Parking was not handy. The room smelled like mildew, they weren't very clean. We had a double queen and one of the beds was dirty. WILL NOT stay there again.
Hazel
Nice clean room and close to attractions
Bogumil
A terrible stench and mold. I booked 7 rooms, and everyone in my group got sick after staying at this hotel. There was mold in every room, and a nasty odor hung in the air. I intend to report this matter to the appropriate health authorities. This hotel should be shut down. Everyone in my group fell ill after staying here. The Expedia rating of over 8 is definitely inflated—someone is being dishonest here. If this review isn't published, I intend to take legal action. Stop deceiving us—decent Americans. How can you offer rooms like this? The hotel needs a major renovation! It is an absolute disgrace.
Kawahna

I had a very disappointing experience staying at Conner Hill Motor Lodge. The room had a strong smell of weed, even though the owner stated that the property has non-smoking rooms. I also noticed people smoking near the staircase, which made the environment uncomfortable and unpleasant.
The bathtub was clogged, and despite calling the front desk to report the issue, no one came to inspect or fix the problem. Additionally, the main wall light in the center of the room was not working, leaving the room poorly lit and making the overall stay feel uncomfortable.
Considering the room condition, lack of maintenance, and poor customer service, this stay was a complete waste of money. I am not sure how this property receives 5-star reviews because my experience was far from satisfactory.
I would not recommend staying at Conner Hill Motor Lodge due to the cleanliness issues, maintenance problems, and lack of response from the staff.

Checkin was easy. The room was very clean and supplied well. The staff was always available and informative. A special shout out to Darren and RJ. The location was fabulous for getting to Dollywood and all the attractions in the area. Would def stay again.
Connie
Inexpensive. Nice staff. Hotel is old but appears to be kept up
Madge
The people were very nice. The only thing wrong was the bedspread swelt molded
Amber
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was quiet and location between pigeon forge and gatlinberg was perfect. Absolutely love that next door is a waffle house. The rooms could be updated a little but for the price was worth it. We stayed for 2 weeks and had no issues. Loved the magnet you could use on your door to tell then the room needed to be serviced instead of them coming everyday.
Sharon
Motel is definitely older, but room was clean and appeared freshly painted. Comfortable bedding.
Refrigerator, microwave coffee maker, and plenty outlets to charge my phone
Great value for a quick overnight, location was perfectfor my show at Dolly’s Stampede

Amy
Nice place to stay. Clean rooms with comfortable beds and close to the action of the strip. Easy to uber down to the island if you are looking to enjoy some dinner and cocktails
Christopher
I wasn’t sure what to expect for the price, but this was a very good deal! We had an amazing nights sleep every night while there because the beds and pillows were so comfortable. Good water pressure, clean room, super friendly staff. Just a good room all around. Do some things need updating? Of course. That is true for any hotel that isn’t brand new. But it was clean and well taken care of with friendly and helpful staff so we will stay there again and I highly recommend it!
Tina

I’ve stayed at a lot of places, and for $70 a night, I haven’t stayed at a better place.
It’s not a 4 star by any means, but it was clean, my room was updated with a nice also clean bathroom.
Great location.
Safe
Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The room and bathroom were both very clean. Bed and pillows were ok. The staff I interacted with was very kind and courteous and I had no issues at all. Check in was easy and painless. Parking was simple and easy. It is a great location.
Jeremy
It’s an older hotel with modest upgrades. Comfortable beds, a modern tv, and plenty of room. The room itself was clean but there was some scum build up on the tub. You put this hotel in almost any city and it’s the best deal around but for the Smoky Mountains, it’s slightly below the other options but worth a stay. Staff was very friendly.
Erin
I’m going to leave an honest review for any families looking to stay here. You could tell it was an older building that had been renovated. For the most part the room was clean. Our first night we stayed I took a shower and found hair on the shower wall that didn’t belong to my family and I. The beds were not that comfortable, the comforters had stains on them. The staff were very friendly but for the price it wasn’t bad it could have been better. Will I stay here again probably not.
Justin
Stay was very comfortable and welcoming! On the parkway and great location. Not alot of amenities but the price and quality make up for it
Billy
This was a very nice property for the price. Everything was clean. No odd smells. My only criticism would be the power strip at the nightstand was coming out of the wall and bring your own toilet paper. It is one ply.
Jimmy
Nice room, plenty of parking and the staff was friendly and helpful
Michael
This is an older property that has been renovated beautifully. A superb location and great value. I will stay there again when traveling this area.
Andrew
Very friendly and clean. We spend all day at Dollywood or in town so all we need is a clean and comfortable bed at the end of the day. This one checks both boxes. Room was clean and quiet, bed was comfortable and the area wasn't dirty or run down
Sandra
The national forest and parkway are close by. Older, but inexpensive, if you are looking for a low cost trip.
Nancy
Check in was fast and easy. The clerk was very nice and concerned as I’m an elder lady. Stayed here before and I am never disappointed. Very clean and quiet. Had an accessible room which was great.
Clara
It was a clean room for me and my BFF. Although the bathroom had a hole in the door but we made office aware of it. We didn’t use the WiFi so not sure about the speed of it.
Kemper
Comfortable bed. Bathroom could have been cleaner.
Jeff
We LOVE this place, have literally stayed dozens of times.
Lori
It was easy to get to everything. Our rooms was clean.
Mario
The room was clean the staff was nice let me check in early plenty of parking close to restaurants waffle house right next to the hotel would recommend and stay again
Thomas
Very clean, comfortable, and convenient location in Pigeon Forge. Staff was professional and courteous.
Angie
Room was spotless. Will definitely stay there again.
Brittany
The room was run down and had things broken.
Martin
This is not a 5-star place, but when you factor in the price I'd say it qualifies. It was a little dated, but the beds were really nice and it had a microwave and decent sized fridge. It was priced lower than other comparable places and the location was really good.
I would definitely stay here again.
I would definitely stay here again.
Jeannie
The room was pretty clean. The bathroom needed some fixing on the tile on the wall of the toilet. The beds were clean but too firm. It worked for us just spending the night.
Isaac
Staff was okay but did not seem too happy to be at work. Room was just okay. Bed was too hard and sheets smelled sour....air/heat did not owrk.
Lakeisha
Overall good price for a short stay getaway vacation

Lynda
Room had no heat but they moved us without any problems. We will stay again
Eric
Room was OK. Shower spicket broken. Musty, damp smell that made my wife's asthma bad.
Jeanette
The staff was friendly. The room was clean. Overall the facility is old and worn. Needs some TLC.
kathy
room was clean. had to hook up the satellite cable in the wall to have tv. think they had done some upgrades and didn't put a cover over the connecter in the wall. easy to knock out if you used the desk and moved your feet any,
Thomas
Uncomfortable bed
Bryan
Clean Room, clean bathroom
Pamela
Check in was fine. Desk clerk was friendly. Room was partially renovated but was still in need of some work. No real lock on door to next room. Holes in bathroom wall where a bar was removed. Fan in bathroom made a terrible loud noise.
Rita
Quiet, low cost and clean
Ben
Great place to stay for the price
This is a great old style motor lodge. Easy parking. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, and friendly staff. Conveniently located on the strip in Pigeon Forge.
Sara

Janet
In a good area...restaurants close by...our room was missing the blow dryer...other than that...no complaints...
Michael

Leslie
Nothing unique, just clean room, in good location with reasonable price
Dawn
Great Stay!
Great stay at a great price. Not a newly built hotel however the rooms are clean, staff are great and it is a great location.
Jason
The front desk people are absolutely wonderful and the lady who set up the breakfast was so sweet and kind and made our morning. Just absolutely perfect. The food is great to clean rooms were awesome. I felt a very comfortable.
Leslie
Location has easy access to various places we visit and the price is good.
Hui
Good hotel!👍
Lori
The place was easy accessible. Little old but very clean. Y
Ana
The only good thing about this place is location but besides the bed being comfortable, everything else was terrible. The check-in guy was not friendly at all, the room had a bit of a musty odor. Everything is so old and worn out. And to top it all, there was a crawling roach in the bathroom. Will not be staying here again and will not recommend it either.
Md SAIMOON
Room was smelly and and provided less facilities compare to the fee
Sandra
Spacious and comfortable
The room and bath were large and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel location was convenient to restaurants.
Dorraine
I booked a room online for 2 queen beds. Checked in, showed my print out and I believe we were in room 115. Opened the door and there was one king bed. I go back to the office and explained and he asked so you want a handicapped room? I said no, we want a standard room with 2 queen beds on the ground floor which is what I booked. He said, things happen. We did not want room service so I placed the magnetic card on the outside of the door and the next morning, I gathered our towels and took them to the office and asked for more. The same clerk said, everyone gets room service each day and I explained we did not want room service only clean towels. He pointed his finger to the desk indicating to lay our towels there so I did. I also asked that someone come and unclog the tub drain because there was standing water in the tub. He made a note of the clog. When we came in that evening, the tub was still clogged and there had been no room service even though, each room gets room service. I go back to the front office and explained to another clerk and he pulled the charts and said, your order is here but never was carried out. I said, we have no clean towels even though I was told, every room gets cleaned whether we request it or not. He said, I will have this taken care of in a few minutes. He came quickly, unclogged the drain and brought clean towels. Our room was not cleaned because the card indicated no maid service even though it's a daily service.
Mark
Great place as always for the price!
Rick
Make sure you request a bottom floor if you’re handicapped due to there is no elevator
Timmy
This place was wonderful, clean, and staff was so respectful. Property needs updating and bathroom was small but will definitely revisit next time i stay there.
Janet
Toilet didn’t work well the first day, and by the next morning it wasn’t working at all. Staff did offer to move us to a smoking room, which we declined.
Don
AC unit in unit #204 was loud.
Bathroom exhaust fan in unit #205 was extremely loud. Fan is not separate from light so fan could not be turned off without turning off the light.
