Location was amazing and room was comfortable. Housekeeping didn’t make beds once in 5 days. Pool was nice however was a bit dirty at times. They play movies every night there which i think is a lovely idea and they have free popcorn.

Breakfast was ok. Sausage was cold. Of course this is a convention center and did expect a lot of diff ventures and crowds.

Shower pressure was great! Room was fair/enough for a day or two, bathroom door needed repaired and repainted. it served the purpose.
Pool is def diff than the videos/pictures, smaller than it looked. Waterfall looked liked it was just stuck there.
Movie screen was in the middle of pool and activity table and so mamy people running in front of you , could not understand the sound, not enough sitting area. Did not want to stay around and enjoy.
The sitting aea as you entered was the nicest part.

Room was very spacious and clean. Lots of amenities including free popcorn, coffee, hot chocolate etc. Breakfast was excellent with lots of fresh and hot items to choose from. The only area that could use some TLC was the bathroom in our room. Caulking needed to be redone, the shower door didn't stay closed, plus the door handle of the shower was coming off. But the rainfall showerhead was a nice bonus. Overall, excellent hotel that we would definitely stay at again.

We love staying here at the Ramsey. It’s one of Our top choices when traveling to Pigeon Forge. Staff is friendly, check in is easy, and hotel is very clean. We love staying because of the 24hr indoor pool & the location of the hotel. Pricing is usually always great too!

I was pleasantly surprised. It was a last minute booking for a place to stay before check in our cabin the next day and honestly I would have enjoyed staying there the entire time instead of the cabin. The pool and hot tub were indoors and were open 24 hours. They had a movie night and popcorn for the families until 10 PM. It was really nice. It was comfy and cozy in the entrance and complementary breakfast. I really enjoyed our short day and the next time I’m there I will definitely be coming to stay again.

This was an awful experience at the hotel. When we booked, the hotel didn't mention that there was a clogging dance competition being held that weekend at the hotel. Dance teams were practicing in the halls up until \"quiet time\" at 11 PM.

We had this room booked for two nights and when we booked in on Friday, the assitant manager, Kenzy, said that we would be able to cancel the second night without any issues. We put it up with it the first night and checked out. On Monday, another manager declined the cancellation and charged for the second night after Kenzy said they would reimburse.

Now, I understand they don't have dance competitions every weekend but that doesn't excuse the room being dirty. There was hair in the shower and the shower head leaked. There was a constant water drip that couldn't be ignored as it hit the tub all night and made sleep uncomfortable. Everything was dirty and there is no way I would recommend staying here when there are over 100 places to stay within a few miles at the same rate.

Bedding was dirty with what looked like old food stains. We reported this to the staff and asked for clean sheets on our beds which they said they would do. When we returned, the bed was semi made with the same stained sheets. We went down and asked for new clean sheets and remade beds ourselves. Rooms were not cleaned like they normally are daily. Was just not the experience we remember and we do not plan on returning.

Our room wasn’t ready at check-in and the individuals are the front desk didn’t want to change our room to one available. They said they have a lot of rooms to clean daily and we needed to wait. It was after 4pm and we had a toddler who had been in a car for over 14 hrs. Once we asked again to please check on the status of our room and it was well past 4 pm they said it still wasn’t ready and didn’t know when it would be as someone left stuff in the room the night prior. Still not our issue. We asked again for a different room assignment and they were rude saying they guess they can change our room with someone who hasn’t shown yet. When we got to our room it wasn’t that clean, tiles were broken in the bathroom and the ac was in rough appearance.

Night time staff during check in was unfriendly/unwelcoming. Room shower wasn’t clean and had a window view of a large storage container. Overall, the rooms could use a fresh coat of paint and the hallway rugs had large stains. The common areas were well kept and beautiful. They advertise a full beautiful bar that was completely empty and closed. Free breakfast was just ok and the one staffer they had seemed unhappy to be there. With that being say, it really is in the “heart” of the strip and convenient. Pool and hot tub was beautiful although they removed all the plants surrounding it that are in the pictures. For the price, it was worth it. I booked April 12, 2026 and it was only $108 with taxes. I wouldn’t be happy if I paid more money.

The hotel lobby is beautiful! Everything was clean and rooms were great. Breakfast was okay- your standard hotel breakfast. Lots of buses coming through so breakfast was packed and a wait but the staff handled it well. We all expected the pool to be much bigger considering the size of the hotel- not ideal for families with Littles and a packed pool- just made it overwhelming. Would be a great place for bigger and older groups though.

got a cheaper room, 2 queen beds. Beds were extra soft, good for some people bad for others. They had a sliding barn door on for the bathroom door that couldn't lock, i didn't care for that. The elevators need to def get updated, you can wait 5 to 10 min to get one and the lights on the buttons are broke and the arrows a don't light up so you don't know if the elevator is coming or not. I thought the breakfast was going to be some big grand deal but its just a normal small 8 item buffet deal, still really nice for a hotel breakfast for sure, but being the popular place it is , it was packed and there is sometimes a line just to get a drink lol. over all its a good place to stay but nothing stands out as being better then any other. I didn't use the pool so I cant comment on that.

Me and my family never got a chance to enjoy the breakfast. Nor did we use the laundry service. We were only at the hotel for 3 days but im very impressed with the hotel. And everything that was offered. The only irritation my family and i had was the noise level in the hallways late at night. 12:30am on and ypu have signs posted all over no weed or cigarette smoking by the entrance. I understand sadly this is where society is going but not everyone want to breathe in the smell of marijuana. For me it gives me horrible migraines and on several occassions their were people by the doors smoking just not caring. It was the same couple as well. On all three days at different times of the day. Other than that i reallly love the hotel except for those 2 issues. Ive made a complaint about this issue before about the smoking but nothing gets done about it. But yet it says no smoking 250 feet from the building. BE CONCIDERATE!!!

The hotel’s location was great for everything in pigeon forge. Happy it was pet friendly. Check in was very slow on a very busy weekend maybe they were short staffed. I had called the day before to see about a check in at 3 an hour early which was confirmed that was ok for $25 extra for the hour. When we arrived a little after 3 it wasn’t ready so we just kept close as we had a show nearby to see at 5. The hotel room was fine but could use a good clean as I could see some messes on the wall and the pullout couch was not ready with linens so after our show that night we came back for linens. The breakfast was fine. Everything was fine- standard for the area but did not exceed expectations. I wonder why the garage doors weren’t open in the pool area since it was more than 80 and would have made the space feel bigger.

This was a fun hotel stay!

We loved that the pool was 24 hours so we could swim when we got finished with activities for the day! Also liked the bath and body works soaps in the bathrooms outside of the front desk area!

Staff was friendly and hotel was clean! Really liked how big the towels were in the rooms and the pool area! Liked that the rooms had wood floors and not dirty carpet! Showers and water pressure was great!

Breakfast was delicious!

Checking in and out was a breeze!

We will be stay here again if we come to back to Tennessee!!

Breakfast was a disappointment. When there was food it was good. It was just sparse. The constantly ran out of food items, silverware and plates. The biggest issue was the lack of staff to keep these items stocked.
The room was nice and the water temperature and pressure was excellent but the bed was so very hard.
The staff was friendly and helpful when needed and we appreciated them for that.

Breakfast area was very congested. Not a great variety of items. Waited 10 minutes just to get a plate. Never actually got to taste any food because I had to leave for an appointment. Pool area is deceiving in the pictures, a lot smaller than it appears online. Rooms were clean, can tell they have been renovated recently because there was still some missing caulking and attention to details in bathroom. Overall good for what I needed. Attempted to price match hotel rate from hotels.com to The Ramsey website and they never responded to my emails. Ended up booking through hotels.com to get the better rate.

Floor in the room was dirty. Items left on the floor that were very visible. Bathroom floor extremely dirty. Comforters were dirty. Microwave was not even near a plug in. Would have to move it to use it. Pool is ALOT smaller than looks online. Free popcorn 6-10. However by 9 it was out an no more was made. Small area to sit for breakfast. Most people had to take back to the room. Plates are breakfast were dirty. Do not recommend staying here. Pictures make it look newer than what it is. Elevator light didn’t work right pain.

We only stayed for two night but wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and provided family friendly activities each night. It's far enough from Gatlinburg and toward the end of Pigeon Forge that it isn't too crowded but is close to everything you could want to do.

My biggest complaint is how noisy the rooms are. We were there during Spring Break so lots of kids and lots of noise. It did get quieter when nearing bedtime so it wasn’t an issue. We didn’t partake in any of the amenities on site since it was so close to our favorites. Several very good restaurants within close proximity. A Dunkin for morning coffee right out front. And we ended up doing 2 rooms in the Escape room center next door that were incredibly fun. This hotel is definitely all about location!

The breakfast buffet is really cool. I've never been anywhere that did their breakfast that way and I really enjoyed it, my whole family did. It's kind of like a restaurant, when you check in you are given a breakfast card for as many people that you have in your room, for as long as your staying and you show the host your card and you pick a seat anywhere you want and you go to the buffet and get your food. It's a really cool atmosphere and they also have a bar there in that area but it was closed down before the season while we were there. The room was really nice we were on the inside above the front desk but there was easy access to the pool and anything that we needed. The pool area is very nice and can be opened up during warm days but during the winter they close it and it's an indoor pool and hot tub so it's really nice. We only stayed for one night but we would definitely go back for a longer stay. It's off of the main parkway so you don't have to deal with all the traffic noise and people walking up and down the street in front of your room.

Although the room was a pretty straightforward, no frills set up, it was clean & the bed was comfortable. I loved the 24-hour access to the pool and hot tub. We came in about 3:00 in the morning and I was able to relax after driving all day in the hot tub which was great. The concept of the nightly movie over the pool was really cool, though we found it far too crowded to be enjoyable to go down and get in the water. And I will say that after everyone got out the water was off the oil slick looking and kind of nasty so I didn't want in after that. But I was pleasantly surprised to find that the next morning when I went down they had actually just refilled the jacuzzi with fresh water. Overall, I was pretty please with this property.

Very outdated. The fitness center is awful. The property is in rough condition. Night audit staff was not friendly at all, even for simple requests. Housekeeping ran out of towels, promised them in 20 minutes and the next day it took asking 4 people to get towels so we could shower. Would not return; do not recommend.

This place is amazing. We love it here!!! We've stayed here twice and other than one staff member being a little gruff everything here is great! Rooms and entire building is clean, very nice, breakfast is good. We have not had any bad experiences good. I think the only complaint we've had is not enough towels in the pool area and the bathroom had some trim missing on the wall. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!

Rooms need to finished! Lots of renovations left to do. Also noticed that the first and second floor is better than 3rd, 4th and 5th floor. Housekeeping was still cleaning rooms at 8pm at night. Breakfast was good. Same things every day but it was really good. Pool was fun, kid friendly, we enjoyed movie night. Will I stay again, probably not.

We booked here for the 24 hour pool access. The staff at the desk was excellent. Only issue is that the cleaning crew set up carts and garbage right outside our front door daily and were very loud waking us up several times in the morning. I did not complain or ask them to move. They were very polite, just the noise level in the hall was loud. Other than that no real complaints.

They say its being renovated the last 2 years ive ive stayed. It still just looks rundown. Stayed there 3 years ago and it was excellent. Dont know if they sold out to someone but my every stay since has looked worse and worse. I like there pool stayes open 24 7 and there breakfast bar is great. My room floor was dirty. Checked in at 7 pm and the complimentary coffee station was all cold. Would i stay again. Yes . I deal with the other things for the amenities.

Very close to the national park and on the main strip of all activities. Staff was very friendly and had great amenities. Business friendly

The bathroom sink started to leak the day we left other than that it was all 5* ratings. Well done Ramsey Hotel
