Nice clean room
Abby
Very nice! The room was a good size for myself, my husband, my one year old and our two little dogs. Had to wait a little extra on our room, but over all very pleased!
Jonathan
The stay was amazing. The best hidden part was the view. It sat on a hill above the strip, so you could see so much of the beautiful area. The pool was amazing and the gym was a great way to start the morning. The breakfast was a delight with so many options.
Satomi

The check-in process was seamless, and the front desk associate demonstrated exceptional knowledge of local attractions. The property's location is highly advantageous, offering convenient access to numerous local activities. The island is situated directly across the street. We also provide a complimentary breakfast, which was both excellent and invigorating. The staff consistently exhibited a friendly and welcoming demeanor.

Está buena la estancia

This property was well positioned for easy access to Piegon Forge attractions, and the facilities were clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

A great BUT I did not like the fact that we could not eat many of the main staples in breakfast due to cross contamination.
Bacon/meat were in the same heated tray with the mini potato pancakes or as we call them mini hash browns.
Again french toast, egg patties were in the same container with the bacon/meat. Even though there were two separate tongs for each item but people were using whichever is available and it is cross contamination. I know some people would say not a big deal. Yes it is for a vegan and someone who doesn’t eat bacon. I did tell the front desk but they said they can’t do anything about it.
It probably could have been resolved by not putting bacon/meat items with other stuff.
Other than that the facility ia amazing and it is close to the Pigeon Island and many other attractions. The pools both indoor and outdoor pools were amazing. Rooms are really good. I would have given 5stars if it weren’t for that cross contamination. That was a bummer!

Very clean rooms and property, fully stocked kitchen area and great breakfast. We’ll be back!

Microwave was not working, notified front desk and someone came immediately. However, at first they assumed it was something we did, I let them know it was that way when we came in the room. Worker stated it should have been caught by cleaning staff. Also bathroom door lock was broke, we were informed they can no longer get parts for the locks. With all this I still rate it a 5. Clean and breakfast was good and breakfast area was very clean.
Kenneth
Definitely will stay here again i love Home2suites i try to book them every state we go too !
Adriana
Everything was so nice
ANGELICA
My family enjoyed this stay. Overall the room was pretty clean, however, it was obvious that the room staff left some strands of her hair behind while folding and cleaning.
Laura
This was our 2nd time staying here. Nice and clean property, good selection on breakfast choices. The room could have been cleaner this time around, but overall good. The main disappointment was the timing of our trip (Memorial Day week). A lot of baseball families stay there due to the Cal Ripkin Experience being on the hill right above the hotel. When they weren't at the baseball fields they were at hotel swimming pool so it was overrun with tons of kids and adults. Also, they would congregate in large groups in the lobby seating area. Highly recommend staying elsewhere if you want to be able to enjoy the outdoor amenities.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful.

Great place to make a “base camp” as you explore Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains
Randy
We enjoyed our stay.

Home2 Suites is always the best place I stay on all my vacations. From here forward I will always try to stay at Home2 Suites. Waffle station for breakfast and many, many other things.
Dalton
Clean room, staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great!! Definitely would stay again.
John
The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was fantastic, and the amenities were great. The proximity to The Ripken Experience was even better. Would continue to choose this hotel.
Dritan
Convenient location and hotel was very clean. The staff seemed very unwilling to help mostly in the evening had bad attitudes. Normally other hotels i stayed previously the staff was very friendly and would be very accommodating not this one. But i would stay there again because how clean and it’s in great location. Not friendly.
Priscilla
Great experience!

Very dirty hotel
Tyeshia
The staff were very nice and courteous. They even let us check in an hour early. The room was nice. The issue we had was the shower door was off track, which made it difficult to open and close. It was also very easy to hear everything in the hall, outside the room. The breakfast was good and they served it from 7-10, which seemed longer than other hotels.
Lee
It was a great stay. Very generous with the breakfast options and fresh. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Will stay again for sure.
Crystal
Great location!! We also enjoyed the breakfast
Uma
they only clean every other day which would be okay but we had a kid in diapers and the trash needs to go out daily. also the TV didn’t work well.
Pamela
Room was clean, pillows waaay to soft but bed was comfortable, the breakfast was not good, it was cold and the same thing for a few days, we just went out for breakfast. Had fire alarm go off one afternoon, it was nothing but had to go outside for 15 min until clear from fire dept, no biggie things happen. Only bad thing was we were told check in 4 pm, while we sat in lobby waiting the young dominican guy kept checking others in?? they were also his ethnic and young adults, go figure. Finally my husband spoke up and he finally checked us in. We will not stay here again due to that and shame on this facility for letting him continue working here as we have read complaints before of rude behaviour of the person more than likely. I did thank him for finally checking us in but again this was after being told check in at 4 and he continued to check others in. He used the excuse rooms not ready but funny all other rooms were. Other than that and the breakfast our room was good. Oh and hope you like being woken by barking dogs that seems to be ok, I also read other complaints for that as well. So we will be looking for no pets stays next time and we like dogs but just not ones that bark all night.
Sidney
The staff did an amazing job getting us into another hotel at 1 AM in the morning. Room 304 was infested with bed bugs and soon as I noticed, I spoke to management who quickly stepped in and offered to wash and dry our clothes and get us to a new room. They had no rooms available so they placed us in another hotel.
Jose
Amazing hotel in great location, stayed with my dog,and had a great time. Will definitely come back, Kitchenette is a plus , good beds
Audrey
Everyone was great
Adam
Room was not ready at check in, had to wait over an hour in the lobby to get in our room. Breakfast buffet was alright, room was pretty clean. We did have a great view from the room and best part was location. Close to a lot of activities.
Aymen
Everything was great. Room clean a breakfast fresh.
Denise
The room was not spotless, the staff was great .
Brian
Room was very clean, staff was amazing!
Lindsey
The staff member who was particularly helpful was (and I’m going to get her name wrong) Bahai (she was a precious Indian girl). She did a great job and helped make our stay extra easy!
Aaron
There were issues with the room. I asked for a couple of pillows and blankets and I only got one of each. And then I was having issues with the ac/ heating units in the room they would work sometimes. And also I found blood in the shower and also blood on one of the towels.
Ana
Pillow covers were a little unclean. The pool was super cold with the AC on in the winter. Otherwise, very happy with the hotel and staff
Kevin
Clean rooms, good breakfast, nice staff
Sallie
Ample parking, clean room, good breakfast spread, customer service was on point, gym is well appointed (need an actual key to enter not digital), good location and reasonably priced.
Stephen
all good

Ro, great staff, breakfast
amy
We had black hair in our bathroom + kitchen area. I was also woken up in the 5am hour by loud semi truck noises in parking lot sadly.
Jongmin
Everything was great! Our family of 6 were very comfortable during the 4 night stay. Room layout was great with plenty of storage areas, and the breakfast was better than expected as well. Hotel itself was clean and maintained well. Great location too as we were staying here for Dollywood visit.
Only thing I would point out is that the water pressure is bit low in the shower.
Other than that, great experience overall!

Assign allowed pet to one floor, to keep areas more clean and less smelly/noisy. Needs more help in the breakfast time, constant need to request replenish coffee or waffle batter since everything was empty but personnel was busy. The mattress needs a change.
Christopher
I’m always nervous when booking hotels I’ve never stayed at before but this place was awesome. The room was much bigger than we had thought. Water pressure in the shower was just the way I like it. Staff was very friendly. Anytime we visit Pigeon Forge in the future we will definitely stay here
Elizabeth
Convenient and easy to get to! Rooms are nice size and well equipped! Breakfast was good…would love to have bacon one day!!! Lots of variety!!!

We stayed at a Home2 Suites before and we really loved it. So, we booked this Home2 suites for one night thinking it will be the same experience. Totally wrong! Checking in was ok. Our room is a different story. Crumbs around the beds and the worst part is the stinky bedding and bed sheets. I called the front desk and told her about it and she said that she’ll send the housekeeper. Few minutes later, the housekeeper knocked in our room and just gave the sheet set and bed cover and said, “No speak English. Sorry.” 🙄 We’re so annoyed because instead of relaxing, we had to change the bed ourselves. 😠
The food is not the greatest either. They don’t have a lot of selection. They don’t even have apple juice, fresh fruits or small yogurt.
Anyway, we will not stay or return in this hotel again in the future.
FYI, they also have a sign on the front door stating, “Due to limited parking, only one parking space per room.”

Room was clean. Beds were decent. Pillows were sad and squishy. Bathroom led light was set to dermatology exam level with no dimming or other bathroom light option. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Coffee was surprisingly good.
Adriana
When we arrived, the hotel staff was very friendly and greeted us with a smile. The breakfast was good, with a good variety and a delicious soup. The room was comfortable and clean, and the kitchen was perfect for a short stay.
jonathan
Staff was helpful when needed. Good location.

VERY nice experience.
Dana
Clean, quiet room with a better-than-most breakfast.
James R
Nice and comfortable hotel. Good hot breakfast but could be better with more fresh fruit choices.
Laura
This was our first time staying in a Home2 Suites and we loved it! Everyone was super nice from the registration desk to the breakfast staff to the housekeeping staff. Very accommodating with whatever we asked for. Property is very well kept, common areas also kept neat and tidy. Appreciated the hot fresh coffee 24/7, the fire pit outside and the outdoor pool area. Rooms are very spacious for 3 people plus 2 pets. Also, our room had an awesome view of the iconic Ferris Wheel. Will definitely stay here again on a future trip to the area. Easy drive to Gatlinburg and the Smokey Mountains. Beware, however, October is a very busy month for that area. Lots of car and foot traffic.
