Floor had oily stuff on it. Had to lay down sheets to be able to walk in room.
Small holes in sheets and dirty in places.

Was a very nice motel. Parking lot is really tight and small. Breakfast was well there wasn't any just some flavored danish things that you would get out of a vending machine. Nice location though with lots of souvenir shops around and a taco bell basically next door.

Pigeon Forge is an absolute tourist trap. I trave a lot and have never seen this type of tourist town, anywhere.
The hotel is very basic. If you need a one night stop, it's okay. If I was going to be there for a while, I'd probably go somewhere else.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke. After we flagged this to the front desk, they came back to the room only to say they didn’t smell it. The sprayed a few pumps of vinegar on the wall and called it good. Bathroom was where the smell

Great budget friendly place to stay. Mattresses have mattress covers and everything booked clean. Didn’t like that there were no luggage carts because we were on the 3rd floor but it’s a budget stay so that’s okay. We travel often and stay in condos, hotels, motels. The beds were just as comfortable as some of the resorts we stay at. Staff is friendly. Convenient location. Overall good stay for the price

We picked the property because it was cheap, it included breakfast and the reviews were good. We only needed a place to sleep and breakfast. The property was indeed cheap, and it was clean.
I did struggle with the bedding, we had a very thin sheet and a very thin cover (that kept falling off the bed).
The Breakfast was some fruit and some packaged pastries.
The TV would not let us switch to the HDMI port (to use our Roku).
The pool looked clean, but it was still pretty cold out and we didn't use it.

The stay itself was great …. Location to what we needed was excellent… ONLY SOUR SPOT was when we checked in on Monday, 4/6 - after 3:00 PM. I did not get the employees name that checked us in. She had an accent, I previously had spoken to some one from the property before arrival about what was needed - they said they would do their best to make things happen. Okay I understand- get there for check in. She already acted like she didn’t want to be there. Needless to say it was went south after that. Was told we were getting put on separate floors (had two different rooms ) I told her that I had asked for rooms close by or next door. Was with my parents. She point blank let me know right quick I should have said that when reservations were made. Let her know about communication with property already. Requested wheel chair accessible & I said handicapped she was negative about that. Mentioned about being already charged for one night for both rooms. Again negative remarks … charged me twice for the one night brought that up - she demanded the paper work back. Check in was HORRIBLE - was about ready to just go to another hotel. Determined to NOT let one persons attitude ruin our trip … & it didn’t. The rest of the time was excellent…. Even check out was perfect and flawless. Just pray if you get this person she will be in a better mood because the lobby had a few more
People in it & was embarrassing to treated this way !

First when we got to the hotel to check in the lady was more worried about talking to \"her man\" on her cell phone then even acknowledging i was there.
We checked into the room and First we found a bug in the room. Killed it and didn't think anymore of it. We are in the mountains, that stuff happens. UNTIL 3am when my wife got up to use the washroom and seens 6 more bugs. I called the office and no answer. I went to the office again nobody in there. I killed all the bugs and looked for more. Found a bug that has been killed and left under the microwave. Absolutely disgusting

Nice clean place very close to the national park and all the attractions. Only note is about the occasional street noise from the busy street in front of the motel, but that’s beyond the control of the motel. Would recommend staying here.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Location was excellent. There room looked upgraded and clean, but we had several cockroaches in the room, big and little. Had we not had the pests, it would've been a 5 for the 1 night we stayed there.

Clean & up to date room. Was January, hence the bed cover was more suited for warm weather. Didn't expect any breakfast so the stand-up spot for coffee & packaged snack in the lobby corner was you get what you pay for. 1st night the unit next door sounded like an all night storage unit with TV into the night. :-| Next to a church so felt safe :-) Putt putt across the street had loud speakers kinda late into the eve. :-| ___ would stay again.
