It's no resort but it's a fair value for the price.

The people are great but the place is just dated and the rooms have an odd design. There's what looks to be a former hotel, now derelict, directly in front of it. Not a good vacation vibe.

It has easy access to the park and several restaurants within walking distance. The food at the Mexican place was really good.

If you want a suite it is away from the pool. You have to drive to it. Staff was there for towels every day. (Kind staff). Check in was great. The bed was uncomfortable. Room felt very damp when we got there. Improved during the stay.

There are 2 buildings for this property and all of the pictures are from the nicer one. There is not enough parking and if you stay at building 2 you have to drive to have breakfast. Could barely see the creek with all the trees in the way. Probably won’t stay there again because it felt like false advertising.

Room was clean but not very appealing to eye! Just a blah bear bed cover and the thinnest sheets ever. Metal bed bottom was annoying everytime someone got near they kicked it and so loud. Ice bucket but no lid. We were put in I suppose an overflow a couple blocks from hotel between 2 campgrounds. Outside of hotel needed lots of work and tlc!! Not sure who gave the reviews I read but I witnessed nothing like was in the reviews. Very disappointed and will not be back!

The property was great, we had a good experience. The only thing was almost running into spider webs. The property needs to be sprayed on the outside. The staff were diligent on giving us what we needed. We didnt even need to ask for towels for the next day, we were restocked. Yay! Unfortunately we didnt get to use the the tubes because we were out so late but wish we did. Plus it was raining quite a bit the first day we got there. The breakfast was ok. For the king suites we really loved the fact that there was a split between both sides. It def gave me and my husband a bit of privacy between my sister and her boyfriend. We would stay again.

We love this hotel mostly because the price is great, the location and view is amazing. Our only complaints are the beds and the bathroom. The bed doesn’t have a box spring so that may be part of the reason it’s not as supportive for our backs. We woke up each day in a lot of pain. We are used to having medium to firm beds. And these beds are very bouncy.
The bathroom is super tiny and hard to get in and out (we are not overweight) and found it very difficult to get in and close the door behind us while squished up against the toilet. Which is super super low to the ground. It’s sized for small children. If you have any handicaps you may need to bring along a raised toilet seat. Otherwise you may get stuck on what feels like your sitting on the ground. Other than that we love the place and the staff is always super friendly.

Stayed here many times and its always 5 stars for my family. Nice staff, clean rooms and close to everything in Pigeon forge and the closest hotel to get to Gatlinburg. The view is beautiful as the river runs right behind the hotel.

We were on a family trip. The location was convenient for attractions and the balcony overlooking the river was a perk for morning coffee and the wildlife around the area was alive. The room was decent but the latch for the door seemed that it needs repair for security. Breakfast, there was no variety for the different days but it was decent. But plenty of nearby options for paid. Parking was convenient. Over all ok for it's purposes and we would probably stay again.

Overall really enjoyed our stay at Creekstone Inn, the ducks, geese,squirrels, groundhogs, skunk and racoons were fun and entertaining. Had a issue with the doorknob leading to the balcony. Called twice and was told a work order was placed for repair. That didn't happen during our 5 day stay. Room was clean and spacious! Parking was great. Again our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly return. Staff were very friendly and polite. Quiet and peaceful stay! This could turn into our go to place during our visits to the area.

Absolutely adorable! Worth staying in king bed rooms with a balcony facing the river! It’s like you left the activity of Pigeon Forge and are in the woods instead. John at the front desk was awesome - gave us all kinds of information. Place is super close to all activities. The breakfast buffet was simple, but everything was fresh and pretty tasty. We would absolutely stay here again!

Room was clean but outdated. Breakfast was good. Balcony was very dirty and so much bird droppings that it stunk. Shower was very good. Bathroom was tiny. Outside common area(elevator, stairs, parking) needed tending to in a bad way. It was an average motel not a good hotel. I have definitely stayed in worse as well as much better. For the price I would stay somewhere else.

The gentleman who worked the night shift gave great directions, was very helpful and had a great sense of humor. The ladies who served breakfast, yes, fixed your plate and handed it to you, served breakfast every morning, were delightful and really took time to have small conversations with each guest in the dining room. The housekeeping staff made sure there were fresh tiles every day and also replenished the coffee. Our favorite part was sitting on the back porch and watching the wildlife. There are geese, squirrels, ducks, raccoons, a woodchuck, and a skunk that scampered by each morning. The other guests were super friendly.
Easy access to Dollywood, the Island, Ole Mill and Gatlinburg via the Patriot transit center.

It's hard to say enough good about this property, and easy to see why it has a 4.8/5 rating!
We were meeting friends (2 rooms were booked separetely, a week apart) and when one arrived before the rest of us, the staff asked if we wanted rooms beside each other and made it happen.
The rooms are as large as they appear in the photos, or even larger - each bed area could have been an individual room with a television in each area, and the bathroom between them added a level of privacy not usually seen in 2-bed hotel rooms. The balcony is large and the 2 provided rocking chairs made for wonderful creek-watching relaxation.
The property layout is unconventional and can be confusing - especially after travelling for 15 hours - haha. The office is across the street from the hotel, but there is a second building on the other side of the creek as well, around/beside an RV campground, and this is where we stayed.
A "Rod Run" was taking place the weekend we stayed which made for a bit of traffic congestion and the parking lot seemed quite full, but we heard little to no noise from inside our rooms.

The carpets in our room was very dirty. When we walked barefoot, our feet were black.the rooms were adequate and large.great beds.but in need of some upgrading and deep cleaning.The breakfast buffet needed more choices, maybe some pastries or bagels.it left alot to be desired. We ate their once and then went out to eat.the room staff brought fresh towels and emptied the trash.that was it.never vacuumed in the 4 days we were there. And unfortunately and unbeknownst to us.There was a car show going on, and they were racing up and down the street all night long.It was horrible, we were awake.All the time at night.that was no fault of the motel the traffic was unbearable.You could not even get out to have something to eat.You would be waiting in traffic for hours.

When we first arrived, the carpet was damp in some areas. When calling the front desk, they said that they do spot clean in some areas. But it was enough to wet the socks. It was a beautiful view of the river. Actually enjoyed the campfire from across the river., at the campground. The breakfast was really good. Overall, it was a nice day and a great sleep. Unfortunately, we woke to not one, but two fire alarms. No fault of the property, someone's child was pulling the alarm. It put a small damper in our stay, but it did not affect how we felt about the property.

FYI they have two different hotels one on each side of the river the second one is the one I was in. It was an older hotel they tried updating but door was hard to unlock and didn’t shut tight. The bed was right next to the window that everyone walked by and the curtains had to use a clip to keep closed so people couldn’t see in. You had to get in your car to drive around the river and drive back out on the main drag or cut through other hotel parking lot just to get the free breakfast or go to the pool.

The room was clean, and the creekside balcony with the sounds of water and the wind in the trees was mesmerizing. The view out the other window overlooking an immense sea of green grass was great. The room came with a microwave and tiny but adequate fridge.
The bed was comfortable.
The bathroom was dimly lit. It had a good shower.
Overall, a decent stay.

We could not have been happier with Creekstone Inn! Our Creekside room was clean and comfortable for our family of four. We loved sitting on our spacious balcony, listening to the water and watching animals play in nature. The breakfast buffet was fresh, filling, and economical. We loved the pool and access to tubes for the creek! And staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Great stay!

My room was clean but the door to the balcony had a hole at the bottom on it that looked like something chewed on it and the bathroom door had the same hole. The bathroom was really small, only enough room to use the small toilet and step into the shower.
Our last night, the smoke alarm kept going off and kept us from getting any sleep so we left really early.

Room was decent with a nice view of the creek. I did not realize that there were two buildings which is fine but the second building is across the creek. We had to drive over to breakfast which is fine for us but other people may not like that. Breakfast was not good. The eggs were watery and no bagels. The best part was the biscuits. Tried to get apple juice and it came out as water. I have been in way worse hotels so this one was a good stay for a few nights minus the breakfast.

This was a beautiful property. Breakfast was delicious each day. My only issue is the location of breakfast if you are in the back building. You have to drive around and the parking is very minimal. The walk isn’t too horrible but with handicap elderly parents it was just very hard. A little bridge over the stream would be perfect. But this wouldn’t stop my from coming again. The perks outweighed this little inconvenience.
