The property is in a perfect location near Gatlinburg, very clean with a decent breakfast. It was great to leave our balcony door open to listen to the running river, and fishing right from the back yard..
Greg
Great place, great price!
Andria
Great stay! Clean and quiet. Pool was very well maintained. Highly suggest for anyone and their families to check this place out.
Anthony
Too small eating area for the # of people eating. No enough seats.
Melissa
This is our favorite hotel in Pigeon Forge. We always love the king room, soaker tub, balcony over the river. Our only complaint this stay and why I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the AC unit was horrible. We wanted to switch rooms, but with just a 2 night stay didn’t want to move all of our stuff. It was cool enough, but everytime it cycled on/off it made a loud clunk that scared you and you could never get to sleep or it would just wake you up constantly. But other than that it’s the best! Great location, decent breakfast included.
James
I chose this hotel because it was pet friendly. It was 5 miles from Dollywood and off the main drag of Pigeon Forge. It was quiet and the rooms overlook the river.
The room was large, clean and comfortable. The staff keeps the property clean. Breakfast was nice. Don’t forget about the bear waffle.

Housekeeping was immaculate. Stayed for 6 nights and didn't expect daily service unless you put up the do not disturb sign. Close to everything you need. Would highly recommend this property. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Brenda

Cathy
Room was nice and clean. Breakfast could have been better, cold dry biscuits and not much variety.
Nicole
Good motel for the cost. Easier to travel to locations within town.
Scott
Lovely stay. Cozy room, complete with a fireplace and soaking tub! The balcony was wonderful in the morning. Hope to travel this way again soon. Twin Mountain will be our first choice!
MICHAEL

Kimberly
Clean and close to everything. We stay there a lot and it’s always 5stars.
Nathan
The staff was very nice. accommodating and attentive for all the trouble we had over a 2 day stay. Had the TV not working been the only ordeal we faced I would’ve given a better score but the sewer backing up into the sink on the 3rd floor was just terrible! They moved us to another room quickly which was the thing to do but we overheard another family discussing the same issue with them but they were told maintenance was called and that is all they could do for them. Maybe they were out of extra rooms? I just don’t know but I did feel bad for them. I hope they are able to fix the plumbing issues but it concerns us that when we called the front desk the staff tells us this happens all the time….. Grateful that the staff was so kind and quick to help us out but just don’t feel right about recommending a stay here.
Belinda
Very nice property! Clean and quiet. Fireplace in room and balcony view was a plus. Very nice staff! Excellent service and atmosphere. Will definitely stay again🤗

The room was beautifully clean, staff was friendly, balcony was nice as well. The only issue we had was it felt like the air conditioning unit couldn’t keep up with the room.
Manish
Best hotel for family vacation in pigeon forge for the price.
David
This will be my go to place in Pigeon Forge from now on . The rooms were very nice and I’ve never stayed at a cleaner place. The view of the creek off the balcony was great. The staff was beyond nice and the breakfast was excellent. Nothing I didn’t like .

Anna
The place was very clean and well maintained. The beds slept great and I have no complaints about anything. Loved to sit on the balcony and listen to the river rolling by so peaceful, Will definitely return to this place again
Margaret
My favorite part and what got me to book was the river front balconies. There was hair still on the shower walls. It smelled clean so maybe there was cleaner sprayed but not the walls wiped. I don’t book with the intentions to use the pool but this time my muscles were sore from a hike and I was interested in soaking in the pool but it was small so it didn’t seem like it would have been a comfortable, relaxing time when other families were there. So while the pool didn’t play a part in my rating, it is something others should know just in case you go stay somewhere with the thought families won’t be in the pool and it’s not the size of the Atlantic Ocean.
Richard
Super friendly staff, clean room, nice view of river, dog friendly.
Edward
Very clean and quiet ,location was perfect !
Shelia

steve

Clean and big rooms
Julie Ann
Housekeeping does a great job as the room was always very clean. Did not use the pool, so can't comment. Glad there was a working elevator. The breakfast each morning was great! Lots of choices and plenty of food.
Michelle
This property has obviously been recently remodeled. It is very nice. We had a ground floor king room with a patio. Everything seems new. We didn’t try the breakfast as we were only there for one night but it did smell good as we were checking out. Staff seems friendly and helpful. Not really a complaint, but shower gel and conditioner would be a lovely addition. We will definitely be back and hope to stay longer!
Scarlett
Beautiful area loved that we had the river view. Breakfast was good. The pool is clean.
Dwight
Awesome place to stay not much more to be said
Stacey
This hotel took me by surprise! For the price I didn't know what to expect because it was definitely on the lower cost end. The rooms were very spacious with a nice deck that overlooked the river. It was clean with a very nice bathroom and powder area. Breakfast was great. The pool was perfect. I highly highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay again.
Sherry
This was a great place to stay. Clean room, great staff and the balcony on the creek was a wonderful thing. We liked that it was off the main road and at the south end of Pigeon Forge. It was quiet and made our visit there awesome.
Suzanne
Highly recommend this hotel. Staff all courteous and helpful. Rooms clean. Bathroom is nicely renovated and better than I expected. I’m surprised the hotel is 2 star as the shower was as nice as a 4 star. Best of all, the hotel’s location is excellent. Walkable to many spots and lovely with the river running behind it. Excellent value!
Scott
The check-in process and check-out process was fantastic and the staff was extremely informative about the property. Breakfast was phenomenal each morning and was well maintained by the workers on shift. Finally, the amenities were great with the balcony and communal pool/fire pit area being excellent as well. Tough to find a better property compared to Twin Mountain Inn and Suites, so let the staff and property accommodate your Pigeon Forge expedition!
Jasmine
We loved our room. It was clean and newly updated . We had the king room and it was very spacious. It was also quiet. Highly Recommend!
Pam
Nice big rooms. We loved our balcony that looked out over the river. It was very clean and had good lighting. The shower was great, too. We would definitely stay there again!
Joseph
Our stay here was wonderful! The staff were super friendly and helpful with our requests. Even though there was construction going on around the property, it was very clean and well maintained. The daily breakfast offerings were very good and there was a good variety of items to choose from. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked our yearly visit to Pigeon Forge with Twin Mountain Inn & Suites for 2027!
Iola
My husband really enjoyed the breakfast each morning. Our room was clean and the refrigerator was already cold when we arrived. Loved having a balcony facing the stream. This was my third stay at this location, enjoyed it each time .

Great property near everything good bfast great staff
Daniel
This place was better than expected. The balcony with the Riverview and the location to get you anywhere in 15 minutes really sold me. They also had a laundry room on site whoch we relly needed after 12 days on the road. Front desk also had quarters for the machines. They also have a pool and breakfast, though we never made it to either. I would totally stay here again
Ria-Ann
I brought my nephew on a trip and we stayed here and we both loved it!

The property provided excellent customer service. The room was very clean and well stocked. The staff was courteous and answered all our questions. We loved how each room had a patio that opened up to a nice water view of ducks swimming around. Gayle and Linicia were very friendly made sure that all the breakfast items were ready and hot. This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! Everything was meticulously clean, from the front office to the pool area to the stairwells and walkways. All the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. It was also quiet, which was great to relax on our balcony and enjoy. Highly recommend for a clean, relaxing stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The room was so clean. The staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast was good. We loved the balcony overlooking the river. We didn’t use the fireplace, but was nice to have if it had been cold. We liked the location. It wasn’t a busy area, but close to activities, restaurants and shopping.

Very nice place to stay, no issues with the hotel itself. The time of year for the geese around is nice to watch but they do make a mess. Overall excellent place to stay away from main street.
Leland
Very nice rooms with clean comfortable bed and updated showers. The breakfast was great every morning too.
Renny
Location was excellent. A block off of the main road and on the river. Nice and quiet but still walkable to the nearby attractions.
