Everything was as expected. Workers were helpful. Food tasty. We had both the buffet options and ordered food from the bar. Hotel was full with events in town, but the staff handled everything well.

We immediately felt welcomed when we arrived we didn’t feel like just another customer! They had little toys for the kids to pick out at the front desk and were very interactive with my shy 2 year old! Can’t wait to stay here again!

We stayed over the 4th of July weekend and were amazed at how well everything was working and how organized the whole trip went! We were surprised by the fact that dinner was served each evening and was absolutely delicious and very plentiful with options to satisfy any dietary needs. When we arrived the front desk clerk was very kind and helpful to provide the best available room they had available from which we were able to view many of the fireworks displays (which was the reason we stayed in the area!). Everyone was exceptionally polite and friendly even though it was a massive ly busy time in the whole area. The next morning we were again treated to a wonderful breakfast and were able to enjoy a bit more time since the “rush” of holiday time was lessened. The pool area and hot tub complex were both clean and well maintained even with many guests and small children around. We especially enjoyed the covered parking area which was very accessible and convenient for loading and unloading luggage and items. There were also several types of local restaurants which provided for multiple choices to accommodate the lunch break (but were also unnecessary due to the wonderful hospitality and dining options provided by Drury Inn!). We experienced a wonderful stay and look forward to returning again soon!

The hotel was excellent. The staff was very friendly and attentive to any needs. Location is excellent also, walking distance to a grocery store. The beds slept great! Our grand children loved the pool and splash pad area. My only complaint is in our room I found a beer bottle cap in the floor that was overlooked and a childs toy under the edge of the couch. But yes I'd stay there again.

The Drury did not disappoint, as usual. My room and the common areas were very clean, the staff I interacted with were courteous. The only issue I had was that one of their washers didn’t work in the laundry room so I was out the money I paid for it. I informed the front desk staff and was told they would speak with management about the issue.

Hotel was very well kept and the staff was super friendly. I was pleasantly surprised that not only did they offer free dinners (rotating between pulled pork sliders, chicken fajitas, chicken pasta), but each adult gets 2 alcoholic drinks per day for free!

Only down sides are:
1. the rooms are small with very limited storage (only 2 small drawers for a 4 person room)
2. The room phone does not call the front desk but rather an offsite customer service center who then has to transfer you to the front desk. Why????
3. Breakfast is the same everyday with no variation.

The accommodations were excellent! The breakfasts and dinners were amazing. The rooms were well-stocked, as well as amenities of a pool and a gym. There was an two-story parking garage adjacent to the property, so we did not have to struggle to find parking. Located next to a walking trail and river, it was a beautiful view! The room, public gathering areas, and hot tub were extremely clean. I even rubbed my fingers along the walls of the hot tub to see if there was any residue, there was none.

My one small complaint is that it takes so long to check in. Everyone was very pleasant but there were a lot of questions and a lot of conversation. The last thing that most travelers want is extra conversation and required focus when they have family members and luggage to corral.

I will most definitely be back and I will absolutely recommend it to my peers.

Overall hotel was okay and very popular. Things that could be improved --
1. Since the pool and splash pad were overrun by children (which is to be expected in a family destination) it would have been nice if either a) the outdoor spa could have been reserved for adults OR b) the pool facilities would be closed to children after 9 p.m.
2. They make retractable clothes lines that can be installed in the tub/shower area. If you want to encourage reuse of towels, I would advise installing retractable clothes lines.
3. NO cell phone reception. We had 1 bar whenever in the hotel (which actually was conducive to the vacation but still frustrating.) Did not use hotel wi-fi because it was totally unsecured... not even a guest password!
4. Fix the damn elevator. There were only two working elevators in the hotel which is inadequate given the number of guests. Also, because the elevator wait is so long, add benches to the elevator areas on each floor.

Our bed was not very comfortable and we had a big piece of equipment outside our window that blocked our view and was very noisy in the night.
