We enjoyed our overall stay. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The pools were fun and kept us entertained so much we decided to extend our stay. However, the rooms need a major upgrade. The fridges in both rooms barely cooled, at one point the door fell off.. the bathtub shower head/pipes literally screamed/screeched every time the shower was turned on so we ended up just letting water run in tub and showering that way. Both toilets experienced plumbing issues and the tv in our first room we had to call maintenance to fix it because it wouldn’t turn on through the remote and it kept needing to be programmed… on plus side , we enjoyed the daily pool party, we think music And beach toys should be readily available, not only for specific occasions . The pool party livened up the atmosphere but we were sad when they collected the beach balls and took the music away.
We will definitely be back again, but think it’s helpful for the programs to be reevaluated in addition to the basic room upgrades

Stayed in the river tower and had a great clean room . Staff was super nice and helpful. Only bad thing I have to say is , the indoor water park has rotating hours for the water slides , if you have both young kids and older kids this doesn’t work well!

The room was okay. Compared to usual 2 queen beds room that we stayed before, it felt a bit smaller, though.
The hallway to the room was very dirty, on 5 days we stayed, it was vacummed only once.
Also It felt a bit insecured for there was no entry security, anyone could enter to the property at anytimes (we stayed at building #2).
Swimming pools were okay, but entry to pool was somewhat difficult to access from building #2. Staffs @ swimming pool were nice, though.

If you’re looking for a children’s park geared to 10 and under I recommend it. Thought the attractions run at a hour at a time so one will close and the next one will open. I found stressful. Food wasn’t good at all and code shop was very watery coffee.

Stressful when traveling with small children. Parking lot was incredibly full and hard to find parking. Room was very clean and property was well maintained. We had fun on our stay! The room was clean, but did smell almost a little musty? The front desk clerks were awesome, but the staff in Granny Cluckets were a little off putting. They were not nice and friendly, just kinda of there if that makes sense. The coffee at Refuel was good!

The biggest thing for us was there’s NOTHING in the 2nd building, so if you want to refill your drink you have to walk all the way to the first building. Not sure why at least one wouldn’t be in the 2nd building. The 2nd building was also SUPER loud at night when the kids were trying to sleep. The walls/floors were super thin apparently.

It wasn’t clean at all from the room to the pools. Very dark in the hallways like walking down an alley. The pool water was cloudy. This was great for the money. I think it’s important to note that you get what you pay for and the amenities were absolutely worth it. My only complaint was the odd time slots for the slides, and that there is NO housekeeping besides providing clean towels. We traveled with a small child and had to take out our own trash due to diapers. The service in the restaurant was 1/10. The room was mostly clean but did have some buildup/dirt around the windows. Overall I think it was a great budget resort.

I loved the room with the bunk beds, itt gave the kids their own space. Having all the pools was a great experience. I personally enjoyed the children’s slide with my neice. I’m somewhat short so the tub was so high you almost need a step stool to get in so be very careful getting out, you might fall. If you turn off the light at the door then you can’t turn the bathroom light.
