The room was clean, however, a little dated. The bed was comfortable. Little noise, even being beside of the amusement park. Check in with super fast and the staff was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Didnt like that there wasnt handicaped spots ..could hardly park infront of room because of upper room guests..needs another ice machine by other side of property..water pressure was low..pool needs to be opened eariler not 10 am. Needs cell phone chargers in light fixtures by beds..beds were confortable..water was hot...ice machine above office worked well.but u had to walk to get to it..was on 2nd floor by office. Other than that stay was fine

First thing is there isn't on desk clerk on duty all the time. You will often find a sign on the door with a phone number to call for assistance.

This is a good 2 to 3 star motel. You get what you pay for. Don't expect anything fancy. The room was old but clean. The A/C worked great.

It is right next door up against an amusement venue so it can be loud until it closed.

It's not a very welcoming, friendly, touristy place so dont expect Southern Hospitality. They even have a key drop when you leave because they probably won't be there to say goodbye.

Rooms looked clean until you got closer to things. Shower head was gunked up, powder on the carpets against the floor boards. The was a bullet hole in our wall. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. Ac unit couldn’t keep the room cooled due to the big gap between the door and the floor. Walls were thin, you could hear everything going on between rooms and outside. There’s a race track next door that runs until 11pm. The front desk guy was really friendly and nice, even gave us 5 extra minutes in the pool. The woman who can around on Sunday morning for check outs, she was extremely rude had an awful attitude. It was about 10:40am and we were packing to leave when she rudely pushed open the door, asked her if I could help her with something and she replied “get out now check out at 11am”
Like we understand but when you see someone taking their luggage out don’t rush them out it’s rude. The pool area needs some work, there’s broken up concrete in and around the pool but it was the nicest part of our stay. Overall we will never be back, it worked for this small weekend family vacation but it didn’t make the stay nice. I understand getting what you paid for but even at the rate we paid, we expected better than this.

Overall, the stay was okay. However, if you need extra toilet paper, towels, or anything else, it may be difficult to get them. The front desk was often unattended, and when staff were available, they seemed a little snippy when we asked for things. Communication was also challenging because the front desk employee didn’t seem to understand English very well. The shower had very low water pressure as well. Other than those issues, the stay was good.

Well I will not be back to stay and we even left a day early because of people staying around us they were extremely loud and running on the second floor all night long also the allowed smoking right outside the rooms allowed for the stinking smell to come right inside the air units and all the cigarette butts laying on the sidewalks smelled like an ashtray we were there for three or four days. We didn’t stay the whole three or four days, but I went to the front office to ask for clean towels. He didn’t wanna give me any and I asked for clean sheets for the bed and he said no. So never again

It was a great stay overall and would return for our next trip. The only issue I had was it took the air conditioning unit a long time to cool the room, but I understand it was a hot summer day and very humid. Overall the amenities were great, we were in a great area of many things to do that were walking distance.

The best two things about this motel are its location and the price. We'd stay there again because the rooms were clean, albeit fairly outdated. Everything worked just fine, i.e. the shower, bathrooms, etc. The bed was reasonable comfortable. The people who work there are friendly and helpful. Since you're not going to Pigeon Forge to sit in your room, you don't really need all the crazy amenities anyway. So, this place worked for us.

Arrived to property to find BED BUGS!! Owner/ Manager on duty was SUPER RUDE! I was told to talk to then about a refund refused to give it until after a full blown conversation with 3 adults from my party! Wanted to do nothing about people smoking in rooms when it states no smoking, horrible hotel now will NEVER stay again nor would I suggest it to anyone! Theres alot of better hotels on the Parkway that TAKE CARE OF THERE CLIENTS!!

The first thing I want to say is for the money, the room was fine. It was really cheap and it is right on the main street of Pigeon Forge. Everything is really close and so if you approach a vacation like me, wanting a room to sleep in, but to otherwise be out and about during the day, it's fine.

If you want more than that though, it could be a problem. The room was not well maintained. The room was a bit smelly and there were some spots where the drywall had half-holes in it. There was no ironing board or iron (my clothes get wrinkly in my bag). There is no free breakfast at all. The pool is small, but ok if you just want to lounge about. My kids enjoyed it just the same. The beds are fine and the room is a decent size.

One thing that may bother you is that Ripley's Super Fun Park is next door and doesn't close until 1100pm. You can hear the go-karts and the announcer shouting instructions to the kart riders. My family and I were active during the day and slept just fine, even with that noise.

The property seemed run down, but I didn't see any shady characters hanging about and I never felt unsafe.

So, although my rating is a bit low, the rate was also super low and I just look for a place to sleep in a hotel room. If this is what you are looking for, it will suit you just fine.

The motel was in a shady area. Lots of ........people around. I felt safe but would not want my wife out alone. The room as many people said was outdated. The air conditioning was awesome. The beds were mediocre at best. However, it was clean for the most part and we slept decently. Would consider staying there again for the price.

I have stayed here before and it had the usual things about an older hotel which I'm used to. This time though, me, my wife, and my niece checked in about 6 pm, ran around town for a bit, came back to the room by 10 pm. By 1 am we had packed and checked out. My niece was attacked by bed bugs in a matter of 3 hours. She had bites up and down her arm, her neck, face and legs. When I checked the bed you can see then all over the bed. It was disgusting. My niece said there were also bugs in the shower. Luckily we were able to find a hotel that had space for us at 2 am. This was going to be my go to place to stay, but after this weekend I can say I will not be staying there again.

This hotel was very inexpensive and you get what you pay for. Overall, it is pretty run down and could use serious updating but it was fine for a place to sleep. Beds were comfortable and although the room was very stuffy upon arrival, it was cool enough by late night. It took the AC a long time to cool the room down. There is a very noisy mini race track next door but we could not hear it at all inside the room. Hotel staff is often not in the office but came quickly when called and were very nice.

I've stayed twice in this motel 1 night each weekend. The first night was amazing! Clean room, great air conditioning, smelled nice etc..
Then I booked again this past Friday night and the room was awful!!! The fridge was unplugged and not cleaned at all, as soon as you opened it the smell knocked you down, there was blood from left over meat in the top part of the fridge and food still there that spoiled from where it was unplugged. The shower would not change to bath mode ( you could only shower)!! The sheets had brown stains bad on the bed, the air conditioner rattled so loud and barely worked. Had a bad smell in the whole room! Do not recommend room 206, ugh!!!!

Dead bolt locked and wouldn’t open had to wait for front desk to answer before exiting room. No housekeeping during stay. Right next to go cart track, can hear the noise with room closed and TV on. Had a package shipped to me that front desk signed for but wasn’t delivered to me. Swimming pool is in the parking lot a next to another business. Pictures online are old and the building has a lot of wear and tear. Three floor and no elevator.

Location was great but that's where it ends. I have stayed at this hotel several times but after this last time I will not be returning. We got 2 rooms, 1 room smelled awful. Like dog and death. 2nd room didnt smell as bad but there was mold over the shower head and it looked like it was going to fall in. Went to the front desk and the girl just looked at me puzzled and said they had just cleaned it. I tried to explain again and got the same vacant expression so I walked away. Shortly after a guy comes up and looks and says he can spray bleach on it. He did, didn't change anything. We were not offered to move just a kind of well this is the best we're gonna do. I could have dealt with all of that, what I couldn't deal with was the bed bug I found in my bed after I had been bitten several times. Now I have to hope none of them came back with me so I don't have to deal with all that expense. This place used to be my go to, now I'll have to find somewhere new to stay.

Stayed only one night after a while day at Dollywood. You get what you pay for and I’m fine with what we received and knew what to expect..a shower and a bed.
Great location and no problem with safety. This is With the money we saved we spent that at Dollywood. Do not go here and expect even a 3 star super 8 type or you’ll be disappointed.

AC worked great. Sheets had stains. My teenager woke up the second morning with bedbug bites on her. Found a bedbug in her bed. There was a random hole in the wall. Parking was easy. The staff brought clean sheets when informed about the bedbug but she just handed them to us and told us we should have carried 2 bed’s worth of sheets to the office. We had to make our own beds. It is next to a loud AF Ripley’s Splash thing and yes it is loud until they close at 10pm. None of us slept great. On the last day we saw a spider on the ceiling and a spider web outside the door. The pool was full of dead bugs. We had to use the net and clean it ourselves. If you have little standards for cleanliness and don’t mind doing everything for yourself then this place ain’t too bad. The price was good considering the area but I won’t be returning to this motel.
