The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was great.

Do not stay at this hotel. The pictures look nothing like what it actually looks like in person. I requested a non-smoking room and clearly the room we got was either a smoking room or prior smoking room and it smelled awful. You could even see the smoke marks on the walls and the ceilings. The door stopper was broken with poor patchwork leaving a hole in the wall. The bathroom vent was covered in dust and the vent didn't even work. The window curtain liners were filthy and there was mold on the air conditioner. There were brown splatter marks on the tissue container in the bathroom. The bed linens were questionable as well. The room was dark and loud and I cannot stress enough how bad it smelled. I thought for $150 it would have been better quality but I guess I'm just going to have to spend $300 from now on to actually stay at a nicer hotel. It did offer free breakfast but we didn't even bother looking at it just because of how bad the condition of the hotel was in. The front desk staff was pleasant for the most part.
Herman
Awesome place, clean with friendly staff.
Peter
We just needed a room for the night. The room was clean and we'll maintained, but felt a little dated. The main drawback was their were no USB outlets to charge your devices, normally we bring the plug ins, but forgot this time. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very nice.
Shannon
Clean, convenient and would stay again!
Mingyan
I called at about 10 pm to let the staff know that I’d arrive after midnight. She said, “I’ll let the person after know since my shift ends at 11. I hope you have a safe trip, that’s all we care about.” Just really appreciate her saying that. Warmed my heart.
And for an included hot breakfast, it was good.

I will definitely stay here again.

I had as good night sleep but there are no usb ports for charging. When ask, the front desk said they were removed as people would break them. I didn’t believe it!!! Next booking I will ask if they are equipped.
Breakfast could be improved with sweet rolls etc. Coffee was in a machine not freshly brewed.

Air conditioning worked very well, clean, everything was in working order. The staff was very kind and pleasant to be around. Breakfast is a huge benefit. The eggs and sausage are never hot for some reason but everything tasted good.
Diana
The beds were clean and comfortable. The carpet in the room was not. It felt dirty to walk on. The room smelled dirty and musty. We were only staying one night to break up a long drive. Would not have stayed longer.
Amy
The carpet was in bad shape we asked them to clean the room after two days and they forgot to clean the floors!! Breakfast was ok pool was cold On the weekends they should had the breakfast until 10
Edward Louis
Nice service. Clean rooms. A clean Indoor swimming poor . Only issue is a small smell. But it is acceptable.
cheryl
Loved the indoor pool and hot tub staying open until 11PM - perfect way to unwind after a long day traveling. The breakfast buffet was tasty and a great way to start another long day on the road.
Brian
Really good best western location
Megan
The bathroom had hairs on the floor when we walked into the room and the bed was askew so that the metal bed rail was sticking out and caught me on the ankle bone.
Breakfast is over at 9, at least 30 mins earlier the most hotels end their breakfast.
Housekeeping was loudly vacuuming outside our room well before check-out time. Not a great wake-up “call”-especially when we didn’t request one.
The best part of our stay was the very helpful, polite gentleman who checked us in.

Would stay at again clean and nice place to stay!
Autumn
Very clean
Teresa
Food was not good. Went to front desk to ask question and young man was asleep at the desk. On check in they wanted a $50 deposit even tho room had been paid for. Not a fan of this policy. On check out said it could take up to a week to show as a credit on my card.
Mark
Turned down the bed and found either blood or period blood under the sheet in the mattress pad . It was discussing.
James
Room was good only stayed one night while traveling. Renovations going on but didnt affect our stay.
Tammy
Clean room, polite staff, great parking
Bob
I stayed several days. Room wasn't cleaned once. If I needed anything I had to get it myself.
O the morning of the 14th Sunday morning 8:25am the breakfast area was very full of guests. There wasn't anything to eat and when asking the staff if they was putting anything else out to eat they stated No! as it states breakfast starts at 6am until 9am there was a lot of guests unhappy including myself

Room was clean, staff very attentive.
Samuel
Outdated. Very, very outdated. And the beds are awful; so bad that I refuse to give more than 3 stars. Essentially, good for a night but, nothing more.
Amy
Our room was very clean and comfortable! Staff was super friendly!
Timothy

Fine place to stay with family of 5.
Bernard
Front desk very professional and personable. Close to several restaurants of various kinds. My family has stayed at this particular hotel several times over the years and expect to return.
Kenneth
Rooms were filthy, ants in my room and the TV didn’t work. Old carpet, old furniture!
Thomas
The place will be better when the renovations are done.
Marilyn
The dish tv was an issue!
Charity
Clean room, comfortable bed, plenty of luggage carts, and nice staff. Great for a 1 night stay while traveling.
Robert
Older hotel, Convenient to I-40, breakfast was awful
Tammy

Kenny
Awesome stay. Clean room. Helpful staff.
William
Nice place parking and food were fine
Brent
Room wasn’t cleaned once even though we asked multiple times. Terrible service and the hotel itself was dirty and gross.
Tammy
Clean room
Dorothy
Odd layout to get around. It was under construction and off season when we were there. Breakfast was good and plenty of parking
Carla
Hotel is old, very minimal and outdated. They were doing renovation but would need a complete overhaul. Dirt on our curtains and window seal
Antonneisha
Clean room
Tammy
friendly staff
Nicholas
Breakfast was good and best bed we have ever slept in at a hotel.
Brittany
Hotel was being painted, paint trays everywhere and no wet paint signs, but wasn't really an issue for us. Our toilet was rickety and did not fill properly. Front desk attendant was the only employee there and couldn't fix it. She asked us to try turning the water valve all they way on and offered a new room if that didn't work, but we declined as we were exhausted. Did not get fixed. Staff was super friendly though. Hotel listing says they have rollaway beds for a fee, but told us that theirs broke and they threw it away and did not replace it, and that there were no rooms with sofa beds available. This was an issue with 2 toddlers. They did not have cribs either. Hot tub jets would only work for 5 minutes at a time, then you have to wait 10-15 minutes for them to work again. Pool was absolutely freezing. Very clean rooms, but other than that, was not super pleased.
Eric
It’s a nice hotel I will stay again
LINDA
Nice clean rooms and breakfast area
Jennifer
The hotel was very clean. Good breakfast. The staff was courteous.
Roy
Near interstate but quiet.
Tammy
This is a great area. I will definitely be returning
confesor
Clean room, breakfast was just a regular continental breakfast and didn’t really eat it so cant say how it was but location was very convenient for what we was there for. Not bad!!
Joanna
There’s lots of construction going on.
When we first checked in our room the toilet would not flush and we had to be moved to another room.
Beds were comfy, but the hotel is very dated.

I don’t eat breakfast so I can’t rate. The parking was great, close to the entrance door and well lit.
Kristina
Great

This hotel was average. The staff was super nice. The chairs in our room had stains but the beds were clean. The indoor pool, exercise room and hot tub are a definite plus here. The breakfast is my only complaint. The options were the most limiting I've seen in sometime at a hotel. They include 1 waffle maker, blueberry muffins (if you beat the crowd), eggs, patty sausage, biscuits, gravy (the worst I've ever eaten), toast and 2 kinds of cereal. The highlights were a parfait area and you must try the cappuccino in the coffee machine.
Gary
Yes, everything was good!
Tammy
Polite staff and clean room
Jamie
Water went from hot to cold people fighting down from us all night nothing was done never got fresh towels
Donald
Breakfast t was your standard hotel breakfast. It was all good.
Leah
Great stay!
James
Room was clean, dining near by, and plenty of parking. Area was quiet.
Cerdricia
I enjoyed my time here at best western! The breakfast was delicious, room was clean, and overall positive experience! My favorite part was the jacuzzi area that is open 24hrs. I don’t have any complaints because the price I paid for two nights was a great one considering all the positives. I even contemplated staying another night just because I was enjoying myself so much. 10/10 would stay again!
Tammy
Clean rooms and friendly staff
Anita
Not the best place to stay. We stayed 3 nights and they do not offer cleaning services. Rooms were ok, bathtub was clogged and we were give a plastic wand to unclog it. Not a great experience.
Tammy
Friendly staff and safe location
Elizabeth
Pile of wood was at the entrance...capets were taped down with blue color tape...staff were kind and helpful...
Richard
The room was clean and in good condition.
The one thing I did not appreciate was that my circumstances changed and they were not even one bit accommodating when I had to try to make a change the day before. I get that it’s not your fault my plans changed, but not even trying to work with me was not appreciated. Guy at the counter was friendly, but customer service above him was not.

The renovation caused me to leave a day early. I was not happy with the noise.
Tammy
Friendly front desk attendant, Lynn, was very helpful.
Calvin
No issue except TV had to be restarted.
Thomas

Clean room, very nice staff. Problem was in morning the water was like warm.
Andrew
Room was rough, breakfast and coffee are garbage, spend $20 more and stay somewhere better
Wayne
Very nice room
Austin
The breakfast on the weekends is The best the lady who services the weekends goes above and beyond. During the week days us sucked. The pool was nice. Family friendly
Joseph
Good people willing to help travelers. Hotel is under going a renovation so take that into consideration
Alma
BED BUGS!!!
Edward
The staff were very nice upon arrival. We noticed the room smelled as though someone had smoked especially after visiting another room. The room was in the 40’s when we entered. The heater did warm up but after returning from dinner we saw a mysterious bug in the bathroom and did not feel comfortable sleeping there. We were given another room immediately that did not smell and appeared to be much cleaner. Breakfast was a nice amenity. We should have requested a different room immediately as the rooms were very dissimilar.
Vonda
Clean room amenities and staff
Michele
Staff was extremely cordial. Room was the cleanest and most organized of all hotels I’ve stayed in Knoxville
Lindsey
Had to move rooms because the fridge in the first one didn't work so that was very accommodating of them. The staff was nice and I had no issues. However, I was sad that the very day i checked in the hot tub stopped working and wasn't repaired yet when i left 7 days later. Hope they got it done eventually!
Daikel
The hotel is under renovation
Tabatha
Room was clean staff was great.
Aerial
Room could of been cleaned a little better but was okay. Breakfast was okay. Could have been better for the price. And maybe you should have plastic silverwear out for people getting togo food. Other than that, had a good experience
Catherine
Friendly staff, clean room, great amenities and great location.
Anthony
Did not have a problem was a great place to stay
Tabitha
I always try to stay here when I come to Knoxville. Don't have to deal with a lot of the traffic of West Knoxville!
Kyleigh
room was clean, staff friendly.
Ray and Elizabeth
The room was clean and the staff was courteous. However, there were issues that made our stay less than enjoyable: the toilet clogged, 2 lightbulbs were out, including the long tube light over the sink with no one on the property who could replace it, the iron poured dirty water on the clothes we were trying to iron, and the mattress had a distinct sag in the middle which caused difficulty in getting a good night's sleep.
Brian
Clean room, friendly staff
Elizabeth
Courteous friendly staff.
Claudia
Didn’t have breakfast
Carol
Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Price was reasonable. Pool was quite chilly but large. Hot tub was a plus.
Brandon
Room was clean and comfortable.
