Wonderful front desk lady. Great music in lobby.
Room dated and carpet needs to be replaced. I’d suggest LVP floors.
Pizza was good and so was breakfast.

Overall, this was a nice stay. The lobby was very well maintained and exceptionally clean, and the dining area was also very nice. Breakfast was excellent and one of the highlights of our stay.

The only issues we encountered were with the rooms. Our first room, which was on the ground floor, had multiple spider webs with spider egg sacs behind the curtains and in the corners of the room. The curtain itself also had yellow staining along the bottom, as though it had gotten wet at some point and hadn’t been properly cleaned or replaced.

We brought our concerns to the staff, and they promptly upgraded us to a nicer room, which we greatly appreciated. That room was much better overall, but there were still a few minor housekeeping issues. There were bugs inside the bathroom light fixture, the bathroom vent seemed to connect directly to the neighboring room, making it easy to hear conversations and other noise, and both the shampoo and soap dispensers were completely empty.

Fortunately, these were all relatively minor issues that are easily correctable. Despite them, this was still probably one of the nicer places to stay in the area. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and genuinely wanted to make things right. I would recommend staying here, and if you notice anything concerning in your room, don’t hesitate to let the front desk know—they were very responsive and happy to help.

Breakfast was the best part. Staff were friendly. Room didn't feel clean. Appeared fine at surface level (sheets/mirrors, etc.) but deeper cleaning items were gross (air conditioner, curtains, etc.)

The soda machine only took credit cards and would not dispense soda after paying and selecting the drink. The property could have been cleaner. But this is the US not Switzerland! It was lots of money for a mediocre experience!

Nice place to stay. Lady at front desk is so friendly. The rooms are clean but they are tired out and need refurbishing. The two rooms on the back side were clean but musty. Had to change rooms. Front desk lady was very accommodating. Thank you.

Breakfast: 5 stars. They have a good breakfast bar. Breakfast is from 6:30 am - 10 am but after 9:15 they stop refilling the breakfast bar. Not much to choose from if you come late.

Cleanliness: 2 stars. We stayed in a non-smoking room but the lingering odor of lit cigarette was present and too strong for us to handle.

We visited this property as a family with two simple expectations: a clean, quiet room for a good night's sleep, and a decent breakfast. Unfortunately, the hotel fell short on both counts.

The Room & Sleep Quality
Throughout the entire night, there was a persistent, keeping-us-awake noise coming from the AC vent. Because we were only staying for a single night, we decided against asking for a room change. Packing up all of our luggage and moving the family to a different room—especially from the second floor—is just too much of a hassle late at night. We shouldn't have had to choose between a noisy room and the exhaustion of moving.

The Breakfast Experience
The breakfast service was equally disappointing, largely due to the staff. The lady managing the area seemed to be doing things completely on her own timeline. Essential items were left empty and weren't refilled. The food itself was the standard, uninspired hotel fare—scrambled eggs, biscuits, fruit, and yogurt—but it was the dismissive attitude of the server that really ruined the meal.

A property can have all the potential in the world, but poor maintenance and indifferent service will completely ruin a family stay. We won't be returning.

The staff was very courteous, the room and entire property was clean, and the breakfast was great. The reason for the lower rating is because this was listed as a hotel when it is a motel, and the have the absolute cheapest mattresses that you can buy

The room was clean and very adequate for our one-night stay. It would have been nice to have a mini-fridge to keep some food items chilled. But we got ice from the ice machine to achieve that. The free breakfast was very nice, although I would have preferred \"straight\" orange juice over the supplied orange flavored guava drink. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Very friendly staff. Restaurant has delicious pizza! Upgraded TVs!
Breakfast was processed low quality food - white bread, pancake machine from a plastic bag, sausage, eggs, blueberry muffins( this was very good but like grocery store quality) biscuits and gravy — apple and banana as only fruit, no veggies.

This place is more of a motel.

The lady who checked us in was so sweet. There was a slight delay because we reserved online and it hasn’t shown up in the system yet, but she was really personable and fun to talk to while she fixed the issue. It was a long drive, it was late and we were tired but she made the whole experience a lot better. Thank you Jenny, you are appreciated.

Friendly front desk staff, good hot breakfast, clean room, pet-friendly. The only bad thing for us was that the office and restaurant (where they serve breakfast) were next to the hotel, not attached. That was a little confusing. Other than that, our stay was great.

Smokey

Sketchy parking lot. There was a smoking station set up right outside our room on the second floor that allowed people to gather around and smoke right outside our door and the smell of cigarettes was pulled into our room by the air conditioner. Tv had limited channels and 30 miles from Neyland Stadium didn’t even have the SEC network. Tried to call to desk about the smoking nobody picked up. Had to kill multiple spiders in bathroom that had obviously been there a while and missed during cleaning.

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean except for the floor, found toe nail on the floor along with other bits of trash. Water pressure in the shower was hit and miss.. super hot water though. Sink did not want to drain when running for more than 20 seconds. Breakfast was good. Luggage carts were available. Beds were okay, but nothing like home. Parking was okay. Didn't get to the pool or hot tub.

Review

We drove around the hotel two times and had to get out and ask where the lobby was. Check in was great and staff was wonderful. Our room was clean. Shower was weak. Tough to regulate the temperature, the drain didn't work well and the water pressure was equivalent to five camels spitting on you. Other than that, out stay was great.

Drive up access to your room!! Well kept room, clean and updated. I was on the bottom floor, door directly facing the parking lot. But, there wasn't a space available in front ofy room for me, probably because I checked in after 9 pm. I had to park \"out\" into the lot, but was able to see my car from my room window at least. I was moving, so my vehicle was loaded. My stay was \"uneventful\", and quiet!! The hotel is the first hotel right off of the freeway exit, but up on a hill away from traffic noise...so easy access back onto the freeway as well. I didn't eat their FREE hot brekkie, but they did serve biscuits and gravy in their \"off to the side\" restaurant. Also, when you enter the driveway, the lobby is directly to the left in-between the restaurant and Michael's bar. Don't drive up the hill searching for the lobby like I did...twice LoL Staff was VERY nice.

Good front desk help

Front desk lady was super nice and helpful. Only drawbacks was it was hard to find flat grassy area to walk the dog that was close. And didn't know there was a coffee maker in the room until we asked, it was in a cupboard above the microwave about 6 1/2 feet up. No way could I reach it.
