Very clean. Convenient location
Wasn’t impressed with the breakfast though. Not much variety and taste was just ok.

This was my third visit to this hotel. It is conveniently located to many shops and is a three to five minute walk to the famous Pigeon Forge Island. The staff has always been professional and welcoming. Once you visit this hotel, I'll bet you'll want to visit again, just like me. The island is located directly behind the hotel. There you will have rides for the kids and the adults, all types of shops, Paula Dean's restaurant and plenty of rocking chairs seated by a beautiful water fountain that spews colorful water. It's definitely a beautiful site to see.

The spot we stayed at is really close to everything you need, but with that being said, the reason from my low rate is, there is no extra blanket on the third day. We lost the water and they said they have maintenance without notifying us that night before to be ready for that so we had to leave the hotel all day long until the water come back and go somewhere else on the three days we stayed in no cleaning our room except changing the towels, and there was a bug dead on the floor. We have to throw it away. The front desk they was really helpful and nice. The breakfast was good. The crew and the kitchen was really nice. They will come pick your aunties and I’ll let you even touch the dishes after you get done with your breakfast. Do I recommend it? Yes but be on top of everything ask for everything you need..

It was very clean and everyone so helpful and very pleasant I will say that the water pressure is amazing the air conditioning it’s great. The only thing was I wish there had been a extra blanket in the room but I called down and they got us one very quick it’s a great location everything is almost within a few minutes of walking

Everything in the room was great and the location to the Island for food and shipping were perfect.

Is not actually in the island that is a different hotel the restaurant is not part of this hotel it is across the street. Breakfast was supposed to begin at 6 per check in and the brochure in the room however it was not staff rudely said no 6:30 today.
Felt like a scam thinking you are staying at the hotel in the island but wasn’t. Room was nice but needed some minor maintenance.

Breakfast was below par. Burnt bacon bits. Staff was friendly
Stephanie
No smoking on balcony is absurd. Breakfast was dry and disgusting. Definitely won't be returning or recommending.
Lewis
Great place to stay easy access to everything
Luis
Close to the good stuff right on main road, no fee for parking here unlike the margaritaville right behind it
Dean
Good location.

From the photos and reviews I was expecting more. Both pools are quite small. The location is excellent if youre going to the island. Don’t get confused with the other Margaritaville. This one was an average hotel. I thought there was a bar at the pool and nicer amenities but I believe that was the other margaritaville.
You need a code to park and the lot is across the street.
The staff was extremely friendly.

No issues with the room. Staff was helpful with a lot of advice for the area. The location couldn't be any better for Pigeon Forge. A lot to do around The Island.
Julie

For the most part we had an excellent experience.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our TV remote wasn't working properly the first night. Maintenance brought one to us immediately.
The breakfast was good. The staff was attentive so the food was always fresh and plentiful. At times they were almost too attentive and were in the way during busy times. I wasn't a fan of the tip jar next to the french toast every morning. One day they were complaining about the air going out in the kitchen the day before and it hadn't been fixed yet. During my 30 minute breakfast, I heard no less than 20 times that the air was out and it was 83 degrees in the kitchen. I didn't feel it was appropriate for them to be sharing this information with the guests.
Our room was on the Parkway side. This side has alot of road noise. We had to turn the TV up quite a bit in order to hear it and were worried about bothering our neighbors. In the future, we will request a room on the Island side to avoid the road noise.
The balcony doors are heavy and have automatic door closers on them. Unfortunately, our neighbors had a young child who kept going in and out all night long allowing the door to slam behind him. It's not the hotel's fault that the parents didn't intervene. But just wanted to mention this since it kept us up most nights. Yes, we politely mentioned it to the parents the first night but it didn't do any good.
I love that there isn't carpet in the rooms.

Cara
Everything was good except for parking.
Amy
Cleanliness and friendliness.
Courtney
The hotel was very clean, staff was wonderful and the breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel before. The only complaint is that there were signs for vending machines on every floor but there were absolutely no vending machines in the hotel at all.
Cherri
Love this place! Been several times and will be back again!
Jamie
We were on the 6th floor. The rooms are not soundproof. I was kept awake 2 of our nights because of someone running on the floor above us. It didn't stop till 2am. Also, the door and window to the balcony are not soundproof, nor are they the kind that quiets the sound. It would have been an okay stay for one night, but not the 3 we booked.
Tracy
The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We were close to restaurants and shopping. The pool was great and the breakfast was good.
Nolan
the location of the hotel was perfect! We were basically \"right around the corner\" from everything that we had planned!
Larry

Clean Room
My husband and I agree that it was so clean, the cleanest we have stayed at in a long time!
We would have liked gravy on the buffet breakfast. Otherwise, it was very good.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
We did not swim on this stay, but both pools looked very clean and inviting.

I ordered my room using Expedia and when I got there the hotel had sold out of my room type and refused to assist me with any other arrangements to compensate for it leaving me to scramble to find another hotel.
Daymond
The resort was right on the strip and fun for people watching pigeon the balcony :). The breakfast was good and the theme was right on point. We really enjoyed the visit and will certainly consider this resort for future travels.

My family loved it here the place was spotless and smelled so clean through out it. The breakfast was amazing. If I had to complain about anything it would be make sure u dont book by the elevator, between it and the loud ice maker running was not ideal, but also not a deal breaker we will know for next time we will definitely stay there again

Breakfast staff was rude to my son when he couldn’t figure out how to use waffle maker. He’s 8. I stepped quickly but was still upset that she just didn’t explain it to him.

Loved the location

Breakfast was ok but for the price of the room we could have eaten the same breakfast in a more affordable location. Noise level was high being so close to the busy road. It was a good location to go to the Island and other attractions. Staff was also friendly.
Kristin
Close to island for walkable shopping , places to eat and shows . Rooms facing the back to the island would be better than the front rooms with balcony’s facing noisy traffic . Complimentary breakfast was good. Enjoyed the visit and will come back.
Rebecca
Very clean.
Jacklyn
Clean and very nice affordable way to stay right next to the island and still be in Margaritaville. It may not be the Margaritaville Island that’s located inside the island, but this is just as nice and only a few steps away. You can still have the view if you do the island view. What’s nice it has an indoor pool if there’s bad weather outside. Free breakfast is also a plus. Very clean room and spacious.

The only thing that was not great was the air freshener smell in the lobby being very strong and I have asthma so it was too much for me .
Vera
We always stay here. Staff is great. Breakfast had a good variety of food. Pool inside and out was nice with a hot tub inside. This is where we will continue to stay.

The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to walk to several different places. The indoor and outdoor pools are great. The breakfast provided a lot of options.
Jeanine

Jeremy
Room was nice and clean close to places to eat an nice staff
Demaris
We had an excellent stay! Everything was so close and we were able to walk everywhere and did not run out of things to do for the two days we were there. If I had any suggestion at all…. Clearer instructions about parking! It was fine once we figured it out but there were a few worried moments to get to the answer. Would stay there again!
Ben
Clean room and hotel , staff friendly and helpful . Breakfast adequate , no real option for gluten free tho. Next time I would request a room overlooking the Island as Road can be noisy .
Monica
The room was very clean and very cozy. The only thing that I did not like was being able to hear outside traffic at night. The location is steps away from The Island. Heated pools inside and out were great. Breakfast was simply, but good. Would definitely recommend this stay to anyone.
Becky
Cant say enough good things about this Hotel! Definitely my go to if possible.
Scott
Excellent location with modern decor at a reasonable price. You'll pay way more in the area for a lot less!
Gary
Clean rooms and property. I got to breakfast at a time where there were few pickens, but what I had was good. Staff was very helpful and courteous.
Just 2 minutes walk to the Island and all we needed was close by. Possibility of staying there again in November for my birthday.

The staff was first rate, from the check-in desk to the breakfast folk. The hotel was very clean, the decor was perfect, but the breakfast was mediocre when compared to other \"breakfast included\" hotels I've visited recently. The parking is very limited around the hotel and you park across the street in a gated park. My only real complaint is that the ice machine was right across the hall from us and it rumbled, grunted, wheezed and gurgled loudly all night...all night! Don't be expecting a mountain view...all rooms that I peeked into had a view of a road, either the \"main drag\" in town, or in our case, the hotel parking lot. Great location, loved the walkability. And again the decor and the staff are terrific. Loved all the towels and the bathroom amenities. The water pressure was fierce...almost felt like a pressure washer. Had a great time! Thanks!
