Awesome customer services
Doyce E.
It was clean room, staff was nice, WiFi worked fine, and free breakfast was good and well maintained. Only negative was one elevator. We were on third floor, so we could take the stairs, so wasn’t bad for us.
Paul
When I was awoken by a barking dog at 3 an from above me and then again at 5:15 by a dog in the lobby while the desk clerk.was making small talk with the man who.owned the dog, neither who seemed to care it was early in the morning, I realize dog friendly hotels are not for me. Other then that, I rate the.rest of the hotel and staff 5 star.
Some dog people either tune out the noise or just don't care about other guests.

Well maintained and a great combination of hot breakfast

This hotel and staff all were excellent. I will return !! Awesome!!!
Whitesel
Staff was nice and room was spacious. Parking lot was tight (of course almost everyone drives huge cars these days). Biggest downfall is the single elevator for five floors of guests and the housekeeping staff to use.
Broderic
Really clean and great for pets. No carpet makes it feel a lot cleaner. Why don't all hotels have vinyl? I would go back!
Donavon
We stayed in the deluxe king suite. The room had a ton of wasted space. The biggest issue was that we found ants in the jacuzzi bathtub that eventually got onto some of our luggage.
The free breakfast was super packed with people at 8:30am, but the lady attending the breakfast was great and the food was good enough for a hotel breakfast (typical cafeteria style eggs and sausage and biscuits). There were also two waffle makers and plenty of other non-hot breakfast choices.
We only stayed one night, so I didn’t get a chance to check out the pool or patio area (which looked pretty nice).
The hotel itself is right by many of the tourist attractions in Pigeon Forge, so if proximity is important, this is definitely right in the heart of plenty of tourist traps.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. They also brought up a cot when my grandchildren didn't want to sleep next to each other. The entire staff that I had contact with was amazing. I was greeted every time I passed unfinished the for and with a smile. Breakfast was well stocked and fresh. Most importantly I was truly impressed with how pet friendly they actually were. It wasn't just a perk, they really were pet friendly and accommodating for my dog. They have treats in the lobby and poop bags outside if you didn't bring your own. I didn't feel like my dog was an inconvenience like other pet friendly hotels I stayed in. Great customer service.
Glenda
We did not eat the free breakfast. The room was nice but the hot tub was amazing. I liked the pool but kids kept screaming and splashing so I left early. Pool open 24/7 so that is great. Staff were friendly. Great location and price good. Had a washer and dryer too. Good place to stay.
stanley
We stayed in the junior suite. The space was clean and well maintained. The hot tub was relaxing after a day of walking and excitement, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast wasn't gourmet but it was satisfying. The most wonderful thing about the place was the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and polite.
Robert
Really good breakfast
Jason

From check-in to checkout everything was great. Highly recommend this hotel!
Christine
Hotel was clean, friendly staff. Easy parking. Breakfast was good. The only problem we had was a slow elevator with is not anything the staff could do about it. Will stay again!
Joiber
El hotel está bien ubicado cerca de todas las atracciones. La habitación que me tocó estaba excelente y los empleados son muy amables. Se los recomiendo
Janine
Clean and stocked well. Pool was 24 hours and was pet friendly. Breakfast was hot but boring. No waffles!
Annie
Loved the location and the pool. Only downside is that they have only one elevator so it takes awhile when the hotel is busy.
Kayla
Breakfast was good and the staff were very accommodating.

Did not know I
Would be walking into a construction zone. Painting where we eat breakfast at is so gross. It’s a pet hotel and my dogs were barking some and they told me I was not allowed to leave them alone. Yet for days could hear dogs from other rooms barking and construction didn’t help pets calmness. Horrible customer service

Great place to stay during your visits to Pigeon Forge. Staff is very helpful and friendly, very pet friendly, 24 hr open pool and jacuzzi, great free breakfast every morning. We stay here every trip we make to Pigeon Forge.
Kathy
It’s in a good location, very convenient.
We loved the pool, hot tub, and outside lounging area.
Pet friendly

Debra
Pros: The Green River Trail was easy to access for walking to the Island, bypassing traffic. The 24 hr pool and hot tub was nice. Easy access to main area attractions. The trolley to Gatlinburg was very convenient.
Cons: the fitness center opening hours are too late. Opens at 6. 4 AM or 5 AM would be better so you could get started doing the activities around the area.

This room was the best room we stayed in by far our entire trip. I haven’t stayed at La Quinta’s in a long time, but I was not disappointed, and we will be booking them more in the future. The room was huge with bunkbeds, a pullout sofa, and an entire separate bedroom with jetted bathtub for my husband and I. With a family of five it is always hard to find rooms that are big enough for us. Breakfast was also really good and it was centrally located in pigeon Forge, and close to everything. Personally, we went to Dollywood and a few escape rooms as well as dinner.
Sandra
The staff was awesome. Everyone was friendly and helpful, I was definitely impressed. The facility was nice with everything you needed. Our room was very clean. My grandkids loved the pool. Thank you so much! I would definitely stay here again!
Jason
Everything was great clean hotel and great location. Hot tub in my room was clean and worked as it should. Room was clean. Break definitely could be better is my only recommendation. I plan to stay here the next time I visit for sure!!
Mariangelises

Jena
We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was great. Staff were great.
Kara
The room was super clean. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay!
Megan
Excellent and clean. Office was under construction but was still clean. 24 hour coffee with coffee bar. Nice staff. Pool and hot tub were perfect and clean.
Marquita
The staff was very professional and helpful. The suite was amazing!!!!!!!!
Jonathan
Room was really clean and so was the rest of the hotel. Some areas were under construction but nothing major. Pool area was nice and it was very convenient that it is open 24/7. The only bad thing I could think of was the pool area smelled like propane. We were told it was from the outdoor fireplace next to the where the pool was at. Close to everything in pigeon forge and even just a short drive to Gatlinburg.
cynthia
So clean and helpful staff great customer service
Janie
The only problem we had was, the pool was only indoor and the humidity in the pool area, and the overwhelming smell of chlorine made it impossible to utilize the pool or hot tub. Probably would go somewhere else next time.
Susan
Clean hotel and room. Convenient to many dining and shopping areas. Only downside is the elevator. Slowest thing I have ever waited for at any hotel that I have ever stayed at.
Leona
Was a great stay. Pool was awesome
JOSE
Great location. Great service
Robert
Warm
Daniel
Rooms could be a tad cleaner. Staff was very friendly.
Jeremy
Recently updated rooms. I have stayed here many times and would recommend. Great Location! Nice Hotel! 24hr pool and hot tub.
Emily
The room was clean. My only complaint is that the shower wouldn’t get hot. It was so cold
Donna
Most of the staff was nice; however we stayed from Monday-Thursday and our room never got cleaned.
Mirtha
Rosina
Great stay for the price and a 24hr heated pool!!
Teacia

Joycelyn

Amerald
The staff was super friendly. parking was very easy to get in and out of the building. i did hate that we got a balcony but my husband wasnt allowed to smoke even on the balcony. oh everything was great other than the tub in our room the hot handle wasnt actually on good.
Larry
This is the second time that we've stayed here. We had a great time and the service was great! We had issues with the TV(our fault). We called the front desk and Nydia went above and beyond to help us get it figured out. Also thanks to the maintenance guy who helped us lol. It's definitely on our favorite list and plan to stay there again.
Mark
Overall it was a very good place to stay. Pool and hot tub good. Room was nice. Breakfast options same for three days and fairly limited. Would be better to mix it up. Overall, recommend.
Leann
Room was clean and well
Maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was supposed to be heater but it was still too cold to be enjoyable.

The room was really big and comfortable. Every thing in the room was spotless. The bathroom was plenty big and nice.
Jonathan
From the time we enter the hotel the front desk was very helpful nice quick the rooms are very very clean my family enjoyed their stay and the best part of all was the 24-hour hot tub and pools that they had was very nice and clean staff help me with my internet problem I was having within minutes food was delicious we definitely will be staying here again
Kristina
The room was very clean and the pool is open 24 hours and staff are amazing
Matt
The room we were given was brand new as they're underway on renovations. I think the renovations are very well done and the place was extremely clean as a result. I very much recommend this property.
Kristina
They are always awsome and helpful and they always make me feel welcome
Terry
We look forward to staying at this motel next time to go to Pigeon Forge. Rooms were great, Staff was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a day filled with fun.
Destiney
Clean room. Good breakfast. Two floors were out of commission due to construction so part of 1st floor looked rough. But staff was great.
Tina
Great experience loved property one staff was a little crabby. Must of had a bad day lol
Brandy Jo
We decided to extend our spring break and switched to this hotel on our last night. Although they are renovating, this hotel was wonderful. From comfy beds, a good selection of breakfast items, and a 24 hour pool/hot tub was a wonderful way to end our vacation.
Hong
The location is central to the attractions and was overall good. The pool was a great size and open 24 hours, breakfast was good, the coffee/tea area was open 24 hours and the staff was friendly. The AFIs include improving the lighting in the hallways and paying more attention to housekeeping as there were snacks leftover from the last guests and improving the smell of the room.
Teri Lynn
The breakfast was warm and fresh. Good meal to start the day. The staff was very friendly each morning and very courteous with opening doors or holding open the elevator. Each morning they had inspiring quotes and a riddle on a dry erase board. Very clean hotel with keeping lobby and breakfast area up kept with wiping down tables and mopping foyer. Parking was very easy and convenient.
Camille
We loved the pool.
JUANA MARIA
Overrall great, attentive clean and very helpfull. 5 mnts away from the Island ans 20 mnts away from Garlingburg. Great location great service and breakfast was fresh and also good. The pool was clean and the fact that its 24 hrs with a hot tub is awesome. This hotel will be the one from now on.
Jennifer
Perfect spot in the middle everything we wanted to do on our trip! The staff was amazing and helped us with a ton of recommendations! Love that the pool is open 24/7!! We would definitely stay again next time!
Bruno L
The stay was very good. Everything according the expectation, the structure of the hotel is good, the pool, the breakfast, and the location I believe is the best thing.
Hayat
Good
Kelli
The noise from construction was very disruptive. Our room was directly above the construction which I couldn’t believe they put us in. We couldn’t sleep past 8 AM and it was extremely loud. At some point, we couldn’t even hear each other talking. The pool was absolutely disgusting. The breakfast was good and the staff was very nice.

Great room! Clean.
Kevin
The beds were painful after night #2, the pillows deflated right away and weren't very comfortable, the conditioner was empty at the beginning of our stay until we requested more, only one elevator made for longer wait times to go up and down, and the breakfast unfortunately was exactly the same 3 days in a row, and the box display that had all the muffins in it had a very sour smell to it. The one day we went into the hot tub, it was cold, and received an apology thst they just filled it and would take awhile to heat up (this was 9:30am). The good things, it was very clean, the staff was very friendly, and it is in a good location close to a lot of stuff to do. I really wanted to like it, thr biggest kicker was just not feeling very rested due to the beds and pillows, made each day of traveling and activities that much harder.

Staff were helpful. Check-in/check out was quick and easy. They were helpful with recommendations.
The pool was a great temperature and the kids had a blast. We loved the family room and can’t wait to stay here again.

The staff were nice. However, we were socked to see that bed sheets were not changed from the previous guest. One of the bed sheets had blood stains, very unpleasant.

Lots of great complimentary services offered 24 hours a day. The indoor pool and hot-tub is accessible 24 hours and is very spacious. For a cheap-end hotel, this was a great experience.
