I wished the Mountain View was a bit broader - but it was still very nice and a super convenient location from literally everything !
Don
Door to room somewhat stuck and bathroom door needed to be worked on.

Overall Great, When I Return I Will Stay There. Didn’t Care For The Slow Water Pressure! BUT THE HOT BREAKFAST & PROFESSIONAL & RESPECT OF THE STAFF WAS AMAZING 😁

Good stay
Edwin
My wife & I stayed here for a weekend getaway. Although the property seems older our room was modern & clean. Breakfast was very good. Check-in was super easy. All staff were friendly & helpful.
Jeramiah
This establishment offers a prime location, conveniently situated near Dave and Busters and numerous other key attractions. While the pricing was somewhat elevated, I acknowledge that this was due to my booking coinciding with the Fourth of July holiday. The facility maintained a high standard of cleanliness, particularly the pool area, which even provided recreational equipment such as volleyballs. I would unequivocally recommend this location for future stays. Furthermore, the hotel's strict non-smoking policy throughout the premises was a significant advantage, ensuring a consistently pleasant atmosphere.
James
All members of the staff that were working while we were staying were wonderful. Breakfast had a lot of selections, Trudy, was always keeping items fresh. Housekeeping kept our room clean and with fresh towels.
We really enjoyed our stay.
We really enjoyed our stay.
Kimberly

Linda
Excellent customer service, great breakfast, wonderful service, rooms was clean and daily towels and stuff restocked. Will be back again
Lisa
The beds are hard and uncomfortable. There were spiders in our room. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly
Carol
Clean rooms and the bed was very comfortable.
Mandy
The rooms were spacious and quiet. The breakfast was good with a lot of options check in and out was easy peasy. The bathroom was on the smaller side with just a slider door and a stand up shower.
Ken
The staff was very hospitable. We only stayed one evening, but would stay again.
Brin
The staff were really nice and the breakfast was good. The only issue was the room was so moist it smelled like mildew. The air conditioner worked but did nothing to get that moisture out of the air so everything felt damp in the room and humid air.
Debra
The property amd our room was wonderful. Location was very convenient.
Marisa
The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very nice. It was great for the price! We would stay there again!
Matthew
Room was very clean. Property was close to everything. Only thing is the small bathroom and short shower head but everything was fine
Tara
Overall the hotel was nice. The bed was very uncomfortable unfortunately. Thin mattress thrown onto a noisy, metal frame.
Jennifer
Average stay. Hotel needs repair and updating.
Micah
Great stay and room seemed to be clean. However there is a musty smell in the room. I’m sure it’s the age of the hotel. Once the AC is turned on cool you don’t smell it as bad. My son and I enjoyed it though.
Richard
Quiet
dan

Elizabeth

Maria
El personal fue muy amable y nos atendieron excelente
Ashley
Nice hotel
Joseph
Front desk personal were friendly .
Rosina
There were literal holes in the dry wall. The bathroom was tiny for one person, and dirty. The over all smell was terrible, the room felt damp. We were not offered any type of reimbursement or anything even after stating that the room was in pretty terrible condition and we were not comfortable there. We just couldn’t stay in a room with my toddler when there were holes in the dry wall and no where to bathe him. Over all terrible experience.
Crystal
It was a great place to stay
sheila
Parking was great. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Lynn
The rooms were clean and the staff was very personable.
Heather
The hotel is very out dated. The staff were nice. They do serve breakfast every morning, although we didn’t eat there.
Keriden
Bteakfast was good, the hotel felt safe. Older but overall well maintained
Theresa
Did not like the shower or the fact that the back door did not lock but good breakfast and the room was clean
Cinda
In our travels this spring this was the very best hotel that we stayed with. Staff was extremely friendly & helpful, especially Trudy who set up the breakfast buffet. She was so nice and funny and had everyone laughing and talking to each other. We would definitely stay here the next time we are in the area.
Teresa
We enjoyed our stay. The staff was excellent. So warm and friendly. It is situated in the perfect location to be outside of the crowd, but easy to get to all attractions. We are definitely going to stay again.
Lorie R
The breakfast was good. The staff i encountered was friendly and welcoming.
Would definitely recommend Clarion Pointe in Sevierville.
Would definitely recommend Clarion Pointe in Sevierville.
Ronald
Staff was very helpful. Room was very nice. Loved that it was not all long hallways. We somehow always end up at the ends a long way from the elevator.
Gail
My husband has allergies. After he arrived, he began experiencing some problems. There must have been some dog hair in the room. I didn’t tell him the hotel was dog friendly. Breakfast was fine. It would have been nice to have a selection of fresh fruit. Our group had three rooms and only one person didn’t have a problem getting in their room. We probably tried 20 times before we could get in. When we returned after breakfast, we had to go downstairs and get a new key because the door wouldn’t open.
Patricia
Room was clean, bathroom a little small but doable, staff very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was very adequate for our stay. Well kept and supplied were added if anything ran out. I found the TV in the breakfast was turned up to loud for the children that was in there are the time. Each was drowned the other out. Plenty of parking love how there was a traffic light to get in and out on the busy highway in front of the hotel.
Anthony C
Very clean room, easy and convenient parking, staff extremely helpful and courteous. Great breakfast included in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.
Connie
Comfy bed, really nice staff. Basic accomodations but clean.
Diane
Everything was better than expected!!!
Janalee
Best breakfast for a hotel! Stay here every time I travel! Very polite and accommodating staff
Avondia
Great staff. Easy check-in. Clean rooms. I didn’t use them but they provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Checkout was very easy as well! I will definitely stay here again.
Mark
Not a bad place to stay if it is simply for overnight. The walls are extremely thin, so you can hear each guest in rooms to the side, above and below.
Daniel
All staff were terrific. Enough parking for everyone, and it felt safe. Room perfectly adequate. Breakfast was miles better than comparably priced hotels, where breakfast normally consists of warm coffee from a carafe, and a pastry that comes in plastic. This place has a lady who keeps everything hot and well stocked. She obviously takes pride in her work.
Marie
The hotel is outdated and our room
Smelled like lingering smoke. Our room and bed was clean. I went April 10th 2026 Friday $154 for 1 night, for a daughter baton & dance competition. For what we needed, it was a good stay. The staff was very friendly, and courteous. We were not able to take advantage of the free breakfast.

Friendly staff clean rooms. Breakfast wide variety. Easy to get to the island and shops
MIGUEL
Good for families, quiet and great location.
Larry
Good location, easy check in and out. We would stay at the Clarionnafain.
Stacey
Myself and my children are all covered in bed bug bites after staying one night in room 228. Please be aware of this possibility when staying at this hotel. These bites did NOT appear until the morning after sleeping in their beds.
shirley
Parking great. Location convenient to everything. Only down - no hot tub 😕
Michelle
Hotel staff was super friendly. Breakfast was good and kept full the entire time. Room was clean. The only complaint I have is the parking. We stayed during ponies in the smokies. The event itself has parking for car trailers for a fee. However there were at least 3 vehicles with trailers parked in the hotel lot that took up approximately 10-15 spaces. People had to park along curbs and under the front entrance. Trailers should not be allowed to park there especially if the venue they are attending has parking available.
Dianne
Breakfast was fresh. Multiple choices. Easy parking. Room ready. Blessed to check in early. Great hardworking staff.
Gina
Breakfast was excellent and we ate each day.
Parking lot was very well lit.

Clean room, staff was amazing, super friendly. The beds were comfortable. Very cold ac. Shower was good size for stand up shower. The parking was little tight due to being mustang week and trailers but without those there woupd have been better.
Chris
Very clean and Breakfast was great! Will stay here again!
Chris
Clean room. Nice and friendly staff
Kent
Great staff, decent room. Views were great. Will come back.
Robert
Great location, quite
HOLLY
The room we stayed in looked nothing like the pictures on the website. I was very disappointed with the room's bathroom. The standup shower was very old and slippery. I had to wear flipflops as not to slip. The room smelled horrible. I went to CVS and bought a plug in air freshener to stay in it. Thr TV would not work the entire stay. We even got a new remote and called the front desk for directions. It would not connect. We used my laptop to watch TV. The side door we used to get ti our car was never locked. Anyone could walk in or out. Saftey was a concern. We will not stay there again.
Helena
The staff is exceptionally friendly and pleasant.
Jerry
Room had roaches
Cynthia
This is an older hotel and could use a few updates, especially the mattress. Overall the hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was good.
sheila
Staff very helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean and convenient to the lobby.
Jeannette
Rooms were clean. The air freshener was way too strong. I pulled it out and put it in the closet.
Staff was amazing. You can tell they are transitioning from one hotel to another. Things kind of looked dingy. Overall, it was a good stay and good neighborhood.
It’s Nextdoor to the flapjack house which was a bonus.

Very clean, comfortable & affordable. Also, very friendly staff.
Phillip
Great place
Amanda
Breakfast was great. The hotel was accommodating of our dog, and we appreciated them not charging an arm and a leg for us to travel with a pet.
Lee
Very noisy with adjacent road noise. HVAC very noisy. Room was clean, but rough in condition. Outside door security was missing, anyone could open outside door and get into interior hallway. Shower curtain rod coming out of the wall. We had an ADA accessible room, where the toilet was not chair height, and a tub that was too narrow to put in the provided shower seat; lacked a roll-in shower. Wouldn't rate it higher than a 6.
Melissa
The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was amazing and the staff very polite! i would recommend and stay here again!
Mary

Everything was very good. We enjoy our stay and will stay again for our next vacation there. Price very reasonable and they are pet friendly.
