No Bus Service

The hotel's in-house TV advised that there was a shuttle bus between the hotel and a shopping area; however, when enquired with front desk, they said no such bus existed....in the following morning at the cafe for breakfast, the same shuttle bus service was still shown.

I have no idea what this hotel is like, i paid for it on the day i was meant to stay and without thinking pressed the wrong button. same hotel , same group , same city as hotel i was meant to stay at BUT the this wing on hotel refused to refund me. not impressed with them.

One of the best hotels in Zhongshan

The room is clean and fresh but a bit small, I had a hard time with my 29\" luggage. The bed, the mattress, the pillows, and the bed sheets are just wonderful, you can tell they are all of high quality. After a whole day walking at the Zhuhai Airshow, it was the best thing to come back to the room for a relaxing rest.

Was being upgraded to club room, space is big. It came with separate bathtub and shower. Selected room facing the garden, quiet. Nearby walking distance there is a local market with various selection of food, but may not be suitable for westerner.

Very hot room

I booked two room (1515 and 1516) for my family. The air conditioner of both room were fault. Even I set lower temperature for both room , it seem to be no change, still very hot. May be we check in at around 23:00, so only the problem rooms available. I will never came back this hotel again.

Great choice for foreigners in Zhongshan

Hotel itself is very nice. Rooms are clean and the added amenities like Bose speakers are nice. The neighborhood is pretty dead but hotel restaurants are good if you don't want to venture into downtown Zhongshan. Most of the staff speak English OK and the managers all speak very well if you have any issues. The gym is nice and clean. The cardio machines have terrible touch screens but they work perfectly well enough to get a good workout in.

Magnifcent hotel \"away from it all...\"

For sure one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at in China. But not really close to anything as it would relate to doing something in Zhongshan. But with a complimentary car service to and from the ferry terminal and the professional and attentive staff, I'll be back!

Clean and modern

The hotel is very nice- very clean!! Staff are very helpful and accommodating. The location is not very central- but taxis are cheap - just make sure you have the location written in Chinese as taxi drivers do not speak English. The hotel offers complimentary wifi & water. We ate at the hotel every night and tried all the restaurants- the best food and quality is the Japanese restaurant. The breakfast buffet is very extensive and good. The cafe food is very average - we had the dinner buffet & the pizza was cooked in a microwave- awful !! The Chinese restaurant has a lot of offal dishes- so it is challenging to pick food off the menu if you are not a fan of offal. The bar food is ok.

Very Nice Hotel

I had wanted to book a hotel in Gong Bei, Zhuhai but the search result in hotel.com came up with this hotel. It is situated very far from Gong Bei, Zhuhai. The journey to the hotel by taxi took us about 1 hour. What came to our surprise was the standards to this hotel. Very new 5 stars hotel with beautiful rooms and excellence service staff. It instantly compensated our disapointment with the location.

非常老舊的酒店,完全沒有皇冠品牌該有的品質,公共區域地談霉味很重,甚至還有下雨被浸濕的痕跡; 行政樓層房間玻璃竟然外側磨損看不到外景,換了一間房間才免強接受, 房間可能噴了\"香水\" 說不出來的怪味,洗臉台竟然破損,馬桶按鈕跳不起來,不會再來住的酒店

Ordered two rooms for two nights with breakfast and dinner, however, the dinner is entirely the same dishes for 2nd day.

The corridor was old and smelly on high rise floor. The fencing is too short and felt dangerous for family accommodation.

The Sunna room seems not functioning well, only at 40 degrees, while steam rooms are all closed.

The gym room is acceptable with equipments functioning well.

脾氣好大的大堂吧服務員！

這是第二次入住同一酒店. 但今次的員工服務態度明顯沒以前那麼好. 首先, 下午4時要求管家部送拖鞋及被子到房間, 結果晚上8時還沒有, 打去問. 接電話的不是馬上解決問題, 而是意圖把責任推到其他同事, 一直對我解釋忘記提供服務的原因. 好了, 第二天, 我到大堂酒吧點了兩杯意大利特濃咖啡(expresso), 我還怕那女員工不清楚, 專登問了是否有供應意大利特濃咖啡. 那位女服務員回應說有, 但要到西餐廳拿過來. 我說沒問題. 然後, 拿回來的是一杯味道不知所謂的超級大杯的即磨咖啡. 我好言告知服務員她給我不是我要的, 因為意大利特濃咖啡(expresso)是很細份量, 一口便飲完的. 她臉色馬上變得很難看, 一言不發的, 當著我面把那兩杯咖啡悔氣到倒掉. 動作跨張, 明顯是向我發脾氣! 全球各地的 crown plaza hotels我住過不少, 從沒像中山這一間的服務. 永遠不會再入住!
補充:　它的房間設施開始舊。牆上有水氣霉菌. 最過份的是，當我晚上準備上床時，才發現關不了燈。結果找來房務的人來查看，又叫了工程部員工來維修才能把房內的燈關上。折騰了接近一小時。
