The shampoo and show soap were empty so we called the desk and they said they would have housekeeping bring them up. Nothing that night. When we arrived back the next evening it was still not filled we called again and about an hour later they brought some up.

We have stayed here many times and are actually local. This day was very disappointing in every aspect. The pool was filthy dirty and had scum around the edge of the tiles and black algae everywhere on the bottom and on the edges. By day to the water was completely cloudy and you could not even see your feet. Upon bringing it to the pool maintenance and engineer team they said they were doing the best they could but not once had that pool been vacuumed. Every surface, doors, glass and all public areas including the tables were never cleaned. The doors and the elevators, ETC were filthy dirty with fingerprints and smudges. The dining tables in and out were never cleared or cleaned on any day except by guest. The bartender and servers were lacking and we're extremely overworked. Those were the only staff that were working very hard to try to keep up and make the guest happy. I'm more than one occasion we never got our food and when we did it took 2 hours and three tries to get just a simple quesadilla. There were no servers or attendance at the pool as usual. Housekeeping never cleaned our room nor did they bring us clean towels as they said they would. I made three visits to the front desk with no success. On two occasions I asked to speak to a manager and no one could find one. The bartender told me he had seen a manager once in 2 days. This is really disappointing as you would not expect any of this from a Margaritaville resort. The security guard was working the front desk.

Staff was friendly but I will not be back. Seemed more like a party spot for middle age folks but advertised as family friendly. I took my kids and the music never stopped and someone was banging on my door at 1am drunk trying to get in our room. I woke up to leave for the day and empty wine bottle were in front of my door. You have to pay a resort fee but then also pay $10 daily for parking, pay to play any arcade games, pay for breakfast…so I’m not sure what the resort fee actually covers. The shower grout was dirty and stained orange. We reserved a room that also had a roll away bed so I had to request pillows and blankets. The pillow had red marks on it my child thought was blood. I paid well over $600 for the total 2 night stay and this is what I usually pay to stay a suite with full kitchen on a beach! The only thing you don’t have to pay for here is to get in the pool. The lazy river had operating hours that said closed at 10 but we went at 8pm after out all day and it was locked. So again not sure why we paid so much for a room, $80 resort fee and $10 a day for parking when all we got was a room and 1 pool access and being disturbed by drunks

Family of 4 stayed at the Lodge for 2 nights. Main reason for coming was to visit Dollywood and enjoy the pool. I’m a huge Margaritaville fan and usually have very high ratings of resorts we have stayed at previously. Staff was amazing! Check-in staff to our waiter were incredible! Nice, attentive and very keen on making our stay enjoyable. Our room was nicely sized, and the beds were clean. We did find hair in the bathroom and a huge sticky spot on the floor that remained for both days, even after housekeeping came the first day. My kids enjoyed the pool area, but for both days we visited, there were clumps of hair around and in the pool. While trying to relax in the longer chairs, my husband and I were getting bothered by fleas. I don’t know if they were in the mulch around the pool or what, but it made it very undesirable. They also charge a parking fee of $10 per night, which we have never experienced before at a Pigeon Forge Resort. We probably will not return to the lodge.

The property was perfect for our family vacation. Just like anything you’re going to have things that you loved and things that were all that great. For instance, we were disappointed in the breakfast buffet food served in the main dining room but loved the lunch and dinner options from Fin’s. The bar staff was excellent. Our granddaughter loved the pool but we weren’t a little scared with some of the broken tiles along the pool edge. Every single person from front desk, to hostesses, store clerk and housekeeping were amazing. We will return.

Margaritaville Lodge was so clean, the staff was amazing! I have never stayed at a hotel where literally everyone you meet was so polite and kind. The pool & lazy river were so much fun, extremely clean, and the staff would come to you in the pool or river to wait on you. Extremely family friendly, if you do not want to swim or float, they have multiple other games and activities for you to do! I highly highly recommend staying at Margaritaville and I fully intend to stay again!

We loved our stay at Margaritaville and will definitely be back!

From the moment we checked in, we felt welcomed and taken care of. Mr. Rusty was absolutely amazing. He was so helpful, energetic, friendly, and genuinely made our experience even more enjoyable. We truly enjoyed talking with him during our stay.

We would also like to give a special shout-out to Mr. Colby. He was downstairs in the entertainment area by the bar, and we ended up spending time with him two nights in a row. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helped make our evenings so much fun.

Everyone on the staff was wonderful, and the level of hospitality we experienced was outstanding. Thank you for helping create a perfect family vacation filled with great memories. We can’t wait to visit again!

This is our second time staying here. I don't know if I will stay anywhere else in Pigeon Forge. It is close to Dollywood and convenient to several area restaurants. The rooms are spacious and very clean. My grandson loved the pool area and must have slid down the waterslide 100 times!

The staff was great and very helpful. We also enjoyed the food at the Fins Bar and Chill.

Only thing we have that could make it better, leave lazy river open longer (and other things like duck bowling) And try to keep kids out of the lazy river unless there using inner tubes!

The property is gorgeous! The staff are friendly and they have daily activities available for families to engage in during your stay. Plenty of amenities: fire pits, pool with water slide, lazy river, arcade, bowling, bar and restaurant. With every kids meal you purchase they receive a game card for the arcade. The rooms are extremely spacious and aesthetically pleasing! The margaritas in the bar are some of the best we’ve ever had. This was hands down one of the best places we’ve ever stayed!

Nice property but lots of fees. One of the few places in Pigeon Forge that charges for parking. Resort fees are high and taxed. Don’t book through Expedia - staff said perks are better by booking direct. Room advertised as Mountain View but was obstructed, only missing the tent flaps on the kids room. Lots of stuff to do for kids, especially on a rainy day. The grandchildren enjoyed the pools, games, and smores. Food was good. Trolley stops out the front door.

Would absolutely recommend and stay here again! Rusty at checkin very nice. Kiara server from Thailand fabulous. All Thai staff above and beyond. We had a 1st floor balcony room that was spacious with microwave and mini fridge (very clean/stetile) if you want to bring snacks or save money from eating out. Beautiful view from balcony but couldn't sit down to see over railing (no big deal) but thats only 1st floor balcony rooms. Bathroom is clean but basic so suggest bringing a plastic suction hook and mesh bag for robe or toiletries. Lodge is at end of Pigeon Forge and high above strip which is quiet and peaceful. Located just seconds from National Park towards Gatlinburg. There is a mountain coaster, horseback riding and river tubing nearby. Took 43 minutes drive to entrance of Cades Cove loop within National Park. Pigeon Forge Trolley is $3 day and picks up at tram stop by pool. Family oriented vibe until last day there was a white trash couple with inappropriate public touching of each other in lazy river (but there are freaks everywhere). Just keep in mind there is no staff to tell them to stop. 99% of time surrounded by great family oriented polite guests. Only took 7 minutes and 3 right turns to drive to Dollywood. Ice water refreshing in lobby and big cups of coffee free in morning. Truly a great value and very pleasant stay. Wish I had brought my dog. Avoid the Sunliner or other touristy expensive spots. The food here was very good. Nice place.

Need better housekeeping! The floors in the showers were nasty! We even changed rooms because of it and the second room was just as bad! There was no soap in the shower or bathroom. The AC was not very cold and the water really never got hot- just warm. We liked the hotel but it needs some attention! Also it is great that they are dog friendly but the dog park is on the back part of the parking lot and was pretty dark at night.

The hotel and staff were absolutely phenomenal! The location is absolutely perfect .. it's right in the middle of everything and enough off of the main strip to be quiet and secluded. We absolutely LOVE this place and I hate to say anything bad about it but unfortunately there are some things that could use Improvement. Considering that they have a pool, hot tub and lazy river on the property it is a problem there is absolutely nowhere to dry your bathing suits in the room. They should provide at least a bathing suit string in the bathroom or hooks to hang them. We are a family of five and had to hang our bathing suits off the back of the chairs, pictures, over the shower door, door knobs.. you get the point. And hooks would also be helpful to hang your towels. The refrigerator is half the size of a small college dorm fridge so it barely fits any Since they separated the toilet and shower from the sink area there is nowhere to put anything down when you're in the bathroom taking a shower. We had to move a chair into the shower/bathroom to have somewhere to put stuff down. And $15 is quite a bit to charge for a basic breakfast & they also add gratuity on top of that. The game room was reasonably priced but the billiard room was a little pricey for $10 an hour. It also seems like there was not enough parking for the capacity in the hotel. Now that I know all of that I will prepare for the next visit better. And still with all of that being said we are absolutely going again!

This was a great property for families. My grandchildren had a great time and we coordinated with the RV park.
I think for the price of the room, breakfast should definitely be included. We went out on our second morning to a regular restaurant for the same price!
I was disappointed by the room location, for which I paid extra. I booked a balcony overlooking the pool and was put in a handicapped room overlooking the fake water tower in front. The room was very spacious and I had two of my grandchildren with me so I didn’t put up a fuss.

We had issues with the shower handle not working properly. Maintenence came and fixed the issue but it was only temporary; by the end of our stay the problem started again.

There was dried blood on the bed sheets but otherwise the room was comfortable. The kids love the separate area with twin beds.

Each of my three children was given a $20 arcade game card upon check in by the front desk staff, but only two were loaded; the third card had a $0 balance when they started playing.

This was our second stay at this property and we really wanted to like it. It has its perks but we are still on the fence with whether or not we will consider it again.

This resort is so beautiful! We were there for 2 nights for Dollywood (Sunday and Monday night). It is a great, quiet location super close to the park. We drove but I think I saw the trolley come up to the property so I bet that would be a great way to get around the Sevierville area. It was too cold to enjoy the little lazy river or pool but they were gorgeous! The camp/RV area looked gorgeous!! All of the staff were very nice. We only ate at the restaurant once and it was good. There were 2 bars, upstairs where the restaurant and pool are and one downstairs where the arcade and activities were held. We loved Bingo, shuffleboard, and there were lots of comfy areas to play board games. The arcade was impressive with some fun games! We are already planning a trip back and hoping to have some better weather and time to enjoy all the amenities! The room was very spacious!! It was decked out in the cute Margaritaville style with a mini fridge, microwave, and a Keurig! The beds were super comfy!! I hope this helps and I highly recommend this property!

We absolutely loved the hotel and the kids had a great time. Only thing negative is they charge resort fees for every night you stay. We stayed 2 nights and it was an additional $97. Just remmeber that when booking. All in all it was worth the additonal fees.

Wonderful stay! Our room wasn’t quite ready when we arrived but we were given arcade cards and only had to wait about an hour. We were on the first floor right above pin bowling and you could hear people bowling but it would stop about 9pm. The drinks were so good but not very strong. We walked to the Smokey Pancake house and it was so so so good! So many things for the kids to do and the parents to just relax. The pool isn’t any deeper than 4 1/2 ft. The staff is so pleasant. I do wish that provisions had kids sunblock, maybe water wings. Would have helped. All in all, amazing stay!

The hot tub was not hot enough. There was some laundry items left from a previous guest tucked in between the mattress and wall. The soap dispenser was not completely attached in the shower. Very loose. We loved the fire it and smores and the bowling

Everything about this place is amazing, room was spacious and awesome, kids and us each had our own places to sleep and the prices was amazing!!
