This hotel was exceptional! We stayed in a room with a loft, which my son loved! We never heard a peep from other guests in the hall.

The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. Breakfast apparently changes every day. So we stay on a Tuesday. Their biscuits and gravy were good. Something in the waffle maker made the waffle taste sour. It may have been the syrup in the pump or the batter itself or the spray for the waffle maker. The potatoes were good. If you’re a coffee drinker ask for it at the desk. The room doesn’t have a lot and get the creamer where breakfast is served. If you want Splenda it’s downstairs. Found it by accident. The coffee maker is tricky. It was a struggle to finally get the top closed. Do not fill the reservoir completely up because it will overflow. The room was a suite. Very nice and 2 doors open to the balcony- one in seating area and one in bedroom. Finally a Hotel Fridge that actually got cold. The staff is so very kind (very) and helpful. Yes I’d totally stay there again. Parking appeared to be convenient. It was a nice comfortable relaxing stay

There was a large group of teens and young adults drinking and partying in the area below us on a patio and running in the parking lot from 9-12. When we called the front desk they said they knew and that it was midnight so they would call or go to them and ask them to stop. Why they didn’t do this before midnight we don’t know. There was mold all over the bathroom tub. The breakfast was good . The outside areas reeked of weed and there was garbage all up in the parking area. Maybe it was an off weekend but the partying and lack of attention to that by the staff ruined sleep.

We enjoyed our stay, the staff were very friendly. The beds had very small/few pillows on a king bed. Overall the room was clean, I do wish they paid a little more attention to the floors as my feet were left dirty after walking around barefoot for just a few minutes. Regardless, would stay here again, good place for the price. Had good amount of parking.

The room had a definite odor, we asked for a different room and it was the same. Breakfast was good. We had to park in the grass because they ran out of room. Overall the hotel is a little run down, we stayed there because it was rated 9.0 but it was definitely not Excellent. Lots of things needed repair. Staff was nice for sure, just an older hotel that needs updating.

Really happy with our stay. The room was clean, in great shape and comfortable. The only issue is it seems like there was and issue with someone whose vehicle was too large to go under the pass to the rear parking lot and damaged the ceiling area other than that everything was perfect, and the location was great it was easy to get out and go to either side of the main highway and lots of restaurants and entertainment in close proximity. Highly recommend this location

We got home and checked our bank account. We were charged a 100.00 fee for smoking in the room. We are non smokers’. The desk clerk said they found ashes and cigarette buts on our balcony. We never used the balcony. Also said they smelled smoke in our room! Non of our clothes smelled of smoke so they obviously lied. The only thing that could possibly happen was service guy that repaired or ac smoked while we were gone. Either that or the hotel rips people off

It was super clean, not a lot of amenities which isn’t what we were looking for anyways so that was fine with us. There is a pool (open from 10a-10p) and breakfast(7a-10a). When we booked our room, we paid extra for a balcony and expected it to be looking over the main strip, we ended up having a balcony that looked into the parking lot and into a subdivision. Parking is slim pickens and could be difficult for a large vehicle or big truck. The TV in our room didn’t work, we didn’t bother asking because we weren’t going to be in the room much. Just a couple things i would’ve liked to have known before booking.

The room had a strong perfume smell that was awful. Everything in the room
Had a damp feel to it. My clothes I had hung up felt damp the next morning when I went to put them on. The bed sheets and pillows felt damp as well. Had to ask for clean towels and wash clothes and tissue paper. Maid service didn’t take our trash out until the day before we left. We got there on Thursday. Looked like they had a leak before, the wall right outside our room was damaged and behind the wallpaper the wall looked rotted. My parents stayed in a separate room them us, and someone walked halfway into their room at 1:30 am and turned around and went back out. They couldn’t tell who it was. That was so scary. They had to get their key card reactivated the next day because that person that walked into their room activated a key card to their room. Had to be someone that worked there. We definitely won’t be back to this property.

Breakfast options were awesome and on this alone I would stay here again. Affordable hotel rates as well. Beds super comfortable and clean. Shower was nice. What could have been better: Vacuuming in rooms as they missed a big toenail and edges of room were a bit dusty. Room also smelled a bit musty like it was previously a smoking room years ago. This said, staff was friendly and helpful, and answered any questions I had. Parking was also neat as it is protected underground from the elements.

The parking was always plentiful and the elevator is a short walk away. The breakfast every morning was great. We booked a loft room, which my child loved. Great staff and spacious rooms. I was skeptical at first but this hotel exceeded my expectations. I have food allergies so I couldn't eat the breakfast but my husband loved the waffles. My only negative was I accidentally left a stuffed animal that I've had for almost twenty years. I called the hotel but nobody has seen it. It meant so much to me but I'm sure they just seen a raggedy old dog. My heart is broken. This is not their fault. It's my own. :(

The king with the bunkbed was big enough to sit at least six since it had a couch that was a fold out as well. Also had microwave, fridge, coffee maker, beautiful patio view of the mountains and within walking distances of most things, fresh breakfast every morning. Staff were so sweet and helpful.
At first we noticed there was some damaged to the building due to a high truck hitting it going under and limited spots on ground level and found parking in the “basement” which was our go to place, not very many parked there.
I would stay here again if we visit Pigeon Forge.

Staff was pleasant, room was clean, fridge did not work for a full day. But maintenance fixed it next morning. They should give more instruction on parking during check-in. For instance, there is a parking garage. Breakfast was 8/10. Hotel is near everything. Loved it will give overall hotel experience a 9.5/10. Only removed .5 for fridge issues, not letting it be known there is a parking garage and them not having bacon for breakfast my entire stay lol. But overall a great hotel.
