Customer care is excellent. The location is amazing. We were minutes from everywhere without the traffic. We felt very safe. My only complaint is breakfast. They served scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. 2 cereals, mini muffins, toast and waffles every day for 5 days. No change up and it's lack luster at best. No healthy offerings.

Hotel Needs Significant Updates – I Would Stay Elsewhere

This hotel has a great location, but unfortunately the condition of the property did not meet our expectations. While there were a few positives, the overall experience was disappointing.

Pros:

Excellent location, conveniently close to Dollywood, The Island, and the main Parkway.
Daily housekeeping service.
Spacious room.
Outdoor pool and a large lobby.

Cons:

The room had two TVs but only one remote, which didn't work. After two trips to the front desk, we finally received working remotes, but they were old and covered with sticky tape residue.
The bed sheets and pillowcases were clean, but they were noticeably yellowed and appeared well past their useful life.
Black mold was visible on the bathroom ceiling.
Rust was present around the bathtub drain.
The refrigerator and freezer had visible stains and were not clean.
The room had a persistent musty odor throughout our stay, even with the air conditioner running almost continuously.
There were no recycling containers anywhere on the property.
Exterior siding was falling off in several areas.
The pool water appeared cloudy rather than clean and clear.
The hotel's exterior sign was partially burned out.
During our visit, we found several nearby hotels that appeared to be in much better condition and were actually costs less

This property has a lot of potential because of its excellent location, but it clearly needs substantial investment in maintenance, cleanliness.

I've stayed here multiple times. Love their spacious suites, location and great hot breakfast in the morning. However their staff at check was more consumed by her personal phone call than helping us. I simply asked where the ice machine was and she pointed and said by the ice cream machine. It was not. I asked another guest, it was down the hall in another area. She needs to be in laundry

Our room was one of the renovated rooms. It wasn’t terrible but the pull out sleeper sofa was unusable. One end of its bed was about 5 inches higher than the other end which made for some very uncomfortable sleep. The phone in the room didn’t work so we had to walk to the front desk to ask for towels and the location of amenities. We were not given a paper with amenity locations at check in. The gym was closed for maintenance. The pool was closed the day we arrived. Breakfast was ok but not great. We could hear the nextdoor room showering. It was so loud that I thought someone from our family was taking a shower. The room was less expensive than other hotels in the area so you get what you pay for here. It was at an excellent location and the staff were cordial and helpful when needed. I wouldn’t stay here again but it’s worth it if only staying one night.

Has the cheapest sheets/pillows/towels even cheap toilet paper and Kleenex.
The breakfast was good, but that’s the only thing I can comment as being ok!

No accessibility for handicap individuals besides parking spots where they still have to walk up a flight of stairs. Rooms poorly maintained. Arcade was a joke. Kids were super disappointed. Only 2 games and claw machine a tiny room with the ice machine. Don't advertize an arcade if you dont have one. Asked for an handicap accessible room for my wife's crippled grandmother and they put us in the farthest room away from lobby and elevator. On top of that room was falling apart. I complained and they put us in the same room in the opposite wing which was farther from the elevator due its other location. No cameras in the hotel at all besides the one watching the claw machine in the hotel and the lobby office behind the counter. Exterior doors would not close all the way on their own when we used them \"after lobby hours\" making the security of the hotel very poor. Everywhere in the hotel was hot as it was outside almost exclusively the room than god. Overall the hotel is extremely out of date and poorly maintained. I was extremely disappointed. Im glad we only stayed for 1 night. Cant imagine spending the money to stay all week. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel unless you just need to sleep but I still wouldnt advise it.

Overall, we were pleased with our stay. Our room was good, the bed was comfortable, the shower had good pressure and we never ran out of hot water. I really liked the kitchenette, although the griddle was a bit warped. The fridge worked great. Water pressure at the sink was very good. When I first turned on the garbage disposal, it made a very loud noise and I retrieved a paper towel out of it. The AC worked well. I rated several areas of this as \"OK\" or \"Good\" only because the place could use some TLC, such as some touch-up paint, better repair of holes in the bathroom wall where the towel rack had previously been, and better overall cleaning. We found a dirty hand towel under the bathroom sink. While our room as clean, there was accumulated grunge in the corner of the bathroom, behind the door, and there were places on the bathroom wall which were grungy from where they had been touched repeatedly and not cleaned. We saw the same strings and other assorted pieces of small debris on the stairway carpet the entire time we were there.

Prior to checking in, I called and asked if they had a gym since I didn't see one in the pics. A man with a heavy accent told me it was being renovated. After check-in, I asked the desk clerk where the gym was and she told me they didn't have one.

The location is very good, close to, but away from the business of The Parkway.

We enjoyed our stay and the property was what we needed. We would give strong consideration to staying there again.

You can tell it’s an older building, but it’s been well-maintained and was clean. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The pool looked nice; we just didn’t have time to utilize it. Our 2-bedroom suite was wonderful and offered room for all of us and our teenage & young adult children to stay all together in one room. The breakfast was average, a usually continental breakfast selection. The location was perfect! Literally right down the street from Dollywood and the Main Street, but not crowded to get in and out of the parking lot. We will definitely stay here again.

Checked in thinking the room had a king and a queen bed but actually had a king and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was horrible with a 2\" mattress. After a twelve hour drive this was not what I was expecting to sleep on. Very uncomfortable. Please re write your description of this hotel room. It was quite deceiving.

They could use some fluffier pillows! Overall our stay was great and we will definitely stay there again when on an adventure in pigeon forge!! Also they are so close to Dollywood that we were able to leave the park and head back to the hotel for dinner then return to the park without waisting a bunch of time driving!!!

This is definitely the place for families to stay. Close to all the attractions, the all season suites has a solid breakfast, housekeeping is top notch, and we didn’t feel uncomfortable. The rooms are showing a bit of age however if this doesn’t bother you (it didn’t bother us) then this is the place to stay.

Quick overnight trip. Room showed lots of wear and tear. Lots of cracked tiles in bathroom. Walls in both bathrooms were discolored and looked dirty. Bedding appeared clean. Check in staff member was nice. Desk is not always staffed. Both at check in and the next morning the desk had a sign stating they stepped away and would return shortly. Guest laundry room available. Have your own detergent, facility does not have any for sale.

Stayed one night in a suite with a king, two queens and a queen sofa bed. Bathtub in one was rusted around the overflow cover pretty severely. Other bathroom has cracked tiles. Mattresses are hard, couch was uncomfortable and kitchenette was ok. The whole place needs to be refreshed and painted. Breakfast was ok but not super great. Overall wouldn't stay there again.

It was near 10am we were eating breakfast and before they started to clean and close down the breakfast area they did let us know and asked if wanted to grab anything else. The property was not taken care of, run down, dirty! We stayed a total of 5 hours so my mother could sleep. Checked out early and didn't even stay in pigeon forge after dealing with the front desk it was a very stressful ruined the trip. The worst traveling experience I've had. Truly disappointed. I'm not sure where they can came up with their prices either you can get a newer clean hotel in the area for the same price! I was not the only guest who checked out early. Over heard another in the lobby.

I was placed in room 122. Upon pulling around to park, immediately saw the blue tarp and said , yep thats where we'll be. Sure enough it was for the bedroom. The first night, we got almost no sleep from all the outside news of traffic and loud revving cars combined with guests talking out by their cars. I went in living room area and it was much quieter so it was due to some insulation issues with the window there from the apparent fire that had occurred by looking at the siding at the top of the tarp. Why were we assigned a room with the bedroom having such a blatant issue?!?!?!
My wife and I tried earbuds the 2nd night that helped slightly but then struggled to hear our small children during the night when speaking to us. So the 3rd night we abandoned the earbuds to hear the kids and I got a whopping 2.5 hours of scattered sleep before an 11 hour drive home. Also the area in the shower by the shower head seemed very unpolished and damaged. Very disappointed that we were placed in a room that should have been blocked off until full repairs were made.

Thermostat was only working in the living room and not in the bedroom bathroom floors had all water marked like if it was leaking for a long time and the most important the sofa bed that pulls out was broken We had to pull out the mattress to sleep on the floor because the springs wouldn’t come out.

The suite was very spacious and clean. The ceiling fan in the room was a very loud so we were unable to use it and the bedroom stayed warm as there was no vent in there and would have been more comfortable if the fan could be used. The room should lots of wear but overall wasn't a bad place.

We absolutely loved it here. We had originally booked it cause it offered two bathrooms. The nice thing was that both showers could run at the same time and not lose any pressure.
