So much wrong here, location is trashy. We had the front desk blonde curly hair lady feeding the geese at 6am. So was woken up by the noise. The people two doors down were feeding them crackers so when you step out watch out for poop. The rooms are overall in an old condition. The floors, the walls and mold in the bathrooms. In our room we had two roaches. So nasty. Do not waste your money.

I’ll never book with them again. Kept changing my dates on me (online) then wrong dates got booked. Tried to book another room but you can’t get ahold of anyone. Cancelled reservations WAY before due date and they won’t answer anyone when you try to handle things.

I don’t know all of the answers but this will be the last time I will ever book with Expedia .
When we got to the property they said that they didn’t have any rooms , and I couldn’t get money back because I booked with Expedia. I have called Expedia at least a dozen times.wand no response. We had to find another hotel and it has ruined our vacation.

Bed was good, room smelled great. Really clean smell. Shower was wonderful. Great stay for the weekend. Did not have elevator. We were just on the 2nd floor so it wasn’t a lot of a problem but I have back trouble so I didn’t go up very much. Breakfast was good HOT and fresh every morning.

Everything was good with our stay, especially for the price we paid. The bed was super comfy and all the employees I had interactions with were super helpful. The only thing was our door was a little wonky. You had to slam it and pull the make sure it shot. But other than that had a great stay, would stay again.

This property was only nice because of location otherwise, the front desk lady awful to talk to and rude. I got there at 3:50 my room was not ready so they rushed and cleaned it. Rooms have been recently renovated. Basic but they were okay and clean. The outside area isn’t kept up very well and seemed like an area where some shady activity takes place. We originally had a ground floor room but you can hear every step from the room above and it sounded like a dance party was going on above us. I requested another room upstairs and the woman working the front desk was very understanding and helpful and moved us to an upstairs room that was much quieter. There are no amenities other than breakfast which we didn’t try. Which was fine for us for a couple of nights.

The one morning that we ate breakfast there it was good. The floors in our room were filthy. House keeping has a lot to be desired. We had to go ask for our towels to be replaced. The bed was very comfortable.

Check in was great Nadia was very friendly. Professional n accommodating.
Everything was going great until I asked the older Indian man for a "do not disturb" sign...
Which seemed to upset him, at which time he SLAMMED his hands on the desk n THREW the sign at me AT ME😵
I WOULD NEVER STAY AGAIN n heard several guest share similar experiences with this same Indian man...the sign was returned to him in the same manner 👍

The price was great. The room was very clean and quiet. The bed was what I needed after driving 6 hours. The breakfest was very good with great selection.

The staff were very helpful and patient with my questions about food/attractions in the area. If I am in the area in the future Surestay Plus By Best Western Pigeon Forge is where I'll call for registration availability. Thank you for making it a great experience.

Was immaculately clean and that’s what’s important to me. Room was spacious, beds and pillows were so comfortable. Right in the heart of things. I would advise people not to be put off looking that it’s not tall and fancy looking like those around it. Inside they will find a friendly staff and a CLEAN room!

First time staying here. Booked kind of last minute. Older hote, but the Rate was good. Staff friendly. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Good water pressure in shower, and the water was hot. If needing a room for just one or two nights would definitely book again.

I closed the door to the room and could still see outside. That gap continued to allow the room to smell like old cigarette smoke. My shoes stuck to the floor. I could hear people walking around upstairs. I don’t mean heavy feet I mean the floor squeaking and heavy feet. I know this is one of the cheaper places to stay but the whole vibe is not good. The bad thing is I wasn’t the first person to complain that night. The shower floor looked like it had something on it. We left. Even being very tired and found a nicer place to stay without as much traffic pulling up outside and letting their diesel truck run outside the door for an hour. At the time we were not offered a refund of any kind. We prepaid thru hotels.com and I was told to contact the property thru that. I have yet to hear from them.

Room had crack under door that you could put your hand through; not even a chair for the desk ; no place to sit in the room except on the bed; asked for towels-got none. The walls were so thin you could hear every movement of those above you. Very hard to sleep with so much banging on the floor and conversations you didn't need to hear. Would definitely not recommend this motel. We have stayed at Best Western for years but will never try another Sure Stay if this is characteristic of your properties.

Do Not Stay Here. Hotels.com needs to take this hotel off of their website. There were dead insects in the room. The jetted tub was beyond gross. The sink didn’t have running water. There was feces on the bed. The hotel personal were terrible. When I asked for a refund because the hotel was so bad I was told they don’t do refunds. I will

Breakfast was limited but it was hot and good. I wish they offer chicken options in addition to beef too. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Location is superb, right across there are lot of options to eat and activities. We booked the one with kitchen and have to get the utensils from frontdesk. Location of kitchen next to bathroom is bit odd, kinda make the area messy quickly than you think. Overall pricing wise it’s a decent place to stay.

It's nothing the property can do but the bar nearby is very loud at night. It made it hard to sleep. The staff was great and the location is nearby everything. One small nit-pick is that the walls are not very insulated and you can hear people in the other rooms very easy. 4/5

This was our second stay, and the first stay was a much better experience. I found a sock in the sheet from the previous tenant, a hair tie under the bed, and the toilet was full of “human waste” when we checked in. The toilet also ran the entire stay, which could be the reason why, but it was also annoying.

During our stay, we brought our 3 year old son (which we recorded on Hotels.com). There were many children making noises throughout the hotel (it’s Christmas time). We got a call for a noise complaint and asked to move rooms to the floor level at 10:00 pm even though our son wasn’t making near the amount of noise as others. The hotel should’ve taken that into consideration before placing us originally in the upstairs room.

We didn’t feel comfortable the rest of the stay. After our previous stay, I had in mind to stay here each visit to the smokies. After this experience, I’ll be staying elsewhere.

Aside from that: friendly staff, affordable, semi-clean rooms, plenty of towels. I’d rank a 6.5/10.

The photo was nice, the room was similar but older, worn, bed not neatly made, dirt and debris in corners of room, smudges on walls, chips in door, shower nasty with stained marks like bootprints, dirt behind toilet, peeled paint in bathroom walls, cold rooms with no rugs or carpeting. Listing mentioned "balcony" but that's only if you count the outside entry doorway as a "balcony." Smelled strange, not sure if it was some disinfectant or just leftover stink from previous tenant.

The door was not secure. The room was dirty as well as the shower. The room had a single chair to set on. The bed was very uncomfortable. We were roomed right in-between a barking dog and and crying baby all night.

My biggest issue is the height of beds. As a physically limited person I struggled to get into bed and was unable to sit on edge without sliding. An Additional seat in room would be of benefit. Folding suitcase stands also recommended.

Unfortunately, our stay was significantly impacted by several issues. Nighttime noise was excessive, particularly when upstairs guests arrived around 12:30 a.m. Additionally, there was a noticeable gap around the door that allowed cold air and marijuana odors to enter the room, which was especially concerning as we were traveling with a sleeping infant. The beds were also oversized for the bed frames, making them unstable and uncomfortable. Overall, these factors made it difficult to rest comfortably.

It is the worst experience
1. Rooms was smelling bad
2. Room was freezing they do not maintains normal temperature. AC was off when we entered
3. Refrigerator was not working so we have to switch to another room with all of our luggage
4. There was a flea/bug in room. We have to call them. With two small kids this was terrible and scary
