The pool needs renovated. It’s dirty and kinda yucky looking in the hot tub is breaking away in pieces in that the halls were dirty and you can tell that they’re remodeling and painting we put trash outside our room and sit there for two days and finally had to speak to staff to get it removed so they don’t even check your rooms daily. You have to ask them to have cleaning service to your room. I asked for a manager to call me and a manager never did call me. Only one ice machine in the whole building works and it don’t work that good only one elevator works and it’ll either shut you in the door or take forever to shut so this hotel is definitely a no for us ever again.

I came to check in and the elevator was broken. My room was on the 4th floor so we had to lug our stuff up stairs. That was the first red flag. Then the hallways were filthy. I walked into a room that smelled like mildew, it was dirty, and the bathroom was leaking. I turned around and left immediately and booked something MUCH better. The images are enhanced by AI and are not accurate to the actual quality of the location. Think old run down side of the road desperation stay.

The staff (which consisted of 1 person on a Holiday weekend) was ok. The online pictures did not represent the hotel at all. There were holes in the hallway walls. Paint peeling from walls. Only 1 of 3 elevators worked. Bathroom shower/tub didn’t shut off. Was hot water which made to room hot. Over all I would not recommend this hotel.

I probably should've known what I was getting into at the budget rate for the hotel. my room had a great air conditioning and had a king size bed and 2 bunk bed style beds for kids in it. There was a balcony deck that overlooked the outside pool and parking lot. The microwave did not have a rotating plate. The fridge was froze over. The bathroom shower was moldy and disgusting.

The lobby bathroom was nasty. The descent into the basement pool and lazy river was atrocious and seemed like you might get Legionnaires or some water borne illness.
Use at own risk.

The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming in the mornings. However, the rooms could definitely use some updates, and some of the cleaners were a bit rude. The pools also needed significant improvements. For three days, the glass at the outdoor pool was broken and left unkempt. The indoor pools were decent and functional, but they also needed some updates. Overall, the hotel was usable.

The hallway was dimly lit almost like a serial killer was going to come out from behind the wall to chase me. The room had no body wash or shampoo. Paid $177 and a $90 hotel would have at least had a clean room with some lights.

It was creepily decorated, none of the walls had a serious coat of paint. -10/10 would not recommend. Might catch a disease next time if I stay there.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The pictures of the hotel were not accurate the hotel & room was awful, we requested a balcony room the door was hard to open, got on the balcony and chicken bones & French fries were smashed on the concrete! Frig did not work the knob was broke off to turn the frig colder so we used a dime to turn it which didn’t work because the frig was broke!! We had insulin to keep frigerated and we could not find ice for the cooler, we had to go buy ice! Mold in the bathroom, the toilet paper holder was broke so the toilet paper roll was on the back of the toilet! Not enough towels had to go to front desk and had to sign for them! The bathtub water ran (not a drip) constantly! The pool was in a dungeon and the elevator to it did not work! We checked out 3 days early and cannot get a manager to talk to for a refund for the last 2 days that was more than a 24 hour in advance notice! Hotel.com claims they can’t get a manager to return a call! We could not call the desk from our room the phone cord was ripped out of the phone! TV stand was broke and leaning crookedly!
The front desk attendant said there is no way to contact the manager you have to catch him there, but she said she didn’t know when he would be there! We made 3 stops there at different times and she would say we just missed him!! The area they put us in was not safe, it was under renovations and a long walk from the working elevator! Probably still missed something, worst hotel.com hotel ever

Get there after traveling 12 hours to get to our room, mind you (we have 3 adults 1 child pre paid for for 7 nights,)
1 towel
2 beds 1 pillow and 1 throw pillow on each bed
Both beds sunken in
Tv 1 channel if you were lucky
Bathroom had toilet paper crammed into the ceiling to hide huge hole
Customer service SUCKED!
Got a few more towels
Was told they had none so had to go buy pillows
Heated inside pool lol
It was like jumping into The Atlantic Ocean!
Lazy rive, 99% of the 8 tubes were popped and left laying around, huge holes in the step almost sliced my foot open. Floors never cleaned slippery and slimy. So much chlorine burned your eyes just being in the area. Bleached out my roommates swimsuit.
Hot tub working but never cleaned the 6 days we were there, sunflower seed shells spit out on the edges of hot tub NASTY!!
Outside pool all 8 chairs busted and trash laying EVERYWHERE.
Outside hot tub looked like a fire pit complete with shovel and trash!
2 icemakers not a single one working.
1 elevator the other not working.
And the 1 that was working people got stuck in it between the 2nd and 3rd floors often.
Walls in hallway paint chipping away and looked like mold on the walls.
Fridge in room knob was broken so EVERYTHING FROZE! Including my $94 weekly injection
Left a day early because needed a good nights sleep.
Refused to refund the last night. Not even an apology!!
I 000% do not recommend this dumpster fire!

This place is absolutely disgusting. From the moment we got into the disgusting elevator, I knew we were in trouble. The room numbers were printed on and taped on the doors... there were holes in the walls in the hallway, the floors in a gas station bathroom are cleaner... the door next to us had a cardboard \"Do Not Disturb\" sign written in marker duct taped to it. Inside the room- the curtain was hanging off the rod, the mini fridge was somehow lopsided, and oh the beds... one quick peek revealed either a murder or horrific bowel movement. A large brown stain soaking through the mattress and pad... sheets were wrinkly and looked slept on (no idea who would actually sleep on those beds). We immediately turned right back around and left feeling violated and our trust lost. We re-entered the elevator, thick with BO, and decided to drive the additional 8 hours home (after already driving 9) to sleep in our own beds. Do NOT book this place. Disgusting.

The only ice machine that worked was on the 1st floor and it never had ice. There were no vending machines any where. They had a cooler at the front desk with drinks. The room felt like it had bed bugs and mold. The mattress was terrible and thin. If you’re looking for a cheap option that’s close to everything and you will only sleep there and be gone the majority of the time, this is the place.

Worst hotel I have ever experienced. Front desk staff had a bad attitude at check in. Room was filthy, trash left from previous occupants. The bathtub faucet was already running when we got to the room, tried to shut it off, but it must've been broken because it would not shut off. Mold and mildew on the ceilings. Just ultimately horrendous!

I checked out no more 5 minutes after checking in, asking for a refund. Park Tower in staff said I needed to contact the third party I booked with, they couldn't help me. (Expedia) Park Tower in staff didnt even offer to put me in a different room after I kindly explained the conditions, or any help at all for the matter.. It seemed as if they were relieved that we were leaving.

I left then contacted Expedia, after a back and forth conversation, they offered to only refund me only for 4 nights out of the 5 that were booked. I guess its better than nothing, however that was an expensive few minute walk through of a room that they had recommended and was completely trash. I will never book with Expedia or the Park tower in again.

This stay was by far the worst we’ve ever had at Park Tower Inn. We are a big group so we rented 3 rooms. The air conditioning was out in one room and it was about 80° in there. The front desk simply said maintenance wasn’t there so it would be the next day before they could look at it. Out of 3 rooms, only one bathtub would hold water to bathe our little ones. And we got about 1 towel and 1 washrag per bathroom. There was also a wad of hair in one of the showers before we even tried to use it. Stains on the beds. The pool was dirty with hair floating everywhere. The hot tub was barely warm. The toilet in one room fell over sideways when my husband used it. I understand they are remodeling, but that’s no excuse for the condition of the rooms being rented in the meantime.

During check-in we were I formed that the elevator is not working and our room is on the fifth floor. We're elderly and my husband just had foot surgery. He asked due to the late notice, can we switch to a room on the bottom floors. The desk attended said. \"No availability \". We had to find another hotel and we did. \" SureStay\" in Serville. The accommodation were better. I called to get my money refunded and received it. I read rcent reviews on our travel to Tennessee, none were good. Lesson learned from this trip : \" If recent reviews are 75% negative, take that into consideration \"

Inside pool not heated. Also chunks of concrete broken off of it. Lazy river warm but steps in chunks of concrete came off the steps. Hand size holes. Both waters was cloudy, smelled. Hot tub no knob to turn on bubbles. However again Chuck's of concrete broken out of it. The water was so dirty you couldn't see the bottom. Brownish in color. The outside pool was cleaner smelled better also the outside area broken chairs rusted gates, dirty tables. Also no towel in Either area asked they are short on towels. Room was not the cleanest floors looked dirty bathroom and bed was cleaned. After we got into bed realizing the top over had a hole in it. Very noticeable I don't know why they put it on the bed. Then the AC broke stopped working. Ice machine broken then fixed the walls was off it. Want a bed ok place to stay if that's all you care about. Staff was nice tried to help but only so much they can do.

This hotel was in the midst of renovations but did not advertise as so. We knew it was older and not the most “upscale” hotel, but for what was shown, we decided it would be okay for a weekend trip. We chose our room thinking we got a nice room for a good deal since we were only staying a couple nights. Even the exterior did not meet the expectations of the photos. The rooms were old, moldy, lights barely worked and the sheets did not look clean. We decided it would just be best to leave and as I told the front desk lady that unfortunately we would not be staying, she proceeded to roll her eyes and just throw our key card on the counter. I hope people know what they’re getting into when they think they got a good deal.

Very dirty, broken ceiling tiles, holes in wall, busted tv remote, burnt out lightbulbs, bad smell from ac, Hallways were filled with garbage, missing trim everywhere, sloppy painting, blinding lights in hallway. Couldn’t recommend less. Go somewhere else.

Our stay was very disappointing. The hotel is very poorly maintained. We stayed in a two bedroom 1 bath room. The furniture is stained and old, the kitchenette drawers had food particles and stain in them. The appliances were old and rusty. We had 7 people in our room and the room was only stocked with 2 towels. We went down the first night and requested more towels and all they could provide was 4 towels and a pool towel to use for bathing. The second night our room had been restocked with towels but only two once again. The comforters had stains on them. The bathroom walls are covered in mold, the ceiling tiles peeling off, a cracked and falling down light and fan. The pools are peeling and have cracked tile and most of the mortar is missing. The grounds are covered in trash and cigarette butts. I will not be staying here again nor will I be recommending this to anyone.

The hotel was absolutely DISGUSTING. The staff at the first desk were horrible and rude on every single encounter. She acted like we were annoying her for checking in and out for the hotel. They only would give us TWO towels for SEVEN people. The pools are filled with brown water, the bathrooms are absolutely horrible and disgusting. I would have done better to just sleep in my car. Do NOT stay here. It is not worth $1 to stay here.

This place was so bad that we left without staying a night. Our room door was so hard to push open or close it. When I looked in the bathroom, there wasn't even a shower curtain in the shower. The room smelled awful, the sheet that was on the bed had black spots on it. There was a dead bug on the bed. The elevator didn't work, the pool wasn't even full and it had paint chipping in it. There were stains in the carpet, another previous person had left nasal stuff in the bedside table. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVEN MY WORST ENEMY.

The staff was very kind and helpful, but extremely understaffed, this place needs a serious makeover, it's extremely outdated, the floor around the pool is like walking on ice, extremely slippery I fell very hard. The ceilings are horrible, the elevator too the pool is out of order, which made it extremely painful to navigate the stairs, especially after falling. The hotel is not worth the money, I live two hours away and have stayed many places, in pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. We stayed here because of the pictures, of the property and it had an indoor pool, and lazy river, the pool roofing needs to be replaced, the pool bathrooms, are horrible, filthy and not maintained. The breakfast is good and the woman running it works extremely hard and needs help, they offer waffles. But only one waffle maker, and most of the people just gave up on waffles because so many people wanted them. The rooms are not all clearly marked. The staff was friendly and did the best they can with what they have to deal with. I did not take pictures but I should have.

When we first got there we had to get another room because in the first room the TV was broke and there was blood splatter on the wall behind the TV but they switched us rooms without a problem. House keeping did not clean room until they were asked to on the 4th day of a 7 day stay. No phone to call the front desk for anything that you may need had to use one elevator because all the others were out of service and only one ice machine in the whole building on the 1st floor. Price may have been awesome but they need a lot of work to do on this hotel to get more stars from people.

HORRIBLE! I knew this was an older hotel, but I didn't expect things not to work or that we'd have to take several flights of stairs to go to the pool. An elevator was nearby but it wasn't working. The desk clerk suggested driving to the door by the pool but who wants to get back in their vehicle with wet swim suits? Not us!

One large light panel over the kitchenette/dining area didn't work. How did housekeeping not notice that & have it fixed? We sat on the beds & they were terribly uncomfortable.

Thankfully we found a lovely hotel just down the road, much better price with pristine rooms, awesome breakfast, excellant customer service & a beautiful pool.

The hotel is under remodeling. It was a cheap place to stay and my kids loved it but it is very outdated holes in the walls our room smelled like alcohol and cigarettes we got moved to a balcony room and that helped with the smell. We had to ask for two days for towels because the pool area doesn’t have any and housekeeping didn’t want to give us any. Also our bed was broke down and we slept in an incline our whole stay. The lady at the first desk was sweet but she was doing what she could with what she had.

Roach on the pool deck. Outdoor pool was closed for maintenance. Indoor pool was NOT heated. The lazy river was heated and nice. Musty smell in hallway with dog turd randomly in middle of hall for 24 hours. TV stand broken. Missing lights throughout hallway. Staff was welcoming but the hotel is under reconstruction. Room was fine other than the worn out items

Room was nasty, carpets smelled so bad. Elevator was broken they put us on the 3rd floor. Staff was not helpful at all. Pool was supposed to of been redone and open but it only had a few inches of water. Stair well was clogged with people trying to carry luggage up and down. Checked out as soon as we saw room. Asked for refund told we had to go through our booking (Expedia) they were very helpful trying to get voucher for refund. But the motel would not answer their phone.
Never again and we will continue to get refund, and give our honest opinion about this place

Despite getting an email the day before we checked in about the pool and lazy river being open, both were closed. The route you have to take to the pool area was run down, dirty and looked like it was straight from a scary movie. The facility itself was not very clean. The room was decent enough for the price but had some broken vents on the balcony and carpet that was pulled up at the wall by one of the beds. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend.

The hotel was in a good location to other tourist activities, though the hotel was in a poor state of repair, the elevator was not working for my case, going to the 6th floor with kids and luggage. The bathtub was blocked had to spend the night without a bath till the next day at 4 pm its when it was being repaired. Breakfast: there was no milk or juice for the kids, only coffee.
