The room was clean when we arrived and the layout of the 3 queen beds was great. But the beds didn’t have blankets and the mattresses were hard. There were only 3 towels for 5 people. No one came during our 3 night stay to service the room so we had to buy our own towels and toilet paper. Although I’m sure it was clean, the paint in the tub/shower was pealed or discolored and it didn’t look inviting.
These are things they could definitely improve.

My shower/bathtub drain was broken, doors to get into rooms had to basically ram through to open, bathroom sinks wouldn’t drain, and we had to go to the office daily to complain for nothing to be done out to even get towels and toilet paper daily no one ever checked as we were there for a week

When we got to the room we had to ask for toilet tissue and soap. The TV had to stay on all the time. If you turned the TV off or it went off by itself we had to call guest services to put the TV back on line again. It had to run all the time. There were 2 coffee pots in our room. However, there was no coffee, creamer, sugars or cups. The heat had to be constantly adjusted. The safe didn't work. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this Days Inn at 4010 Parkway to anyone.

The room was nothing like the pictures, hair dryer didn't work, i had to ask for clean towels, the floors were sticky, the pillows were thin and flat, i ask for an extra pillow and they didn't have any, the pool was green and i haven't been able to get my damage deposit back. Besides all of this my debit card was had fraudulent charges while I was there a d had to aquire a new one. Also, the grounds were dirty and trash everywhere. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Miss leading pictures. Don’t stay here

0 of of 5 stars. Don’t let the photos fool you, this hotel looks NOTHING like them. The photos show a decent hotel. I’ve staid in third-world countries with nicer accommodations. The room was dirty…hair and trash everywhere and the floors were so filthy we bought socks to wear and throw away. After one day the socks were black and we were only in the room long enough to sleep. The entire exterior is stained, dirty, and has trash everywhere. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and calling the two tiny lumps of cotton “pillows” was generous. The beds also squeaked loudly with any movement. You can see through the exterior door when it’s closed, so forget about safety or any sound proofing. You hear everything and everyone. The bathroom door didn’t close either. The pool has brown water and grass growing through the concrete. It’s obvious it hasn’t functioned in a long time. And the hot tub is cemented in. Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name on this place. Forget five stars, on a scale of 1,000 I’d still give it a ZERO. No towel service, each day we had to go to the office for clean towels. We used the old ones to cover the dirty floor.

The rooms were dirty , one room had cockroaches and the other had no towels and the floor was oily, also one bed had a hair on it The outside doors were so dirty a the curtains too. Trash outside on the parking lot. A disaster to be honest. The only thing is the location not besides that nothing positive .

Very disappointed with this property. First thing we had to do was spray air freshener cause the room smelled horrible. Family of six and only had 4 towels. No toiletries at all. The bathroom was a disaster. Tub was dirty and can tell its been patched. Shower curtain had holes in it. Beds not comfortable. Couldnt even get the tvs to work. Only good thing was the air conditioner worked well. Would not recommend in the least. Spend your money elsewhere

There was zero hot water. There was only a sheet on the bed. Beds were disgusting under the “protective cover” when going to sleep it was as if you was sleeping outside at a party frat house. People smoking playing super loud music all night. Oh yeah, there’s a drink.Tried to shower at night no hot water at all. Tried again in the morning still zero hot water. Absolutely do not recommend even for one night now which is what we stayed, and regret would have slept better in our car over night versus this place.

Absolutely horrible… first we booked this hotel due to the breakfast.. (they now changed the ad to light breakfast) come to find out all we get was a granola bar. First room the door didn’t lock at all. (We have a child with us) worker didn’t understand why I wanted a new room. Finally gave us a new room. There were ants everywhere, tub didn’t drain, let us with one roll of toilet paper and half a used roll. (We were there for 6days) there were people smoking every where even tho we signed a thing stating non smoking grounds. We ended up checking out early due to the non sense. We paid extra for this hotel due to the breakfast and ended up losing out. Wouldn’t give us a refund. Just overall disgusting hotel.

The toilet was dirty, there was stuff dried on the headboard and was flaking off onto the mattress, and looked like bed bugs. The curtains was very dirty, the refrigerator was filthy on outside. Bathtub drain was missing and looked nasty. When we left and came back later someone was in our room, in which some of our things were stolen. The front desk barely answered the phone and wasn't friendly at all.

It was very dirty got a room for 5 people and only given 2 towels and 1 wash cloth went and asked for more since we used one to clean the dirty floor, they said there was no more towels to give. So hopefully u don't need a shower. Huge hole in bathtub filled in with caulking. The pool outside is not usable. The hot tub is filled in with concrete. Ur free breakfast is a granola bar or pop tart. The people living in the other rooms look like crack heads, the pillows were tiny folded in half inside the pillow case. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I was traveling alone, and they put me on the 3rd floor, far away from lobby and elevator. When i got to the room, the safety lock is broken from the door, and you could see light all around the door. I sure didn't feel safe! Then i tried to take a shower, the tub handle wouldn't go to hot water, then it totally broke off!! No shower!! The pillows felt like basketballs, beef was hard, and the street noise was horrendous!! Trucks going up and down the road till after 1AM!! Never again!!!

Lord I hope you never book here nasty ant the word for this place no hot tub like it says the pool is green and nasty no breakfast like it says that was a plus when we booked and it was awful noisy drugs could smell what they were smoking constantly nothen worked right black mold in the shower and in the room fridge was frozen over no coffee no towels in the rooms no toilet paper lord stay away from this place I was just there had two rooms worse experience I ever had will never book there again and the sleep no you ant sleeping at night there screaming all night hollering burn outs with cars trucks and motorcycles no police never came went on every night we where there and it was for 3 days tv only gets certain channels they have people living there full time that are scary keeps walking by your room and I just hope before you book this place you read this worse place to stay and nothing it says is true no food no pool dirty and nasty rooms and no amenities like personal hygiene so don't waste your money was there on 9/19/25-9/22/25 run don't stop here

Wouldnt let a sewer rat stay here!

Pictures says it all. I was looking for a budget friendly room and i was amazed at the price, how ever i would have had more comfort and cleanliness at the county jail.
Went straight to the office after the first night to tell them the fridge flooded my room and ruined all my food, i also understand all the beds are the same but the room i was put in the beds was worse then laying on a box spring. I got laughed at n put in another room. The staff lives on site and partied til late in the night both nights i was there.
Talked to customer support at hotels.com to let them know what type of business they are promoting. Hotels.com did a wonderful job helpung me out but what that hotel did after is crazy. They had a abandoned car full to the max in the parking lot. While i was taking my stuff to the car the owner was outside with the owner of said car and said ya thats her that complained go say something to her. I simply said come near me and i will mase u period. That could have been a very dangerous situation. Claimed to go breakfast and open pool til Oct 1st. Pool was green n had trash floating in it with no breakfast of any kind. There isnt even a phone to use in an emergency.

The room was $40 however the damage fee was $75 thats not cool! We did NOT know this was an extended stay hotel! Lots of people hanging out around the hotel. Cigarette Smoke all around the hotel! Eleven O'clock at night people setting right outside our room loud and we could not sleep smoke coming in our room! Inside of the room looks nice and clean, walking areas outside the room HORRIBLE!!! She put us on the 3rd floor so we got to see the entire building! So inconsiderate in my opinion! I told the front desk clerk the hairdryer does not work he said yes I know! Well Sir!! Very cheap hotel but you get what you pay for! Never us again! Just think is money worth it!

Not enough towels for 4 people (as stated before our stay.) No working phone number to make contact when away from the hotel. Busted hot tub surround. Dirty mirrors. No toilet paper. Filthy floors. Pillows have zero-life left in them. A/C didn’t work very efficiently. Beds were not comfortable. Only plus about this hotel is that they didn’t have any bugs.

NEVER AGAIN!!!

I’m sorry to have to leave a review like this but I can honestly say that this was the worst motel I’ve ever stayed at. It was so bad that I checked out after the first night even though I had already paid for 2 nights. The sidewalks and halls of the property were very sketchy. There was feces (dog or human I’m not sure) on several of the walkways. There was abandoned furniture on the walkways. The hallways and ramps and stairwells leading to the second and third floors were filthy and poorly lit. Sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot and walkways all night. The room had small amounts mold in several areas. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows lumpy. They did not provide a floor towel for the shower/tube so we had to step out onto a tile floor while wet. They also didn’t provide a hand towel for the sink. Only 2 towels and two washcloths. I felt like I was staying at Braidwood Inn from the movie Planes, Trains, and Automobiles. NEVER AGAIN will I even consider staying at any Wyndham property.

Don't fall for the price

Ok, so.....I will never stay here again. You get what you pay for, especially here. Mismatched old furniture. Toilet seat broken. Toilet paper holder broken. Shower dripping. Outside areas littered with garbage. But, I was just in town for one night for a car show and figured I'd only be sleeping there, so big deal, right? Wrong. When I came back for the night to settle in and watch a little need to fall asleep, I couldn't. There was a brand new tv in the room, with plastic still on the screen (the old one was still there as well 🙄). That's fine it's a new tv....too new; no one has set it up and I either had to create an account to watch it, or just not watch. So, no tv. Com one that with people running and screaming until 2am, and I'm just done. Never again

The room was clean when we arrived.Our room had a bulb burned out, the t.v. went out & the bathroom door wouldn't shut properly. 8 yr. old granddaughter tried to close it & the hinges came out of the wall. They did come and took care of all of the issues. The place could use an update . The stairwells & ramps could use pressure washing.

They did not have continental breakfast as stated on their advertisement. They only provided pop tarts and coffee. Hotel room was clean and comfy. It wasn't a 5 star hotel but was liveable for a couple nights stay. Staff was nice.

Refrigerator leaked awful so couldn’t use and water everywhere. Pillows were extremely uncomfortable and the sheets had holes and stains. The bed springs were very loud and woke us up. This place is a joke. The deadbolt doesn’t lock, there’s open ceiling tiles in the bathroom ceiling, the beds are covered with only a sheet, no blankets to be found anywhere, there’s 1 pillow per person and they are the size and lack of comfort of a couch throw pillow, their “breakfast” is a measly pop tart, granola bar and coffee. My balcony has a horrific view of stacks and stacks of a 100 old mattresses thrown in their yard. Do NOT waste your time with this one!

I was first given a room that was not cleaned and prepared for guests, beds were not made. The second room did not have working locks on the inside and the air conditioning unit was filthy. We did not stay due to safety concerns and are now fighting to receive a refund. The room pictured on Expedia are not what the rooms look like now. I strongly recommend Expedia remove this property from their offerings as this is a bait-and-switch.

It is located on what i consider as the strip of pigeon forge. It has cookout, Wendy's, shoneys, etc. Numerous gas options and shops. Wal-Mart is 15 mins away and Dollar General is 7-8mins away. The check in staff and check out staff were very friendly and helpful. Have your License Plate number ready because even if you check in online the system does not transfer your tag number for staff. The rooms are being remodeled. Our room could have been way cleaner. But was not so gross it was unreasonable. It needed to be mopped and the bath tub needed cleaning. No bugs of any kind in room. Pillows need replacing. Was missing toilet paper holder (no biggy). Good variety of channels on the TV. Our air was amazingly cold. Mini Fridge worked great. Microwave was clean and worked. Family of 4. The pool stays open to 10 or 11pm. Small pool but enough to enjoy. No ice machine and quite a few people smoking weed all around the out side of the hotel rooms. $75 deposit for accidents was VERY REASONABLE!!! For the price we paid i am pleased. I really hope when they are finished with remodeling they dont jack up the price!!

Facility is old and feels dated. Rooms were updated in recent years. Mattress had no support. Felt the bar in the supports underneath. Pillows are poor quality too. Bathroom wasn't dirty but felt old and dirty. Vinyl/laminate flooring felt wet from humid surroundings.

I, like some other people, booked this location based on the website pictures. Those pictures in no way are a true depiction of this property I'm sure were those pictures came from. The desk clerk was friendly, she asked if we would like a first floor or third floor room, we were given a room on the first floor. This room had terrible smell and bugs. I returned to the desk told the clerk she gave us a room on the third floor, this room was better, looked as through the beds were new, and no smell or bugs. The only amenity was the pool which was not very impressive. There are no phones in the rooms at least not ours. The bathtub looked dirty and the water dripped none stop. Not much positive I can say about this property but it was close to whatever we wanted to do. I would stay clear of this place .

The hotel appeared to be in the process of renovating. Our original room had a broken air conditioner that was broken so we were immediately moved. The new room was ok. We had no towels or wash cloths but went to the front desk and was given towels and hand towels. We did not receive any clean towels or wash cloths the rest of stay. The trash was not taken from the room. Not sure house keeping ever came. Didn’t spend a lot of time in the room. Could have been better.

Our room was dirty. The sides of the toilet had not been cleaned in a very long time. The shower had soap scum all over it. There were no blankets on the bed only sheets. The towel bar fell off a soon as we put a towel on it. We only initially got one wrinkled towel in our room. The air conditioning was hooked to only a blue box and appeared to be a fire hazard. There was a large dumpster in the parking lot full of garbage. We only had a small trash can in the bathroom for the entire room. Breakfast options were slim to none. The trees were overgrown and limited any type of view. I would not recommend anyone stay here as other guests complained of their rooms as well.

the property was not what was shown the hot tub was filled with concrete . the room had a bad hair dryer, no coffee maker, no microwave. and if you stay more then a day you never get your room cleaned until you leave you have to go ask for more clean towels along with not having no blankets in the room upon arrival

Room was disgusting dressers were damaged. Said hot tub in description but it was just a garden tub with jets. No blankets on beds. When i went to office to get blankets they gave me 1 for 2 beds. Said they had a shortage on them. Will not stay again. Left 2 days early from trip

Worst hotel state of all time.

The floors were filthy. The hot tub did not work. One of the toilets did not work. The coffee machine was missing. One of the beds was missing a comforter one of the other comforters had a dead bug in it so we couldn’t use it. The microwave was Rusty. The lampshade still had plastic wrap on them that said please remove before use. There was not enough toilet paper and no one came to give fresh towels, fresh bedsheets, or anything during the day. There is a very suspicious and gross looking stain on the couch. All of the desk and table services were sticky and dirty. Our trash cans were never emptied, and they got very full. When I asked the staff for extra blankets, they did not give us any.

We needed one night to stay before heading to our cabin as we extended our trip. When we pulled up we felt like the place looked fine. Nothing fancy, but would serve its purpose. We checked in late around 10pm. Staff came off a little cold but I thought “whatever, it’s an inexpensive place for just one night”. Upon entering the room we noticed the floor was sticky. The bathroom was disgusting with a hole in the wall, dirty floor and tub with a terrible repair job and hair laying around. No shower for us. After deciding the sheets were clean we decided we would just deal with it, we would be there less than 12 hours. After bringing our things in I realized there was no way to lock the door from the inside. Half the safety lock was missing. I decided we were in a safe area, we were exhausted, it’s fine. So we crawled into bed…it wasn’t uncomfortable but it creaked and popped when I moved. Well, at one am I woke up to the sound of the door handle rattling around. I jumped up and yelled. Then there was a knock. Heart pounding, I peek through the curtain. It’s an employee. She tells me that the computer showed the room was vacant. She half apologized, took my last name and left. Hard to sleep after that adrenaline rush of terror. Never again.

There was no complementary Breakfast as specified during booking they had only coffee & protein bar
they need specify in the amenities accurately

The room was not clean. The heat was on when we arrived in the room (keep in mind, it’s summer). The floor was dirty. There was no washcloths even at the front desk. The beds were uncomfortable. I would not stay here again.

Gross, unsafe

I paid $34 including taxes and fees for this night, so I wasn’t expecting much. I just really need a place to sleep. However, this was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had lodging. The first room I was given was broken into and someone’s possessions were outside the room. I got a new room which did not lock, but that’s fine, I put two chairs in front of the door. There were small bugs in the sheets of one bed and the shower was abysmal and unclean with a significant amount of hair in the bottom like someone had shaved in it. This is the first hotel I didn’t really feel safe in and actually brought everything I had in my car into the hotel with me. Anyway, it was $34. So, it definitely is the cheapest motel I’ve ever been in in 2025.

Have to get your own towels

If staying for more then 1 night, you have to go to the office to get towels, trash bags and sheets, housekeeping does not come in during your stay. Had to put towels and trash outside the door for then to pick up
