Very clean and perfect room for a quick overnight stay while on a road trip. So friendly too!
Patrick
Great for a quick stay on our road trip
dana
Amazing for the price.
Lorrie
Simply amazing and front desk worked with us to have a room where we could keep an eye on our vehicle 🙌
Michala
The stay was excellent! Staff treated us wonderful! The room was so clean and comfortable!
Terrence
For basic lodging in the Smokey Mountain region, you can't ask for a cleaner and organized motel than this one. For me, it was easy...I was staying for a couple nights, working on a budget this trip and needed functional and CLEAN lodging. This location hit the spot! Not my first time using this motel and, as always, it's immaculately clean. Thanks for another great stay!
Judith
good breakfast
madonna
We loved everything about this property! The people were so friendly. The rooms were so clean and the property had beautiful outdoor sitting areas that were so charming! They have brought back old world hospitality with the little amenities in the room. We will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend it… great value! We did not use the pool, but it looked beautiful and very clean.
Brooks
One of the few places I have stayed that was a real surprise for the $$. Clean, well cared for and everything I used worked. The pool was clean and the continental breakfast was one of the better ones for a budget hotel.
Sarah
The pictures that are online are NOT what you will see in person. We pulled up and I immediately called the front desk and said I was not checking in bc it did not feel safe nor look like what I booked. They told me to call the booking party (Expedia). When I talked to Expedia, they said the hotel refused to grant the refund. Terrible customer service, false advertising of the location’s quality. It’s also NOT a Quality Inn. That sign is in disrepair. It’s actually called Motorcycle Inn. Terrible experience.
Dawn
When we first arrived I had to pull up the pictures to see if I was in the right place. Their pictures are from some time ago. The outside of the hotel looks sketchy, but room was updated. We did find a bug crawling on the floor the first night, but nothing else. Bed and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast was great. Staff very friendly! Some families enjoyed the outdoor pool.
Tauseef
Great location, kind staff, easy check-in, rooms were clean, good breakfast.
Michael
Location right off highway was perfect. Checked in late after driving for several hours so the snack and beverage upon check-in was nice. Decent choices for quick breakfast. No time to really check out amenities. Would stay again
LaTina
Surprisingly, clean and comfortable bed.
Great price as well
I will definitely be back

Darryl
Friendly staff and clean rooms.
Jeff
well designed room and great breakfast bar.
Victoria
Now that I found this place I don't think I will ever stay at another hotel in the Sevierville area! It is one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at, its spotless! Manager is so nice! Great value! Latte machine at breakfast!
kurt
Super clean room with nice touches such as toothbrush, candy in room, etc.
Nicole
Clean room. It even smelled clean!
RENA
Right off the interstate and close enough to be 30 minutes from anything in that area but far enough away that it's nowhere near as busy. Absolutely would stay there again if in the area.
Katherine
The rooms were clean and stocked. The breakfast was hot and delicious.
James
Just a regular old style motel thats been brought back to life. Nice place for the price for a nights stay. Regular breakfast that was good. Not the best place to get in our out of off route 66 right next to I40 but made it work. Great shower pressure and instant hot water all the time we used it. Overall good place.
Camille
Clean room and close to where we needed to be.
John C
Breakfast was great, staff was great dropped one of my credit cards and front desk clerk called me to let me know and asked that I pick it up after dinner. One of the cleaning ladies carried out our cooler to the car.
Mary B
the motel. was nice and clean. The front desk person was very helpful and friendly. The only issue was there were a number of other motels/hotels in the same area & it was confusing to find the correct placle.
Location was excellent; just off the interstate.

Rene
Loved the view. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathroom was too small but overall the room was very comfortable.
Jaime
This hotel went above and beyond my expectations. Last minute booking so I wasn't completely prepared but there was a toothbrush and toothpaste in the room, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. And complimentary water and snacks, they even had my favorite drink mix. I'll definitely think of them above anywhere else in the future. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff was very helpful and kind.
Patricia
Clean room, easy parking, okay breakfast.
Kathy
This hotel was rated so high on Hotels.com so my expectations were also high. The property is just an OK motel to me and the rooms smelled and it felt sticky on the carpeting. It was a typical "fairly clean" hotel, but nothing special. Maybe the bag of peanuts and extra toiletry items were an effort to make one feel special. It did not work with me. Breakfast was also so so. This is an old hotel in a great location and to me, would be worth renovating.
Danielle
This was the cutest little quality in! Doors are on the outside, however when we walked in the entire place was spotless!
We arrived late at night and there was no additional people outside wandering the area. I felt very safe! The shower pressure was excellent probably the best shower I’ve had on this whole trip!
They were so cute- They had a staff wars where they had amenities that you wouldn’t think of that you maybe left behind that you would need as well as a quick snack amenities box- it was well thought out! And we’re beyond thankful
Probably the best day we’ve had all week!

Nice, clean place to spend a night when on a road trip. Good breakfast. No complaints.
Eric
Clean, comfortable room. Bed was super comfy. Breakfast had many options, but would love sausage. Coffee machine in breakfast room is awesome!
Laura
Doors open to outside. Room was dirty and had bugs.
Mickey
Clean and quiet just what I needed
phillip
Great stay
Kyle
Great place as always. Checks all the boxes!
Vicky
Absolutely great an worth the money
Susan
Wasn't aware they were a "motorcycle inn" so was not expecting the motorcycles coming in and out, esp at night. I had asked for a back side room and was told none was available. The room itself was one of the cleanest room I have ever stayed in, that was a pleasant surprise.
Susan
Very clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Nicely renovated. Only note is that if you are a light sleeper you might want to ask for a room away from the road. The road noise did not bother us. Will definetly stay there again.
Althea
Unusually clean for a motel. The room also included spare toiletries, which can in handy when I found I had forgotten a comb. Would stay again.
Cliff
From showing up until we left the front desk , the room and the breakfast were better the expected. We would stay here again, without thinking twice.
Kyle
Excellent
Leann
Took to long to return my deposit
Gail
This was the 2nd time I’ve stayed and I cannot say a bad thing about it. Everything from check-in to the property to the room to the amenities is outstanding. Keep it up and I will be back. Love staying at this location…thanks for a great stay.
Mariia
The best services! All details-The best 👌
Y
The room was visibly clean but as soon as we opened the door to enter, immediately the musty odor and old stench of smoke was embedded in the room. The price was good for one night, traveling through but I couldn’t get over the smell.
Baila
The room was very clean and comfortable. We were only there for one night but enjoyed it a lot and loved the complimentary snacks and toilet trees!!
Crystal
Everything was very nice. Will definitely stay again.
Danielle
Clean and comfortable room and friendly staff! Very pleased
Bobby
Cleanest room we ever stayed in. The property was in excellent condition!! Totally 💯 % staff was pleasant!! Breakfast was eggcellant…even though we were on the later end of breakfast it was fresh and delicious!! A+ all around!! We will be back and recommend this property for sure!!
Ladonna
Great location and the property and room was very clean. Will definitely stay again when traveling in that direction.
Richard
The location was great, just off the interstate and close to all the attractions of Pigeon Forge. The main problem I have with Motels/Hotels is the noise from neighboring rooms. The people around us were quite and the group sitting on the upstairs balcony finished their gathering before we went to bed. The room was great, looked newly refreshed. Good mattress, enough towels and the water from the faucet had a fresh taste. They supplied all the extras you might need in the room so that you don't have to walk up the the night clerk to ask for a toothbrush or tooth paste, those items were really nice.
We enjoyed just sitting on one of the swings (and rocking chairs) to watch the sunset.

Clean room, friendly staff, and affordable pricing? No wonder this place was so highly rated! It was a great place to spend the night as a couple and enjoy all the area has to offer!
Amanda
Exactly as nice as everyone said. I will definitely visit again.
Stacy
Parking was safe. Easy access from interstate.
Bruce
Great location, safe, scenic, clean, and friendly.
David
Older property but very clean , rooms are updated.Nice touches like free bottled water and free snacks in the rooms. Night staff front desk was very friendly morning, not so much. Definitely a great value for budget conscious travelers.
Chris
Great place to stay clean and very friendly staff!
John
The staff was great and our room was amazing. So clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here next time we are passing through.
Ramona
We just want an inexpensive place to spend the night on a long road trip and found this hidden gem!! Such a comfortable stay with more amenities than expected, right in the room! Including a friendly note! A reflection of how kind the staff is. Delicious breakfast with make-your-own waffle station, biscuits, eggs, sausage, etc. Every space was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and the sheets, nice and crisp (the way I judge any hotel stay). Don’t pass this place up. I wish we stayed longer. The bonus? Buc-ees!! Stones throw away💗
Benjamin
Good stay
Candi
Only stayed 1 night but would definitely stay again. Room was very clean and a great breakfast variety including hot food.

Jillian
Clean and budget friendly with welcome snacks and free breakfast. Perfect for our overnight stay.
Kevin
Loved the patio and vibe of this place. The room was clean with free snacks and water! Toiletries were present and the bottles were full. The breakfast was great, and I loved the messages on the tables. The other guests were normal and safe. Staff were friendly. Very well managed establishment. I was on a 2 week trip. I stayed at many hotels/motels, and this one was the best throughout my whole journey.
Chris
The breakfast was subpar but everything else was good
Dennis
Staff greeting courteous and friendly. Room clean . Pillows were very good
Charles
Really nice hotel! Very clean, friendly staff, parking in front of your room and a decent breakfast. Can’t beat it for the price.

Sarah
The room was clean and staff was helpful and friendly in the property was safe and conveniently located. The property also included several free amenities, including snacks, bottled water, and personal care items.
Michelle
EVERYTHING was top notch, no detail left out. I wish all Quality Inns were like this one, I'd never stay anywhere else!
April
Hotel and room were very clean. Staff was very friendly and kind. It's a simple, motel style hotel, close to shopping, food, etc. Only 20-30 minutes with traffic to popular destinations in the area (Pigeon Forge, Smokies, etc). We would absolutely stay here again. The only thing that really could be improved is a quick cleaning of the bathroom celing vent and less salt in the breakfast items. Otherwise, it was excellent if you're looking for a clean, simple, inexpensive place. We have stayed in probably 20-30 hotels over the last several years and this was one of our top.
Cassie
Very quiet area and we felt safe for it being a motel. Breakfast was ok but free! Loved that they had free water, snacks, and toiletries. It’s across from Buc-ee’s so that was fun after being out all day. Older hotel but good upgrades. Would stay again!
Brian
Much better than most clean thru out room including bath room. Bed was a little to soft for our liking
Teresa
Beautiful clean and quiet
Kevin
CLEAN ROOM, GREAT STAFF! Breakfast and good eggs, but the bananas were too old to eat, and no bagels in sight
MARC
Super clean and affordable, we would definitely stay again
Alynne
My husband and I were traveling home and booked online late in the evening I chose the property because of the reviews I was hoping they were true. From the moment we checked in and went to our room we had nothing but a positive experience the staff were very friendly and the room was spotless I would definitely recommend this property and will definitely return if I am in the area. I wish we could have been there earlier they had a beautiful patio outside with a fire going which would have been great to sit by and enjoy the evening but again we got there very late and needed to get to sleep. Thank you very much for a pleasant stay
Tracey
The room was clean and quiet. The hotel was close to the interstate. Cooked breakfast was excellent.
Anthony
Room was clean with a good TV, fridge, and microwave. It's an old motel style that has been painted and somewhat upgraded--just don't look too closely at the seams and such. Price was fair compared to other hotels in the area. Man at the front desk was not the most pleasant but he stopped short of being rude and got us in our room promptly. Breakfast is the usual suspects, but no fruit that I could find. Overall a nice, overnight stop after a long day on the road.
Mao
Very cozy!!! It offers a lot of extras. We really loved this hotel. It definitely deserved a good rating (9.2, while I was booking it). Will love to come back and strongly recommend it to other guests.
