Whoever designed and approved that shower should be made to take daily showers. Worst engineered shower I've ever used. Floor was soaked after one shower. You can do better!!!!

Room was clean. The out door pool was nice as well as the indoor and hot tub. The staff who were working at check in were extremely helpful and kind. Can't say the same about the lady that was on night shift. She was just rude.
We went out for breakfast, so cannot comment on that.
Overall, I will stay at this property again.

Great Location. Close to all the main roads. Beds were comfy and it was very clean. we did not use the pools but did see families enjoying them. We also did not partake in the breakfast. We would stay here again for sure. The ONLY down side we found was the parking was limited and small.

I never saw bed pillows that small! It took two to equal the length of a standard pillow. Around the bathroom wall was dirty and it had been a long time since a broom had touched the corners. The shower was extremely small. The price was doubled because of th events going on this weekend. It’s not worth the money!

I lovecthay they have both an indoor and outdoor pool plus a hot tub. The breakfast was good. Plenty to choose from. The rooms were clean and thwy ledt plenty of towels. I've been to some hotels were we had to ask everyday for towels. The beds are very comfort and they made them every day. So our stay was great. Its off the main drag and close to lots of restaurants. We had a balcony too. Just great we will return.

I read a lot of reviews before arriving to Park Grove Inn. I'm not going to lie i was a little worried with the bad reviews that were posted online. They could not be more wrong. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. Everything was in working order and we enjoyed it very much after a long day exploring the area. The staff helped us with anything we needed. The room was clean and felt like a home away from home for the 3 days we were there. My family enjoyed the continental breakfast each morning. It helped with our budget for the trip. Most things around the area are very expensive for a family of 4. Thank you Park Grove Inn!

I read the reviews prior to our arrival. I was expecting the worse but was pleasantly surprised. Keep in mind that this is an old hotel that has had some renovations. Perfection by no means, but the staff was welcoming, the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. It rained during our stay so we didn't get to go out much, but we did get rest. It was very affordable. I would stay again.

I liked the convinience of the location, kroger right beside us. The hotel halls smell like wet capet, once you got inside the room it didnt smell but it was not that clean: maybe have the cleaning crew check each others work. Front people very nice.

My wife had left one of her outfits hanging in the closet, and the staff contacted us letting us know housekeeping had found it, and they would hold it for us until we returned. We booked our next stay at that time. The property has been updated; however, there are minor cosmetic issues that need addressing. The property is located far enough off the main thoroughfare to me both convenient and quite. The balconies are nice for reading. The baths are modernized and the beds sleep well. The breakfast is well maintained by a lady that has been there for years. The breakfast has a wide range of items-pastries, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, juice, cappacino, hot chocolate, milk, and coffee. I love this place. It's our home when we are in Pigeon Forge.

The room was very clean and nice. Our soap dispenser was leaking but not a huge deal. The indoor pool was nice. The water of the hot tub had a little bit of a funky color. The breakfast variety was pretty good. Several things were within walking distance of the hotel and a close drive to a variety of other things. The balcony view was excellent.

First room we checked into had dirty sheets with hair on them like the sheets were never changed from the previous visitor and the shower did not drain at all. Moved to another room that had hair in the shower including on the shampoo bottle. Will not stay here again.

The staff was friendly, and the property is conveniently situated off the main road and next to a Kroger.

However, the inside is rather dated, and while the carpet in the hallways had a swirl-like pattern, it was obvious they had not been vacuumed in some time. Once when I stepped on the elevator, I could plainly smell the reside of marijuana use.

The room itself seemed clean upon first glance, but one easily found dust on the lampshades. It was also rather difficult to relax and sleep when one had the sense of things crawling on one’s legs. I even sustained a rather inconveniently located bite of some sort.

There were also stay black hairs in the shower, as well as dried spots in front of the toilet and a stain or two on the linens.

Since it was so late, I made do—I covered my pillow with a tee and slept in socks. I would not, however, recommend staying here again.

The room was clean. The balcony was nice. Staff was all very nice and accommodating. Location was good, right next to Kroger and up the street from main strip. We were able to walk to several places. Breakfast was a little disappointing. There were muffins, bagels, cereal, waffles, yogurt, frozen eggs, frozen biscuits, and frozen French toast sticks (all to warm in microwave). Not the best continental breakfast but it was something. Indoor pool was heated which is nice, but very cloudy. outdoor pool wasn’t open yet even though when I booked through hotels.com it said open March 20th. It was 82 degrees a couple days of stay and I would have liked to use. Overall, good choice for the price.

We loved the amenities, the great feel of a clean hotel is always a plus! We enjoyed our short stay with them so much! The huge breakfast is also just as amazing as everything else. They have just about everything you could want! From biscuits & gravy to cereal and waffles. Pool was great as well, had a bunch of fun playing pool in the game room as well. Didn't get a chance to use the laundry room but we would have if we had a bit more time. Absolutely recommend! We can't wait to book again for our next trip. Staff was amazing as well, very helpful and quick!

The room was spotless and clean, the bed was comfortable but the pillows were rather limp. The TV had a large variety of channels to choose from and a Closed Caption option. We had a two queen sized bed room with a balcony and view of the Smokies. We rarely heard our neighbors except when walking down the hall, so the sound proofing was good. What wasn't good was the bathroom, which was the size of a California King Size Bed - which included the toilet AND shower. The shower was just that - without a tub, which made it easy to get in and out of. With that exception, it was an exceptional stay and we will return again in the future.

People next to us stayed up till 5am parting all night. They partied the next night and my wife called the desk. They begin to party again and my wife called the desk.She said she to had told then, my wife told her to stop the party. They finally stop after she came up.

Sociable staff, no issues. Beds met my groups hygienic standard, bathroom looked remodeled and more modern than the age of the general building.

5ft pool had water so contaminated that your feet were not viewable, and hot tub was visibly brown. Pretend the pool is closed for construction and the rest of the stay is fine.

Upon my arrival the bathroom did not have hand soap I was told it will be replaced next day because there is no one in staff to replace it , breakfast was very sad , I don’t think I’ve seen anything so bad even during Covid times . I would never stay at this place again very disappointed

The rooms were clean and the indoor pool was nice and hot. The jets in the hot tub and the bottom of the hot tub and pool could really use a deep clean. Also we were snowed in and had to take cool showers as the hot water went out & they failed to communicate that with us and the lady at the front desk acted kinda rudely when I asked if it was just our room or a hotel wide issue. I literally gently asked. Had they been prepared for the weather & communicated with us about the issues, and not been so hateful about the issues I would’ve given 4 stars. Also breakfast was all carbs. You get what you pay for I suppose.

Booked a room with kitchennette, but ended up without. When I asked to move to the room with kitchennette, it was already all booked.
The room was okay, but there was some signs of lacking maintenance. The bathroom ceiling was leaking and we found a big bug in it.
The worst part is breakfast. The only hot food was the grit. They provided toaster and waffle maker too. Everything else had to be heated up in their microwave and they only provided stereofoam plates to heat up the food.

The staff was friendly and courteous, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, our overall experience was negatively impacted by cleanliness issues. We encountered roaches in the room, and the bed sheets had hair on them, which made us uncomfortable and raised concerns about how thoroughly the room had been cleaned prior to our stay. Because of this, it was difficult to fully relax and enjoy our time. With better attention to cleanliness and housekeeping standards, this property could be much improved.

When you arrive at a hotel in Pigeon Forge and the very first thing you read upon entering your room is The Prayer “The Stranger within our gates”, you feel a profound welcome. Then, as you step out onto the balcony, you see a massive cross rising above the landscape—a powerful reminder that Jesus is in control, protecting us wherever we go 🙏🙏🙏

Everything about this hotel was truly amazing. The staff went above and beyond with their attentiveness, making us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably maintained, with spotless sheets and towels.

Breakfast was a highlight—abundant, varied, and delicious, offering plenty of choices to start the day right. The location is excellent: a safe area surrounded by shops, restaurants, gas stations, and expressways, making it convenient for both leisure and travel.

Another great perk is that parking is included in the room price, saving guests from extra fees and adding real value.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area—you will not regret it!
