was there on business with a someone and the bathroom setting is not ideal. The hotel needs updating.

Not many options in Changwon

I have stayed at this hotel in the past as there are not many options for business travelers in Changwon. In the past I recall the rooms being different and being able to control your own A/C. The room I stayed in was not set up for business. I had no desk to work from and the small table did not allow for much room. As this hotel is better than the other Changwon area hotel I will stay again next time I visit.

Very nice hotel. Location is great too, right next to many restaurants, a shopping center and movie theater. But more importantly, the bed was amazingly comfortable, everything from the mattress to comforter and pillows! And the room design was unique, particularly the glassed-in bathtub, which was relaxing. Excellent service, quick, efficient and professional. The only reason my rating isn't 100% is there was a strange smell in the bathroom. I'm sure the staff would have happily switched me to another room if I'd asked, but it was only there one night, so I overlooked the small issue. Regardless, I'd definitely stay there again!

This is an extremely nice hotel.
Very helpful staff!
Located within walking distance to a plaza with food and clothing shops. You can eat cheap at the food shops. Hotel food us expensive.
Only cons, Koreans like firm/ hard beds and the indoor pool was Luke warm. Other than these two minor items it's a Great Place.

Service staff and concierge service were extremely helpful in giving me directions and arranging transportation. The room was very clean and the shower was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was well worth the price. My only let down was that their spa was fully booked over the Saturday and Sunday I was staying there - so I could not get a massage. I would definitely stay there again if I was in Changwon/Chinhae.

Location is good which is 10minutes away by taxi from both Changwon and Changwonjungang station for KTX train. There is a big shopping mall next to the hotel, so we could find many various kind of restaurant easily. Staff were kind and good English speaking.

Best Hotel in Changwon

As mentioned in another review, most people seem to be commenting on a hotel in the US.
This is the newest and best hotel in the Changwon area and the price is the same as its competitors.

Unlike the other hotels, the Pullman is located in a shoppingand entertainment center, so there is something to do in the area whether on business or for pleasure.

I stayed for one night and attended a wedding at the hotel on the next day.
Great service. The staff was kind and very fast to respond to my requests. I was struggling with getting wi-fi. Minutes after calling reception a person showed up and solved the issue.
The hotel is modern and has well designed rooms. For example, I loved being able to watch TV from the bathtub. This was possible due to the glass walls of the bathroom.

People rating the wrong hotel- this is excellent

People seem to be putting reviews for some Pullman in the US. This hotel is in South Korea and is one of the nicest I have ever stayed at. It is new and very clean. Only thing I did not like was the tile floors, a bit cold. Take a look at the pictures, they are an accurate representation of the hotel

An excellent hotel from my limited experience; I'm just sorry I was only there for 6 hours (a very busy trip).
Definitely japanese influences in the room design, but that's not a bad thing.
Breakfast buffet excellent and although my meal was rather hurried so I did not get to sample all that was on offer, the staff and environment somehow made 10-15 minutes seem like a relaxed and refreshing start to the day.
Note: the in-room coffee is instant Korean-style coffee which is sweet & creamy, and may not be to everyone's taste. Broadband is cheap by Uk standards, although slightly more than I paid in Seoul it was truly fast (good enough for excellent Skype).
Staff were helpful and friendly, yet unswervingly polite and professional.

나쁜 점: 냉장고, 미니바, 웰컴드링크, 쾌쾌하고 나쁜 냄새....(나무 썩는 냄새같은...)

웰컴 드링크라도 시원한 냉장고에 넣어서 주실 수 있다면 좋겠어요. 겨우 무라벨 생수 2명이지만...
시원하지도 않은 냉장고 안에는 따뜻한 맥주2캔과 탄산수가 있지만, 이걸 먹으라는 건지.... 편의점가서 돈주고 시원한 음료수 사먹었어요...

위치도 시설도 좋은 호텔인데, 왠지 모르게 계속 사소한 곳에서 자꾸 실망하게 되어서 다시 가고 싶지 않아요...
