The staff was great especially Miss Robin. I enjoyed how friendly she was and she guided us to local spots.
Cynthia
Very nice hotel for a very good price. Front desk was super quick with check in and very nice. Room was spotless, clean.
Ken
Nice. Would stay again.
Crystal
Great experience. Located at a quieter end of town. Staff was great. Room had been assigned to pet room and when asked if we had a pet which we didnt she reassigned us to different room so we wouldn't be near any animal noise. Room was basic but clean and comfy. Easy parking and ample.
Vivian
Decent stop when it got too late to drive with the kids. Beds were comfortable, room was clean.

The room was clean and parking was fine but the staff and room were both pretty basic. Breakfast was very basic. Waffle maker and some pastries. That's it.
Trevor I
Our stay was average and customer service was less personable than expected.
Tracy
Everything was good on our stay
Diana
Dirty.

The property was well kept and quiet.
Corbin
No issues whatsoever. It was perfect for us. Only issue was there was a security light outside the window and the curtain didn't cover it well. So our 3 month old had a hard time staying asleep at night.
Joe
The room was clean although there were no towels or soap in the room. The front desk was helpful. Fine for an overnight stay
Joseph
Clean
Jan
What a great value… bed very comfortable… no pet fee… lots of near by walking space for pups… staff friendly. Definitely recommend!

Parking
Melody
Room was clean. Quick stop to sleep. Can’t get breakfast unless you’re up at 7am because it’s all gone by 9. Parking was ok, didn’t like how I couldn’t put anything on the car to ensure it wouldn’t get towed. Literally right off the highway
Shenai
The morning staff was very nice! The evening check in staff left something to be desired. When she had me sign the signature pad she said “This is saying you agree with the nightly right. It was, um, I think it was $115 or something but just go ahead and sign,” which made me a little nervous. The room was basic but it was clean. The walls and doors are thin and we could hear every sound anyone made in the hall or the lobby area all night long.
Peter
The room was clean and had the basic amenities you would expect. TV is about 10-15 inches too small for the room. Area is very close to I-40, which is convenient, but loud throughout the night. If you're a light sleeper, you may want to look elsewhere.
The staff were friendly enough and parking was easy. The bed wasn't great, but adequate. It's on the firm side and you can feel and hear the springs when you move.
All things considered, you can't beat the price for a clean hotel that's close to I-40 and about 15 minutes to downtown.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. A welcome reprieve from a a long day.

Overall good.

I arrived about midnight
There was no toilet paper in my room
There was a wide crack between the door and were you close it.
I was praying no one could possibly see through the opening. I placed a towel there just in case. The hotel is directly off the highway close to the exit, so there is a lot of noise. The hotel was good for my one night stay. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to solo travelers. There was a family checking in before me so I felt a little safe.
But I won’t stay again.

Very nice staff was very convenient to my graduation spot. The Night Shift lady was very helpful.
MITCHELL
First person whom checked me in was awesome, then I dealt with Tracy. Incredibly rude, appeared she hates her job. I stood at counter for at least 90 seconds why she took in her “cops” video. When I told her my AC was not working, she responded as though I’m too stupid to operate the controls. Tracy definitely needs some CSR training! Beds are incredibly hard and frame squeaks anytime you move.
Tina
The room did not have any new charging outlets.
Lauren
Decent, affordable rooms
Michael
Did not partake of the breakfast
Michelle
They may have newly remodeled rooms but mine was not.
Melissa
Friendly staff on arrival, pets stay free. Easy parking and location felt safe especially traveling with children. Breakfast is grab and go with option to make waffles. The biggest downside was the smell of our room had a dirty mop water smell probably an easy fix. Overall room was clean
William
Being a value hotel, we were expecting breakfast or anything fancy. They provided waffles! The room was really nice and the beds were comfortable.
Robert
The arrival staff was great. Room was clean, very comfy
Temerity
Great hotel. We love bringing our dog because she is free and it's a clean place!
Latoya
It was very quiet room was clean very well. We even got in the pool and had it to ourselves the whole time
Robert
Good moderately priced motel. King sized bed was firm. One side table so I used my big cooler for the table on my side of the bed - worked out well . Room had a refrigerator, no microwave. Breakfast was a bit sparse - danishes and waffles. No charge for pets is a plus. If traffic noises bother you make sure the room is on the front side of the building - Interstate 40 is close enough to hear the trucks.
Deanna
Elevator was broken but was a nice place.
James
A nice clean, comfortable, inexpensive place to stay for the night. Pet friendly, limited breakfast, easy off I 40.
REBECCA
Room was clean, the 2 staff members I inner acted with were very nice.
Casey
I did a lot of review reading before picking a place to stay in Knoxville. America's Best had some of the better reviews in my price range.
First off, the price is decent. I only stayed a night and was passing through so I don't want to be too critical. The hotel and area felt safe. It was within 15 minutes driving distance of everything I wanted to see in the area.
The room was a place to sleep. The beds were comfortable and clean. The toilet in my room would run about every 10 minutes and the AC sounded like a freight train when it turned on. The curtains let in a lot of light. There was a security light outside my room and lit up the room all night long. It looked like it was daylight out. The light was great for an early morning pet break and feeling safe but not so much when trying to sleep. they need longer curtains that actually block light. The room had dirty walls. My phone was slow to work without being on their Wi-Fi, but the Wi-Fi worked great.
The breakfast is bare minimum. There was a waffle maker with syrup (no butter), Hostess cake danishes and honeybuns, Quaker Oatmeal packets, granola bars, coffee, and tea. It was enough to get me on my way but wish there was some fruit.
Check-in was great! The lady at the front desk was pleasant and got me a pet friendly room. She was nice and worked efficciently for a quick check-in.
I loved that they are pet friendly and was a decent place for my pup and I to stay.

The hotel was very clean, the staff friendly, and a great price!!
Davonna
This was my second stay at this hotel, and it was a great experience. The bed was incredibly comfy, and I slept like a baby. My only suggestion for improvement is to add vending snack machines that accept various payment methods beyond just cash, as well as microwaves in each room. This would make it even more convenient for guests, instead of relying on the single microwave located just past the check-in desk.
Other than that, I would gladly stay at this hotel again and again. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling — you’ll enjoy a wonderful stay at this awesome hotel!

Colette
This room was great since I was in town at a graduation ceremony. The access to the hotel was very convenient and the room and staff were great!
Diane
Very clean but bare bones ammenities.
Tracy
Staff is always friendly. Rooms are very basic but clean. Just wish the pool had been open since it was so warm out.
Mallory
Great place to stay with pets!
Maya
The room was renovated and clean. Self parking is available and convenient.
Pam
Clean room. Super affordable and parking is great.
Alpheus
The hotel was pretty clean for being an older hotel. My only 2 complaints are the bed was one of those awful thin spring mattresses that was SUPER uncomfortable. The other is we were on an end room on the 3rd floor and there was a parking lot light that was right next to the window making it look daylight 24/7 definitely need better windows coverings on at least that room.
Steven
This is my \"go to\" facility when traveling to Knoxville for business! Staff is always friendly and professional. Overall the facility and the room are always clean though a few could benefit from renovation/updating.
William
Great affordable place to stay while in Tenn.
Jasmine
Excellent
Holly
Parking was safe and easy. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. We had a great night's sleep. Cracker Barrel is right across the parking lot. The staff is friendly. We've stayed there before several times over the years and we'll most likely stay there again.
Spence
Cleaner and more comfortable than most places at the same price point
Davonna
It was the most greatest experience. With the prior hotels I stayed at before in Knoxville, TN, the America's Best Value Inn is number 1. The bed was very comfortable with having the best sleep I have ever had. The room was so very nice and it was quite place to stay at. I will be using this place again for my future stays. I recommend it to anyone, take advantage of it. You will not regret it.v
Frank
The property is dated but clean, I would stay again.
Charlton
One of the best places we stay.
James
For an older hotel with the price it was a nice hotel. It was better then expected.
Amy
Nice basic room. Bed was very comfortable. Ever time I left the room I had to go back down to the desk because our keys did not work. Someone on our floor was smoking wacky tobacco.
Justin
The hotel room was clean and the bed was comfortable and there was a fridge in the room. The check-in process was easy and there was convenient parking.
Anthony
Property was conveniently located for the purpose of my trip
Michelle
If traveling and need an economic place to rest your head, its perfect and right beside Crackle Barrel. No complaints for the price and dogs stay Free, bonus.
Anthony
Great experience! Never stayed here before.
Tammara
Don’t expect much. There’s no smoking signs in hallways but that was not enforced. There’s a grab and go breakfast but we didn’t risk it. Hotel staff needs training in hospitality.
Kevin
Was in town for a concert, so hotel options were very limited. Ended up trying this place out and was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean, and the staff was great with an easy check-in and check-out process, even with a late-night check-in. Would highly recommend if you need a \"budget\" option to stay a night. Only downside would be that the walls are a bit thin, so it can be loud in the mornings with guests leaving
Sydney
I personally will not be back to this property. It is a nonsmoking property and yet the entire place reeked of cigarettes. From the moment you walk into the lobby it smells like cigarettes, the elevator, and hallways too. The staff were friendly and that was the only redeeming quality of the place. We found old food that wasn’t ours in the fridge. The property is run down and needs some serious updates. The AC hardly works and the tv stopped working our first night there. The shower pressure was the same as a water hose. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were rock hard.
jeremy
It was nore that I expected for the the price
Clean rooms, friendly staff my second time staying there over the past 3 years
Clean rooms, friendly staff my second time staying there over the past 3 years

Room was a little dirty. Top shelf had weird residue. Look like mice droppings, not sure what it was (disgusting)

Good for a low budget hotel.

Everything was excellent except for the road noise. This hotel is close to the interstate so it was noisy at night. Would not have been a problem had I brought my earplugs.
Hugh
The room was class, I liked the fact that the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, & hand soap were in a container and all you had to do was push in the dispenser to dispense the soaps out.
Thomas
Clean room friendly staff

Booked last minute because my stay in Knoxville needed to be extended and most everywhere else (including where I’d stayed the night before) was crazy expensive. My biggest complaint was the noise. It’s right by the interstate which, while convenient for some, was very noisy. The doors were slamming all night. The room next to me started a shower right as I went to bed, which was surprisingly noisy. At 4:30 am, someone was shouting in the hall.
Additionally, the pillows were very uncomfortable… overly thick and firm. The AC wasn’t great at keeping a comfortable temp, I was cold and then hot.
On a positive note, the water was hot and had good pressure. I appreciated the blackout curtain. The place looked pretty clean. And I had no problem with the staff. I didn’t stay for breakfast, so I can’t comment on that.
If all you need is a clean place to lay your head, you can sleep through commotion, and you don’t care for any luxury, this place would probably be fine. For myself, I wish I’d spent a bit more for extra comfort.

The Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Our room was clean. AC worked well. Small breakfast available was a bonus! Make your own waffles is always a plus!
Only negative was we could hear the talking in the lobby late into the night.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, clean and safe property. Great value.

Refrigerator in the room was broken. Bed pillows were harder than boulders. The building elevator was on its last leg.
Mike
Clean. Simple. Coffee in the morning...a good cup.
Kim
Great value! Great stay

For our needs it was great
Just a quick one night stay. The staff was friendly, quick and helpful with questions about near by restaurant and shops.

The staff was great until the day of check out. I took my bags down to the car and returned to my room to check it out before I actually checked out. When I arrived at my room the door was wide open and the beds had already been stripped. Mind you it was 9am and check out wasn't until 11. I looked for the person who had stripped the room and she came out of the laundry room and she informed me she was told that we left since we removed our bags. So I went to the desk to discuss this with the front desk person and she proceeded to start yelling at me like it was my fault that they went into my room prior to me checking out. Also, they couldn't get a manager on the phone or to the property for me to speak with. She did give me a card to call the number on and I proceeded to call and it went straight to her. I am glad that I hadn't left anything because it would have probably been stolen and I am also glad my daughter had gotten all her diabetes stuff to include needles cleaned up before taking my stuff to the car. I will never stay at this location in fear my stuff might come up missiif I leave my room. Also nothing has been offered to compensate for the frustration and the violation of privacy!!!!!!

convenient to interstate and food

Everything was very nice. Clean room, kind staff. Easy access to and from highway. Only issue was too close to the highway, so kind of noisy... no fault of the hotel.
Suzanne
The staff was great! Room was okay.

It isn’t fancy, but it is clean. Beds decent, and there was coffee in the lobby in the morning. Absolutely adequate for an overnight pit stop with pets.
