Great stay!
Amy
The hotel was nice but not as nice and elevated as I expected for the cost and that it was a Dollywood hotel.
Rebekah
We had a wonderful first visit! The room was nice. Every staff member was wonderful and said hello to us when we passed by. One of the valet employees saw us trying to take a selfie and he walked over and offered to take our picture without being asked. He was so friendly and asked about our plans that day. The spa treatments were very nice and the employees were also super friendly. Overall a wonderful experience.
Madeline
Great place to take your family
Edwin
A great experience especially for a family. The staff were incredible, friendly and very helpful. We had a lot of fun but also were able to relax.
Joseph
Property was awesome
Only concern was 2 hour delay waiting for our room to be ready.
Next two days housekeeping did not come until after 4 in the afternoon.
Obviously, more staff is needed!!

Clean and very comfortable rooms with a fabulous pool and lots of outdoor space. We stayed here with a party of 10 (in 3 rooms) and had a blast. Everything was very convenient and the trolley transportation was perfect. We didn’t need a rental car at all and just used Uber a couple of times to see downtown Pigeon Forge. I highly recommend this resort for a family vacation, especially with multiple families!
William
Other one complaint and one observation.
Elevators were broken down. Only two elevators worked my entire 4 day stay. Really an issue that must be addressed for both safety and convenience. The observation is related dining choices. Very limited for all meals.

Stayed at Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and had a great overall experience. The resort was beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained, and the staff was consistently friendly and welcoming. The only downside was housekeeping—our room was not cleaned during our stay, which was disappointing. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would stay again.
Kenneth
Very clean. The buffet was delicious.
Rick
Very clean! Great accommodations!
Anthony
Amazing resort that was minutes from Dollywood and the Stampede.
Ashley
The carpet was stained in the rooms. Could use some updates. Hair on the bed. Could look over the cleanliness of the room before guests check in. There’s a lot of children that stay here that contributes to the stains in the carpet and messy floors.
sarah
There was so much to do at the resort you didn't have to leave to have a wonderful time.
Efrain
Loved everything about the resort
Karna
It was a beautiful resort and the staff were so kind. We didn't get to use all the amenities, but it was fun. Lots of conveniences.
Thomas
Highly recommend staying
Jason
Family friendly, but would be nice to have sport activities opportunities on the property. The property is showing its age and room service quality could be better.
Melodie
The bathroom amenities were not what you’d expect for a $500/night room. I also had a room very far from the elevators. We used to go to Dollywood multiple times a season, but it just isn’t evolving in the hotel properties. It’s the absolute same as 10 yrs ago.
James
The staff were awesome! Place was very clean .
Rachel
Beautiful place, friendly staff and good food!!!
Brian
Overall very nice resort. The restaurant buffet provided good quality food at a fair price. The pool and hot tub were very nice. However the pool and splash zone water was too cold, especially for young children. The nightly smores activity at the fire pit and story time was very nice. Our family suite was too small and felt very crowded. Additionally the HVAC system was noisy and didn’t control the temperature very well.
Christine
Loved it!
Richard
It would be nice if you offered at least free coffee and tea.for what we paid to stay there.even thing and everybody else was great.
Michel
Great stay
Emma
Awesome family friendly experience great for family vacation the the shuttle to and from both parks was super convenient along with having activities for the kids at night
Calli
The hotel is large but poorly structured. There is only one entrance and one elevator bank. If your room is on the opposite side of the elevators, it can be quite a hike. The rooms are small.
The massage was great, but there were no saunas or steam rooms.
The pool was the perfect temperature and I loved the \"lazy river\" feature, but it is too small for that many guets.

Had issue with cleaning of room . We had to get guest services come vacuum. There was chips all over the floor and u found gold earring . I had to rewipe bathroom and dust cause it was not clean . I noticed the walkways outside need pressure washing too . Cleanliness was lacking at DreamMore.
Sean
Great stay and great experience
Alica
Beautiful property, friendly, attentive staff, great amenities. Loads of kids (we should have researched better and stayed at HeartSong)
Heather
Loved staying here. So convenient & the shuttle to and from the parks were super helpful with our family and the wide age ranges. Beautiful rooms, landscaping and I can’t wait to go back!
Jessica
This hotel was so nice and convenient after a tiring day at Dollywood. The pool was nice and their pantry restaurant was open until 11pm.

Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The entire property is spotless, beautifully designed, and full of thoughtful touches that make the stay feel special.
Our room was comfortable, quiet, and perfect for relaxing after long days at the parks. The complimentary shuttle and TimeSaver access were huge perks and made our Dollywood experience so much smoother. The resort itself is peaceful, family‑friendly, and incredibly well‑run — you can tell the team takes pride in creating a warm, Southern‑hospitality atmosphere.
We especially loved the pool area, the cozy lobby spaces, and the convenience of having great dining options on-site. Everything felt easy, relaxing, and elevated.
If you’re visiting Dollywood, staying at DreamMore isn’t just convenient — it truly enhances the entire trip. Highly recommend.

My 11 &13 YO grandsons & I (69 YO gmother)stayed in one of the 5th floor king + bunk bed rooms. I appreciated the size of the room & the somewhat bigger, separate toilet & shower areas. (There were hooks everywhere to hang all the wet gear we amassed from theme park & two water parks.) My g sons & I didn't care for the softer mattresses & sleeping bag-like sheets on the bunks, but the idea & layout of the bunks was good. This would be great for average under 10 year old kids. Though we didn't use it, the pool & surrounding grounds were gorgeous. The game room added an appreciated 15 minute distraction. Bring your plastic $. The thing we splurged on was the breakfast buffet. Pricey, but we LOVED it. We fueled up, up, up in the mornings on a great mix of healthy and sinful options and thus didn't need to buy the less healthy stuff at the theme & waterparks. Restaurant was quiet & seating was spacious. Parking was convenient & easy. Drive into the resort was beautifully maintained. Decently priced gas across the way. You can totally avoid the overly busy main drag.Grandsons got a kick out of seeing one of Dolly's tour busses parked on the grounds. There were tasteful, live solo performers in the lobby each night.
Take advantage of the shuttles to Wood and to Splash! The complimentary pass had limited use, but we used it exclusively on Big Bear Mountain. Yep, thanks to the pass, we rode it 5 times in a row.
Great stay. Super friendly staff!
Treat yourself and someone you love.

Family friendly, extremely clean and very beautiful grounds. So much to do at the resort, pools indoor and outdoor, playgrounds for the kiddos, s’mores and crafts daily. It was a wonderful experience with so many amenities

This is our second time staying at the Dream More resort and both times were exceptional. The pool and hot tub is open later and the room is always clean. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Highlight recommend!

There were activities for younger kids, arts and crafts, s’mores and story time. Great deals on tickets to attractions and dining. Very nice staff, rooms and amenities.

I LOVE Dollywood! They completely exceeded any expectations I had. It was safe, immaculate, and everyone was attentive in a low key manner.
The junior suite was THE perfect room for our girls trip and the pool was spectacular!

Excellent stay! Resort was beautiful, loved the food/bar options, amenities/kid activities, transportation to Dollywood with park perks, proximity to downtown Pigeon Forge and Cal Ripken (what we were in town for). Would absolutely stay again!

Always stay here when me, my smaller kids and my daughter in law& grand kids take our yearly trip. Staff are so accommodating, the daily fast pass wrist bands tht are free is one of my favorites about staying here!! It’s just an over easy, relaxing stay! Not to mention the shuttle tht runs all day to the parks! If you have a larger group consisting of mainly lil kids then this is your place.
Teresa

The place was beautiful however after dinner we wanted to go and get a hot fudge sunday at 9pm and they were out of hot fudge. It was a little disappointing. The next morning we wanted to go in the pool before check out. We went at 8am when it says it would be open and the women there said it was not open yet because her manager was not in yet. We waited and waited and waited still the pool didnt open. We ended up leaving without getting ro use the pool.
Beverley
Everything was excellent. The only minor gripe was that we were only given cups/ coffees for 2 although the room was booked for 3 people.
Leslie
The resort was very clean with friendly staff. We enjoyed complimentary s'mores and pink lemonade. There are several food options at the resort. The trolley to Dollywood was quick and easy.
Oscar
All good
Normand
Top notch hotel in every way! Superior accommodations and staff
steve
The hotel was OK. We had stink bugs in our rooms. The buffet was $350 for 8 people and it was absolutely horrible food. The food is overpriced and it’s BAD. Really BAD. It’s a decent hotel but it isn’t 4 stars. And they need to revamp their food.
Rory
Very quick and easy checkin. Front desk was very helpful. Valet team quickly took our luggage to our room. Shuttle to park was prompt and drivers were very informative during the short ride. Overall, stay was excellent. Dolly should be proud of her team!
Mark
Amazing hotel very clean staff very friendly. Activities for children each day. Live music in lobby each night.
Melissa
The check in was rough. I had to wait 1.5 hrs before our room was ready. There was a lot of miscommunication about the room. Carissa, the front desk, stepped in and helped by offering breakfast due to all the problems. My daughter and I had been driving for 10 hours to get there only to wait another 1.5 for the wrong room. We arrived at 3:50 for a 4:00 check in. Other than that it was wonderful.
Paula
Excellent facility all around.
Adam
Plenty of activities including night time stories and smores. Breakfast was very good and had a huge variety.
Nicole
This was a beautiful, clean, family friendly hotel near all the attractions! Loved that the shuttle could be taken to Dollywood and the other hotel! The grounds are breathtaking and the pools were great! We loved the entertainment-girls singing, story time. We will definitely return!
Maureen
Beautiful resort! Our family had both a fun-filled, relaxing time! We loved Dollywood and love Dolly Parton even more!
Edward
We went to the breakfast buffet. Everything was cold even the coffee. Everything else was very nice. Everybody was very polite courteous the rooms were immaculate. Every time we returned at night.
Brad
Very nice

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed on vacation! The trolly transportation to and from the parks plus included time saver passes were an huge perk! Our Jr suite was spacious and CLEAN. Our kids loved the bunk beds and their own tv, the arcade, and the campfire s’mores at night! The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was so welcoming! Starbucks in the lobby and cinnamon bread room delivery 👍👍. None of us wanted to leave this beautiful resort. We’ll be back for sure!

Excellent

One of the best resorts I have ever been to.
I will say though even though it's a resort I spent over $25 for a one chobani yogurt, one small Togo cereal, milk, orange juice and two coffee's.

Our stay at Dollywood was truly magical. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, and our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming.
We especially enjoyed taking a walk around the property—the scenery is just stunning and really adds to the overall experience. At night, we would turn the t.v on and were able to listen to Dolly read stories. It was pretty awesome.
If I had one small complaint, it would be the pillows, which were quite uncomfortable. The first night made it a bit difficult to sleep, but by the second night we had adjusted.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this resort to others.

We had a problem when we initially checked into our room. Jeremy, at the front desk was a true professional, he handled it, changed our room and provided a small gift.
The hotel itself is a 10/10 it is clean, has activities, has time saver bands for the park, and the staff rule.
Shout out as well to the ladies in the quick service location, I remembered a lady for a previous trip, with brown hair a little bit older she said she had been there for close to seven years.
Everyone in the QSR restaurant worked incredibly hard. It was Spring Break and they were slammed. We extended a day, it’s really one of the best hotels in the world.
The only spot that needs immediate improvement was Song and Hearth, the buffet was just average. They changed from Prime Rib, to oven roasted Turkey. For a family of four it was 185.00,
The food was definitely not worth half of that price.
Eat somewhere else, the buffet is also not that kid friendly, and the food was old, the pizzas looked like the had sat for a while, and the salad bar is an afterthought with just mixed greens and 3 dressings.
The rest of the experience was incredible.
Will return for a fourth time.
Also, it seems their elevators are under constant repair, which creates many problems for guests.
Upgrade or fix the elevators.
