It is one of the dirtiest rooms that I have stayed in. The sheets had stains on it. The walls behind the makes it obvious that it is never wiped down or noticed. That makes it obvious that they don't check for bed bugs.

The room was old, and smelled old and musty. No maintenance done such as painting patch jobs, or replacing very old and worn out room door. Air was cold, but made room feel insanely damp! Good location, nice front desk help, but in major need of painting, new flooring, and de-humidification.

The owner's wife checked us in and we were told that we owed a certain amount of money before we could check in. When I asked again how much we owed she said she didn't know because she couldn't see that as we booked through a third party. She also told us that they keep a copy of our credit card just in case \" you were to steal my hair dryer or my pillow cases, or my coffee pot\". Never had this experience there before, but I don't think I will be staying there again.

The room was clean and comfortable for a night or two for me and 3 teens. Was in a good location as well. Needs some updating, but for $50 it’s def worth it. We didn’t get to get in the pool. It looked kinda small but decent. The patio furniture was nice. The hotel’s appearance is more appealing on the outside, but it was still pretty nice inside as well. We didn’t get to try the breakfast either. We had to leave too early.

Also,it's quite noisy in the mornings since it's across from the strip (race tracks), but that wasn't a big issue for us. I'd stay there again, b/c the price was good, but it would never be my first choice.

The best thing about the property is the location. Stayed during Rod Run they sent me a message the day of that we couldn’t park a scooter there and firmly let me know it would be ask to be moved. Service seemed forced. One guy in the evening was very nice. Pool wasn’t ready, elevator was broke, we were in the 3rd floor and had to carry everything upstairs, it was fixed the next day. Beds were lumpy. Plenty of room for the 5 of us just not good sleep. The place could be a great place if they took a little more care of it. Trash, mattresses, alcohol bottles were laying around the grounds. I tried to cancel and move to another hotel but was told it was non refundable. Some cleaning and care for the place would make a HUGE difference.

The pillows were extremely flat, and mattresses were all three very hard and creaky. Walls and fan blades were covered in both dust and dirt smudges. The upstairs shower drain was clogged with hair.
