Room was clean when we arrived. Fan in bathroom wasn't working well and handle on toilet was tight and hard to flush. Also tub floor also felt like it was going to fall in while showering. Mini fridge was turned off by staff prior to arrival due to frozen freezer. They forgot to turn it back on so when it thawed it leaked water all over food we brought and we had to throw our food away. Air conditioner in one of the rooms quit working and had to call maintenence. They were able to fix it.

The hot breakfast was fresh and tasty perfect to start your day until lunch. I was actually impressed with the hotel staff, while walking to the elevator , an employee actually moved the furniture against the wall opposite the elevator to sweep the floor underneath. Our room was always stocked with clean towels everyday, and the staff were extremely helpful with any questions we had. My wife and I were very impressed with the lazy river and pool on site. They also have a snack bar with munchies you can enjoy at a table pool side. We will definitely stay here again !

I’ve stayed at this hotel since early 2000s and it never ceases to amaze me. Staff is always super friendly, facility is always clean (floors stay SQUEAKY clean!), breakfast is always a hit, pools & hot tub are nice! You can’t beat this place for the price or what it offers. They’ll always have my vote as a regular AND travel advisor.

We loved our stay at Music Road Hotel. The location was convenient and very easy to access. The whole place was so clean. Staff was very friendly and you saw them all over the hotel. Coming and going. Always cleaning. The 24hr indoor pool was so helpful after late nights. We loved the outdoor pool but were not able to spend much time there. It was so fun. Only thing was breakfast. It was a nice setup. It was clean and available. You can even take it outside and eat overlooking the creek. (Which was beautiful) but we didnt care for the taste the two days we chose to eat there. They did have lot to choose. Eggs, biscuit, sausage gravy, a pastry, a plane bagle. Make your own waffle. 2 cereal choices. Juice was out. Coffee was plentiful. We would definitely come again.

I really liked how clean were the rooms and the whole property,, the lady in the kitchen was very helpful and always taking care of the breakfast to keep it replenished,. A couple of things to work on is that the property is aging, but small changes like receptacles covers and things like that can help.. Also it will be good to have more options or variety in the breakfast buffet. Other than that, very good experience, nice location as well.

Loved the clean rooms, and size of room. the staff were the best. Every staff was helpful, friendly and kind. The only drawback was lack of pool floats for lazy river. Several kids kept the floats and the adults did not get to enjoy the small lazy river. Our grandchildren loved the pool, slide and cabana. After staying at several high end hotels we were disappointed not having full-size shampoo-body wash. I was used to having bottles attached in shower. Small samples did not seem high end. Also wished they had liquid soap to wash hands. I hated the tiny soap. Breakfast was average. Overall we liked the location, the fitness room. Enjoyed both indoor and outdoor pools.

Breakfast was great as my granddaughter tells it. Room was clean but my mattress needs to be replaced there was also old musty smell in the room. Had a problem with the refrigerator it wasn't working so they replaced it and still had a issue so the handyman came up and said you know what I'm going to get you a new one. He was amazing. The next day I went down to ask for management and told them of my frustration and the lost of my food due to this incident. She was great she apologized and gave me 2 vouchers for dinner's.

I didn’t like when we checked in there were no parking spots. There was a big group that was having a dance party and family reunion. I believe the local people that were coming to be with their families were taking up the parking because the next morning there was plenty of parking. You had to have a parking sticker for your car but I don’t believe they checked all the vehicles that weren’t customers so I believe they didn’t care about the customers that payed to be there. I will not be back. Best thing about this place was the breakfast, I will give it a 7 out of 10. Word of advice to this Hotel/Convention center is take care of the customers first.

Our family enjoyed the pool area, ping pong and foosball. All great options for the really hot summer afternoons when we needed a budget friendly way to recharge. Breakfast was okay but certainly left room for improvements, everything was cold and not much variety. The bathroom in our room was very nice, everything was clean and we had a peaceful view of the river from our balcony. Would definitely stay again if the price was a little less. The hotel was conveniently located to the parkway and all the things and clean overall, but I had two rooms to which they weren’t able to accommodate us to be together, not even on the same floor and when we dropped off my adult kids and grandbaby on the 3rd floor it reeked of skunk weed, at non smoking hotel might I add, but we went down to desk and they said because we didn’t book directly through the hotel and booked through Expedia that their was nothing they could do about it! The rooms were spacious as well as the bathroom, which had a great size tub, the beds were decent, but you could tell the mattresses were older as they were worn with dips, but it was clean which is a huge plus! We had a balcony room with a view of the pool, the wax museum and the cemetery across the road lol…The pool and lazy river were heated which was so great and great hours to enjoy them! We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast, but it smelled good…The issues were mostly minor and we would most likely stay again!

From Olivia at the front desk to elevators that always work, an indoor pool, snacks by the outside pool and the pool and slide (there is a theme), a great spot to base in Pigeon Forge.

The room (we had a waterpark view) was large and the beds very comfortable. The shower was great with plenty of hot water. And the pool and slide were a lot of fun too.

Soooo, I was a bit worried with the back and forth reviews but I live here so we also know what mountain vacation is like as we live it every day! But we chose this place because we knew most people would be off doing the things and not at the inn so for us, this was a stellar stay. Room was clean, pillows were soft. Shower worked fine. Fridge and microwave too. I love the private Balconies with every room.

Breakfast was perfect for what we needed. Just a pinch of salt and pepper did the trick with the sausage gravy 😉

Indoor pool was clean and spacious and hilariously cooler then the outdoor pools on hot days 😄 oh mother nature!

Outdoor Waterpark was clean with friendly staff making sure we don't get struck by lightning so much appreciation on that!
Our sweet girl must of went down that slide 500x while our sweet autistic 4 year old lived in the lazy river. Sweet snacks at a shockingly affordable prices at the \"Cabana\" (Pool snack shack) with a good variety.

All in all, we will definitely be back!

The Inn was unbelievably clean! Their housekeeping staff need an award. My kids enjoyed the water “park” that was available but it was very basic. They have nice amenities such as a ping pong table, inside cold pool, hot tub, small lazy river, and a water slide with the pool. They breakfast was large but they have no modifications for anyone who is dairy free. My biggest complaint was how incredibly uncomfortable the beds are. They are like laying on a plank of wood with springs but they were clean. The breakfast staff was rude and the front desk lady upon arrival couldn’t be bothered. All in all the Inn was very clean and a decent stay.

The bed was not connected to the wall or stable. If you tried to sit in the bed and watch TV it slides out from the wall. We asked maintence to fix it and he said he red neck fixed it with door stoppers. That didn't hold either. The desk clerks were more interested in what was on their phones or coloring to help. Then when you finally get their attention they were rude and not helpful. There is no arcade room as we all know it, its just a ping pong table. This hotel needs updated. The furniture looks like back from 1970.

The hotel was nice. Our room had a great view of the river, the ferris wheel, and could even see the Dollywood fireworks at night. My daughter loved both the outdoor and indoor pools. Unfortunately our stay coincided with some kind of event at their convention center which made it incredibly difficult to find on-site parking and waiting on the hotel's two elevators took forever. The beds weren't the most comfortable and the room stayed pretty warm if you weren't directly next to the AC unit. We stayed for 6 nights in a hotel double queen. Pretty central location for most things. Located on a side road off of the parkway. Room was dated but clean. Outside pool area was my kids favorite part of our whole vacation. We didnt use the inside one at all. We didn't really interact with any staff , so no comment there. Breakfast was standard free breakfast but was filled quickly when emptied. Slight complaints: we stayed in 217, and 218 was having work done or something most of our stay. One night, the noise went until 10pm. Exactly 10pm. We wanted to use the washer and dryer but the hotel didnt have a change machine, and the machines ONLY took quarters. And when we asked the front desk, the person recommended a nearby laundromat. I hope within the next couple years that they finish updating all the rooms and switch to a card reading washer/dryer. Still 5 stars because my kids had the \"best vacation ever\" and already miss the pool. Would return.

The rooms and property were clean and comfortable. The Fitness Center was a disappointment.

This has become our favorite hotel in Pigeon Forge. Lovely, clean place, wonderful staff and amenities. We love the double queen room with the river view, just the best view ever! Love the pool, live for the expansive and always delicious breakfast offered every day. The location of the hotel sits perfectly near many attractions in P.F.
I easily give this hotel 5 stars even though my family does have one important thing to note:
The only suggestion I’ll give to any traveler headed to this fine hotel is: bring your own pillow. My family had the most uncomfortable experience each night using the hotel (feather) pillows. Love this hotel but do not love their pillows at all. They provide each bed with plenty of them but every pillow “deflates” the minute your head hits it. Terribly uncomfortable and will easily mess up a good night’s sleep.
Bring your own pillows and I promise you will love this hotel like my family does!
