Be sure to read the little placard by the sink. Make burned everything the room does not have and tell the desk clerk within 15 minutes. We had no hair drier, no tv remote and the wall had damage where the door was flung open and it had a hole. The shower faucet leaked. Beds were clean, but I do not sleep good on that mattress.

I’d rate it 6.5 out of ten.

The woman that made the breakfast was up in my face hollering at me in front of 24 people. She literally scolded me and embarrassed me for accidentally making a mess. ( I was cleaning it up) she put her finger in my face and told me that I was stupid over and over again! I told her to not touch me because she was literally had her shoulder on my shoulder standing behind me as I was CLEANING up my accident. I continued to CLEAN my mess and I got up my mess BUT SHE WAS SCOLDING ME THE ENTIRE TIME I WAS CLEANING IT UP! She embarrassed me in front of 24+ people!!!

I would give it zero stars if I could. I told them toilet was clogged at 9am. We returned about 7:30pm and it wasn't fixed. One bed was remade, the rest left dirty all day although we stayed three nights. Paint was peeling and when I tried to tell them, no one spoke English and no one was at the front desk during normal business hours. They have people living in rooms, not renting, outside at all hours, and had to call police on a woman in the room next to us at 5:30am because she left her child (around 2-3yo) alone while she left the property. Kid was wondering around the property crying and looking for her. No Internet working so no TV to use. I will never stay here again!

Not at all worth over $150 for one night. After checking in, we went around the building to find our room which wouldn’t open. The front desk said they would send help. After waiting 10 minutes, no one came and we called again to find out that our room was actually in another building across the street. We weren’t told where to go upon check in.
The WiFi does not work here! Not only that, my cell service was completely out. I was unable to use my phone for the night. Because of the lack of internet, streaming was unavailable on the tv.
The room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was labeled non smoking online.
There are many other places to stay around here, definitely find something else.

The property is good. On the River. Quiet. Could use a remodel soon as it’s showing its age. I noticed there could be people living there full time and thats concerning. I had to constantly ask people to move to get up and down the stairs to get to my room as they were always sitting on the stairs. But overall the room was nice, clean, and worth the price.

Terrible! Nasty grounds, Won’t stay here again!

The motel was older, but the room had up to date decor. I don’t mind old motels if they are clean. I arrived at night and didn’t realize how nasty the outside area near my room was. I also killed a roach that was around my sink. I reported that to the owner so they could spray and they asked me if I opened the door to the patio because it probably came in there. A little cleanup would go a long way here!

This property was one of the worst I have walked in. The building looks sketch and the other guests as well. The place is completely ran down including the front check in area. I asked to view the room before I gave any of my information and I’m glad I did because it was disgusting. Broken curtains, missing pieces of the wall and nasty bathroom. I was so uncomfortable once I pulled into the property. The room smelled of strong fumes so I asked for another room and was told that’s the only one or I can pay $20 more a night which would have been $80 more for a river view room. I left and went to the quality inn, was happy to pay more money to stay in a nicer hotel. Please check your room before you stay there. I have no idea how they are rated as high as they are.

Best feature was the girl who appeared to be the manager.
She was very helpful and kind. Worst feature was no lamps in room. So you could not lay in bed and read or study your maps. And my white socks turned black from walking on the carpet in my room. I did enjoy my own private balcony which gives a view of Little Pigeon River.
Overall, yes I would consider staying here again.

This place was very dirty, toilet seat was loose. Shower and tub fixtures were loose and felt like they could come off. Things were not kept clean. No shower gel or shampoo at all. Freezer compartment of refrigerator was totally frozen over. No bedside lighting available just one ceiling light fixture. Bed boxsprings squeaked all night long with the slightest movement. Only available coffee was only instant from a machine, and the juices machines were all empty. Would never recommend it to ANYONE.

Luxury and Romance on a Budget!

The stay was amazing. I left a \"special request\" through the hotels.com system and asked them to do something special for my girlfriends and my 6 year anniversary... I wasn't sure if they had anything special available or if they would even get the message, but they replied a day or two before I got there and told me they had a little surprise for us. When I got to my room the curtains were open, so my girl almost saw the surprise, but I quickly turned off my lights and went to open the door for her. My girl hadn't seen in the window, thank goodness, and I was able to surprise her with 12 pink roses and pink rose petals scattered on the bed!!! It was such an amazing surprise and I couldn't have asked for anything nicer!!! The most romantic thing I could've asked for and I didn't even have to think about what to ask for!!! I highly recommend this place as we got the fancy jacuzzi room, and it was super nice and it was super inexpensive!! They even asked us if we wanted a late departure time on Sunday, and allowed us to stay an additional 2 hours for free!!! 10/10 recommend for a romantic getaway in pigeon forge on a budget!

This facility is very dirty and outdated. The first room they tried to put us in was disgusting! There was hairs all in the bathroom floor and tub, not to mention the light wasn’t working properly. The carpet and chair was stained in several spots, and the room stunk like cigarette smoke. We went and reported said issues and they put us in another room….it wasn’t much better! There was less hairs in the bathroom floor, but the shower floor had black mildew that hasn’t been cleaned in likely months. I had to shower with my slides on because I refused to go barefooted anywhere in that place! Personally, I think that facility needs to be knocked down and rebuilt. We will never stay at this place ever again!!
