It was ok..it was not disclosed that the outdoor part was not open yet when I booked and the indoor part was ok but the pool could have been cleaner Activities for the kids in the activity area were not up to what was adverisedbut were ok. All in all it worked out ok but for price was expecting a little more

I would highly recommend doing more research on all they have to offer. I feel we missed out on some really great things just because I didn’t fully look into it. That was of my own fault. The kids loved the pool. We have done said we will definitely be back so they can enjoy the outside one as well. We went during off season. Everyone was very inviting and friendly.

Got a family suite. Room had a weird smell, AC vent was full of crumbs and chunks of gross stuff that might be contributing to the smell. Blanket smelled funny too. The two bedrooms have no door separating them. Both are upstairs and only accessible through a narrow shaky staircase, hard to fit/lift luggage up there.

Staff friendliness made up for the experience.

We were super unhappy we booked for the water park. I guess the booming site was the issue. The park was closed all that was open was the pool . We went for the waterpark. So we had to spend so much more money doing things to keep our children entertained. Because the whole purpose of us going was closed down. Very disappointed. The ac unit was broken wouldn’t cut on but for three minutes then shut off. And the tv had zero channels. Wouldn’t suggest this to anyone

Our kids ages 1-6 loved this place! There was a splash area for our littlest and the older boys enjoyed the slides! Along with the bunk beds, they had a treasure hunt set up for our boys to find special treats. Definitely a cool spot and would come again!

The staff were very kid friendly and made the trip that much better. We ate 1 meal at all the restaurants. It’s very convenient but we decided we would eat out.Its not awful just wanted better food. The rooms were clean and the scavenger hunt made my kids day. All in all we have plans to come back. Couldn’t ask for much more.

The hotel’s location was great and very convenient. However, the breakfast was disappointing—most of it tasted like frozen food, and even the ice cream tasted old. Our sheets had chocolate stains on them, and we had to request new ones, which wasn’t a great experience.

One downside was that not all the slides were open at the same time. They rotate them, which was frustrating since we have kids in different age groups. It would have been much better if all the slides were open so everyone could enjoy them together.

That said, the waterpark itself was very nice and enjoyable overall.

Absolutely amazing!!!! We loved it and we are in our 40s. The slides were so fun and the pool! Very nice restaurants, candy shops, and coffee shop. Rooms were great and clean. Staff was super nice.

The outdoor water park was not available or working. The bunk bed my daughter slept in the light was broken fell off and hit her in the face. The property is completely cashless and 2 pizzas 2 salads and 2 drinks will cost 60 dollars. Everything was very expensive! The indoor Waterpark super small amd inside very hot!

This place was OK. The pool area / slides were were nice but the hours of the slides are a bit wonky. Our room had a weird smell to it when we first got there and it seemed a lot of things were “out of order” also it says quiet time was at 11 but we had a lot of noise around midnight that woke me and the kids up :/ this along with a few other issues, we might would come back if I saw a deal on Groupon or something.

I was unaware that you could wear swimsuits with a zipper and I was unable to go down the waterslides with my four year-old because of my swimsuit. THEY CANCELED ON US LAST MINUTE! They then gave us conflicting answers saying we’d be able to check in a day late, the next day they said our whole reservation was cancelled! We had already made the drive to find out we had NO WHERE to stay! DO NOT BOOK HERE! You might not actually have a place to stay!

We came to celebrate 2 kids birthdays and for spring break. Best hotel we've ever stayed at. Tons of things for kids to do. Three kids ages 12, 9 and 6 and our kids loved the indoor pool area. The kids never once said they were bored. We will definitely be coming back once we can swim outdoors too!

It took 3 times for our key to open the door and we couldn't reach anyone by phone and had to walk back down; after reprogramming them 3 times they moved us to a different room. the room had a very stale order and the bunk room wouldn't cool off .

We were turned away at the door and were told they had a technical problem with checking in at the hotel so we had nowhere to stay on a Saturday night. During Spring Break! We were also told we would be receiving one free night for the inconvenience and I’ve not received a thing. Beware!

Great location and even better, smily staff. Small indoor waterpark, but sufficient for kids to have fun. Think of Great Wolf Lodge on a smaller scale. They have all that kids would like.
Few outside seating benches with tables would be a great addition, just so we could have a snack or sit outside.

The hotel rooms and main areas are clean. The pools have high volume of chlorine.

The warming tub/hot tub, had lots of kids. For health and safety reasons it should be 14 and up. Small kids were jumping in under supervised, swimming under water and used the warming tub/hot tub as a pool when you should only to 15 minutes increments.

Great hotel for younger kids, there are activities all day and the indoor pool is entertaining. We stayed when it was a little colder so the outdoor wasn’t open yet. Great breakfast every morning and had coffee at refuel every day. Wish the buildings were connected since it was chilly to walk to the main building but otherwise amazing place to stay and would recommend it.
