This seaside resort is situated on the Mediterranean coast, about 1 km from the nearest restaurants, bars and nightspots. The location offers easy access to a beautiful sandy beach and the small romantic harbour.
Set between the sea and the mountains, the area features a large range of leisure activities and heritage sites. This family-friendly holiday village was built in 2012 and comprises a total of 131 accommodation units, with 89 modern apartments and 42 villas.
Guests are welcomed in the lobby, where they will find amenities which include wireless Internet access and a TV area. Younger ones can enjoy themselves at the children's playground or kids' club.
Guests are welcomed to make use of the large outdoor swimming pool, head to the gym for a workout or relax with a rejuvenating treatment in the SPA. The swimming pool is likely to close depending on the level of health emergency in the department, the operation is subject to validation by the health authorities

I would not recommend this property to anyone without a car. We could not find the reception area and found their limited hours unhelpful. Once we got in, the staff member was helpful and kind, but beware there is no FREE beach shuttle as listed prominently in the advertisement. I was not impressed with cleaning the apartment either.

Located in good area, house nice and spacious pool clean. The one problem was the noise at night time children running around till gone 2am and people talking till 4am no security or respect to be quiet after 12am so was not a restful place

Awful Awful Awful. A complete and Utter Dump!
Such an awful place. Poor customer service. Large deposit taken on check in (which says a lot about the type of people they have staying). Very expensive £150 per night and we still had to make our own beds/clean the place from top to bottom including toilets etc otherwise you wouldn't get your hefty deposit back. It was 40 degrees C when we stayed at this dump and there was no air conditioning. We asked about fans and they said you could go out and buy one. Very noisy after midnight, not that we could sleep in that sweltering heat with no air con and no breeze whatsoever. We were booked in for three nights and left after one otherwise it would have ruined our holiday. Please do not book in here, especially in the Summer, unless that is you like to stay somewhere that resembles Colditz!!

Don’t forget to mention the 130-300 euros deposit!
First of all we have encountered 130 euros security deposit that was not mentioned at all during the reservation which would make me reserve another hotel in the area. Second the rooms were extremely hot and there were no ac units available. We could not open the windows because of the mosquitoes. Other visitors at the hotel came back around 3 am and they were talking very loud right outside for atleast 45 minutes and it woke us up. Lastly and most importantly we lost the wifi connection in our room around 11pm which was extremely important for us because we are coming from the states and did not have phone service available during our stay in Europe. I am extremely unhappy with my experience and purchase.

THIS WAS A COMPLETE RIP-OFF
BEWARE - this is a seasonal (summer) rental. We came in October. There was no one at the front desk, just a number to call the guardians. They are just there to watch over the place, not do anything. It took them 2 hours to arrive, as they were out shopping. The internet didn't work and the pool was drained - as it is every autumn. Oh, and expect to pay 6 or 7 euros PER BED for sheets and towels (which is in the fine print). We stayed for only 2 days, so this added an incredible 30 Euros to our room bill for 4 people. Maybe it's nice in the summer, but not outside of season.

Die ganze Anlage ist alt und in die Jahre gekommen, keine Sonnenschirme, am Pool ist nichts vorhanden und diese Schwanenhälse aus dem Wasser fliesst, die man so schön auf den Fotos sieht, laufen nicht. Vom Parkplatz, der offen zugänglich ist, bis zum Zimmer, ist doch noch eine weite Distanz. Das WC ist im Obergeschoss aber zum Hände waschen muss man ins Erdgeschoss gehen, die Unterkunft ist sehr eng. Die Animationen finden nur begrenzt statt und dienen eher als Werbetrick. Der Preis ist hoch, man muss die Betten selbst beziehen und 28Euro pro Person bezahlen für die Bettwäsche und die Reinigung kostet zwischen 120-200Euro. Auch wenn es explizit im Inserat auf Ebookers/Hotels.com als inklusive erwähnt ist müsst ihr dafür aufkommen, da hilft euch niemand von den Plattformen, da kommt man sich so verarscht vor. Rechnet man das auf den Preis darauf, dann wird es ein sehr teurer Aufenthalt. Nächstes Mal gehen wir lieber in ein Hotel, kommt sogar billiger.

Fint ställe! Vi hade en bra semester. Finns mycket aktiviteter på området. Personalen är helt fantastiskt underbar och så förstående för sina gäster och var alltid till förfogande med leende på läpparna. Aktiviteter erbjuds. Det kan finnas lokala regler på boendet som man kan fråga efter om man vill veta innan man kommer fram, för att förbereda sig själv extra. Smidigt med parkering, havet nära. Stort poolområde. Snackbar, frukost och mycket annat för att göra vistelsen smidig. Staden/samhället är mycket pittoreskt och vi gjorde många turer i området. Havet är nära (bil krävs) och stranden med närhet till mat, dryck, butiker och livlighet passade utmärkt.

Ménage moyen en soulevant les chaises leur dos étaient très sales, les dessous de lit pas fait. Logement pour 6, 5 verres à pied j en ai cassé un et par politesse je l ai signalé 3€le verre!

De plus, le cache de protection électrique du chauffe eau était manquant laissant à portée les fils électriques...

Résidence avec une jolie piscine, il y a également une salle de sport avec également une bibliothèque, club enfant. Le bâtiment est bien entretenu, certains éléments mobiliers comme les tables sont fatiguées. La clim est vraiment appréciable et ne fait pas de bruit. Accueil très pro.

Nous étions cas contacts et l’hôtel a refusé d’annuler notre réservation sans frais, alors que 48h avant c’était possible.

Appartement hotel situé dans une très belle résidence au pieds du mont canigou. Studio cabine, avec cuisine équipée, vaisselle, lave-vaisselle, 4 couchages draps de fournies mais pas les serviettes, cafeteria, tres grande piscine, a proximité des grandes surfaces et a 5 minutes en voiture du bord de mer, points faibles, le bruit des moeurs de la piscine sous les fenêtres , l'accueil souvent fermé, mais le pires c'est le couchage de tres mauvaise qualité, un clic clac très léger dans le salon et 2 lits gigogne dans la cabine, domage rien que pour cet inconvénient je ne reviendrais pas.

La petite maison que nous avons occupée pendant une semaine était confortable et bien équipée.
Un seul problème le règlement appliqué par les surveillants, dans l'espace piscine est très stricte ou pas, tout dépend de qui est qui...DOMMAGE.

J’ai passé un très bon séjour dans cet établissement, je le recommande, j’étais dans une chambre cabine pour 4 personnes, j’étais étonnée de tout le matériel mis à disposition ! ( lave vaisselle, baignoire, assez grande télévision, plaques pour cuisiner avec casseroles et poêles, assiettes,couverts et verres etc) juste dommage que les serviettes et les draps compris nous aient pas été fournis tout de suite et que le réseau ainsi que le wifi ne fonctionne pas trop

Disappointing.
On arrival we had neither sheets nor towels and the reception was closed, therefore we had to manage to sleep without being able to make the beds.
The blinds on the windows could not be closed due to a maintenance incident that we complained about but were not fixed throughout the stay ... at 6am it was impossible to sleep due to the light and heat.
The apartment is very dirty ... we even found broken glass under the sofa.
Worst of all, the attention of the reception staff.

On arrival we had neither sheets nor towels and the reception was closed, therefore we had to manage to sleep without being able to make the beds.
The blinds on the windows could not be closed due to a maintenance incident that we complained about but were not fixed throughout the stay ... at 6am it was impossible to sleep due to the light and heat.
The apartment is very dirty ... we even found broken glass under the sofa.

Le parasol du coin terrasse est retourné avec les baleines nues et le top du top: personne ne vous dit que la résidence fait des animations du style camping jusqu à 1h du mat avec la sono à fond et les gens qui braillent jusqu à deux heures du mat en rentrant..

Je n’ai pas eu accès à ma réservation à partir de 20h et pas avant sous prétexte que la direction n’avait pas ma réservation et je n’ai pas eu accès au parking car je n’étais soit disant pas sur la liste des réservations. Accueil très décevant ...! Accès à la piscine refuser vu l heure tardive ...! Pourtant j’ai réglé la somme pour une nuit je n’ai eu accès à ma réservation que de 21h à 09h ...! Je pense que c’est du vol ...! Pour ma part je vais le signaler à la direction des fraudes et de la concurrence .

El establicimiento dispone de una piscina fantástica con chorros de agua para masaje. Sin embargo, el mantenimiento de la habitación deja mucho que desear: el sofá-cama estaba roto y no se podía mantener en posición horizontal, el calentador de agua tenía cables eléctricos al descubierto y el microondas no se podía enchufar sin sacarlo de su estantería ya que la posición del enchufe no lo permitía. Además la recepción cierra a las 7 de la tarde, o sea que para cuando te das cuenta que el sofá está mal ya no hay nadie a quién pedir ayuda y tienes que dormir como puedes. Es un lugar bastante nuevo y sería un buen lugar de vacaciones si tuviera un mejor mantenimiento.

Cet hôtel nous a laissés un peu perplexes. Il n'y avait pas de lit double, mais un sofa lit. On nous a expliqué que les lits montrés en photo sont pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. Aussi, lits n'étaient pas faits, mais ils ont mis à notre disposition des kits complets pour que nous le fassions nous mêmes. Aussi, j'avais demandé à l'avance un lit pour bébé qui n'était pas installé. Nous l'avons eu à la réception en arrivant et il n'était pas monté et il n'y avait pas de mode d'instruction donc nous avons galéré pedant 30 minutes. Sans oublier que l'accueil ferme ses portes à 19:00, donc aucune aide après cette heure. Sinon, la plus grande déception etait la connexion wifi. L'Internet était terriblement lent et gratuit pour une heure, après quoi il fallait payer. Un peu décevant ! Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel aux gens ayant de jeunes bébés puisque leur façon de faire rajoute beaucoup à faire sur une liste déjà très chargée.

Cette région est très belle, car paysages de montagnes, de plaines et plages. On a les 3. La côte n'est pas trop bétonnée comme la côte d'Azur donc c'est plus agréable. Il y a beaucoup d'espaces verts pour se balader, faire du vélo, du cheval... Le studio était très bien aussi, mais les matelas un peu trop durs.
Seul bémol, les plages sont du gros sable gris ou des petits galets donc marcher pieds nus dessus n'est pas forcément très agréable. Cela ne vaut pas les belles plages du Portugal avec du sable fin sur des kilomètres.
