One of the best resorts we’ve ever stayed at!
Derek
Easy to get around the hotel
Christy
The overall atmosphere is amazing and what keeps us coming back. Staff were amazing as always but an extra shout out to Michelle. She went way above to get a bag back that I left at Dollywood on a stroller.
I do wish that there were more discounts or perks offered as rates to stay at the Lodge are higher than most. ie: free entrance to Splash Mountain, or at least Buy on Get one free entrance.
Breakfast prices are pricey. Food is delicious but again, it adds up when trying to feed a family.
Discounts or free night stays for frequent visits.
We love the Lodge. We would love to stay more often and for longer periods of time. 😊

100% recommend Heartsong!!! Our room was ready early, so we were able to leave our luggage, hop on a trolley to Dollywood, and then spend our evening poolside followed by the most delicious dinner. Dollywood was around 100 degrees, so the wrist bands that we received from the hotel helped us skip 5 lines, so we could stay cool all day!!! The staff at Heartsong were all incredible kind, friendly, and helpful! We will definitely book this resort again! Felt like a Disney resort without the hefty price tag!!!!
Michael
Beautiful resort, comfortable immaculate room, the trolley service to park was a nice benefit as well.

Must visit
Cristobal
I loved how it felt in the mountains, and being excluded from the world
susan
Largest hot tub I have ever seen. Trolley to take you to Dollywood. Avoid hassle of parking.
Kayla
Loved our time spent at this beautiful resort! It is comfortable, welcoming and so well maintained.
The staff is friendly and helpful in every area and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
Bonus if going to Dollywood Park, use the shuttle! So convenient to not have to use your own vehicle and be dropped off right up front. Plus our driver was a delight to visit with 😊
Would absolutely return for another visit and would recommend 10/10!

Spotless, inviting, beautiful setting.
Frances
Great property !!! It rained our second day so we didn't get to enjoy the pool etc.
Crystal
We loved this resort. Beautiful, clean, good food and really enjoyed the Dollywood perks.
Jennifer
The hotel was well maintained, rooms were clean. Our room had a balcony so nice to relax in the morning listening to the bird chirp and in the evening calm and quiet.. We would definitely stay again.
Trudy
Went over to Dreammore for the buffet at dinner. Every item on the buffet was delicious. Normally buffet food is , well just buffet food, but on all their items they knocked it out of the park.
Kim
This resort was wonderful! The only complaint I have was the beds were too firm for my personal liking. My husband and I both tossed and turned all night . A nice 3 inch memory foam top would make an amazing difference!!
Erin
The amenities were very thoughtful for families. I have never stayed at a hotel where the common areas were so utilized.
Ryan
Rooms, staff, amenities were amazing!
Kenneth
Extremely clean inside and out. The room smelled fresh and clean and there was a sound machine playing relaxing jungle birds. The grounds were immaculately landscaped.
The breakfast was fantastic.

donna
Beautiful property, friendly knowledgeable staff with great advice on things to do in the area. Great fire pits and pool. We had a wonderful time!!
Kenneth
Great food
Stephanie
The location of this property is excellent and the grounds are so beautiful. So worth it to be off the main strip and pwrk of preferred parking free coupon at dollywood! The music in the lobby is great every night and the beds and pillows are comfortable and towels were soft. Everything seems pretty new. This would easily be a 5 star review except for a few quirks about the room itself- Clothing/shelving storage is a bit odd- open cabinets instead of a usual dresser. No cups in the bathroom (and can’t get any if you call). Front desk staff friendly but bland when we checked in.
James
I love this place staying here is like home everything is great
Cindy
The room was great. Loved the breakfast bar and everyone was very nice and polite.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. If you’re interested in a fast pass, every guest going to DW gets a fast pass daily.
Jason
Awesome place. Only issue is being a gym rat there were teenage kids in the gym using the equipment in an unsafe manner. The sign says no children under 16 without supervision. Furthermore, a gentleman had his 5-6 year old son in there, wearing his pajamas and flip flops, lifting weights while the father walked on the treadmill and not supervising his child.
Samantha
I couldn’t fault this hotel and resort at all - the bedroom was lovely and clean. The food and drink was fab and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. Dollywood was great and so was pigeon forge - there was so much to do
Marcus
Wonderful stay at Heartsong! Appreciated the daily room upkeep, friendly staff, daily entertainment and food service choices.

Great hotel and stay. Nice, clean and wonderful gathering areas. We recently stayed here and Dreammore and my only complaint (and it’s not that bad) is the beds are not as comfortable as I’d like or expect. Otherwise, awesome hotel and stay! Would definitely stay again at both resorts

I really love this place but this particular time the last night we were there. None of the fire pits were lit. We figured out how to light it ourselves after about 10 minutes and then had to help two other people. I just feel like for the price of this hotel, I shouldn’t have to do this.

The hotel itself and the room were great. Beautiful accommodations and exceptionally clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The live music in the Acoustic Lobby was a nice surprise. The only mishap was that we were awoken early by someone attempting to enter our room. Luckily, the secure bar was in tact. The front desk was contacted and we were asked if we wanted to head of security to come. Unfortunately, who whoever it was had already left. The housekeeping manager called later and indicated it was a housekeeping staff. They were very apologetic. Otherwise, a beautiful place to stay and would have been an \"EXCELLENT\" rating if not for the attempted entrance into our room.

Very nice place and has everything you could possibly want. Room was beautiful and very clean. Coffee was outstanding. Was a nice atmosphere from the hustle of pigeon forge.

Staff was nice and the exterior and interior was very beautiful. Only thing I didn’t like was the heat took an hour to kick on and we were really cold for a while, overall nice place.

The HeartSong (and the DreamMore for that matter) is one of the nicest resorts to stay in the beautiful state of Tennessee, because it’s staffed by some of the nicest folks East Tennessee has to offer. The amusement park goes through staffing highs and lows, but Dolly’s resorts take all the best people and make the experience so much more meaningful. Checking in is a breeze (we accidentally got an early check in while getting our trolley pass and time saver passes, which yes you can do that before you even check in). The resort itself has anything and everything you might need so you don’t have to leave or want for anything (although sometimes you might have to pay for it). Easy access to the park and timesavers are an incredible perk, and you’ll never have to worry about a lack of fun things to do even if you stay at the resort. From the time you park until the time you pack and go, you will love your experience here.

Wonderful visit! Staff were great and property was amazing

Our room was very clean and we enjoyed our view. I wish the bathroom had a fan in it to use while showering. I loved the trolley services to take you to the park, i wish they offered the services to Dolly’s stampede as well. Also loved the hot tub and pool.
Anne

Walls are so thin I heard the guy in the next room blowing his nose. Those above me were loud. The bed was horrible, Hard and lumpy. The first night we ate at the restaurant and the food was served cold and the prime rib was 1/2 fat. It’s a beautiful hotel and I was looking forward to my stay sooo much. The staff are nice but you can’t fix walls
Crystal
Ticketing/Janitorial/Restaurant/Overnight/Activities/Select few daytime staff were courteous, professional, knowledgeable, honest & hospitable. I would not recommend more than a 4 night stay nor expect compensation for inconveniences on hotels behalf.
Randy
This room are not design for hearing accessible for our needs due to no doorbell/knock flasher, no fire strobe lights even though it was booked as hearing accessible room. Also, the housekeeping team missed room service after I requested through text message.

This is a really nice hotel. Comparable to the Disney properties.

We ordered room service and it went to wrong room. I called to check in it and they claimed we didn’t accept it. So I called and told them and they tried to say the phone and the room number didn’t match. There was supposedly a program issue. Finally it came but not what we ordered. We had cold eggs etc. the whole experience was a mess that could have been handled if they would just listen to us. Still got charged and no apology. I’m amazed on the lousy service at a place we visit a lot.
Maren
Overall nice hotel, pretty clean and trolley is convenient to get to and from Dollywood.
Karen
If you plan to go to Dollywood this is the place to stay!
Shuttle to and from the park is so convenient!
Everyone in your party receives a time saver pass which is a big perk when the park is crowded. Well worth the price of the room!

The staff was so friendly and helpful! The trolly to and from Dollywood was a lifesaver! The ticket desk was very helpful with helping us get reservations at Dollywood Stampede! The timesaver bracelet was awesome and helped us get rides easier! I ordered a pizza from the market in the hotel- ready very quickly and hot and delicious! I will be returning! Thanks to Expedia for assisting with the reservation!
Galen
Great breakfast buffet and the staff there was amazing. We had great pizza from the cafe and sat in the rocking chairs by the pool to eat it. The fire pits were awesome. Got our tickets to Dollywood at the hotel and they come with a free fast pass - a saving of $60. And a trolly right to the entrance of the park. This hotel was a 10+. We can’t wait to come back.
