A clean, nice place to stay with helpful staff, good breakfast (sausage and eggs, etc.). Air conditioning was moderate; it was off when we got there. Turned it on, went to dinner, and it was beginning to cool upon return. Didn't get really cool until midnight.

This hotel is filthy!
The cleanest area is the front desk.

Dirty sheets, roaches, moldy, broke down ice machine with parts falling off, floors are disgusting & all the carpeting hadn't been vacuumed for a while!

Electric outlets without covers, air conditioner hardly worked in our room, no air conditioning running in the building on July 3rd 2026!

Grounds are littered with trash, glass, beer cans and cigarette butts everywhere!

Breakfast isn't edible! There was only a few items in the vending machine.

We couldn't find 1 hot tub let alone 4. We wouldn't of used them if they did have because of possible health risk!

We left in the middle of our first night of 2 totally disgusted!

Overall nice stay - very quiet. The hot tub was very clean but the nobs were broken so it was difficult to turn off. The ice machine did not work well which was frustrating. When we got to the room, it was dark and the AC was off (it was 80 degrees outside).

The breakfast was not great, they need condiments like ketchup, hotsauce. The air in our room worked good and kept it cool. The bed was super comfortable and the room was okay just a basic room. I would like to say the lady that checked me in was exceptional, she was so nice and friendly.

There was nothing unique about this property no coffee pot in the room. They didn't clean the room because they said there was a supposed to be instructions on the mirror. There was no instructions on my mirror. It's definitely need an upgrade at that hotel the coffee pot hardly ever worked the food. It was an impressionable at all. They could've had some fresh fruit there that would've helped sausage look like it wasn't really cooked all the way I saw some coffee in the floor the night before I checked out and I told the lady I said there's copying before she done. I know I see it the next day it was still there so now I'm not pressed with that hotel I don't think I'd stay there again and especially when she said I needed to bring my towels to the front desk instead of her I'll come and get the towels. She was getting enough to do everything else she could've done that so no, I wasn't impressed with it.

A clean, quiet hotel with friendly staff. Check-in was painless. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was somewhat lacking, but more than made up for by a hot shower and a good nights sleep. I’d stay here again if passing through the area. A bonus, they let me park my motorcycle right by the entry so it would be visible on their security cameras.

While the room was clean, but the door didn’t seal tight. You could see the light from the hallway all around the door. the floors near and in the elevator were really dirty. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was adequate. They had scrambled eggs, sausage,Waffles, and bread items etc…
For one night, it was ok. In my opinion, The Newport area seemed a little sketchy.

When we arrived in our room it had a bad odor.
While I do know this room was only $70 I did not expect there to be this many problems.
The blinds did not wrap around the window so people in the parking lot could see you.
The sheets were torn and we had to get new ones.
The over head sprinkler was leaking and they had paper towel shoved in there to absorb the water.
The shower head was leaking. And the shower curtain wasnt long enough so all the water was going out of the shower flooding the room.
There was no shampoo in the shower and there was barely any conditioner.
The textured paint on the walls was peeling down the whole was by the bathroom.
The hot tub jets were not clean. When you filled up the tub and turned on the jets there was a large number of black flakes and debris that shot out of them.
The peep hole in the door had no insert in it so people in the hallway could just look in your room.
The lock on the door wouldn't stay closed.
The 2 employee that I spoke with were not concerned with the shampoo being out and didnt even offer to give me a replacement one. The other one was on her personal phone when I asked for a sheet and didnt even get off the phone when grabbing me another sheet.
I would not stay here again. You are better off going into Newport to any other hotel than to stay here.

Room was decent there was no coffee pot in the room which was surprising to me. The ice machine on our floor did not work. Also the snack machines only took cash, and they tub in our room one of the knobs were not attached. But otherwise the stay was good.

We only saved for one night. It was very enjoyable. The woman who checked us in unfortunately was still there in the morning. They seem like they’re seriously understaffed, but she couldn’t have been kinder rooms were cleaning. Shower was great. Breakfast was decent for what it was price point was right on.

Great day like always. Service is second to none. Morning breakfast is fantastic. If they’re out of something, you’ll let them know and they have it out in minutes.

The room and appliances were a little outdated. A puddle of water gathered in the floor of the bathroom from the shower head dripping. The place just felt damp and musty. The jetted tub wasn’t easy to get in and out of and one of the faucet handles were stripped. Every ice machine had buckets under them to catch leaks. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. The staff is excellent. The rooms have been remodeled. It’s clean. The food for breakfast is second to none. I highly recommended. There is also a fantastic Mexican restaurant across the street from them for dinner.

The morning counter staff was not friendly. The towel rack in the bathroom was bent down. The stopper in the sink was broken off and the sink cracked around the drain and looked like mold. This is the worst experience I’ve had. It was a last minute booking I knew it’s gonna be bad but didn’t expect that bad. The property is so old and smelly. Carpet of the room is not clean, pillows are dirty. I booked for 2 nights but after the first night I had to check out.

Our bathtub had a huge hole rotted out in the bottom, leaking water everywhere with mold that their solution was to stick a block of wood in the hole. When anyone else in the other units used water / flushed toilets, it sounded like a jackhammer through the walls in the pipes. The bench had unknown stains on it. Could not believe we paid $400 to stay here. 0/10 recommend.

There was no hot tub and it stated there was. I asked for extra towels and was told I could only get them if I brought the dirty ones down. The staff was always nosey and wasn’t friendly at all. Random doors didn’t close and men were just heading around the front desk and workers there.

The staff and the inside of the hotel were absolutely wonderful. Pleasant helpful staff. The only complaint I have about this property is the parking availability and the room itself. I loved how big and spacious the room was. However the beds were very uncomfortable and the bathrooms smelled really bad. After a 5 hour drive and a long trip ahead of us I wasn’t too worried about it. The staff being as nice and welcoming as they were was enough to make up for the room because usually you get the opposite; amazing room with unamazing staff.

I did not enjoy this hotel. The noise level was very high, with no soundproofing at all—at night I could hear neighbors banging and shouting as if they were in my room. The bathroom had no shower curtain, so water went all over the floor, and the doors closed very loudly. Overall, it was uncomfortable and not a restful stay.

Room was too hot

The hotel room was uncomfortably warm. The AC was set to as low as it could go (60 F) and it was still too warm. The curtain was also too long so it was catching all the air. My friend and I both got poor sleep because we would wake up hot.
