Andrew
Stayed for the 4th of July , 4 nights total. Property was clean and well located to everything
STEPHANIE
Motel is old and shows it. Hair on floor in bathroom. Unknown spot on towel. When checking in, police were arresting someone in the parking lot. A smell of pot through the walls, flimsy locks, under clothes (including underwear) were hanging on the outside rail to dry, etc., I felt unsafe. Only stayed one night while traveling to destinations, definitely won’t be staying again. Ratings are very misleading.
Vannesa
The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. We had gone to the wrong Baymont hotel by accident and the front desk person called to help us get to the right location. Also, in the morning we got up a little bit late and the person who was helping run the breakfast she let us come in and get what we wanted to go. She was very nice.
Mary
Excellent place to stay. The pools were great.
Daniel
Breakfast room to short , I had to bring my breakfast to my room.
Gregory
Clean room it was a little dark in the rooms and not enough wall outlets
James
Great property. Clean rooms! Amazing breakfast!!
Matthew
The place as a whole was awesome and we had no problems with it but they do have an ant problem that showed up about 2 days into our stay (I’m not going to sincerely hold that against them because things happen) they were also 10/10 on working with me when the issue came up, they offered to move us into a different suite but I noticed some ants in it aswell so they ended up refunding me for the last three nights so I will definitely say it’s an awesome place to stay and the staff are all 10000000/10 super friendly and eager to help with anything they can
The rooms were also extremely clean and very nice

Clean room and grounds, friendly staff, great breakfast!
Shelby
The room was clean, a good size for the price for me and my hubby. The indoor pool was a great size. The hot breakfast was always great! The lady doing breakfast was so kind and always had a conversation with the both of us! And the front desk staff was friendly at both check in and check out! We didn’t get a chance to use the outdoor pool due to it always being busy but that’s okay! That’s how you know it’s good!
Camillo
Room dated but clean and everything worked. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again. Breakfast was above and beyond expectations. Kimberly kept on top of cleaning the dining area and replenishing the food. Thank you.
Bridget
Good location for the Money.
Naomi
It was very close to things to do. Amenities were great. Breakfast was great. Pools clean
Kym
The room was located conveniently between the national park and the attractions in town. The room was clean, and the staff was helpful when we had questions. The price was also good for a quick stay, and I would definitely visit again.
WILLIAM
It was cozy, inexpensive just what we needed for a nice stay in Peigon Forge
Marsha
We enjoyed our stay very much. Check in and out staff so friendly and lady in breakfast room was fantastic
William
My son and I stayed two nights here. The place was nice and clean, and the staff was great as well.
One staff member in particular was Kimberly who was over the breakfast area. She was super friendly and helpful! This world would be a better place if more people were like her. She would greet you when you came in and offered to help with anything you needed. I have never seen anyone more joyful and pleasant to be around. This world definitely needs more people like Kimberly.

Jerry
Nice clean king size room
Cheryl
There was no over head lighting due to a short, there was no extra toilet paper, there were ants all over the room, our sheets were stained badly, and the staff was rude! Will never stay here or any other Baymont! Extremely disappointed!
deborah
Everything exceeded my expectations!!
Scott
Was cleaning and comfortable
Robert
The outdoor pool was fantastic! Great price for location, laundry right around the corner!
Cody
Good breakfast, friendly staff, and over all a good experience
vanity
Only got 4 starts just because of how close it is to the road and how loud it was, not exactly the hotels fault though. Everything else was good. Water pressure was good not super great but it was good. For it to be a pet friendly hotel you wouldnt know it. Room smelled clean and didnt see any dog hair.
Theodore D
The room had a toilet that needed repair. It was mentioned to staff but not taken care of. Breakfast was ok.
Peter
Rooms were clean and staff was super nice
Especially the kitchen staff shoutout to ms Kimberly

Clean, dated, had ants got into our clothes
Angela
Centrally located in Pigeon Forge, all staff was very kind and willing to assist. Would definitely recommend
Elis
Clement
I can’t fault this place for its very convenient and incredible location. The staff are super friendly and always seem eager to help. Breakfast was awesome and rivals some of the leading hotels. Truly a great value for money. If I were to visit this area again then Baymont would be my first choice.
Rodney
We have stayed a Baymont in Pigeon Forge several times. The rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. The front desk is very helpful. The breakfast is great. Kimberly is so friendly and helpful in the breakfast room. Evonne was very good in housekeeping. The location is less than a block from the main parkway. We always enjoy our stay and will be staying there again.
Larry
Great glad we found this place Roll Tide
Celia
Room was a little small, but big enough for the two of us. The remote in our room didn't want to work all of the time. And the sink got stopped up easily if too much water was running in to it in a short period of time.
April
Always a very clean room and the staff is so helpful and kind. Will definitely stay again
Michelle
I was very pleased with our stay. For the price we paid, it was top notch and in a great location!!!
Kimberly that set up breakfast was especially helpful and friendly.
Kimberly that set up breakfast was especially helpful and friendly.
Jim
I thought for price and location it was pretty good and reasonable, now this was on the Main Street so it will be noisy from traffic, so if your looking for peace and quiet not your place but my wife and I had no issues, I would definitely stay again
hiedi
The rooms are very outdated. We had an issue with dirty sheets and filthy floors our sons feet were black. We checked out a day early. And didnt get our money back
Diana
Comfortable stay
Misty
Our smoke detector went off 3 times and finally, after the third time they moved us to another room, couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. This all happened at like 11 o'clock at night. The staff was great.
Amanda
Was excellent!! Everything was as it was promised

Room was big we had 4 people and it was plenty big enough. On site pool was great and it was in walking distance of a lot of places. Plenty of parking on site and near by. Staff was great! Room looked and smelled clean. Walking distance to the strip as well.
Jackie C
Small breakfast area, cigarette smell for having no smoking. Pool was good, clean rooms
Daniel
The stay was good and the breakfast was good. Everyone was friendly.
Steve
Perfect as usually
William
It was great.
Colby
Room was clean and great location. Both pools where clean. Locked keys in room and staff gave me two extra keys to get back in the room. The breakfast was amazing. Will make this our go to if there is availability.
Duane
WiFi is horrible and it’s probably nobody but the city’s fault for lack of service but that’s the only gripe I have with the stay
Veronica
Breakfast was wonderful, and even better than that was Kimberly. She was so friendly, and gave great advice on things to do in the area. She treated everyone like a old friend. This employee is such a beautiful person she makes you extra happy to stay there.

Clean room close to everything
Richard
We stayed at this hotel a couple times before. Room needs new carpet cause the floor is dirty so wear slippers or shoes. But other than that it is good.

The staff was really nice and helpful, but the mattresses and pillows were easily the worst thing I've ever slept on or with. The AC units were also very old and inefficient, and the entire room was really outdated. Toilet was so low to the floor - never seen anything like it. LOL!
Their breakfast was really gross, as well. The eggs were clearly from a box, and the rest of the food looked like it came out of a Dollar Tree freezer section. Even my kids wouldn't eat the food after the first day - that's saying a lot.
Absolutely zero soundproofing in this building, too. I was woken up throughout the night by the high volume of basic street noise and dogs barking from other rooms in the hotel at every hour (they allow animals in this hotel). I might as well have been sleeping outside - I could hear everything.
The mattresses were somehow also LOUD - like they were covered in plastic or something - on top of being really, really painful to sleep on. I've had a myriad of neck issues since coming home - will never book again, sadly. Location was nice, but not worth all the other issues.

Great location. Good breakfast, clean property. A bit older but well kept. Super staff. Very good price. Would be happy to stay there again.
Shannon
Indoor pool was nice, breakfast had many options and staff were very friendly. Room was clean.
Michael
Everything was great !
Kimberly
Breakfast was great, the cook/attendant Kim was so wonderful. The rooms where cleaned, comfortable nothing fancy just a normal hotel room. Housekeeping did well our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and toiletries. Front desk was helpful, my husbands key stopped working and they fixed it right away no issues, the place we ordered food from forgot napkins went to the front desk and they gave us napkins and plates.
Sherrie
The room smells a musty but served the purpose.
John
Althought this was a very quick, one-night stay, the hotel was amazing. The staff was amazing. I came through the door in a bit of a rush and the young man who checked me in made sure I was ok before we took care of things. It was a great hotel for a great price.
Kathleen
Staff friendly, breakfast was good with variety. Room could have been cleaner. Had a strange smell.
sharon
Room was clean ! The site not far from numerous restaurants and activities. I would recommend staying at the Baymount Hotel!
Very competitive pricing !
Very competitive pricing !
Diane
Clean room a great breakfast.
Deborah
Kimberly was wonderful welcoming everyone in the breakfast area. The food was very good and the dining area was exceptionally clean
Reese
The breakfast was lacking and at 8:30 had no options available with no seating in the room.
Dexter
Very clean, friendly staff, and breakfast was great!
Susan
I did not go down to breakfast, my granddaughter had scrambled eggs and toast. Staff was very friendly. Air conditioner was alittle loud but kept room cool. Due to the warm weather the outside pool was opened earlier.
Gary
All good
Rosemary
Was very nice People and hot breakfast. A/C was working well.
Matthew
Breakfast was fresh and lots to offer
Krista
Kimberly, on breakfast was fabulous!!! She was kind, she kept up w the food need and kept it clean! The guy on Thursday/Friday morning breakfast, would lock the door at 9:02, breakfast is 630-930… & couldn’t keep up w food for the guests and it was always a mess. The property is a little outdated. But for a on the strip motel, it was everything we needed! Indoor and an outdoor pool, which the kids loved. Breakfast was yummy! Eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy. They did have a slim selection of muffins/pastries but it was fine. We would stay again, but bring your own toilet paper! The green wrapped TP was terrible!
William
Excellent service close and convenient to all Pigeon Forge attractions. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone interested. Only hiccup for whole trip was their WI-FI is awful they need to definitely upgrade that amenity.
Andrea
will stay again
Wilma
The breakfast was hot and good. staff was friendly
April
The room smelled awful as soon as we walked in. The toilet was making some crazy chirping noise that would only stop if the water was turned off. I requested a refund because I didn’t feel comfortable allowing my children to stay there. The reviews I read did not portray this condition.
Gregory
Gentleman that was working the front desk when we checked on on April 4th was extrenely helpful, courteous, and friendly.
We were on the 4th floor, the end room and it was quiet and comfortable.
We have stayed here before and probably will again!

Kathleen
It was okay. If I were traveling there again I would try another hotel.
Kira
The lady at breakfast was very friendly and fun to talk to.
Rebekah
Breakfast was great, wide variety. Plenty of parking, room could have been a bit bigger.
Kevin
We got a refund because the 2 different rooms we attempted to try to stay in smelled horrible so we don’t recommend this establishment.
Tom
Everything was great besides the 1am wake up call because staff tried to get in my room only because they had the wrong number
JoAnn
Room very clean, plenty of towels, bed very comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was good plenty of room. All of that was great I give it a five. Breakfast could be better and organized better. Waffle machine needs to be moved away from door. Long line holding up guests from getting coffee and other breakfast items. They need to get rid of the egg patties which were cold and disgusting tasting and make scrambled eggs, the sausages were overcooked and the potatoes were empty. Waited but were not refilled.
Ralanda
We stayed in room 106. The door was across from the elevator. Lots of noise from the outside car traffic plus the people using the elevator. Also the snacks machine was located near by. The room had a big tv and was clean. Clerks were nice and friendly.
Robin
Room was clean, the staff was wonderful and so friendly! The breakfast was great! Parking was good it was just hard to get in and out do to the location but plenty of parking. Definitely will stay again
Julia
Nice and clean.
Very noisy!
Old fixtures and rooms.

Kenneth
Staff was excellent and pool was nice but needs updates
Kimberly
The breakfast was great and Kim the lady that cleaned and filled it was very friendly and made the start to ones day. The only thing I did not like is the pool in a different room and had to go out on the cold to get to and from ones room. But that is the type of hotel.
