The hotel has a great location, close to many attractions and restaurants in Pigeon Forge. It’s a simple, no-frills hotel. The rooms have been renovated and look nice, but there are still some small details that show it’s not a luxury property. For example, the bathroom layout feels a bit tight, with the toilet very close to the door, and some of the soap dispensers were a little loose.

The pillows weren’t the most comfortable, and the hallway had a slight musty smell. Overall, it’s a basic place to stay. If you’re mainly looking for somewhere to sleep, take a shower, and spend most of your time enjoying Pigeon Forge, it can be a good option for the price.

I stayed 2 nights and was very satisfied with the location and the room. The indoor swimming pool and indoor hot tub were poorly maintained with green algae in the hot tub so bad that the water was very green so I did not get in it. The pool had a chemical issue causing it to be extremely cloudy to the point that I could not see the bottom in the 3 foot area. I have a large inground pool at home, so I am very aware of what it takes to maintain a clear \"sanitary\" pool. I was in the water for a short time just to relax, but knew it wasn't healthy to be there very long. I took a shower as soon as I got in the room to get rid of the strong odor from the pool water. I would recommend the hotel to anyone, but add caution if anyone was to use the pool or hot tub.

I liked this hotel It’s situated on a hill above it all on the parkway. Two pools too small but full all the time. Breakfast is a better version of the usual. This is one of the very few times laces to have a balcony off your room to sit and watch the mountains and get away from air conditioning. The laundry is nicer machines than the usual and they work. There’s a gas station and a krugers food exactly across the street annnnnd you can see Dollywood fireworks from the parking lot.

This hotel wasn't horrible, but it wasn't what I expected, especially for the price. The pictures online are inaccurate. The front desk staff were nice and got towels for the pool as needed. As far as the room, the bathroom was tiny, but the sink is outside of it, the shower was horrible, weird placement of a glass wall(not sure what you call it) to keep water in, and absolutely no water pressure. Then continuing in the room, the microwave door was busted, the floors/carpet were dirty, the bed/bedding did appear clean and the air worked, hardly any lighting which leaves me wondering what I couldn't see. The room promised a private balcony, which is not very private, all that seperates you from the other rooms balcony is a metal railing. The pools... both were small, not a lot of room to swim especially with other guest. The indoor pool was very cloudy, the water, and the room itself were miserably warm, the hottub had a sign up due to maintenance. Then the breakfast, it was one of the worst I have had at a hotel, everything(biscuits, french toast sticks, thawed egg)was served cold and you had to microwave it. The only thing that was cooked was gravy served in a crock pot. You could make your own waffles and they had cereal and packs of grits and oatmeal. Besides the flat egg no other protein was available, definitely not a desirable breakfast. The whole experience was a disappointment.

The free breakfast set up was really nice and the sweet lady restocking the foods was a delight. We encountered many other employees throughout the week because we were coming and going alot. Every single person greeted us and made us feel right at home. Our room was very spacious which was a plus for us because we had a lot of stuff since we were in town for a dance competition. We will definitely choose Park Grove Inn next time we are in town.

Loved everything at this hotel, the balcony view is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!
However, very disappointed with the continental breakfast. I was expecting more of cooked scrambled eggs (NOT microwaveable round frozen eggs), bacon, sausages, or the typical breakfast food. They have microwaveable French toast and a very hard banana/blueberry mini muffins. Needless to say, I wish breakfast was a lot better than it was. I would have been more satisfied going to McDonald 😳😳😳😳😳

Very disappointed when I checked in I asked if I could do late check didn’t mind paying extra. We had checked in late at night. The lady that checked us in said it wasn’t a problem and I didn’t need to pay anything extra. The next morning we woke up around 10ish (mind you check out is at 11am) and I just called the front desk just to make sure we were good for late check out and she told me absolutely not. I had mentioned how they told me last night it was okay but she didn’t care so I had to be out by 11 we had to rush 2 adults had to shower and change as well as 2 kids. It was very inconvenient have to rush at the very last minute with children. House keeping was right out my door waiting for me to leave.

First of all.when we arrived the bathroom toilet, shower and floor were extremely dirty. Hairs were on the toilet and tub. I told the front desk. She offered to come clean it. I had already cleaned it in order to use it.

The indoor pool was murky. Ant were around the hot tub.

Then one man that was part of the cleaning crew asked one of the girls with us how old she was when walking to the pool by herself. He didn't need to ask or know her age. We alerted the front desk and they spoke with him. The next morning he wanted to apologize. I wouldn't let him near us. His mom was part of the cleaning crew and she wanted to apologize on his behalf. I said he asked her age. He had no business asking her or anyone's age.

We stayed here over the weekend and had a great experience overall. One of the biggest highlights is the location. There’s a Kroger right next door within walking distance, which was extremely convenient.

The hotel has both indoor and outdoor pools, an indoor hot tub, and an arcade room, which gave us plenty to do during our stay. The pools were nice and well-maintained overall, although they could probably use a little cosmetic touch-up in a few areas. Nothing major, just normal wear and tear.

Our room was comfortable and we were happy with it. The only issue we noticed was that the ice bucket wasn’t clean, which wasn’t a huge problem since we didn’t end up needing it, but it’s something housekeeping may want to pay closer attention to.

Breakfast was good and had several options including pancakes, muffins, biscuits, bagels, different cereals, and a variety of juices. While there was enough to choose from, I was expecting a little more variety.

One thing future guests should know is that the balconies are shared between neighboring rooms rather than being completely private. Also, the shower design has only a partial glass panel and no curtain or door to fully contain the water, so the bathroom floor can get wet during showers.

Despite those minor issues, we really enjoyed our stay. The amenities, convenient location, and comfortable room made for a fun and relaxing weekend, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

This is my honest review, for the price it was decent. Was it a Hampton inn or Hilton…. Naw but it was clean, accommodating and price friendly. The rooms are a lot bigger than the Hilton or Hampton. If I had to critique anything the indoor pool wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. The hotel breakfast wasn’t fantastic either. There is a brunch spot across the street if you want a good breakfast. Other than that no complaints my way.

We were so close to literally everything we wanted to do during our stay! The staff are friendly and helpful. Couldn’t beat the price for 4 nights 5 days! It fit our family of four perfectly. Anything we needed for our room they were more than happy to help us with that. The breakfast was very typical. Everything was fresh and hot. The outdoor kitty pool was a little dirty, but they cleaned it the next day. We were happy to have an indoor and outdoor pool. Both pools stayed open late, which was nice after being gone most of the day the kids were still able to play. Would definitely recommend. We will stay there again next time we are in Pigeon Forge. My wife had left one of her outfits hanging in the closet, and the staff contacted us letting us know housekeeping had found it, and they would hold it for us until we returned. We booked our next stay at that time. The property has been updated; however, there are minor cosmetic issues that need addressing. The property is located far enough off the main thoroughfare to me both convenient and quite. The balconies are nice for reading. The baths are modernized and the beds sleep well. The breakfast is well maintained by a lady that has been there for years. The breakfast has a wide range of items-pastries, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, juice, cappacino, hot chocolate, milk, and coffee. I love this place. It's our home when we are in Pigeon Forge.
