It’s an older property and it shows. Needs tree trimming by some of the balconies and the balconies need to be painted. It’s close to the landfill which can be pungent at times.

Very nice view (mountain view) and unit size was huge. I would stay again, they need to start replacing carpet, and doing some upgrades but over all it was great. The worst thing was the little guy that tried to get me to take a tour. I paid for this vacation, so there was no way in hell I was doing that. He was a little pushy and about pissed me off.

I have stayed many places over the years and I do not remember a view of the mountains like that.

Customer service/staff was very friendly and quick to provide any of our needs. Our two bedroom suite with a Mountain View was perfect for our young family (& grandma, too). Laundry in unit, parking, kitchen amenities were great. The property grounds including the pool were also well maintained. Game room is dated & playground was nonexistent but did not affect our stay. We booked on a whim & are happy with the outcome.

This resort was amazing! The decor is a bit dated but the amenities, staff friendliness, and the view were absolutely amazing. They ended up opening up the outdoor pool while we were there and it was a great pool. We utilized both indoor pool and sauna and outdoor pool and sauna and both were enjoyable. Having a kitchen and laundry facility in the room was a game changer for us and was so helpful. Location of the resort was also a huge plus, quiet, close enough to town for activities but no noise from town. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend to everyone!

The property sign is hidden behind trees and some overgrowth, and it is very easy to drive by it, (which we did). Luckily GPS turned us around. The check in area is at the bottom of the property in poorly marked building (actually no sign, stating that it is the check in building, and we had to turn around to find it). The check in staff was impersonal and matter of fact in the way that they dealt with us. Basically, could have cared less if you stay there or not. We did not like the fact that they try to get you to attend a Hilton Vacation Seminar as soon as you sign in to the property. All further communication from them is by text. " Pleasant, but scripted". The rooms are clean and large. However, if you stay for, four days or less, there is no housekeeping service. For such a large property the pools are small, and the indoor pool is very small and in its own building. Also, if you are afraid of heights, this property is not for you. The drive up to your building where you stay is extremely steep and winding. Not a pleasant drive up or down!

We walked into this beautiful condo with a gorgeous mountain view! It was very spacious with nice furniture and two bedrooms with king beds. The beds were super comfortable. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. It was very close to Dollywood and to the Food City grocery store.

Our stay was perfect. Clean. Staff friendly, convenient parking. Perfect place to stay, close enough to the island and feeling out in the the county side. The only downside is the pull out bed is not comfortable. But we would most definitely stay again. Like i said perfect location.

My wife and I had a very enjoyable time here. Our room was clean and the amenities (full-sized fridge, washer/dryer, jacuzzi tub, etc.) were beyond our expectations. The view from our balcony was exceptional. I also like its location close to all the Pigeon Forge attractions.

I was surprised when I checked in as I was charged a resort fee for each person staying in the room and a deposit these things were not explained to me when I booked on Expedia I was lead to believe the amount I was quoted was what I was to pay, I won’t believe site pictures as the rooms didn’t match the pictures rooms older than shown. Did find out they are in the process of updating the rooms. My problem mainly is the extra fees weren’t explained when I booked the room.

Suite was very large. Was a little dated but found they are slowly remodeling them. We were in town for a football tournament after seeing the other families, and how badly they trashed the stadium we used all weekend I would not have wanted us in an updated suite either lol. Staff was amazing pools, hot tubs were also great. Would love to come back thank you so much!

The resort had great amount of space in our one bedroom. However, the whole resort is very outdated. The game room had less than 50 percent of games in working order. Fitness room didn’t get opened until 20 mins or so after we called. Also strange to pay a resort fee when you don’t get any room service & have to take care of garbage.
Have to say the view out patio is beautiful, even in the off season. Nice location not far from town but quiet.

Very clean townhomes, plenty of space for us to stretch out, cost is better than hotels in the area, 5 minute drive to The Island and grocery store. There are 2 pharmacies down the street. GrubHub drivers were not familiar with the Sunrise Ridge resort. Driver could not find our townhome on his GPS. It was a very busy area for New Year’s. Plenty of restaurants in the area but you have 1 hour wait. I recommend Reagan’s House of Pancakes, Sunliner Diner and Hatfield & McCoy’s dinner theater. It was windy and cold so the dinner theater is very popular. We didn’t go to the outdoor attractions like the roller coaster and the gran prix cars.

We loved everything about our stay. We had a one bedroom unit with a gorgeous view of the Smoky Mountains from a spacious balcony. The location was perfect for our needs as visiting Dollywood during their Christmas season was the primary reason for our trip. It was so easy to go back and forth to Dollywood. Soaking in the outdoor hot tub at night in December was a highlight. Although the furniture could use some updating, the room was spotless and the kitchen had everything we needed in order to eat breakfast, have snacks and even cooked a meal one night. We look forward to returning to this resort.

We dealt with ants. We should’ve been moved to another unit, but we were told “when it gets warm the bugs come out” and were given a can of Raid. The Raid has a strong smell because we constantly had to spray flood of ants in the kitchen. Needless to say we weren’t able to cool. So we left a day early. The staff sent an apology text, but there was no movement or compensation. Everyone was very nice though, we loved it there. It’s just a shame there was not movement in our complain outside of Raid.

This time share property was perfect and our 4th floor view of the dollywood fireworks was an awesome treat every night. We have rented cabins for years but they were always covered in cobwebs (even the one built last year) but this place was clean even on the balcony. We will stay here from now on.

just wanted to let you know about my experience with Sunrise Ridge. My husband and I arrived on Thanksgiving night. My reservations could not be found in their system. After having to call a supervisor, miraculously my reservations were discovered. During the waiting, a big black cat made herself at home, by walking all over the counter and eating out of an employee's plate. Even tho I had my confirmation letter, to no avail and all blame was put on Expedia. Finally, after about 30-45 minutes, and groceries in the car thawing, we made our way to our unit. The toilet did not work properly; no water would fill up in the back. Due to being stressed and tired my husband and I both fell asleep on the couch.

The next morning we contacted maintenance and they came and checked the toilet. The lights were not working properly and had to ask for bulbs. The walls had big places in them, some had tried to be covered up with paint, some just had garbage cans blocking the. I wasn't going to let all of this destroy my vacation. So, we left and returned late that evening. We made pizza for something quick to eat. The oven, not working properly. Every little issue was starting to compound. I had paid a good deal of money for a vacation, which we rarely can afford, but saved to take this one. We just decided to go on to bed so we could head out early the next morning. When I turned down the bed covering, there was a huge blood/feces stain on the sheet.

The room was extremely dated for price charged. The TVs were very small and at least 25 years old. The in-unit fireplace was a main reason that we chose this property and it was faulty. Maintenance came and replaced multiple parts only to determine that it had an electrical short-not a comfortable situation with a toddler. Staff was pleasant but offered no resolutions. We have stayed at this property at least 6 other times, but this unit and stay was very disappointing.

There were several things in the condo that needed extra cleaning and/repair. Dishwasher was full of mold and the heating element was corroded so I had to hand wash all dishes. There was mold in the master shower, door lock was loose and the seal on the fridge door was shredded at the bottom. Also, the ceiling had orange spots in different places in the kitchen, living room and loft. Tons of dust on kitchen ceiling too. The chairs in the living room were also worn and very creaky. We looked all over for a broom too because of some spilled popcorn and there was nothing in the condo for us to sweep up after ourselves. They have a cat that roams around the property and was inside the office when we left. My kids are allergic to cats so thankfully they were in the car while I did checkout.

This place was awful! Neighborhood leading up to the facility was junky, appeared unsafe. Due to the location we asked to see the condo before checking in. As soon as maintenance opened the door for us the odor was unpleasant it smelled like dirty carpet, and wet dogs! The furniture was old and the recliner looked like it had been picked up out of a dumpster somewhere. The dining table had huge water marks all over it. The main living dining area was all that we checked out, that was enough for us. We cancelled our reservation and stayed at River Stone Resort.

The grounds were well maintain. They had several workers keeping up with the groups and it was decorated for fall. The indoor pool and rooms could use updating but the rooms felt clean. It was nice to have a separate bedroom and a full kitchen. The views were beautiful. It is about 5 minutes from the grocery and 10 min or less to Dollywood.

The resort was a couple of miles or so out in the country so i made sure to get back to the condo before dark. Condo was clean and I had an excellent view of the valley off of the balcony in the back. You could hear the chug of the train at Dollywood and the train whistle at the top of each hour. Kitchen had all the amenities.

The two units were very spacious. The property is close to the LeConte Center and Parkway. The only issue: one unit the first bed was hard, the second bedroom the mattress was very soft and obviously not rotated often. The other unit beds seemed fine. I would stay again.

Overall good place to stay. The room was updated, clean and very nice. Full kitchen appliances were up to date. 2 outside pools and 2 inside pools and hot tub. The game room is very small and could use some updated games. It is close to everything but it is also near some type of landfill or garbage company which we could smell in the air at times (not too bad but it did smell). Overall we enjoyed our stay.
