The room was clean when checking in. We were staying 4 nights. After 3rd I asked housekeeping to clean bathroom and stock towels and make beds. Towels were stocked and beds were made (found a sock under the covers but it was mine) but they did not clean the bathroom.
The breakfast was okay. Staff was nice.
Hotel seems outdated. Hot tub was not operational. Pool was nice.

Didn't eat the breakfast due to schedule conflict, Room was very nice, housekeeping was very nice! A little to much noise from other occupants running and slamming doors, I smelled cigarette smoke even though we had none smoking I personally can't take cigarette smoke so I'm hoping that it doesn't happen on my second stay. Like with any building there's always a few things that could be fixed, I hope the next time I come in the future that the workout room is a little bit more advanced with equipment I would love that!
Love the variety of channels available for the T.V. , I told the receptionist that we'll be back next month and she happily accommodated us with the same room just upstairs that made me want to come back to your hotel looking forward! I also love the surrounding area so much at your fingertips from restaurants to Meijer's, Krogers , If I need anything I can easily walk and get it or drive quickly and get it that's very convenient. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends and I think they will be very satisfied and happy to have to stay at your location.

If you want a handicap accessible room, be aware that the they have tubs, not walk-in showers. Fortunately I had thought to bring a shower chair just in case. Overall, a very good stay.

Check in was easy and quick, but I reserved a room with a heart shaped Jacuzzi in the room and when I got to my room I only had a jetted bathtub. It wasn't the end of the world by any means but I would have liked to receive the room I originally booked. Otherwise everything else was fantastic. Big clean rooms and lots of options for food or shopping close by.

The service and staff was great. We had a slight issue with the room when we got there, that was honestly no big deal at all, and the staff not only switched our room immediately, but also upgraded us to a bigger; nicer room. Rooms were clean with good amenities. We didn’t take advantage of the free breakfast but the coffee was great. We will definitely stay again.

While we were only there for about ten hours, it was a very pleasant stay. We arrived shottly before midnight, following a long day in the van; there was one person on duty at that hour and she was nice, pleasant, and efficient. The room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable with lots of fluffy pillows, and we had a good night's sleep, albeit a too short one! The breakfast buffet was fine; I am not much of a breakfast person, but my toasted cinnamon bagel with butter, my French Toast with coconut, walnuts, and chocolate chips, and my oraange juice were all quite tasty. Check-out was also quick and pleasant and we were back on the road before 10:00 a.m.

Odd location but I think hotel was there before everything was built up around it. GREAT that the was a Meijers within walking distance plus MULTIPLE food choices right nearby. Other shopping also very close.
The hotel was very clean & pleasant, a little dated but that didn't stop our comfort there.
The beds were THE BEST of many hotels I've stayed in & used them as my benchmark for the other 2 we stayed in on our trip. The staff was very friendly & always cleaning or doing something productive yet they always offered assistance or greetings at least. We enjoyed the pool & hot tub each night(pool floor does need resurfacing)& my son & his partner had a ball with the claw machine. They also enjoyed sitting in the surprise enclosed courtyard. Beautiful place to sit & relax with flowers, a gazebo & multiple seating choices.
I'm an early bird so I appreciated using the gym in the morning(the bike needs the seat fixed) then coffee as soon as it was available & breakfast before most people were awake. Very good coffee. Breakfast was standard fare but hot & good choices. The breakfast area was very nice & like everything else very clean. I truly like hotels that prioritize the cleanliness.
I will absolutely be coming back here when I visit the area. I know I'll get a great stay at a great value!

The hotel said that they only had three heart shaped jacuzzies. Expedia needs to not list the heart shaped jacuzzies as a jetted tub. It wasn't what I thought I reserved

The property is hard to find unless you have a GPS. Poor signage on the main drag of town. Room was suppose to be for handicapped, but the toilet was not. It was a low one and very hard to get up off of. The shower looked very inviting, but we couldn't find anywhere to put the shampoo and soap. Normally there is a place to sit while showering. Other than that we had a great time. Very close to eating and shopping. We had stayed there about ten years ago, so we wanted to stay again.

This hotel was far better than we expected. The front desk and check in were outstanding. The person at the desk was kind and friendly. Note that there is no elevator at this location. That was ok for us. The hallways were dirty and grimy looking - definitely in need of remodeling. We were honestly worried about what the room would be like. We were pleasantly surprised! The room was super clean. It had been remodeled and was very comfortable. We usually stay in higher brand hotels, but the closest to our softball tournament was 25 miles away. This hotel was 5 miles away. We decided to try this out and we were not disappointed. We will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in the area.

We got a suite, & it was pretty nice. It was clean for the most part, my boyfriend & I found pieces of glitter/confetti on the couch/floor, & a girls fake nail on the chair, that grossed us out. Other than that, it was fine. We got this room to celebrate both of our Birthday's, we had a nice time! The pool area was cool, just a little too hot, hard to breathe due to my asthma. Some of the games weren't working, but that happens, one of the games ate our $1, we never said anything. The breakfast was good also. I liked how we were surrounded by many stores & restaurants, we will be back one day!

We did not even stay. Which is so sad because my husband and I finally had a night out. we first get to the hotel the gave us the wrong room The jetted tub room that I booked was not the room I got and the girl at the front desk acted like she didn't even care and it was not her problem at all and was very short with me and I could tell she did not want to come up with a solution. We ended up leaving at about 3am in the morning because neither on of us could sleep on the god awful bed. It was like a brick

My room flooded the toliet how gross got over our clothed belgoings ect... at 4 in the morning we had to clean it up it got all over our clothes we got no sleep and when we called managment she screamed at my pregnant finance on the phone her name is kelly very rude manager. She lied and said she gave us 15 bucks back wich didnt even cover the laundry we had to do to wash the sewer water off our clothes she never decdcuted that she refused to refund the room and was very rude they stare at you to see how much you take for breakgest their arcade in the pool area took our money and they refused to give it back they charge you alot to stay here and treat yo like crap this place is a overpriced dump because of how your treated and when you book online they give you a crappy room not the nice ones they look the same but are dummy rooms when i stayed not online they gave me a dumpy room dont waste your money our time here this ruined my fiances brithday we were celebrating here and they do not care and they just treat you like crap. Ans they alos kept us up when cleaninng the sewage in the room since they just moved us to the room next to it banging on the door we gor no sleep all night and refused refund just teribble how they treat you here.

No fresh towels or sheets or coffee or trash removal for 3 nights despite calling and asking repeatedly, and despite housekeeping being literally outside the door every day when I left the room. This was a real challenge as we were traveling with a toddler. When I finally got fresh towels and sheets (only once in a 4-night stay, the night before we left), housekeeping didn't replenish the coffee despite this being explicitly requested. If you stay here multiple days, I advise to book multiple consecutive stays if you need a fresh room anytime during the stay.
