Stephanie at the front desk was great. I was on the top floor, and unit. The blackout curtains did not shut all the way so I had quite a bit of light coming through when I was trying to sleep. Moderate noise from the roadway.

Breakfest area sticky everywhere, tables, counters, floor. Room airconditioner so loud you can not slip, like some plastic bag get caught and was resonating. Toiled flush tank was not filling with water, we had to use bucket.

The room was clean and very adequate for our one-night stay. It would have been nice to have a mini-fridge to keep some food items chilled. But we got ice from the ice machine to achieve that. The free breakfast was very nice, although I would have preferred \"straight\" orange juice over the supplied orange flavored guava drink. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Very friendly staff. Restaurant has delicious pizza! Upgraded TVs!
Breakfast was processed low quality food - white bread, pancake machine from a plastic bag, sausage, eggs, blueberry muffins( this was very good but like grocery store quality) biscuits and gravy — apple and banana as only fruit, no veggies.

This place is more of a motel.

The lady who checked us in was so sweet. There was a slight delay because we reserved online and it hasn’t shown up in the system yet, but she was really personable and fun to talk to while she fixed the issue. Sketchy parking lot. There was a smoking station set up right outside our room on the second floor that allowed people to gather around and smoke right outside our door and the smell of cigarettes was pulled into our room by the air conditioner. Tv had limited channels and 30 miles from Neyland Stadium didn’t even have the SEC network. Tried to call to desk about the smoking nobody picked up. Had to kill multiple spiders in bathroom that had obviously been there a while and missed during cleaning.

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean except for the floor, found toe nail on the floor along with other bits of trash. Water pressure in the shower was hit and miss.. super hot water though. Sink did not want to drain when running for more than 20 seconds. Breakfast was good. Luggage carts were available. Beds were okay, but nothing like home. Parking was okay. Didn't get to the pool or hot tub.

We drove around the hotel two times and had to get out and ask where the lobby was. Check in was great and staff was wonderful. Our room was clean. Shower was weak. Tough to regulate the temperature, the drain didn't work well and the water pressure was equivalent to five camels spitting on you. Other than that, out stay was great.

Drive up access to your room!! Well kept room, clean and updated. I was on the bottom floor, door directly facing the parking lot. But, there wasn't a space available in front ofy room for me, probably because I checked in after 9 pm. I had to park \"out\" into the lot, but was able to see my car from my room window at least. I was moving, so my vehicle was loaded. My stay was \"uneventful\", and quiet!! The hotel is the first hotel right off of the freeway exit, but up on a hill away from traffic noise...so easy access back onto the freeway as well. I didn't eat their FREE hot brekkie, but they did serve biscuits and gravy in their \"off to the side\" restaurant. Also, when you enter the driveway, the lobby is directly to the left in-between the restaurant and Michael's bar. Don't drive up the hill searching for the lobby like I did...twice LoL Staff was VERY nice.

Front desk lady was super nice and helpful. Only drawbacks was it was hard to find flat grassy area to walk the dog that was close. And didn't know there was a coffee maker in the room until we asked, it was in a cupboard above the microwave about 6 1/2 feet up. No way could I reach it.

This property boosted on a billboard that it was new. I don’t usually stay at best Western but if it’s new, I thought it can’t be that bad. At some point the new wears off in the billboard needs to be taken down because the hotel was just adequate. it was clean inside however the TV didn’t work on and off and the phone did not work at all, so if there was emergency in the middle of the night, me being a woman by myself and I need help that was a no go. Thank God I had my cell phone to call the woman and ask for help with the TV. And then the ice was around the other side of the building and I was a woman alone I had to get in my car with my pajamas on to go find ice. So I would give it just an adequate experience. Didn’t even bother with the breakfast the next morning because I wasn’t gonna waste my time. The woman at night who checked me in was very Kurt. The woman who checked me out in the morning was lovely
