The outside halls and sidewalks was dirty. They need to use a leaf blower and blow off all the dust and dirt. After seeing the outside I was pleasantly surprised to see the room clean. I would stay here again if I’m in the area

Property was clean, however our toilet leaked and started flooding the bathroom. You could tell by the rotted baseboards that this was an ongoing problem. Also, be sure to bring your own soap and shampoo with you. They provide mere slivers anymore.

Requested handicapped rooms - gave us rooms on the 2nd floor wgoing up with a ramp. The elevator doesn't work and looks like the bird cage from Jurassic Park. The hotel is extremely run down and in need of repairs. There were no security chains on the doors. I could go on and on and have several pictures. Do not stay here!

On the positive side, all the utilities—including the AC, hair dryer, and fridge—worked perfectly, and the bed was very comfortable. Check-out was quick and easy. Overall, you definitely get what you pay for.

We're placed on 3 rd floor my parents are senior and the elevator was broken. Only access to ramps to 3 rd floor. The fridge in my parents room sounded like the fan is going out. Whistled both nights we stayed.

This place is in bad shape every where on the outside areas. No elevator. Ramps are on the steep side and a little slick. Room had bad water stains on the ceiling , shower curtain wouldn't even stay closed, so the floor was really wet after you showed. AC was so loud we had to have the volume on the TV so loud. The AC wasn't even on when we got in the room, so it was miserable in the room.

This was a pet friendly hotel that is exactly the perfect stopover if you want to get closer to Pigeon Forge an evening before your regular stay starts. Ruby Tuesday you can walk to in 2 minutes and other fast food at same distance.

I’ve split this review into a couple different areas for review.
1. Other Guests
The biggest issue I had with my stay was the Inn’s lack of action toward other loud and disrespectful guests.
There was a loud group of guests who were all arguing, yelling, and threatening each other explicit language. It was gang behavior that seriously made me question how safe it was to leave my room especially because the room setup is that of a motel. The biggest issue I had with my stay was the Inn’s lack of action toward other loud and disrespectful guests.
There was a loud group of guests who were all arguing, yelling, and threatening each other explicit language. It was gang behavior that seriously made me question how safe it was to leave my room especially because the room setup is that of a motel. The amenities are a coffee machine and ice machine. That’s it. No vending, nothing. For 1 night it’s a winner. More than 1 night prepare to need to find a laundry, soda etc. I’m not complaining, just letting future travelers know.

The room was not clean. It was so obvious they had not dusted certain areas of the room. The floors were dirty. They allow pets. But wait till after you have paid at check in. To inform you no pets allowed on beds. If too much hair, they can charge you up to $200.00. That should be informed at booking time. Of course we didn’t leave the room a mess or anything. No breakfast or coffee was available like it said at booking.

The location is ideal ! There Are 3 different restaurants within close walking distance. The rooms were not very clean , my feet were dirty from walking on them ! The extra pet fee annoys me when it’s supposed to be pet friendly.. but that’s only for 1 dog. It’s ok place but not 5 stars

Check in was not good. Not the service nor the signage. Red Roof Inn says in their ads let’s stay for free. I was charged 15.00 a night for second dog and 25.00 for third dog. All three dogs are tiny. They’re only in room when I’m in room which is to sleep. There was nothing posted at front desk about all of these charges. The manager was so rude. The room did not have a dead bolt on it. Room smelled like a tanning salon.

the room was shabby. head of housecleaning charged $50 for dogs messing up the bed and leaving dog hairs snd urinating on towels found in yhe bath tub. i always throw used towels n the tub. the dogs probably laid on the bed at some point but they r shorthaired dogs. they never urinated in the room. complained thin bed spread had to b washed. Seems they would wash all bed linen anyways. charged an additional $10 fee for a first floor room and the motel was practically empty. i travel a lot and tend to stay in Red Roofs and Motel 6s and occasionally Quality Inns and have never incurred such a penalty. Lastly, i was not notified of this charge— had to check my account. i highly recommend passing on this motel.

Excellent interstate access -- but the 18-wheelers know that too. I know it's inexpensive, but the level of service was minimal -- and no one at the desk when I wanted to check out. And if you want a ground-floor room, there is an extra charge because the property has no elevator. I don't think that was disclosed in any of the booking information.

When we checked in there was a dirty wash rag hanging on the shower curtain, a bar of soap and a shampoo bottle in the shower the sheets as if they were dirty and just put back on the bed. When I called the front desk the woman working said that she didn't know what to tell me.
