Will not recommend this place to anyone. The property is poorly maintained, and the front desk staff is often unavailable. We had to change rooms three times due to multiple issues, yet none of the options were truly satisfactory. The rooms and overall property require significant improvements and better upkeep. The only positive aspect is the convenient location, as it is close to the island's attractions and allows easy walking access to nearby areas.

The outside was dark and there was a pile of mattresses and trash behind the hotel. When we walked in the room, the bed looked like it was slept in. There was no toilet seat or knobs in the shower. We checked back out and went to red roof across the street

Door didn’t lock,room was not sanitary,sketchy environment,cops were called twice to the hotel while I was there for some reason.we went to dollar general for cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom before we used it.seen a dead roach as soon as I walked into the lobby.grocery carts are stacked under the stairs from people.on the inside of our room door someone wrote “pls stay” with something,but it looked like it tried to get wiped off,I made sure to keep the lights low so my family didn’t see it and get scared.its not the staffs fault but management definitely should step in and do something

Took an extra $75 damage deposit upon checkin, not mentioned in booking. The entire hotel seemed damaged, big pile of hotel furniture around parking lot. The room smelled upon entering... The floor left your feet black as if you walked across black top. The mattress was maybe 4 inches thick. The pillows were the size of throw pillows. Damaged door lock. The breakfast was coffee.

Save yourself a headache and aggravation and book anywhere but this hotel. They stole my security deposit and completed the transaction through my bank instead of releasing the hold like they promised they would. I did not even stay in the room because it was so severely infested with German roaches. It was not safe for my children nor myself by the time I went to the front desk, they were closed and no one answered the 754 area code phone number that was posted at the door. Homeless were wandering around, drug addicts, scattering the parking lot and scavenging through their vehicles at midnight, police out front and all around the back of the building dealing with issues. This place is a dump, filthy and infested with roaches and they steal your money. They do not answer the phone. I have filed a complaint with corporate and still have not even gotten an email confirmation on my concerns.

Room doesnt give a very clean feeling. Bathroom fan was broken, dust caked, and cover popped off. There was a light out for the sink area, and the shower curtain was just placed in a square that was cut into the wall so it was a little sketchy to pull the curtain closed. There was also a giant stack of old chairs and beds out back of the building.
Parking was accommodating, and the pool looked to be in working order. Allows early check in for a $20 fee if you need that kind of thing and checkout is super easy. Good place if you just need somewhere to sleep that’s cheap

Worst place I ever stayed. It was disgusting. The rooms were horrible. The staff were absolutely horrendous. The only thing good about this property was getting to see everybody walk up and down the strip and being able to make fun of them because other than that, this property is filled with bugs, lot, lizards, crack, horses, and dope boys.

Cleanliness could have been a lot better, the floor made our feet look like grocery store feet. We didn't really have interaction with the staff. Checking in was super easy after hours. Appeared to be mupltiple extended stays there. Didn't see any sort of bug & it was pretty quiet most of our 5 night stay.

There was a lot of roaches in our rooms we left as soon as we seen them our first night there. They were supposed to give me a full refund they still owe me over $400. Can not get ahold of anyone there even had hotels.com try to reach out since that is who I booked with and they cannot get ahold of anyone either. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Definitely dated and shows it’s age.. yes I read reviews before booking but figured For the price it’s fine just to Sleep. Was there for Mother’s Day weekend/my son’s 25th bday. He told me after we left there was a few roaches walk past the tv. Our bathroom plumbing wasn’t that great. Door had better days. Had to lift up and push the bathroom door closed. Bath tub was definitely old but again I guess to sleep it was ok (get new pillows)

This place was absolutely disgusting. The doors had no locks. We asked to switch from the first room because of how dirty it was and because the door did not lock, only to be placed in another room that smelled awful, was also dirty, and had a door that did not lock.

We went back to the front office, and the front desk clerk told us that all the rooms are like this and that we might as well find a new hotel and go through Expedia for a refund—after he threw the key card down on the counter when we came back a second time asking if there was possibly a better room that was clean and had an actual lock on the door.

So we did find another place to stay. Truly a terrible, disgusting place with an equally unpleasant front office staff member.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM...STAY ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!! Customer service is terrible. Front desk staff need to be trained on how to speak to people. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. We were charged for 3 rooms for 2 nights AND a no show fee for an additional room. Front desk clerk blamed expedia. Expedia tried to call front desk does not answer the phones. While in the lobby another person came in because they too were charged for more than the room they reserved. This place should be permanently closed.

Avoid at all costs—unsafe, unsanitary, and unprofessional

If you're looking for a place to sleep in Pigeon Forge, keep driving. Sleep in your car or just go home—anywhere is better than here.

The photos online are a complete fabrication; the property and the room look nothing like the advertised images. Check-in was an absolute joke. The front desk clerk didn't greet me, was incredibly rude, and actually took a personal call to chat with a friend right in the middle of checking me in. When my key inevitably didn’t work, he acted like he’d never seen me before.

The room itself was a disaster:

Safety: The window was plexiglass with an 8-foot crack wide enough to stick a finger through.

Cleanliness: Hot, humid, covered in spiderwebs, and littered with dead stink bugs.

Noise: Intense street noise, creaking/metallic sounds coming from the walls and ceiling.

We only stayed because we were exhausted, but we had to blast YouTube white noise just to drown out the sounds of the dripping tub and the "ghosts" in the walls. Never again. Do not book here. This place needs to be torn down immediately.

This hotel was absolutely terrible! The first room we were placed in did not have hot water and the tub was completely clogged. After dealing with an extremely rude employee at the front desk we were able to switch rooms only to walk in to our next room with a flooded bathroom floor. We had to use our provided towels to dry the water up and we’re not given any clean towels the rest of our stay. Then upon checkout we were accused of not turning in the room key. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone at all!

Never again! Room was very dirty, mold on the ceiling, room wreaked of cigarette smell. Had to check out that was room 307. Had to go into room 427 it was worse. The door handle was damaged. Batteries showing. No lock. No handle on refrigerator. No vent on heat unit. NO SMOKE ALARM. Oh, not to mention the HOME MADE SYRINGE BEHIND THE NIGHT STAND. I WISH I COULD POST PICTURES, BUT IT WON'T LET ME. HAD TO CHECK OUT AND FIND ANOTHER PLACE. I will be reporting it to the authorities and higher management. Well where do I start the place was filthy no housekeeping no light bulb in the lamp no toilet paper or toilet paper holder I had to buy my own toilet paper the hand railing was falling off a major hazard elevator didnt work and the outside area was filthy dirty mattress piled up outside of the building no breakfast which says on site they offer and they charged me for my stay from Saturday until check out on Monday which is ok then they charged me with a deposit which they say is refundable but they lie cause I didn’t get my deposit back and then they keep charging me when I’m not there that place needs too be repo for theft from taking money from guests card and that place needs shut down it’s not fit for a dog
