For the price you pay, the room is worth it! There is so much space to move around and a full kitchen to cook in. The rooms were spacious and extremely clean. The balcony area was nice to sit outside and relax. The area is quiet and you feel safe. When you arrive, the host is friendly and welcoming. 5 stars. Would stay here again.

The room was perfect for our family and very well equipped. The pool area was beautiful. I just wish we had more time to spend here. The only negative was check in was at 4:00 and our room wasn’t ready until 4:30 but the staff was very nice and welcomed us to check out the amenities on property while we waited. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was an excellent! The properties around in the area I gave a lower rating due to. We got moved because we had to stay overdue to my son having the flu. That area was a sister company, and it was terrible! They had roaches. When they removed us to a different room or building, the air units did not work properly and it was hot and mild duty and moldy in the rooms, it was absolutely terrible in the surrounding buildings that the property and hotel that we stayed in to begin with the two bedrooms was top notch. The one bedroom down below. I do not recommend a highly recommend this property. Just not the sister company!

The 2 bedrooms on the hill were excellent, the staff was great the property was very clean. We would have stayed here longer but the 1 bedroom they moved us to had roaches. They moved us again & the air units were all messed up! It was moldy smelling, muggy & the floors were dirty. It was miserable & no refundable! I am very much unhappy with the one bedroom but very pleased with the 2 bedroom. They were located separately. We had too stay over due to my son getting flu-B & having vehicle issues therefore they put us in 3 non refundable roach hotels. I just can’t get past this! We should have been given a choice not forced to stay!! I called Expedia for help they were NO HELP AT ALL!

We stayed 5 nights at Mill Springs and enjoyed very much.It was very clean and included everything we needed It is beautiful inside and out.It has great parking including lots of handicapped spaces. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We have stayed in several condos but Mill Springs is definetly the best. I can't think of anything that I would change about it. It is just a great place and we definetly will stay again.

Best place I’ve ever stayed in Pigeon Forge! We’ve taken a girls trip for years and this is hands down the greatest resort/hotel we’ve ever stayed at! Staff was very accommodating. The room was fabulous. Very spacious. It felt like home. The washer and dryer in the the room was the cherry on top. Shout out to Queen and Hunter; they were wonderful and so very helpful. We will definitely stay here again. We didn’t want to leave!!

This property is brand new & was excellent for our family of 6. Spacious, clean, full kitchen & the grills by the pool were a huge plus! We were able to rent a free grill kit to get utensils and grill steaks by the pools. Lots of shared amenities between the properties was a plus. We enjoyed the sauna on site & my children enjoyed the pool table.

We stayed in the two bedroom suite, and it was more like an apartment. Really wonderful-- clean and huge, with two bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, etc. The shower in the master bath was enormous. We cooked dinner in our kitchen each night and also used the grills by the pool. I realized I had no salt and pepper, and texted the front desk and they ran some right up to our room. Fabulous service. We also enjoyed the beautiful pool.

This place was nice. There is another complex that they are in. There is only 1 pool outside at the lodge itself. The other 2 are at different sites within the entire complex. It's just far enough away that it's peaceful, but within a short few minutes you can be at the strip. Only thing is I wish they had some sort of dining there.

WOW!! This property was not only clean and well appointed but just gorgeous. I mean where do I even start. Staff was warm, welcoming, and had superior knowledge of the area. The premises were well kept, manicured, and incredibly clean. The room was well appointed, upgraded appliances, and just gorgeous. I have ZERO complaints. This place was so nice my mother never wanted to leave the property to engage in family outings. Thanks Mill Springs Lodge for giving us nothing but the best while we stayed in Pigeon Forge, TN.

We had a 2 bedroom suite. It worked out great for ourselves, my daughter, and her 4 kids. We used the fold out sofa as well. We picked up groceries from Walmart and ate every breakfast and some dinners at the hotel. We took our own griddle, pizza pan and pizza cutter and glad we did. The kitchen did have a large pot and pan. Had plenty of silverware, cups, plates and bowls. The hotel was close to the main strip but still far enough to be quiet and feel very safe. My husband loved the kitchen and the large shower in the master bedroom. The staff was very helpful and quick to respond when we needed more towels or needed tickets printed from Groupon. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing weekend

Very clean, comfortable, pool was excellent. Was a bit noisy the first night but that was because my room was close to parking lot and dumpster. TV wouldn't work and I couldnt get anyone in guest services to answer the phone at night. It was corrected the next day. Would stay again but request a room in a different area

Live Bed Bug

The room was really nice. However, we found a live bed bug in our room. They did switch our room, but it took a lot of discussion to make that happen. It does need more cleaning as well. We also had a towel come with brown all over a white towel. They don't clean during the stay and you have to call to exchange towels, which was not always available. The conditioner was out in both rooms when we entered. It seemed really nice at first, but the bed bug not so much....

Beautiful Hotel With Minor issues

The customer service we had there was top notch specifically Brianna at the front counter did a great job. She is an employee that everyone would want and would love to have her work for me if i was an employer. We had several questions about our stay and things we needed and she happily addressed our questions and concerns with a smile. Perfect person the greet people and answer questions about there stay at the hotel. The room and beds were very nice and comfortable. I was a little suprised though with being a newer hotel the room we stayed in room 102 the walk in shower in master bathroom had some loose tiles around the drain and the other bathroom had an extremely dirty spot on the wall that i wiped with a towel to clean it off to make sure it was dirt on the wall. The pool is very nice and if you have kids the water isn't more than 4 ft anywhere in the two tier pool, but unfortunately there were a few kids that were not being supervised and were jumping off the ledges around the pool that are clearly marked do not jump off ledges and accidentally jumped onto my 11 yr old and 8 yr old a few times one of the several time we enjoyed the pool. I was hoping maybe a hotel worker would stop in and stop them, but no one from the hotel ever was at the pool anytime i was there. Overall i would definitely consider staying there again in the future.
