Steven
Overall very pleased, owner and her staff are first class, great hospitality, very clean establishment, very nice & clean outdoor pool & hot tub, also very nice & clean indoor pool & hot tub, complimentary breakfast was very nice
Donna
We were pleasantly greeted when we arrived. Check in was quick and information about breakfast and any extras we might need was offered. Room was spacious and very clean. Not a private balcony but within a few steps out of our door was rocking chairs to enjoy the view, sights, and sounds of Pigeon Forge. Breakfast was filling with waffles, boiled eggs, muffins, and cereal. Along with several other items. The location was on the Gatlinburg end and more quiet than other places we stayed. We anticipate a return visit.
Keith
I had a great stay at the Norma Dan Motel. The staff was genuinely kind, friendly, and welcoming, going out of their way to make sure guests felt comfortable. The motel was very clean and well cared for, which made the stay even better. It’s clear that the team takes pride in providing a great experience. I would definitely recommend staying here!
Robert
The room were very clean and beds were very comfortable. Large outdoor pool which was clean and nice. Would recommend this place.
Gail

We had an amazing 7 night stay recently - bed was super comfortable, room was clean and made up every day, ac worked terrific, pool and hot tub were clean and definitely well used - the staff was super friendly, accommodating, helped us with every question we had - if we are ever in the area again, this is definitely going to be our go-to!
Melissa
We had a total of 4 rooms in our group and we did not have any complaints. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The rooms are a little dated, but very clean. The pool was cloudy and quite buggy, but I was only in it once and it may have just been an off day. Over all we would definitely stay here again.
Elizabeth
Loved the staff! Outdoor pool was great
Dustin
I was incredibly pleased with our 3 night stay. Very affordable, room was clean, indoor and outdoor pools were well kept, and staff kept us stocked with fresh towels. Great location on the strip too!
Nancy

john

Darlene

Terry
Breakfast sucked and so did the internet as long as you stood out side the rooms door it worked when I went and ask if they was anyway to get it to work in the room pretty much was a smart ass about it never will stay at it again moad around the top of the walls
Jason
Room was clean.Staff was great.
Elizabeth
The staff are nice and helpful a very homey vibe. Lots of southern hospitality.
William
Not sure where other people who gave it a good review were staying but it was not here. This is the worst hotel I have ever been in. Main hall smelled like smoke and so musty it made my wife sick. Stuck it out for 3 days then had to leave because it was so bad. I have ever had to do that at any other hotel. This place doesn't need a remodel it needs a wrecking ball. So many buiding, fire and sanitary code vilations. I feel bad for anyone that stays here. Don't waste your money here!
Travis
Room was very clean the staff great. Only thing need help in room 111 is maintenance need fix shower where you turn water on does not have right backing so water can get behind faucet. Not sure what going on but take a shower if some one flushes the toilet from other your can steamy hot or cold when you’re taking a shower.
Richard
Room was very clean. Loved the balcony nice chairs as well
Ronnie
Big stain in the chair and could have been a little cleaner but all in all it was a nice stay and great people. The staff is what made the stay very enjoyable. Friendliest staff we have stayed with yet!
Steven
Stayed for 9 days and it was wonderful all 9 days. Very friendly staff and the property was clean everywhere you look
From the lobby, to the hallways, elevator, the room, and even the pool areas were always clean and tidy. I have to admit I was a little worried about staying because the price was so low. I thought it might be a sleazy hotel but it definitely was not. Like I said very clean and family friendly. Will definitely bring the family back here again.

Great location. Go elsewhere for breakfast
David
Clean rooms, comfy beds, friendly staff. Elevators worked flawlessly… I left an iPad on the roof of my vehicle and the staff called to inform me of it. Great family friendly atmosphere! Can’t wait to go back
Rachael
The staff at breakfast MADE FUN of our 5 year-old with DISABILITIES. She out loud pointed to him and said to us (parents) “we better watch out because he seems like a REAL CONTROL FREAK!!!” Then I looked at her and said “what??” And she continued to say- in front of our child- that “he must be really difficult to live with!!” I stayed calm and said “no, he’s wonderful” and we all walked out. The front desk didn’t seem to care about what she did and no one did anything at all. I spent the day in tears wondering how someone could be SO cruel to a preschooler at all, let alone one with disabilities!!! The hotel and room were nice. We couldn’t use the outdoor pool because at ALL times, at least 5-6 staff members sit at the picnic table beside the pool smoking all hours of a day/night and it was so bad we could only be indoors. That was rude and disgusting. Otherwise our room itself was fine. I wish the staff were different and we would’ve recommended it but no way will we be back there!!! How incredibly rude and hurtful. Thanks for ruining our preschoolers graduation celebration by insulting him, our entire family and confusing him as he asked us “why he is so difficult to live with? And “What’s a control freak, mommy?” Whoever you are, you should be ashamed.

It exceeded my expectations. Great location, The room is very clean, the bed is comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is great as well, my daughter loved the indoor pool! It was a really good experience, and I would definitely come back.
Ruth
We thought we were getting the option to have a balcony and be able to see the mountains, but were told at check in they keep them for their regular customers, the place was dead. We stayed 3 days and left on Friday, it was a little busier. But the had plenty of balcony rooms.
Maigen
The motel is on the older side, but very clean! The staff was friendly, the pool and hot tub were great! Our room was spacious and perfect for our family of 4. We really enjoyed staying here, and plan on staying again in the future

Our room was clean and worked well as a place to rest after Dollywood. I would note that there is smoking permitted throughout the property, so even our non smoking room smelled of smoke when the vent in the bathroom was on. The staff was friendly.
Rodney

James
This was a great choice at a hotel. Clean, friendly, great location.
Allen
Cute, family motel. Staff was super friendly and what we got for the price was great. The only 2 downsides were the WiFi was non-existent in our room unless you sat by the door and the breakfast was basically bread, cereal, yogurt, and boiled eggs. That being said, I would still stay here again.
Fahim
Room service bad
Pam

Lisa
I’ve stayed at Norma Dan several times over the years I’m never disappointed
Sheila
The rooms and refrigerator were larger than some motels very clean , beds slept wonderfully they have balconies. That is the main reason that I reserved it. Our room wasn’t the greatest for the balcony view because it was on the bottom floor, but that was OK the next time I will request one on the second or third floor. The pool areas are fantastic.
Katherine
The staff were very nice

Great time and as always great place to stay. We had left a stuffed animal in the room and they called before we left town so we went and retrieved animal for the great grandson. A hidden gem always a pleasure to stay. Home away from home.
Lauren
Pleasant family owned property located right on the Parkway. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff were readily available to help with anything needed. My husband and I have found our new go to spot in Pigeon Forge!
Christopher
It wasn't as great as the rating. The breakfast was disappointing. Bagels, frozen waffles, and hard boiled eggs. No fresh fruit and the coffee wasn't very good.
Melissa
Enjoyed the outdoor pool and friendly staff.
