Hotel was in an excellent location especially for the price! Everything was very clean and the staff members we encountered were very helpful and friendly. The only negative I feel like is the parking situation. The entire parking lot is a very weird situation and you may have difficulties if you’re in a fairly larger vehicle but overall our stay was excellent!

We had a great stay. Quiet, clean, comfortable. We’d had a terrible nights stay at another establishment (not IHG) when we last minute checked in The Garner. This stay was everything we needed and then some. Breakfast was fresh every single day. Free cookies and a different infused water in the lobby every single day. And staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable after our initial bad stay at another hotel (not an IHG hotel). Thank you all for a comfortable and safe stay.

We were greeted promptly by the reception staff. Our rooms were clean with very comfortable beds and 4 options for different pillows. Water pressure in the shower was good, though the bathroom was a little small.
The room was quiet, didn't hear noise from the hallway or next door neighbors. Air conditioning worked well.
Parking was ample with covered spaces which was great as we arrived in a downpour and didn't have to go into the rain to get in the hotel.

We started off with reservations at another hotel which turned out to be in a somewhat sketchy area we were not familiar with. We decided to get a room at the Garner even though the other was paid for. The staff was terrific! Very clean common areas. The room was spacious and clean.Beds were clean and comfortable. Linens were in great condition. We checked out early the next morning to continue our trip. The staff was friendly. Coffee was great. Well lit parking area. Would stay here again!

I was checked into a room that had a clogged sink with standing water. The staff kindly switched me into another room. The shower in the 2nd room had a slow clog and while showing you would end up with standing water. The rest of the room was very clean and nice. The free breakfast is decent and included which saves on your wallet given the town is very touristy and expensive.

The cleaning was ok and the lady in charge was very friendly. The room itself was clean but unfortunately I have to say we got bed bugs. Staff was not very friendly when checking in. Standing there holding all our stuff. Requesting car, make, model, license plate. I can understand the car make and model but making someone go out to car three times when you’re arriving late and the place is clearly not fully filled was a bit frustrating. There was also a high pitched alarm sound that kept us up throughout the night. After being a very loyal customer here for many stays I think we will look elsewhere next time.

The floors were dirty, our socks were brown on the bottom after walking around, but otherwise we didn't have issues. Parking is on site but tight squeeze between support columns. Check in and check out staff was very friendly and helpful. We did not eat breakfast there.

Parking is tight with a slope in areas but they have a side lot that is flat. Would not chance staying there again because of the dirty floors that had not been cleaned in awhile.

The rooms are small and not very clean. The walls are VERY THIN and you can hear everything. We did not sleep at all. You could hear people in the halls, doors slamming all night long, kids screaming and crying and our neighbors alarm. We asked to be moved to another floor and the front desk stated that we would have to check out and check back in at 3. We did so only to have them move us 3 doors down! The floors are sticky, the tub was greasy or slimy and fixtures had stains in them. The air conditioner froze is out at night, even though it was set on 72 or 74 it kept cooling until it was 68. The wifi was slow and kept dropping and the TV was terrible. Also, there isn't a blanket on the bed, just a coverlet that is as thin as the sheets. We left early but be aware that if you do they do not refund you. We cut our losses and left. This was marketed as a luxury hotel but it was not. I would save your money and go somewhere else honestly.

Hotel seems to still be under renovation. There were a lot of construction sounds and terrible paint smells in the hallways. The walls are incredibly thin (more so than usual hotel thin walls). I paid Over $400 a night for two nights at a so called luxury Hotel. A Hampton Inn is a luxury hotel compared to LeBlanc. Unreported construction going on, breakfast paid down. Big gouges our the wall, leaky ice machines, smell of paint though the hall. Arrived to find the faux wood floor stickly and filthy. Asked they clean while we went to dinner. Came an pushed the dirt around but still nasty and sticky. Wife's socks turned black walking across the floor one time. Brought us towels and took our trash but didn't clean anymore and didn't make the bad. Can't recommend this place and would never consider staying again. It was so bad I'm contacting Brad LeBlanc at Best Western directly. He has a brand issue.

Not bad for the price. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Hotel was quiet at night, breakfast was decent. Cons: Wi-Fi is poor. It kept disconnecting and the TV operates off WiFi apparently because it kept freezing as well. Cell (5G) is horrible during the day in the area due to the number of people on the network so not having a steady WiFi is troublesome (unless you don’t have work to stay connected to then your good). Second- the sink and tub was horribly slow to drain. We requested them to check our shower drain however no one came. Last, the rolling office chair in our room was assembled wrong so sitting and leaning forward to tie shoes resulted in almost being tipped out of it.

Parking was not easy or good; large concrete pillars took up most of the parking spaces available. Upon checkout, we were charged almost $300 extra because the room/s (we had 2 booked) wasn't completely charged at check-in; when I called to inquire, they had to refund me over half of that money back. Not good practice financially.
