Annie
Would have liked to see the hot breakfast switched up some.
Julie
This is our go to hotel every time we visit Pigeon Forge! Clean rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast and very convenient to everything!
Aimee
Great stay
Sharon
The room was clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable, shower had good pressure. The breakfast was, as always delicious and feeling to help start your day. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. When we bring our grandkids, they absolutely love the pool, especially the outdoor one. This hotel has been are go to place to stay when we come to pigeon forge for many years now and most likely will continue to be for many years to come.
kirk
Freindly staff
Cesar
Nothing else to ask for.
Jennifer
From the start it was a great stay. The front desk ladies were very friendly. The room was clean and quiet. The pool was nice and clean. We normally travel to Pigeon Forge 4 to 5 times a year this was the first time we have stayed at this hotel. This will going forward be our new place to stay when we travel to that area.
Becky
Super comfy rooms our grands love the pools and the staff at check are super nice an accommodating will definitely stay here again 😀

Lora
The slide at the outdoor pool is the coolest I’ve ever tried! Fast! And good for littles too. The kiddie pool is great and so is the hot tub. Loved the property, location and staff were great. Pancake maker is fun to watch too!
Tabatha
Pool and Hot Tub was clean and love the paintings…The whole place is beautiful and clean. This was our first time staying here. This will be our place we will be staying at from now on…
Evelyn
Great stay.
Sharon
Loved the location, reasonable rates, enjoyed eating at Big Daddy’s and it’s basically right next door to the property, and ground level parking allowed us to park right in front of the door. Breakfast was served promptly at 7am.
Nicholas
Clean property, great location, great staff, and wonderful accommodations. Great place will stay again.
Amanda
Amazing place to stay.. Definitely would stay there again.
Crystal
I booked this hotel especially for the jacuzzi tub and it didn’t work. Walking barefoot on the floor our feet were black it was so dirty.
John
A wonderful stay
Nataly
The staff was very friendly, informative, and helpful! The breakfast was good, including warm options, and the swimming pools and water toys for children were beautiful! Yet, not everything was perfect.
Vanessa
the breakfast surprised me, it eas more than i expected
Joyce
We have stayed at this Hotel 3 times very good, clean, Staff friendly
Heather
The staff were very friendly and super helpful and the room was spacious and clean (we got a jacuzzi room.) They have a good breakfast until 10 am, and don’t have signs posted about not taking it back to the room. This was a huge benefit to our family! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve stayed in other hotels and needed to grab a quick breakfast and take it back to our room and have been discouraged by signs posted everywhere requesting guests to eat in the designated area. They also have a nice outside pool with optional kiddie pool area, as well as an indoor pool and jacuzzi. I don’t normally rate hotels but our family really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you for the wonderful accommodations! We plan to come back in the future!
Joshua
The people and the surroundings were amazing. The only complaint is the room. It smelled bad when we got in. We opened the porch door to let fresh air in. After a while it was better. We left for the majority of the time. Came back and smelled bad again. Used the Jacuzzi with Epsom salt which made the room smell better. But the smell returned in the middle of the night and I left in the morning with one of the worst headache ever.
LeQuisha
Our room was very spacious and quiet. It was perfect for a couples mini honeymoon. Will definitely book another stay.
Tammy
Clean room, comfortable bed, nice helpful staff, right on strip
Garrett
Great room for the price. Excellent location. Outdoor pool is heated so the kids absolutely loved it. My only complaint is more of a personal preference, but all the lights in the room including lamps were extremely bright white so not the greatest for a relaxed environment. Overall great experience.
Jeff
Breakfast was good. Didn’t have time to get in the pool too many kids.
Nathan
Great value!
Ellen
Didn't eat breakfast. The pool area was great.
Debra

Joshua
We had a great experience
Michael
Room was spacious and clean. Hotel was quiet. Check and check out were both quick and easy. Breakfast was good. Convenient to all attractions.
Michael
Excellent staff. Really nice pool area, indoor pool and outdoor pool. My only issue was that the room jacuzzi tub didn’t work after housekeeping visit but the staff offered to move me to a different room. Overall I would recommend due to staff, price, and location
Lisa
Family weekday trip. We got a good price for this hotel and just stayed 2 nights. Good location in the middle of a lot of attractions. And at the end of Pigeon Forge that is closer to Gatlinburg. We chose this hotel because of having an indoor pool but my older kids were not that excited about it since it didnt seem too clean. We are just used to staying at nicer hotels i guess. It was good enough for our short stay!
Jennifer
Everything was great
Nataliia
Good
Erin
Cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Every thing was perfect!
Andrew
Everything was fine, however our room was directly touching the room with all of the pool equipment, so a good nights rest was essentially impossible as loud sounds filled the room at least once an hour.
Crystal
We had a wonderful stay at Willow Brook Lodge. The property was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming, professional feel throughout. We especially loved that it’s locally owned—it really shows in the attention to detail and overall experience.
The indoor and outdoor pools were a huge highlight, especially the slide and hot tub—perfect for relaxing after a long day. Breakfast was also great and a nice added touch to start the day.
Overall, a fantastic stay, and we can’t wait to come back!

Loved everything. My suite was excellent and loved the jacuzzi. Will be back again.
Christine
Breakfast was just basic. No fruit, pastries, or yogurt. Room was a bit dated but clean and functional.
Craig
Rooms on front are noisy from street traffic.
Pools are nice. Good temp.
Internet/WiFi is not reliable away from the office area.
Free breakfast is ho-hum typical.

Kareem
Always a great stay. Definitely recommend
Nina
good hotel with a great location very friendly staff.
Jennifer
The property is very old and there are definitely some updates that are needed. Our room was about as clean as it could be, just lots of crevices in places that can’t really be cleaned thoroughly, especially around the jacuzzi tub. There were no places to hang our towels anywhere in the room, just one shelf above the toilet, but no hooks or anything by the jacuzzi, those would be a nice addition. The only other issue is that our room was right next to a mechanical room and every 20-30 minutes something in the mechanical room would turn on and make a very loud noise in our room for about 5 minutes. We really enjoyed our stay though, the bed was very comfortable and my husband who barely sleeps, slept better than he has in quite a while and we really enjoyed the continental breakfast, lots of choices and the biscuits and gravy were delicious!

The room was clean, The breakfast was fine. Check in was fast. The front desk was very friendly.
My only complaint was the running up and down the hallway by heavy footed adults or children and the loud talking people that sounded like right out side my door.
