Staff was great, hotel and room very clean and free breakfast had everything you could want.
Daley
The only positive thing about our stay at this hotel was that the A/C blew cold. The staff were rude and not helpful at all. The room was filthy, and when we asked simply for the floor to be mopped we were met with attitude. The breakfast was very limited and not child friendly. All the sheets and towels were stained terribly.
Katie
Rooms and inside of the hotel were clean. Beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. Nice to have a microwave and fridge in the room since we got in late and ordered pizza to the room. Staff was friendly. Breakfast options were sufficient, but the eggs were not very good - they were hot but just tasted like powder eggs. Coffee was good but the cup lids were troublesome - had to take them off to drink the coffee. The outside trash was overflowing when we got there and I saw a “bug” in the parking lot when I got out the car I had to stomp on. That part isn’t really the hotels fault, but they should outside treatments more and combined with the overflowing trash, it wasn’t a good first impression. Inside was fine though. I’d stay there again.
Nicole
Very accommodating staff! Helicopters taking off behind the hotel was cool
Elias
You go to hotel expect coffee, you don’t find here. Hotel smells bad. Beds are older than my grand mother.
Staff are nice .
Breakfast : 1-2 days old.

Went down there for a baseball tournament but the only problem was the pool wasn’t open for the boys to enjoy after the game.
Reina
Got to hotel at 3:30 to get ready for dinner at 5 and room was not clean and ready until 445 so we had to wait in lobby. The rooms had a terrible smell. Was given handicap room that i felt like shower was not safe for kids because the water ran to middle of bathroom which made floor extremely slippery. There was no hot water on top of no water pressure. Was not please with hotel and will be staying alsewhere at next visit to town.
Steve
Room was clean. Staff friendly. Good breakfast. Nice location.
Tekeia
I always enjoy my stay here. It's always nice, clean, and very peaceful. The staff is amazing and my husband likes the breakfast. I would recommend anyone in the area to stay here.

The roo was clean and the bed was very comfortable , breakfast could be a little better, the eggs were almost cold
Robert
The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the towels were very thin. The pillows were small and uncomfortable. The floors were dusty, the toilet had a dark ring around it, and the chair had visible stains. At check in, we were informed that housekeeping would not clean our room during our stay. We stayed for four nights and were later told by the front desk that we needed to locate housekeeping ourselves and exchange our dirty towels for clean ones. While the front desk staff was polite and professional, this was an experience I have never encountered at any hotel during my travels across the country.
Dollie
The problem I had was there was a figure with snakes all about it on display on a shelf behind the front desk. Besides that, the beds were comfortable.
Vivian

Cheap and convenient. Room was comfortable.

Room was comfortable and coffee was good. Very limited free tv if that is important to you. Most channels on the lineup including major news programming like Fox were locked. Good parking and easy to find. I would stay here again.
Penny
Employees were friendly.
Room clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was poor. Limited selection and tasteless. Not even the option of drinking water.

Everything was great

The only downside was paying a $50 fee upfront incase something gets damaged. I personally think that fee should be charged after the room is inspected.
Linda
The 1st breakfast I had during my stay was biscuit and gravy, eggs and orange juice!
It was just right!!

Comfortable bed and good breakfast but that’s it
Room was comfortable but needed just a bit more attention to detail on cleanliness. There was a watermelon seed on the floor by the desk.
Toilet seat is made of a flimsy plastic and shifts side to side when you sit on it. Very awkward.
We didn’t ask for a handicapped room, so we were surprised with the shower. The shower curtain was way too short and the tile had no slant or lip to stop the water from flowing out. It floods all over the floor of the bathroom making the tiles slippery. We had to request extra bath towels to lay at the entrance of the shower to act as a buffer.
The swimming pool was disgustingly green from algae and we were very disappointed because we had booked this particular hotel for the pool.
Breakfast was actually good.

Room noise
Not sure why but recently seems all rooms booked thru hotels.com they are by exits, ice machine's, stairway exits happen twice that week.
Robert
Very good place
Deirdre
Completely comfortable
It was just fine. We only stayed one night. The room was clean and comfortable. We felt safe on the property.
Edward
B3d was extremely comfortable, the breakfast was good but should change it up from sausage every morning to maybe bacon. Also the pool could use some cleaning.
Vivian
It was nice quiet and clean staff was very professional
Tania
It was a nice stay. Staff was very helpful with out request.
Robert
Great!
Morgan
Great stay, with no problems.

We were there for a kid party, When we first got there service took a bit with there system due to dual payment. We got to the room it was very nice, first night no issues at all slept amazing!
Second night wasnt the best, there was alot of slamming doors and some fireworks going off.
The only thing I wish I wouldve been notified about is them getting system updates and there will be noise we couldve figured it out better since our daughter was napping (which i know is not always ideal). They were replacing the door knobs on all the doors (so a little bit of noise happened)
which i get that hotels cant control everything... but just feel like we shouldve been warned is all.
But with our baby with us in a hotel for the first time it was great!
But overall will stay here again when visiting our friends.

Management was very rude. We stay at hotels several times a month. Very unfriendly and unwelcoming.
Kaleena
There was no bedding provided for the pullout bed. When I went down to ask for some, I was told they ran out of sheets for the bed, so they could not provide me with any. The pull out bed had confetti and crumbs all in it, when I opened it up. The next day, any time I was carrying anything out (even if it was a purse-sized bag that didn’t even remotely resemble luggage, or making a trip to my vehicle, the lady at the front desk would ask if I was checking out. (She did the same to others, when they passed). I found it very off-putting, as if she was rushing people out (this was hours before the checkout deadline). The hotel was humid and lacking air-flow. Although the temperature wasn’t too high inside. Much of the property both inside and out had the awful skunk smell, of someone smoking weed. This was inside stairwells, hotel rooms, and halls.
Sherri
It was close to the place we were going
Alysia
Quick and easy check-in, friendly and helpful staff and a very clean hotel room. Perfect stay after a long travel day.

Wanted to extend my reservation for another night. The employee at the front desk informed me that I could not get my room clean due to short staff. Also asked for clean towels I was told I had to wait for them to wash towels.
krista
Found 4 roaches in our room during our 1 day stay
Antonio
Over all great place
Tangela
Staff at checkout was a lot more friendlier than the staff at check in. It was nice to find a hotel with no carpet in the rooms. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was pretty good too. Besides not being properly welcomed upon arrival, I have no complaints and would stay here again.
Patrick
Just about everything
Shamaria
Really loved crystal

We were in town for one night to attend a funeral. The hotel was everything we needed, including a good breakfast. Friendly desk staff.
Chad
Ok
Richard
Good for price
Rebecca
The beds are awesome. Towels thin. . The breakfast eggs were fake. Once gravy but no biscuits. No fruit. Only plain white bagels, white or wheat bread.
Folgers coffee/Expresso machine was excellent. Waffles and kid type cereals. So breakfast choices could have been upgraded. Other than that the bed and pillows excellent.

No charging ports for your phone
The room has no charging ports. The room had dirty curtains and the bathtub had soap scum in it. The front entrance has a musty smell and the mosquitos are bad at the entrance. The breakfast was good. Pool closes to early because inadequate lighting. The front desk people was really nice.
Cheryl
Very nice place to stay

So clean & quiet with friendly staff. We would stay there again.
Chris
Good hotel!
Saul
I didn’t like that there is not enough parking to park a big truck.
Rebecca
The bath tub faucet leaked and there was a huge dead bug in the bathroom floor. Other than that, very nice facility. Staff was great. The room was clean and comfortable.
Shawn
Nice staff, clean rooms and fully stocked items for bath and coffee.
Stephanie
Had to get another hotel on a whim at 3 am and this place was so friendly, and clean. Was nice to finally be able to get some sleep!
Terry
Did not like coffee pot in the bathroom

Smely when we got there
Britt
Nice hotel….not fun to stay
The hotel was nice enough. However, not having usb plugins or a plug in near the bed to be used for charging was an inconvenience. Also closing the pool at 9pm on a Saturday was an inconvenience considering it doesn’t get completely dark til then. And “closing your lobby to guests at 11” is ridiculous as well. Too many ridiculous restrictions.
Regina
Affordable hotel near my destination. Comfortable room and easy to check in.
Alfred
The property was nice, but it wasn't as close to all of the dining places. There wasn't enough light in our room. I didn't like how LOW the toilet and tub were in our room. I loved that the front desk clerk gave a curtesy call to remind us that check out time was approaching.
Julia
Property was well kept. Room was clean and orderly. Not too crazy about coffee stuff being in the bathroom but otherwise it was a good stay. Breakfast was great. Property is close to Walmart so if you need anything, it’s right there. Would recommend this property over any others.
Regina
The bed was extremely comfortable! Most hotel beds are \"adequate\" at best - but here, the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The free breakfast was an added bonus!
Laura

The hotel was fine, and the staff was excellent! But the breakfast was the skimpiest ever!
