The Front Desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. The property was very beautiful, driving up to it at night reminded me of a Vegas hotel. The room was wonderful and clean. Best night sleep ever with the best view around.

This is a very well-maintained and exceptionally clean hotel in an excellent location. The mountain-view room was breathtaking and made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were consistently courteous, professional, and eager to assist with any needs. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would gladly choose to stay here again.

So much nicer than I even hoped. We had some rough patches on our 10 day trip and this hotel turned it around. It was so good. Comfy, clean away from the chaos.

They didn’t make our beds only dropped towels off. Very lazy staff! The gym’s treadmills are broken and cause us the runner to lose the footing. We will not go back! It would’ve been nice to provide breakfast in the morning.

The cleaning crew was extremely rude and disrespectful. They blocked the hallway and did not move as I was going back and forth carrying out my luggage.

Great clean rooms, nice and friendly staff, the breakfast was not what I expected, not alot of options to choose from. Only big complaint is how loud people were when they went to their rooms after the bar closed at night.

Not bad, not great. Very budget friendly, functional, newer property. Very quiet. Convenient to lots of attractions and Ripken. Has a small pool. It’s well maintained and common areas are clean. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was fine but also budget friendly and functional. My main issue was housekeeping. I stayed for 6 days and when I left there were still several coffee cups from days prior. The floor when I arrived was dirty - featuring a fake fingernail in between the beds. It was still there when I left. I wasn’t in the room much and I kept letting it go thinking surely the next day it would get a sweep… honestly, I know the staff would have taken care of it if I had asked, but it just feels like a fundamental that I expected be caught for at least one of my six nights.

The hotel was very new and clean. No carpet in the rooms made it cleaner but had a little more echo. The showers were the best. Never had a better hotel shower. The beds could have been a little more comfortable but the power black out shades we awesome. We didn’t get the breakfast since we left early or use any of the other amenities.

I booked a king room via Hotels.com and when I arrived, I was told there were no king rooms available because they had “overbooked”. I asked if I could be given a 2 queen room with a great view of the mountains. Instead, I was given a view of the parking lot. There is not a free option for breakfast, and the coffee was not good.

The hotel was super clean. My room was very clean and I like the wall operated blackout shades. There were four fluffy/comfy pillows per bed. There was LVP on the floor and it was clean. I like this 1000 times better than carpet rooms. The shower was very hot and had a removable wand.

I got a text noting that my room would not be cleaned unless I specifically asked for that, which I thought odd. I was given 1 washcloth for a 3 day stay and immediately asked for more upon checking in.

We were very happy with our last minute decision to run away to Pigeon Forge! My husband is currently battling cancer. When he is having good days, we like to take off to the mountains. We had never stayed at the Cambria, and so we decided to give it a try. We had a lovely view, very clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, but the best part of the stay was the shower!! We will definitely stay again!!

This hotel is very new, clean & contemporary. The lobby area was large with plenty of seating. There is a small area with snacks and a self-checkout, but it did not list several of the items available, so it was necessary to get assistance from the front desk to make a purchase. We chose this hotel for its convenient proximity to Dollywood. When we arrived, we learned that they sold tickets to Dollywood with a small discount versus the website, so that was nice. Since the hotel was new, we found several minor issues such as no stopper in the sink at all (dangerous) and the sliding bathroom door was off its track. The first time I closed this door, I could not open it and was trapped inside. Thankfully, my husband was in the room and he was able to force it open. Other than those two things, we enjoyed our stay at Cambria Pigeon Forge.

The hotel is definitely one of the nicer hotels we’ve stayed in. We didn’t pay for breakfast but the rooms were clean and up to date. The hotel is pricey but we definitely got our moneys worth. The pool has A LOT of seating options, it was a bigger area so no one was crammed there was space for everyone and even has a set up for pool towels and a hamper to place them in. The staff were extremely nice and we decided to extend our stay and kept us in the same room since we did book a Mountain View room. We agreed that if we could find a Cambria hotel on future vacations we would book again! We definitely would recommend to our friends and families!

We were kicked out of our room the day before our departure. We couldn't access the room with our keys; they had to issue a new set of keys. When we finally entered our room, the air conditioner was off, and maintenance was sent to check it. Our air conditioner was off on the box; someone had to come to our room to turn it off. It was hot. The lady at the front desk insulted my intelligence by saying: The circuit breaker was probably off, which contradicts what the air conditioner maintenance has previously communicated. This brought me to the question: If the problem was the circuit breaker, why did they have to issue a new door key?

I was not happy.

We didn’t like that the breakfast wasn’t free, we had to pay for the breakfast while booking or you can at the hotel each day. The tv in one of our rooms was having technical difficulties. There’s no clocks in the rooms. & the floors aren’t carpeted, it’s hard floors & they were very dirty. My daughter’s socks were black on the bottom. But all that aside; the staff was amazing, we did purchase the breakfast & it was delicious. We got $5 off per ticket when we purchased Dollywood tickets through them. The pool was great & very accessible. The location was amazing, can’t beat being right in the middle of everything. Would stay again!

Since the property was newer, the overall experience was not horrible, but some things were not up to par. The bathroom does not have any hooks which is a bit inconvenient. Initially, the room was not properly cleaned and the bathroom door was missing a lock- they did take care of these issues. Breakfast timings listed online are different than the times there. Also, on the last day, there was no hot water in the shower.
