The hotel was not as shown or described at all. They had the main desk/breakfast area blocked off from the public. You check in through a glass window with a pass through, and for good reason. We were met by a man who may have been on drugs, evaluating whether he could take something from me. There was an abandoned car on the property. Quite a few shady people with dogs roaming the property, who very well could have been long term residents. The inside of the room was just like any seedy motel room you seen in the movies with the torn lamp shade, the stains on the bed sheets, which were the top cover, two styles/colors of broken down curtains. We didn’t stay long enough to see if there were bed bugs. Unless you are in the market for elicit activities or want to mix it up with the local shady crew, I would avoid at all costs. You have been warned, proceed at your own risk!

Bathroom needed facial work.

The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful with everything that I needed
Alexis
The room was old, dirty, and full of broken amenities. Brown marks on the walls, dirty marks on the bed sheet, hair on the towels, broken drawers, TV didn’t work, light fixtures with broken bulbs.. about all that worked was the shower and the toilet. We had a non smoking room but it smelled like smoke and the people next door to us were definitely smoking in their non smoking room, but the staff didn’t do anything about it.

The room was very clean. Some of the linens were stained, but clean.
Facility is older. Needed basc cosmetic attention. Electrical outlet covers were broken. Front of air/heat unit was missing as well as some of the knobs.
Paint chipping off ceiling above shower.
Everything in the room worked.

Front desk night time attendant helpful. Room not clean at all (and looks like it was never cleaned). Stains on bathroom floor, walls, bed sheets, and curtains. Floors not clean, smelled badly of cigarette smoke (even though it was a “non smoking” room). Would not stay here again
Ellen
What hot tub and if they have one I would not recommend getting in . Room was not clean at all curtains holes in them blood in the walls and floor dirty sink , countertop, toilet sink and floors . Bed sheets stained and cig burns in them shades are dirty and dry rotten . Horrible hotel . Rude did not get the room that was booked . Someone actually came in my room as I was blow drying my hair . No breakfast not even a coffee maker in the room . A few roaches .
Chad
The rooms look good and the staff was great. Anything I needed the were more than willing to help me
Regina
The room looked nothing like the picture advertised. There were stains on the bedding, curtains, floor and ceiling. The door didn't meet so you could see outside. The curtains had holes in them. The shower spigot wasnt connected to the shower wall so the pipe was exposed. Hairdryer had electrical tape on the cord.
Chad
Great stay and everyone was so helpful
Christopher
First room smelled like smoke in the smokeless room. Changed to a diffrent room, Both Bed sheets had stains, we had to ask for diffrent sheets. Walls were Dirty, a/c seemed like someone took a hammer to it but it worked. Big space under the door, had to place towels to seal. Fire alarm went off at 3:30am in the morning. No fire, it finally turned off at 4:30am.. only stayed because kids needed rest and only used the room to sleep and leave.
Malina
Room very clean. Staff friendly. The TV was small. Awesome water pressure. No ice machine.

Nice for the price

They were very welcoming to my 2 small dogs. He even waived the pet fee for one night because we agreed to keep them crated when we were not in the room

The gentleman that checked us in was great. The room and overall condition of the 'hotel' definitely needs updating.

Very nice staff. Room was clean but needs repairs and renovation.

The room was infested with roaches. Other than that the room looked dirty and run down. I don’t even know how they can remain open. Maybe a call to the county health department is on order.

Good stay

Absolutely disgusting!
Holes in everything. Puvic hairs in the towels. Bandaid on the disgustingly gross curtains. Broken drawers. Leaky faucets. Hair in the tub.
Never again

Our stay was for mid-travel, sleep only. Room was clean, but well worn. HVAC unit was damaged, but did work. Smoke detector was missing. Bed was comfortable. Despite pre-registration, check-in took several minutes.
Mark
We stayed in 3 different hotels during our trip. This was the first one and thankfully the other hotels after that visit were so much better. The bed was terrible. The furniture in the room was practically falling apart. The caulking in the bathroom sink area looked like it was done by a child and some kind of bug ran into a hole in the wall by the sink when I turned on the light. We paid less at a hotel in Pidgeon Forge and the quality was immensely better. We will never stay at a Travelodge again.
Christina
Gentleman who checked us in was great, opened the door to the room and off scurrying was a cockroach! He offered another room we searched and seen none
Tammy
The staff was very friendly
Brett
The Condition of the rooms was terrible. Roach on the bed holes in the walls. Bed was ok.
Alfred
Staff was great after Expedia incorrectly informed me of how many the room would sleep. We were expecting a pullout sofa for guest 5, but staff moved us to a room that had one at no extra charge.

I stayed for 4 days and way never given a towel or anything. They was a few roaches but thays expected of a $50 a night hotel. I dis leave with everyrhing i came wirh.
Cherly
Its a quaint property, great if all you need is a bed and shower. Its very hard to see/find until you're at the driveway. Very noisy alot. Also, not staffs fault but night protocols for everything front desk including check in doesn't give one the feeling service is available. We didnt want maid service because we travel with a cat, but there were no do not disturb tags and no one came to check. As we were leaving, we saw the poor desk clerk cleaning rooms. Very low to no staff and i felt sorry for him.
carmelo
Its okay.

I knew I was signing up for a cheap room, didn't expect anything special, but did expect clean rooms, without cigarette smell, and with working AC. The staff was very kind and tried to help me by giving me a different room, but the whole place is falling apart and there's not much they can do.
Michael
I was looking forward to breakfast but was informed there is no breakfast.

Great rom but uncomfortable bed
The room . Condition was good, everything was clean and bathroom was updated. We had a smell issue in the first room but staff quickly gave us another room, so no problems there. My only issue was the bed was uncomfortable, three of agree it was a bad nights sleep
Julie
The check in guy was very helpful
Donald
terrible did not stay there, just took the loss went to different place. would not recommend this place
Benjamin
Im used to cheaper hotels for work, but this one may take the cake. There was just one really itchy brown blanket. The sheet had obvious human fluids on them. The ac temperature adjust dial broken. Would not recommend.
Angie
The check in process was rather less than stellar and my room had at least 1 roach in it and my wash cloths were dirty.
Dylan
Friendly Staff and really nice room
Santiago
No coffee maker in room. Cold water on washbasin didn't work. Only hot water.
Chris
Real roach motel.
The front lobby had a roach crawing on the floor as soon as i walked in. However the guy who helped me was awesome. He deserves to work at a 5 star hotel. So accomidating. So i ket the roach thing go. The room was ok for a 8 hr sleep but the towels in the bathroom had holes on them or almost all the way thru. Then when i was getting my shoes on to keave the next morning a roach crawled rught bu my shoe. Si when i went to check out i finally got a woman to the window after ronging the bell 4 tomes and waiting on her for 10 minutes. Roach motel for sure. But, guy that checked me in was awesome.
Terrance
I enjoyed the front desk agent working mid shift. Was informative, freindly while going above and beyond to make my stay a good and comfortable experience.

We booked a smoke free room, walked into our room and was greeted with a strong smell of cigarettes. While inspecting the room we saw a roach, the bed sheets were dirty and the bathroom towels were dirty as well, where was a dirty shoe print on the towels as if it was walked on, folded and put back up for use. The AC unit did not have a filter so it was just blowing out dirty cigarettes air. Never again.
Kaleena
Very very nice staff. Felt very clean and slept great!
David
The property was unclean. Staaff wS not available when needed. It was very noisy all night long.
erica
The staff is really nice and they greet you when you come onto property they are very easy going with getting you checked in and getting you to your room. It’s a nice area and quiet area and its safe surroundings. Rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable and it’s one of the cleanliness hotels I been too. Definitely will be staying more often.
Blaine
It was ok
Louie
The bed was like sleeping on the floor. No blanket. And there was not a continental breakfast. Just coffee
Verified traveler
Not the best. There were many places to stay at this interstate exit. There were cigarette burns in the sheets. The sink was damaged. Noise from the interstate was quite noticable at first, but the room HVAC provided the \"white noise\" to cover. The desk clerk was very nice and helpful when we needed coffee in the room and help with the tv access.
Korrie
This is not a place to be open its nasty the bed are nasty the staff is rude it smelled like old dead people and the drug trafficking is horrible NEVER NEVER STAY HERE EVER AGAIN…
Annette
Booked no smoking / got a smoking. Dirty linens , burn marks everywhere , stuff on the walls in bathroom.and more …. It was a dump !
john
The customer service is good. It's a good location. The room was relatively clean. My room door on the inside could have used a wipe down and room had an odor. I bought some Febreeze and took care of it. (It didn't bother me to buy Febreeze because I will use for other things)
Other than that, the room was good. If I visit again, I Will go there..knowing what's in store for me; but I may not recommend to friends & family

Bed was newer but room and building old.no breakfsst.Didnt feel real safe in the area.
Kim
The room smelled like smoke as soon as you walked in (the room was supposed to be nonsmoking), the room was dirty- stains on walls, lamp shades, sink, curtains etc.. the coffee maker in room was melted. The fridge didn’t work, even the remote control was missing buttons, looked like it had been chewed up, and the batteries were taped in. Overall would never stay here again, would have cancelled and just lost money and went somewhere else except for the fact it was Memorial Day weekend and everything was booked. Do not stay here unless you absolutely have no other choice.
Kerri
I like how it's very peaceful here no one ever bothers me
Ian
Room was beat up. It also needs a deep cleaning.
Tracy
Don't do it.
Dirty walls, sheets. Sketchy people all over. The domino's delivery guy even questioned why we were there...
Only plus was the tub and toilet looked clean and front desk, when he got there, was nice.

We were very disappointed. We booked this location based on previous reviews and Images. This property is nothing like it is portrayed via website, description or reviews (I have images). The ceiling in the bathroom was covered in mold, the sink was backed up and a nasty film around it, there were muddy dry shoe prints on the floor, the pillows were flat, you could feel every spring in the mattress, a bottle of water was knocked over accidentally and when we cleaned it up the towel was BLACK (not sure when the floor was mopped last), the fridge did not work, room smelled extremely musky and no matter what I did, we could not get the smell out of it, we had a double queen room, and we were only provided one towel, 2 wash cloth, a hand towel and a floormat (when we went up front and requested more towels, we were handed a towel and a washcloth and were told that all they could provide at the time. The staff weren’t rude but definitely not welcoming. We definitely wouldn’t recommend or stay again.
Elizabeth
Convenience is only positive for this motel. Broken hair dryer, broken shower bar, thin-as-paper towels and washcloths, and roaches in the bathroom. Only book if you can’t find a room anywhere else.
Clare
Front desk clerk was very friendly and courtesy
Elizabeth
Convenient location but property needs updating
Natalie
Asked for a non smoking room and the room they gave REEKED. Burn holes in the comforter and stains on walls. No clue how this place passed health codes.
Jamie
Not clean, needs updated. Very basic room
Heather
4 long days
Beds were old school. Should be updated. The breakfast bar was not told to us at time of check-in or prior that it was not open.
There were only 2 pillows per bed. Floors needed to be cleaned.
Sheets could be cleaner

Lobby closed like it was still during beginning of covid. Desk clerk was asleep at the desk at 7 pm, rang the bell and it barely woke him up. Took forever for him to produce room keys and paperwork and I was the only one there. Room was in bad disrepair and felt dirty. Cigarette burns on the sheets and blood stain on one of the pillows. Telephone in room was filthy and didn’t work. Beds were cheap and so uncomfortable.
Had we not already unpacked in two rooms we would have left the hotel for a different choice and forfeited our money. Mind you, we are NOT picky people. This place was just gross.

Rachael
Very run down, had a lot of people who appeared to be on drugs hanging around all day
Benjamin
There was nothing to like other than the staff. The room was dirty, burn holes in the comforter, smoke detector missing, mildew and mold in the bathroom. Floor was completely filthy. We arrived around 3am after driving straight through the night. There was alot of activity going on in the parking lot, from cars just driving around to someone actually putting their ear up against the doors of the rooms. We ended up asking for a refund and driving to Pigeon Forge and getting a hotel. Do not stay here.
