Not sure I would stay at this hotel again....when I checked in, the front desk clerk was watching a soccer game on TV and was less than attentive.....maintenance fixed a problem immediately, daytime front desk was great. For the price I paid, the room just did not meet my expectations......not much available for breakfast other than waffles and eggs, amenities were bare minimum, there were many minor things that should have been repaired that would have made this a much better place to stay. Can't say much about the coffee except weak.....and the coffee pot in my room still had the last guests coffee pod in the machine...........outside security key card plate to unlock the outer door late....broken
Luke
Very clean. Great location with easy connections. Room was spacious and very clean.
Justin
A few stains on the floor of my room. TV remote was missing the back cover, so batteries came out every time you look at it. TV didn’t work when I got in there, I got it to work eventually thankfully. AC didn’t work most of the night until right before I woke up. Also made a ton of noise. Wouldn’t dare go back, should’ve gone to the hotel across the street.
Andrea
Booked quickly. Got a great deal. Room was clean, staff was nice.
carole
Staff was somewhat friendly.
Main concern was the bathroom which had no towel holder or hooks. Tub was very slippery, it needs to have some anti-slip strips.

The staff was rude at check in. Parts of the ceiling was missing in several locations. There was a worn down pull out couch in the elevator area on the second floor. There was no soap dish for the soap. There was no toilet paper holder for the toilet paper.

Good place to spend the night, especially as a last minute stop. Very clean room. The hotel seems a bit tired but has everything you need.
Joan
Room smelt musty with a slight smoke odor, we are not smokers. Upon check in no clerk at counter only a sign stating helping a guest please wait while child, apparently clerk’s daughter loudly playing on a tablet. Carpet in room visibly fraying, grime built up in lamp crevices, lock on side entrance door did not work so remained unlocked 24hrs, had to use side entrance to access elevator unless you could navigate stairs from lobby to 1st floor hall way, liquid substance spilt on elevator floor notified staff over an hour later still there readdressed with staff as we left, bacon tasted like burnt grease, only white bread no other bread choices, no fresh fruit, minimal choices that were not refilled in a timely manner, food crumps on hallway carpets which were also heavily stained, sofa in common area near elevator was heavily stained and had marker drawing on side would not recommend nor will we return.
Tyler
Clean room and peaceful we love it there

Could use some updates. The breakfast well was not up kept.
Catherine
Very comfortable bed, and a wonderful breakfast with bacon and eggs the morning we were there. We enjoyed the view from our room and the spaciousness of our room.
Michael
Clean and comfortable. Not too far away from the “strip”
Keith
Good place to stay
steve

Colby
Best hotel ive stayed in a while. Great staff very helpful and cheerful
Diana
Back door was not secure. Anytime could walk in and have access to rooms.
Robin
One of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. Walls had holes, and the holes that had been filled in were not painted.
Food from a previous guest was left in the refrigerator and I have no idea for how long. Opened the refrigerator door and it caused me to gag.
No coffee maker. Manager had to track one down for us.
No microwave. If you wanted to heat something up, you had to get dressed and go to the lobby.
Sheets seemed clean, but the blanket had make-up stains on it.
Requested maid service and never got it. They didn't even collect the trash.
Had an indoor pool. It seemed to be in disrepair and was closed. No mention of it when I checked in.
Had a room for handicapped and you had to use an alternate hallway for a RAMP to get to the FIRST floor room. When I opened the door to that hallway, it was dark and it reeked. The smell was a cross between sex and microwave popcorn.
They say they had a continental breakfast but there was no way i would trust it.
Couldn't get a signal on the TV the first night there.
Talked to the manager on duty and all he said was he would tell the manager tomorrow. No talk of a discount or another room.
If this is a \"Best\" Western, I'd hate to see the worst!

Breakfast was slim. Pool was closed which was the whole reason we booked there was for the indoor pool. Beds are very firm and bring your own pillows. Location was great hotel itself was ok. Showers were the best hotel showers ive ever had besides the handicap bar i kept elbowing.
Mark
Our first room had mold on the ceiling and walls. We were given a new room. The new room had a pillowcase on the bed full of dirty linens - I assume from the room being cleaned. It was late so we went with it. In the morning there were several roaches crawling in the sink.
Jennifer
It took us 25 mins to get checked in. No one was at the counter, had maintenance man try and find someone and couldn’t. Called the phone number listed annd NO ANSWER. After finally getting checked in, our shower had hair stuck on the wall. The shower was a slow drain so you stood in water as you showered.
Mark
Not my favorite. Heavy mildew smell in shower, likely from the shower curtains…..
Shana
Doors to building locks were broke so anyone can get in. There were blood spots on the carpet. This was a quick stop to sleep during travel. We should have chosen somewhere else
Monce
Very nice relax stay!
Nicole
Not enough employees. Poor desk clerk had to handle everything himself. Meant I had to plunge my own toilet (which clogged easily). Many repairs are needed i.e. crack in the sink, broken floor tiles, door wouldn't close on it’s own, outside doors open to public/key card entry into building broken, etc. Needs to be invested in. Otherwise, decent stay.
Jennifer
The 1st room we got had used cigarette butts in the mattress, chewed gum stuck to a pillow and urine stains on the sheets.
We spoke to the front desk who gave us a second room. This room also had urine stained sheets.
At this point the manager came to the room and advised there was nothing he could do, we'd have to find a new hotel as there was nothing he could do, he had no more rooms.
After explaining we drove almost 10 hrs during spring break there and some back and forth, he agreed to change both beds himself and he did.
However this was a very unprofessional way to start our trip and disappointing we had to debate with him.

Pool is open 24/7! The rooms are not sound proof so you will hear doors
DeeDee
I stayed one night. Room was clean everything worked except I couldnt figure out how to close the many curtains in the window.
Charles
We love staying here very clean and reasonably priced.
Susan
Air conditioning was not affected but over all good experience
GREGORY NOEL
The pool area was cold and the pool itself was not a comfortable temperature. Hotel is terribly understaffed. Staff is rude but after talking to the manager, they’re just a reflection of him. having rooms available to check into just an hour early. They refuse to check anyone in until 330 and act like they’re doing you a favor I would pass this place by

Pool open 24/7 very clean and nice staff. Breakfast is good. Very nice hotel.
Keith
The breakfast was decent could have had more with it, but good 7 out of 10 . They need more help there, but they worked with what they had and they made it work.
Heather
Nice room and hotel but no microwave in any of the rooms have to use the lobby one. Not all rooms hv a balcony either.1 major cool part is the pool is open 24/7 and they hv a fire pit in the front of the hotel. Overall, I like this hotel and will return in a balcony room.
John
The rooms carpet was fraying by the edge of the vinyl flooring. The bathtub had rust spots. The blinds on all three windows were broken. I have pictures of all of these complaints. The staff told me that every room is booked and everyone has checked in. Then twenty minutes later he called me and told me there was a cancellation and a room was available. How could that be if everyone was checked in. He only did this because I asked for the manager or when the manager was going to be there.
Alice
Very clean
Joan
A/C worked well for us. Rooms and rest of property pretty clean. I wished they had a microwave in the rooms like most places do, but they did have one in the lobby at least. Lots of local activities.
Angela
The staff member I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The was some construction on the 3rd floor, but it wasn't awful. The cleaning staff had a great voice as he was singing while he was working! The 24 hour pool was great!
Theresa
Easy check-in and check out. No complaints. Average room. Breakfast decent. Safe parking lot.
Heidi
The air conditioner worked. The bacon was like bacon bits but other than that we had a nice stay.

Gym was small but fine, the water dispenser don’t work. I did tell the staff, but it wasn’t fixed by the time we left. The milk in the kitchen was expired. I let somebody know, he did end up changing it. Twice there was nobody at the front desk. I waited for quite some time and still nobody showed up. I think they are sorely understaffed at that the best western.
I only found one ice maker on the first floor and there was an open pipe behind it so it stunk like sewage.
Also we had a room facing the highway and it was so loud at night and I slept with ear plugs in and I could still hear the highway.
The price was right though.

Karen

Old dusty dirty room
Holly
Room was fairly clean, nothing crazy. Bathtub was a little dirty. Continental breakfast was gross. Not many options either.
We left an item in our room and made it all the way back to NC before realizing. Staff was rude and said they won’t help us by shipping item etc.

Room was clean comfortable bed as well
Trevor
Room was pretty good. We stopped in due to a snow storm because they had a heated pool. The door leading outside had a hold in it letting in cold air and the room was foggy from the humidity, but otherwise was great. They ran out of many food items during breakfast but there was a snow storm so I'm sure that affected things. Glad to have had a place to stay during the storm.
Kelly
Found a bug in the bathroom. I had to get the off duty worker to check us out because the on duty guy was no where to be found.
Hazael
Good clean and good breakfast

I've stayed here a few times now. The staff are always friendly, the rooms are always clean, and it's quiet. Breakfast is decently varied: eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, fruit, cereal, grits, etc.
Amarjit
Room was clean. Staff was welcoming. Ambience was good.
Kimberly
This is a very nice hotel. The only thing i was displeased about was that i had left a personal item in the room. Very personal and a gift from a loved one. And someone cleaning the room thought it was ok to not take it to lost and found so that the owner of the item could be contacted. I understand that I should not have forgotten it, but they should not have taken it or thrown it out.
Jonathan
Not enough variety with bread no bagels and no biscuits and gravy
Rowena
great place to stay
Kristina
Staff was hard to track down. Funny smell in hallway. TV wasn't working a I'm d need it for noise to sleep due to night terrors. Checked out and left at 3am
Robin
It was ok. Had an odd vibe/environment. The room was clean. Beds were decent. Walls were thin. We could hear everything going on around us even with the TV on.
It’s a good place to stop and sleep overnight.

Lance

Karina
Hotel was very dirty and had a lot of things to be fixed. The room had the carpet very stained, sheets and towels had stains too and the bathroom had a pee stain on the side and the faucet didn’t have the handles. Room had a lot to be fixed. Hotel seems to be in the last of its tim.
Chad
There was mold on the ceiling. Solid overall for a one night’s sleep
Terry
The front desk clerks were awesome. I had made a mistake on the date when booking my room through Expedia and Darryl helped me correct this problem. I ended up staying 4 nights there. Darryl is AWESOME! He was always helpful, smiling, friendly and a pleasure to work with. I had the pleasure of meeting and talking with the other front desk clerk Kevin one night. He was awesome too! Both of these young men are an asset to this business. Clean rooms.
Joshua
