The room was claimed after three days. You'd have to ask for new sheets and stuff, but they would always fill up the towels if you didn't have your thing on the door saying that you didn't want any service. The staff were excellent, though, very knowledgeable. They knew the area very well.If you needed something, they would get it to you.And I liked the fact that it was right next to the truth.Traveler, so we were able to just walk right over there. They had breakfast.I didn't like the breakfast so much, but it wasn't too bad
Daryl
Is a fantastic place to stay
Meghan
4 night stay in a clean room with two queen beds and strong air conditioning. Good breakfast every morning from 7-10am daily. Beds were very old and uncomfortable so woke up every morning with low back pain.
Vinessa

Got to hotel and they had accidentally canceled our reservations.
Bathroom was super tiny. Beds hard. Separate building for breakfast.

Pool, rooms were great. Very clean.
Amanda
Tina at reception went above and beyond to make our stay great. My only criticism is it would have been nice if the breakfast varied a bit day to day. After 4 days same thing gets a little old .
Anita
The staff was very sweet. The room was gorgeous. The beds are a little on the hard side. Clean carpets. A HUGE flat screen tv on a bendable mount. The indoor pool and hot tub is 24 hours. But the outside hottub is the real gem. It was the biggest hot tub ive ever seen. It the site photos its so big it looks like a fountain. The outside pool an hot tub is open until 10pm . DOLLYWOOD does fireworks every night at 10pm . We watched them from the hot tub. The breakfast was the best ive ever had at a hotel. They had biscuits an white gravy, eggs, waffles, fruits, yogurts, beagles and muffins, oatmeal with toppings, sausage, the coffee was awesome 👌 and im picky, multiple juices, milk an cereal, butter an cream cheese...the breakfast an hot tub were my favorite. Its across the road from the pirate show .( I recommend that also. They feed you a 4 course meal. And the show was amazing 👏) they need softer mattresses would be my only issue. I will post a review on tiktok anitadreams100.

Location was great! Across from the island, comedy barn, and pirates adventure show. We walked to the island in 3 minutes.
The outdoor pool is great and the indoor pool is good. The outdoor hot tub is exceptionally nice. Add in a hot free breakfast and you don’t get much better than this. Value with quality. I’d stay again.

Michael
If you like the smell of marijuana this is definitely the place to stay. It was so strong while we were there it was coming through the vent in the bathroom wall into our room and made my son sick and gave me a migraine. So we couldn’t really stay in our room except to sleep and as soon as you woke up in the morning that’s the first thing you smelt. They will charge you an extra fee if you smoke a cigarette in your room but you can smoke all the pot you want. We have stayed here every time we visit the Pigeon Forge area which is 2-3 times a year but we will never stay here again. We’ve already booked our next trip but at a different hotel.
Teri
The indoor pool was fantastic, kids loved it. The shower was the best hotel shower I've ever experienced. Everything was clean. Staff was pleasant. I had 4 grandchildren with me and everyone had a wonderful time. We will stay here again.
Daryl
This place is awesome we stay here all the time. The breakfast was amazing, the staff is GREAT. You will be seeing us again soon... Thank You.
Tim
Hot tub was hot but maybe too much chlorine. Breakfast was good! The room was a bit small but nice and clean. The king size bed was just not high enough and not so comfortable. I would stay again for the good price.
Rebecca
We had a great stay. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location was convenient for eating, shopping and entertainment.
Meghan
Everything was perfect! Would stay here again!
kevin
Hotel was nice and very convenient and close to all the fun.
Mackenzie
Overall was a great hotel and will be staying again. We didn’t get to go to the indoor swimming because every time we looked it was packed but that’s okay because it still was a good hotel and so close to the island, loved that we could walk to the island
Jerry
Overall it’s a nice place, the breakfast could use a little more variety, almost same thing every day only the side item changed and neither option was very good
Angie
Everything was wonderful
Cynthia
Very nice stay. Said it was at the Island, but it actually is across the main drag 6 lane highway.
Elaina
The rooms were nice, comfortable bed and most importantly everything was clean. The shower curtain did not work well and we ended with alot of water on the floor. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were nice. Very convenient that towels available. My only complaint would be that there was not enough food for all the guests for breakfast. By 9:00am almost everything was gone and there was still lines of people. And we were told that they would not be putting out anything else.
Buddy
The internet wasnt the greatest. Room was clean and nice. Loved the pool abd hot tub. Staff was extremely kind. Breakfast options were plentiful and good.
Misty
Staff was very friendly!
Hope
Ran out of breakfast and towels were constantly out at both pools
luis
Clean room, free wifi, free breakfast, awesome pool and fantastic location
Crystal
Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good and dinning area was great. Room could have been cleaner. Like the location because it was directly across from the island and pirates show.
Bradley
The hot tub was great, the breakfast was decent.
Joshua
Standard experience at Quality Inn. The room and beds were clean and the staff were pleasant. The breakfast was lackluster.
Joshua
Amazing stay! Clean room.
Aileen
The staff were wonderful. We would walk to the island. Room was clean and smelled great. The only thing is they need more parking. We had to park in another parking lot
Danielle
I am very picky on cleanliness of hotel rooms and our room was CLEAN! I allowed my kids to go barefoot in our room (normally we don’t and just use house shoes) and their feet never turned brown/black. So I knew someone had to be taking good care of the floors. I was highly impressed, especially with the 24/7 pool. We never heard night noise from the pool either. We will definitely be back again.
mark
Great place central location and the pool was perfect.
The beds are a little stiff

Booked this hotel to use the indoor pool. Hotel was pretty clean and front staff were friendly. The other staff we came in contact with were not. We got to swim in the pool for maybe 20 minutes when someone puked in it. Staff did not close the pool to sanitize it. He just skimmed the vomit out. He also did not bother to pick up garbage around the pool area. The hot tub had not been cleaned in along time. We tried to swim the next morning but the pool water was green with algae floating on top. Very disappointed with our stay. The price we paid and didn’t get to enjoy the pool. They don’t clean it at all.
Patrick
The hot tub was more than hot enough lol it was great. The wife and kids loved it. If you're into fitness bring some dumbbells lol the highest is about 10lbs but it was a fantastic stay. The breakfast was great.
Steven
My room was clean and the king bed was very comfortable. This will be my go to spot from now on when I go to Pigeon Forge.
Chris
Breakfast was good
Dawn
The property was dirty. The parking lot was tiny and you had to park across the street and carry all of your luggage over.. although the property is large I tried to check in a little bit early. There was no room available. While we were trying to sleep after midnight, there were people running and screaming along the hallways.
Tinessa
Staff was very friendly! Rooms were clean. Breakfast was not very good.
Natalie
It was clean and the staff was incredibly friendly upon check-in and checkout
Brandon
Yes, the indoor pool was perfect temp for the cooler nights and the hot tub was amazing. The outdoor pool wasnt opened yet but it looks great. Planning another trip with more family members and will stay here again.
Amy
The staff was amazing! Super friendly! Breakfast was very standard and the beds were comfy. Good value for the low nightly rate.
jessica
Perfect location. Amazing staff! Buffet breakfast was actually very good. I have no complaints about this hotel, they exceeded my expectations
Ashley
Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at with my kids. Absolutely amazing that the pool and hot tub are open 24/7. Very quiet hotel and super close to everything. The free appetizer from Texas Roadhouse was so cool. Definitely recommended to stay here and me and my family will definitely return soon.
Athena
This hotel was perfect for a weekend stay! Pool, jump pad, free breakfast! The only downside was the mattress is really uncomfortable.
Courtney
Amazing as always
Cindy

The location is great! Near a ton of things you will visit! Staff was awesome super super nice. The Redheaded lady was so nice I can’t recall her name but she will be good to you. The area seemed safe and clean around it. It’s dated and the room smells like an old hotel but this isn’t the fault of the workers. It’s just been there a while. I would be fine staying there again and be relaxed on the way there. I would recommend a visit.
