I called three days prior to request ground flood because one guest was on a walker and another was elderly but did not accommodate. Also the lady checking us in got three out of the four rooms in the wrong name!! She wasn’t busy just not paying attention!!

First WONDERFUL room for the price. If you are in the area for other things and wont be at the hotel much - check this out. BUT if you are looking for a nice overall place - this isnt it. The outside is \"ok\" but seems dirty and sketchy, and the pool has as much charm as a puddle in the pavement. We were there for Dollywood and their waterpark, so a pool wasnt important, and a clean, newly renovated room with great beds to crash after the park was a must. This checked those two boxes. Close to lots of food places, so paying more for the room to get a crappy hotel breakfast of rubbery meat and wet eggs was unimportant. If you need a great ROOM - this is it.

This was an amazing price for how clean the room was! The staff was also helpful in helping me find the location for the nearby shuttle stop. Great location if you plan to take the shuttle to Dollywood from Patriot Park.

No breakfast but they do provide coffee and juice. Free parking.

The lady at the front desk was so helpful and provide us great information for getting to Dollywood from the hotel. She also expertly handled an issue we had with our room. The location was perfect for us. Walking distance to the trolley depot. We never had to fight the infamous pigeon forge traffic.

This place is great for a very budget friendly option right on the parkway in Pigeon Forge. I've stayed at places that costs more than double that were way worse. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to save a few bucks. Clean and comfy!

Great place to stay close to all main attractions. And the bed was super comfortable,, and I'm a picky person when it comes to beds. Would diffently stay here again and tell others to do the same. It's not a place with a bunch of amenities and it didnt look like much from outside. But we spend very little time in a hotel. We normally spend time seeing the sights. I mainly look for a reasonable and clean and comfortable place to lay down at. At that is exactly what this place is good for.

From the outside the property looks a little ran down. Ducks were swimming in the pool and geese were running around everywhere. Goose poop was everywhere in the parking lot. But.....the rooms were super clean. Air was working as it should. Showers were hot. The beds were super comfortable. The property was quiet. The staff was friendly. We would definitely stay here again, we just wouldn't swim in the pool. Wild animals isn't really any fault of the hotel's staff, but worth mentioning for sanitary reasons. Location was great!

I made a mistake when I signed up and set the departure date one day too short. The staff was kind and accommodating while correcting my blunder. The check-in process was easy, and every interaction with the personnel was pleasant. There are no stairs. There is a ramp to reach the second floor. The king- bed room was a little tight on space. The bed was comfortable, and all advertised amenities were readily available. Overall, a very nice stay for the price. I would happily stay again.

It was clean room, the bed was comfy, and the air conditioning was good and the heat also worked very good. We went and set out at the pool area for about 3hours it was a nice view and very well space. The staff were awesome. Me and my husband will definitely be staying again soon.

The hotel (building) is dated as were the room accommodations, however they were clean and comfortable. Because the rooms are non-smoking (thank you) there were often people sitting in chairs right outside the room smoking and talking loudly both early and after dark. If there was a breakfast option, then we were not told about it, so I believe that is not an offering at this budget motel. This was my first time staying here, and we spent a couple of nights, because most of the other hotels were either rated poorly or too expensive due to the Corvette people in town. So, for the price, cleanliness, and location, I give it a thumbs up.

Do not stay! Horrible management. I was told by the front desk when I arrived to ask if there’d be a deposit that there wouldn’t be one because of the distance I was from the motel “not local”. Once I stepped outside and placed the booking and came back in they said it would be a $150 deposit. Management refused to let me speak to the property owner, and said if I contacted expedia they would allow a refund. Expedia has continuously contacted the property with no answer. The manager tried acting like the expedia representative didn’t email her. The motel canceled my reservation and expedia has now informed me that I cannot get a refund because the property has not answered. Pretty scummy if you ask me.

I'll preface this by saying we stay in cabins every year and wanted to save some money and stayed in a hotel for the first time in very many years. The weather was about a high of 45 and low of 33 during our stay.

Positives:
- the room was nice and updated and clean upon check-in
- the front desk check in people were nice
- the ac unit worked well, for heat and cool

Negatives:
- by far the absolute worst part of this hotel was that there was NO hot water. There was cold water and lukewarm water, we tried showering at different times in the day to see if it made a difference. We were here for 7 days and not once enjoyed a hot shower. I was scared to wash my hair and get hypothermia and I cut up my legs shaving with goosebumps. There was also a large draft from the room so unless we had the room extra heated it'd be extra cold in the bathroom during a shower.
- killed 3 stink bugs in the room, mostly on the ceiling (we are usually in cabins so this wasn't really a big deal but did not enjoy lying in bed and seeing them above me lol)
- we were given 3 towels when we said there was 4 guests checking in
- the tv is set to block you from plugging in anything you bring, so my husband and kids couldn't play Xbox in the evenings even though we brought it (apparently this is common, but again we haven't been to hotels in years this isn't a problem at cabins)
- the people below us called to complain we were stomping (we had kids, maybe we should've been put on the bottom floor?) but e

The blanket on the bed was dirty, the pillow cases were so stained and gross that they were beige in color, so we put t-shirts over the pillows to sleep, the room was very dark with very little lighting, the outlet in the bathroom wouldn't hold a hair dryer plug, so I had to dry my hair in the dark by the desk, there was no bar for hanging clothes in the closet, and the window was busted with tape over it holding it in place.

Very convenient location right next to a gas station convenience store and a short drive from Dollywood. Check-in was a bit slow, but check-out was quick and efficient. Rooms were renovated with USB-A ports throughout, though TV did not appear to have streaming. The bed was not the most comfortable, as the sheets were rather thin, and it took me awhile to notice that the comforters were in the drawers. Soundproofing could be better, as I could at times hear emergency vehicles clearly. There were plenty of parking spaces available, and the chairs outside was a nice way to enjoy the outdoor weather from our rooms. Price was justified given the proximity.
