this is one of the better places I have stayed in (pigeon forge) staff was real friendly the room was great nice and clean. nice big towels and plenty of them. nothing bad to say about this place even the beds was nice and quite at night no one partying at the pool

The first thing I noticed was the smell. It was not a clean smell at all. We opted not to stay there. We asked the desk for a refund, they denied. Would not answer calls from my number OR Expedia when they tried contacting on my behalf. When I blocked my number, they answered. When they found out who was calling, they hung up.

The pictures on Expedia was nothing like the actual rooms or property. The sink was stopped up,The water ran from shower and tub. The room was in need of an upgrade. The beds are not comfortable, the pillows are lumpy and cheap. There was a horrible smell in the room. Expedia charged me $96.00 per night when the room was actually $50.00 a night on the sign at the motel. I was told their price did not change when I signed in. Expedia will not adjust the price of the actual cost and you can’t find out how to contact the property owner. This was a terrible experience with absolutely no help from anyone. Don’t expect cute animal shaped wash clothes either.

Would not stay here again. Check in was a breeze, but the room stunk so bad like mildew, if there a hotel with another room available, we would have said screw the money and went and stayed somewhere else. The walls and bathroom were dirty and looked 50 years old. There was banging around till 2 in the morning and someone was down stairs outside absolutely blazing it up, so the whole area smelled like weed. Would cancel a trip if this was the only option available in the future. Sucks we waisted our money to stay here.

I do not recommend this property for any reason. We entered the room and the smell of mildew was very strong. There was a HUMONGOUS brown stain on the bed sheet, it looked like a blood stain. There was one staff member, male, that was super helpful. He got us a brand new sheet and kept apologizing. The floor had a film of dirt, we did not walk barefooted. Our last night, I went to sleep late because roaches were coming out from under the bed. I killed a total of 4, and found 2 already dead. The owners should be ashamed of the condition of this property. The staff were nothing but nice, and I hope no one ever takes this out on them. But please just don’t waste your money. It is cheap, but even that’s too high for these conditions.

The hotel is in a convenient location, the bed was comfortable, the staff is friendly and easy check in. A bit noisy with people walking by the room, not much sound insulation. Rooms are pretty outdated, newer laminate floors but were dirty, tub had cigarette burn, room had a musty smell. Overall for the price, on a holiday weekend, if you are on a tight budget, an ok place to stay. Would not want to spend more than 1-2 nights there.

Cockroach infestation, moved to a new room same bug issue with dirty linens. Drug deals going down in the parking lot with mentally ill individuals wandering around the parking lot and approaching you as soon as you get out of the car! Requested a refund and was denied! This motel is completely trash! They rent the bottom floor out. The floor and walls were dirty. The room smelled. The ceiling was leaking. When we came in the sink was dirty. We lifted the sheet and the bed was dirty. Needless to say we had to check out it was so bad!

The hallways looked so so awkward...bed sheets had visible dirts and some animal fur here and there! No breakfast included in the price but juice and coffee.Other than that, the location is good, the price very good!

I got a heavy discount on this hotel so for what I paid for it I am not surprised. The rooms were not clean. There were dirt marks all over the walls and cob webs in all the corners. The shower curtain rod was hanging through the drywall (unfinished). The air was so dry I went an got a humidifier. The neighboring room kept smoking in their bathroom which started entering my room. There was a sign that said absolutely no pets and when i checked in the lady at the counter also said no pets but there were 2 cats and 2 dogs in the hotel and there was poo on the walk way. Im usually not one to complain but we definitely avoided going back to the room at all during our vacation except to sleep. We wont be going back

I am not an overly picky person. However I am a CLEAN person. When we got to our room the smell of smoke would knock you down, there was long hair all in the sheets and all in the floor. When we request a room change the staff was kind (the front desk lady was very nice) they let us switch rooms. The 2nd room still smelled like smoke and was not clean. There was more hair and dirtiness in the floor. The rooms do not look like the pictures. I hate to leave a bad review, but I WISH I would have known this before booking it. The room beside us had 3 cats and were smoking strong things. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I will leave 1 star for the lady working the front desk she was nice.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The room was dirty the towels were dirty there was hair everywhere. Extremely noisy because it's right on the Parkway and the walls are as thin as paper.
I was itching all night. Felt like bed bugs.

I was very disappointed in this hotel. The room we were given was at the top floor and we had to walk the stairs, which we didn't mind but the stairway was dimly lit and that made me nervous. The room was clean, but the heater blew out cold air and my husband had to turn the thermostat up to 72 degrees to get the room to warm. I was not pleased with the cost I paid for the room and it was substandard. Least to say, I will not be staying at this establishment again.

This property was advertised looking nicer than it actually was. The property itself was nice and clean with plenty of parking and good location. Upon parking the room we parked in front of must have been a rent by the week type. People were sitting outside with their door wide open and playing music using foul language. This was not appealing and would make guests uncomfortable. The room itself left a little to be desired. The baseboards looked scuffed and dirty. The shower did not drain well so it left you standing in water. The overall room could have been nicer if things had been installed neater and properly. Two of the three beds were comfortable. Overall for the price is was adequate but definitely needs some work and upgrades to look more appealing.

Staff was excellent. No complaint. However, the Hotel I would have to rate a 2 out 10. Room 105 -Shower head was terrible. Little pressure flow. No dressing mirror, except for the small one in the bathroom. Towels were old, time for some news ones. No coffee machine inside the room.

Crack head near the premises every morning. You woke and went outside, he was there posing, yelling and using profanity. God help his soul.

Outside property was very clean and the cleaning staff does a good job maintaining outside the property. Inside the room they can do a little better. Upon our arrival later that night from visiting the town, the bed sheet was on the floor.

We came for my husbands birthday. The location of the hotel is perfect for us because we like to do a lot of walking. It's centrally located and no lack of places to eat. Great room and awesome comfy bed. This will not be our last stay here we thoroughly enjoyed it.

There was blood on the bathroom wall which they cleaned after i reported it. There were no matching pillows on the bed, which all of them we uncomfortable. There were no buttons or knobs for the jacuzzi tub which i paid extra for. There was very little water pressure in theshower. The staff i talked to were nice though.

We had no issues checking in very friendly staff. Our room was okay for the price just did not look professionally refinished gaps around corners and door a lot of drips and scuffs on the walls there was a gap around our door so even with it shut you can see light coming though. The area felt slightly unsafe a lot of people just hanging out in the parking lot clothes laid out over their cars. Over all not a bad experience pretty much you get what you pay for.

The hotel is very old and does not look like the pictures. We had a hot tub room. Everything was damp in the room with moisture on the mirrors and windows. The tile floor was peeling up in several places. If we had been staying longer than 1 night, we would have definitely left to find a better place to stay!

The room was clean until we got to the bathroom area and it looks like they had some water damage possibly mold. The bathroom was outdated. It was very quiet there the staff checked us in with ease. The parking lot was full so we had to park in the parking lot beside of the hotel which was golden corral’s parking lot.
