We had a wonderful stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in Pigeon Forge, TN. The hotel was beautifully decorated, smelled amazing throughout, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The pool, lazy river, lobby bistro, and outdoor fire pit were great additions and made the hotel feel like more than just a place to sleep. The location was also excellent, making it easy to enjoy everything Pigeon Forge has to offer.
Our room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the water temperature was hot with plenty of hot water available. Overall, the accommodations provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
There were a few areas that could be improved. The size of the refrigerator in the room was disappointing—it was extremely small, and we were unable to store any leftover food we wanted to save. There was also a button inside the refrigerator that had to be continuously pressed every two hours to keep it cooling, which was inconvenient. Thankfully, we had brought a cooler with us. Additionally, while the shower water was hot, the water pressure was very low, making it take much longer to wash my hair. The bathroom also did not have a fan, so it became very steamy very quickly.
Despite these minor issues, we had a great experience overall and would recommend the Courtyard by Marriott Pigeon Forge to others. With its beautiful atmosphere, friendly staff, great amenities, and convenient location, it is a great option for a visit to the area.

I have a problem with the reservation. They didn’t find my reservation and they want to give me the wrong room .
Mary
Pool was dirty. People were in the pool that weren't even staying at the hotel.
Katherine
Beds were hard , cheaply made blankets. The room was subpar per price of room. My fridge was not working, no free breakfast. The lazy river was small, and children were jumping and swimming in their without float , kicking people , swimming the wrong way of the current.. per price it wa not a good experience.
LAWRENCE
Close to Everything in Pigeon Forge, right off main rd, half mile to a mile to Pink Jeep Tours, Hatfield Mccoy, Titanic Museum, Island at Pigeon Forge, Alcatraz Museum, 3 Bear General, Dollywood Stampede, n so much more. Very Clean, Modern, Has Lazy River n separate heated pool n hot tub. Perfect Place.

Good value hotel

Everything was great. The only thing that could be noted is the bathroom fan did not work. We make it a point to stay here when we are in the Pigeon Forge area. Best hotel in the area in my opinion.
Jane
Nice an d clean in a pleasant location.
Nice pool.
On our arrival , as we did not know the area we asked the reception staff about the area and where to visit etc, she was uninterested in helping us and not very pleasant. Most of the staff seemed miserable, with a few exceptions.

Great stay at a great hotel
Peter
Pretty basic. We have stayed here before and it was much better. Room was spacious but shower had terrible water pressure (almost unusable) and the A/C unit was too loud to keep running. No a viable place to stay
Leanne
Really friendly staff. Well positioned on the trolley for Dollywood & Great Smoky Mountains.
Denise

Clean large rooms, great staff, wonderful pools! We were there for 4 days and having a laundry room was amazing. Has a good game room and gym. Perfectly located near activities. Will be our go-to hotel when we come back.

Room was great, very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. The staff were very friendly. I ended up on second floor since hotel was full so view was not great but overall it was a great place to stay and would love to stay there again.
Travis
The hotel itself is beautiful. Our room was very nice and the beds were pretty comfortable. We did find lots of loose hair that did not belong to us on the sheets and all over the shower floor and the crevices of the shower walls. We were only there for one night so we didn't want to ask for anything, we just dealt with it. I'm sure the hairs belong to those who clean the rooms, not from a previous guest. So it would be worthwhile for a second person to check the rooms over once they are cleaned and before the next check in to make sure everything is neat and tidy/hairless. The location is very convenient and the holiday decorations were beautiful.

We had an amazing stay at the Courtyard Marriott in Pigeon Forge! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the property itself was well-maintained. It’s in a perfect location- close to all the attractions but still peaceful and quiet for a relaxing stay. Clean room, lovely hotel

Pool smelled like strong Chlorine & hurt our kids eyes. Room was too small for the price of $200+ a night. Starbucks coffee is more like self serve, I got a coffee with cream and sugar and they made us do it ourselves there were no straws available. For the price it’s not worth it. The other

I would like to recognize the exceptional service provided by the concierge at the Marriott in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. They were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Their recommendations and attention to detail truly enhanced our experience and made us feel very welcome. This level of hospitality reflects the highest standards of the Marriott brand. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

The staff were all very nice. Great location. Room was very clean, as were all of the hotel grounds and amenities including the indoor pool area. Great attention to detail with towels on pool loungers, etc. and decorated nicely for Christmas! Definitely recommend and would stay again!
Tracy
Yes everything was great
Katherine
Very clean and updated. Friendly staff. Large rooms. Beautiful lobby.

All good except for the shower.
The water pressure was terrible and the water was not hot. Luke warm at max... might have just been my room.
Otherwise the hotel is amazing.
If you want a decent view. Probably go higher that 2nd floor. We could only see the carpark.

Robert
Everything its always A plus

Great get-away!!
My room was modern, comfortable, clean, and quiet! There was a balcony, but since the property is near a busy highway, there was a lot of commotion and loud noise. The bed is comfortable and plush, pillows great, and bathroom was large, clean, and modern. Amenities are plentiful, room had plenty of towels, and there is an onsite fitness center, pool w/ lazy river and inner tubes, and laundry facilities. There was a mini fridge in room, along with coffeemaker and microwave which helped out with warming up dinners once I returned from places of interest (theme parks!!). However, be warned: the hotel is in a city which is popular for tourists, and traffic gets backed up, so bad it took me a half hour to get back to the hotel one night. The city holds car shows, and the ENTIRE highway gets jampacked with cars and people! Next time for me, it will be better to fly and avoid driving-the roads are messy and cause stress and frustration-don’t let this happen to you!! Besides that, I recommend this hotel for future stays: staff are friendly and helpful, hotel is modern, rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the area has attractions anyone can enjoy!!
Steve
Nice atmosphere

The only thing I did not like was asking the front desk to empty the trash and make the beds in our room. We were there for 4 nights, Once she emptied the trash and gave clean towels. One night she did a full cleans. Both times I had to ask the desk for the clean.
Amanda
We had such an amazing stay! The hotel was super quiet, clean, and every staff member was very friendly. The 24/7 pools and hot tub were a HUGE plus!
Heather
Beautiful property and excellent staff. However, my AC was not working properly and was very loud. Also, there were ants all over my room. When I mentioned it to the front desk I was told it’s that time of year?! Ant season?? Anyway, the bed was also very uncomfortable. They just need to do a little maintenance. Lovely property though
Douglas
One of the nicest hotels I've been to. the staff were really nice and polite and attentive no complaints.
Rashelle
My favorite location for rest and recuperation after a Mt LeConte hike. Great amenities and location and best of all- always clean, I’ve stayed here countless times.
George
Nice touches. A very nice and pleasant property.
Lendy
This was a GRaeAT trip!
Best hotel in PF. We normally stay in cabins but decided to switch it up and so glad. This hotel had so much to offer. Thankfully it was not crowded and we really enjoyed it.
Kristi
Huge room for our family of five!
Allison
Clean & comfortable for my family of five! The lazy river was a family favorite!
Ashleigh
Great staff loved that the pools and hot tub were 24 hours
Tracy
Nice quiet 2 day stay. Staff was nice, lazy river was relaxing
Bradley
The rooms are definitely not the best. Very depressing to be exact. Needs some updating and some life to the place. If I hadn’t already paid for 2 nights and it be non refundable I would’ve stayed our 2nd 2 nights at The Compass! The lazy river was nice. Updating would definitely help. Not much room in the rooms either. Not somewhere I plan on going back to.
kenda
The gentleman who checked us in was very hospitable. Explained everything thoroughly.
Thomas
Very nice room and comfortable supportive bed. Lazy river was a plus along with the fire pit conversation areas.
Vicky
Hotel was under construction so some entries were unavailable. I did much more walking than i should have. Outlets on the tables did not work. Im elderly so these things mattered much.thingsmade
Wayne
Courtyard by Marriotts are consistently excellent. The staff at this one is particularly good.
Justin
The Hotel was as advertised. The staff were all very nice to myself and my family. The room, pools, facilities and other common areas were very clean. The hotel was right in the heart of Pigeon Forge. Great experience overall.
Valerie
The pool was very nice, the balcony views and super nice staff made the experience so nice.
CHIN
Great location, clean and newly renovated
MICHELE
Hotel very clean and nice. Great location!
Melissa
Best Hotel in PF!
Always so worth the money especially with the beautiful grounds and lazy river and clean, great smelling hotel! Won’t find a better or cleaner hotel in pigeon forge. Great space, hotel kept up great, love the 24 hr pools and lazy river, love Starbucks in the am, great quick food snack options too. Only thing is we were placed in a handicap room, no worries, but it didn’t have the sleeper sofa we reserved. We loved that the room was very large and a quiet corner room so all was good. Husband has back issues so the sleeper sofa is always helpful, thankfully the hot tub really helps his back too. Will always keep staying here! Best hotel in PF!
Dixie
Location, location, location.
Lori
Clean, comfortable, quiet
The hotel was fabulous with an inside and outside pool, lazy river, and hot tub. Several outdoor fire pits were also available, rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. Staff were fantastic. Close to “The Island” and lots of activities. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Karen
Excellent hotel and even better staff. Best place to stay if not staying in a cabin.
Sharon
Staff very friendly and helpful

We stayed here for 4 days when we visited Pigeon Forge the first few days of June. Our room was roomy & clean. Everything was perfect. The only negatives I have which are nit picky things are one the refrigerator is only set to cycle on for two hour increments this is mega obnoxious and potentially a critical thing if someone was planning on a fridge for meds. Don’t plan on using the fridge for meds it doesn’t stay on. I would turn it on when I got up in the night to use the bathroom or anytime o thought about it so it would stay mostly cold. Also, when you check in they mention breakfast being 6-10 in the lobby so I came down for coffee first day as we had been up since 4am. The breakfast is not complimentary & coffee was not cheap. To boot the guy said he was new & not good at making coffee. I was like I’m not paying through the nose for some new guys experiment at making coffee. We went out for breakfast. Now they never said breakfast was included when I paid so it’s not like I was expecting it until I checked in and they said breakfast hours. I just think if you are going to say breakfast is this time then you should say for an additional cost. I heard them say it the same way they said it to me to 3 people checking in during my time there so this is the standard line. Now our room was fantastic. We got 2 queens & pull out twin & everything was comfortable they brought us extra pillows. They made the beds every day & brought clean towels. I highly recommend this property!
Kristen
We were so happy with this property. Everything was clean kept up really well, you wouldn’t think it was do for a renovation. Loved all the fire pits and fireplace inside, since some days were a little chilly or rainy it made it so cozy. All the staff were super nice and accommodating. The grounds were so pretty too, with the lazy river, flowers, plenty of places to sit or lounge and towels laid on pool furniture. Great Starbucks coffee and food in the morning and the dinner and drinks later. The only downside of the whole stay was there was a period of time from 11am-5pm there was no food or drinks available.
Bed was comfortable.
Bed was comfortable.

Loved this place! 2nd time staying here within a 10 year period. Very friendly, clean and helpful. I will recommend this place at a 10 being the best. Definitely will stay again
Tim
Lazy river was awesome along with the fire pits and indoor pool. The Bistro was friendly and wonderful. Family oriented will go back.
Sandra
Amazing place to stay!
My sister and I throughly enjoyed our stay in Pigeon Forge! The night we arrived, we went to the bar/restaurant and enjoyed a couple of drinks and the grilled cheese with the tomato soup. It was delicious!!!
Angela
I love the pool the rooms. I love everything about this place.
Crystal
This is the best place to stay in pigeon Forge in my opinion, you could not ask for better staff.. I’ve been going here for years
Tameika
Check in was quick the hotel is really clean
Chris
Friendly Staff, Clean, Very Nice Rooms and Property..
Rodolfo
Very clean hotel with friendly staff, close to restaurants
Jacob
The TV didn’t work. But the TVs never work at Marriot properties so I guess it’s to be expected.
Jose
Good property
???????
The property itself was well maintained with a warm and inviting staff. The holiday decor was lovely and the vibe in the hotel was fun. Groups were at the fire pit hanging out singing and it was just a fun place to stay. The room itself had some issues with lights and lack of working lights but other than that it was a perfect stay.
Angie
Great location and ammenities!
Anastasia
The hotel and staff were great, and the room was very nice, but the view from our balcony. That was breathtaking. There are no mountains in Louisiana, and waking up every morning to that view was amazing. Everything was fairly close to our hotel which was convenient for my family. We would 100 percent book again here and we have found our second home. Thank you Tennessee and Marriott!
Walter
Close to everything but tucked away from all the noise. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Much nicer than the typical Courtyard. Highly recommend!
Shellisa
Accessability room was good, however mother had a hard time rolling in her manual wheelchair on carpet. Staff friendly and professional. Room was clean
