The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was simple but clean and comfortable.
Christian
I had to check in rather late, but the staff was helpful and reassured me I wouldn't run into any issues. Sure enough, I checked in at 3am with no issues, due to a late drive. The room was clean and the bathroom was perfect. Loved the shower
Trisha
Staff so friendly and helpful..Very clean and fresh smelling. They have a nice pool table pool work out room... Nice selections for breakfast... free water and cookies all the time.. We will stay again...

We stayed at Tru by Hilton from July 3–4, and had a great experience! The hotel was very reasonably priced, exceptionally clean, and decorated so cute for the Fourth of July. The festive decorations made it feel fun and welcoming from the moment we walked in.
The staff was friendly, the room was comfortable, and everything was well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, affordable, and enjoyable place to stay!

Everything was very nice from checking to check out. Breakfast food needs an upgrade though.

The TV only worked for a few minutes, then most stations cut off. The staff was not able to solve the problem.

The rooms were very clean. Actually the entire place was very clean. The staff were very helpful and kind we stayed 4 nights and the whole time was wonderful. The only negative was the fan in the bathroom didn’t seem to work well.
Colleen
Outstanding value for money. This hotel easily beats the competition with its superior breakfast spread and a fantastic saltwater pool that stays open late. The rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. Highly recommend and would gladly stay again!
Margo
Loved everything. Could use an upgrade on the pillows is all.

Very clean and helpful staff. Sue was amazing at the desk. Pool table and soundproof seats make it extra fun.
Barry
Unfortunately the guests above us were very disrespectful and loud and stomping on the floor all night. I called down stairs to the front desk and was told that they would call them. Unfortunately the noise continued well into the night. The hotel was wonderful otherwise
beth
This property was really clean so festive we the Vols decor, staff sooooo friendly and informative. Love love the rooms, so modern. Loved the gym, couldn’t get enough of the gym! Love the ice buckets in the bottom floor with cups available, the breakfast was real nice and I love the draft beer station and the availability of snacks and drinks!!!!! Great stay, didn’t want to leave!!!!
Adam
Nice staff, very clean, very safe area, great parking they also offer the option to buy beer and get it via tap self serve.
Elisabeth
My only complaint is the pool was too cold for my kids. This hotel is perfect for families. The gym is great. Would definitely book again

Rooms were spotless, and the front desk receptionist was kind and helpful both at check in and check out. We plan on using Tru by Hilton again in the future. There's none out there as unique and enjoyable! Thank you for the extra attention to details!
Brandt
Friendly helpful staff and clean newly renovated rooms
Shane
The room was clean and staff was friendly. Unfortunately the mattress seemed a little thin and not very comfortable. Also, the breakfast selection was just OK - nothing exciting.
Karen
Tru is nice and new. Breakfast is the best I have had for a hotel.several options to pick from. The only complaint I have is the rooms are really small. No where to put your suitcases
George
The property is in excellent condition. The common areas and rooms were clean.
Brinda

Donna
We love the whole vibe of this hotel. This was our second stay here. We didn't bother looking elsewhere! The check-in staff was kind and helpful. The room was VERY clean. The beds were a bit hard and the shower door could have used some cleaning at the bottom and the pool was NOT very heated. It was too cold to swim in it. All in all it was great and we'll be back!
Catherine
Loved our stay
Dave
Good breakfast with long availability. Friendly staff. Clean well kept. Light in bathroom on motion detector flooding room with light incredibly bright. Waking everyone up. This was the only thing I was dissatisfied with.
Linda
Conveniently located and quiet.
Casey
The check in was great. I had a great experience with Sue on check in. Upon check out I was asked about my medical support animal and specific HIPPA questions. I offered a letter from my doctor which was declined upon checking in and when I offered it after being confronted about it upon check out, the woman decided she didn’t need it. She asked me specifically why I had the animal in front of other customers. It was rude. I offered to hand her a letter and she could read why. If this is how you do business I am never interested in returning. She then scoffed that it was a cat and not a dog. He has been specifically trained to notice changes in my behavior. It was embarrassing.
Lucy
We were completely satisfied with room and service
Thomas
This was our first stay at a Hilton Tru hotel. We would definitely go back. Very clean, great , helpful staff. Breakfast was wonderful.

Sarah
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here while visiting UTK. It was clean, beautiful, and the amenities were great. It’s a little bit secluded from traffic, which was very nice for someone noise sensitive like me. I had zero disturbances through the night. The AC kept me at a comfortable temperature. Lots of dining options around. I got dinner at an Afghan food truck down the road.
The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was probably pretty normal for hotel food, nothing special, but I appreciated that I could grab something to eat before heading out. They had a good number of options.
I only wish I could’ve extended my stay here as I ended up staying for another event the next day, but prices had gone up and I was stuck having to book with a subpar hotel elsewhere. Next time I’m in Knoxville, I’ll certainly try to stay here again!

The check in was really wierd, mad me uncomfortable due to the staff member. He had a bit of attitude.
Eitherwise, the hotel was super clean and the breakfast was excellent.
Double queen bed room- super small room and new pillows are definitely required.

We were attending a concert in Knoxville and booked the Tru hotel. We arrived at the hotel around 7pm, expecting that we would be able to check in, shower, get ready, and relax before the concert. Due to no fault of the staff, who were extremely apologetic, the entire Hilton reservation system crashed for several hours, not allowing us to check in before the event. What was supposed to be a relaxing date night, turned into us sitting in the lobby and getting changed in the public restrooms. Not enjoyable to say the least. We received a text while at the concert that our room was ready to check in around 9pm. The manager was sweet, comped us with some snacks and issued some Hilton points to our account. The room was nice and clean, although a bit sparse. The hotel itself felt safe, but the surrounding area felt a bit run down.
Jane
